Objective To investigate the clearance effect of high throughput hemodialysis and hemoperfusion on beta beta 2-microglobulin(β2-MG) in patients with nephritis. Methods From January 2015 to April 2018, 80 patients with nephritis admitted to our hospital were selected.According to different treatment methods, the patients were divided into experimental group and control group, with 40 patients in both groups.Patients in the control group were treated with high-throughput hemodialysis, while patients in the experimental group were treated with high-throughput hemodialysis and hemoperfusion. Results The levels of β2-MG, BUN and Cr in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-1β, IL-2, IL-6, IL-10, TNF-α and CRP in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions High throughput hemodialysis and hemoperfusion can effectively remove β2-MG in patients with nephritis, inhibit the body's inflammatory response, improve renal function, effective, worthy of promotion. Key words: Nephritis; Renal Dialysis; Hemoperfusion; beta 2-Microglobulin
