This study aims to find out (1) The Role of Lurahs in Fostering Community Empowerment Institutions in the Titian Antui Village Office in Pinggir Bengkalis District, (2) The inhibiting factor of the role of the Lurah in fostering community empowerment institutions in the Titian Antui Village Office in Pinggir Bengkalis District. This research method is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. This descriptive qualitative research is a study that aims to describe. Researchers use source triangulation to check the validity of research data. Data analysis in research II uses three components consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Kelurahan Titian Antui, Pinggir District, Bengkalis Regency, social norms/status have been applied, individuals as organizations in society, individuals in social society. (2) The inhibiting factor of the role of the Lurah in fostering community empowerment institutions in the Titian Antui Village Office in Pinggir Bengkalis District is that it has not been coordinated with the sub -district head and vertical agency in its work area

Kesiapan Belajar Siswa SMA N 1 Pinggir Kecamatan Pinggir Riau dalam Memilih Pendidikan Lanjutan

This research itself was motivated by the discovery that one of the students at SMAN 1 Pinggir, Pinggir Riau District was see n daydreaming, which after the author asked and followed up with the students and also the guidance and counseling teacher at the school, it turned out that the problem was regarding the student's learning readiness in determining further education. So this research aims to determine the learning readiness of students at SMA N 1 Pinggir, Pinggir Riau District in choosing further education. This research uses field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The key informants were students of SMA N 1 Pinggir, Pinggir Bengkalis District, Riau and supporting informants, BK teachers, SMA N 1 Pinggir, Pinggir Bengkalis District, Riau. Data was collected through interviews and observations and analyzed by data reduction, data presentation, and data conclusions. The results of this research are that students have good readiness in choosing further education. Factors that influence students' learning readiness in terms of intelligence, interest, motivation, concentration of attention and also that students have good provisions and decisions regarding their further education, SMA N 1 Pinggir students have the choice in choosing further education. This is a form of learning readiness that has been they have. Schools and guidance and counseling teachers at scho ols provide motivation to students and hold seminars regarding the goals and functions of why they should continue to further education.

Hubungan Karakteristik Individu dan Sanitasi Lingkungan Terhadap Keberhasilan Pengobatan Tuberculosis di RSUD Bengkalis

Mycobacterium tuberculosis is a pathogenic bacterium that is the causative agent of tuberculosis. The treatment of tuberculosis is a lengthy process that may induce boredom and lead to the cessation of medication in patients, which can result in the development of bacterial resistance to multiple anti-tuberculosis drugs. Many factors affected the success of tuberculosis treatment include individual characteristics such as age, education, occupation, and environmental conditions such as occupancy density, ventilation, lighting and floor condition. The objective of the study was to know correlation between individual characteristic and home environment with the success of tuberculosis treatment. The observational retrospective and analytics design were applied, which the research population were 30 individual tuberculosis patients who have been regularly without stop taking antibiotics for 6 months or more at the Bengkalis District Hospital. The results demonstrated that all participant have taken tuberculosis antibiotics drugs for more than 6 months and GeneXpert results confirmed 2 patients (6,7%) exhibited positive results for Mycobacterium tuberculosis, and 28 patients (93,3%) exhibited negative results. The individual characteristic such as education level, occupation and enveromental sanitation related to unsuccessful tuberculosis treatment. The findings of this study indicate a need for further examination of the presence of Mycobacterium tuberculosis in patients who have completed treatment, with the objective of ensuring the absence of Mycobacterium tuberculosis in the patient's body.

Evaluation Of Port Service User Services At Tanjung Kapal Crossing Port, Bengkalis District, Riau Province

The Tanjung Kapal Ferry Port serves one route, namely the Rupat – Dumai route. Based on the results of the survey in the field, it was found that several services for service users had not been implemented properly, such as the unavailability of fire extinguishers, evacuation route instructions, evacuation gathering points, first aid equipment, wheelchairs, floor plans/layouts port, passenger baggage, parking attendants, special needs passenger facilities, nursing mother room, signs at the pier, weigh bridge, and arrival and departure schedules at the counter. This research uses the methodPerformance Gap – Importanceto determine the gap between service users' expectations of perceived service quality and quadrant mapping Importance Performance Analysisto find out the attributes that are the main priority for improving service quality. Based on the results of Gap analysisPerformance – Importancea gap was found highest for passenger service at the port with a value of - 2.30 on attribute 32 and attribute. The highest gap for ship service at the port with a value of - 0.66 on attribute 1 and attribute 8. The highest gap for vehicle service at the port with a value of - 2 .10 on attribute.Based on the results of the Quadrant Mapping analysisImportance Performance Analysis There are 10 attributes in quadrant I for passenger services, 2 attributes for ship services and 8 attributes for vehicle services as the main priority for improvement so that the level of service user satisfaction can increase.

Elevating Village Financial Care: Igniting Excellence through Dynamic Education and Training in Work Motivation

This study aimed to assess and analyze the impact of motivation, organizational culture, and competence on the work commitment and performance of elementary school teachers in cluster 4 of Bengkalis District. The selection of this research topic was motivated by observed phenomena and issues concerning the relatively low levels of work commitment and performance among elementary school teachers in this particular cluster. The data collection method employed for this study was a questionnaire, distributed to all 145 civil servant teachers in elementary schools within cluster 4 of Bengkalis District, constituting the entire population. Through Google Form questionnaires filled out by all 145 respondents, SEM PLS analysis was conducted. The research findings indicated that the motivation variable significantly and positively influenced work commitment. Organizational culture exhibited a significant positive impact on work commitment. However, job competency had a significant negative impact on work commitment. In terms of performance, the motivation variable demonstrated an insignificant positive impact, while organizational culture showed an insignificant positive impact as well. On the other hand, job competency had a significant positive effect on performance. Intriguingly, work commitment was found to have a significant negative impact on teacher performance.

The Effect of Motivation, Organizational Culture, Competency on Work Commitment and Performance of SD Teachers in Bengkalis District

This study was conducted to determine and analyze the influence of motivation, organizational culture, and competence on work commitment and performance of elementary school teachers in Bengkalis District. This study was chosen because there were phenomena and problems related to the level of job satisfaction and performance of elementary school teachers in the Bengkalis District which were still low, there were many factors that influenced the high job satisfaction and performance, but the author had a temporary assumption that motivational factors, organizational culture and competence affected job satisfaction, as well as motivation, organizational culture, competence and job satisfaction affect the performance of elementary school teachers in Bengkalis District. The method used in collecting data in this research is a questionnaire. The population in this study were all elementary school civil servant teachers in Bengkalis District, amounting to 626 with a saturated sample of 626 respondents. By distributing a questionnaire using a Google form filled in by all primary school civil servants in Bengkalis District, with a total of 626 respondents, it was tested with SEM AMOS. The test results showed that motivation on job satisfaction had a positive effect, organizational culture on job satisfaction had a positive effect, competence on work commitment had a positive effect, work motivation on teacher performance has a positive effect, organizational culture on performance has a positive effect, competence on performance has no effect, work commitment on performance has no effect.

Fueling Success: Unleashing the Power of Motivation, Nurturing Work Environments, and Cultivating Organizational Culture for Peak Job Satisfaction and Performance

This study seeks to assess, analyze, and quantify the influence of Motivation, Work Environment, and Organizational Culture on both Job Satisfaction and Teacher Performance in State Elementary Schools within Cluster VI of Bengkalis District. The research encompasses 119 teachers, representing the entire population, and employs a census technique. The methodology involves descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing, utilizing Path analysis through SPSS 21 and SmartPLS programs. The findings from hypothesis testing reveal a positive and significant correlation between motivation and job satisfaction. However, the impact of work motivation on performance is positive but not statistically significant. Similarly, the positive relationship between Work Environment and Job Satisfaction is identified, but it lacks a significant impact. The positive association between Work Environment and Performance is observed, yet without a significant impact. Organizational Culture demonstrates a positive link with Job Satisfaction, though lacking a significant impact. However, it positively correlates with Performance and has a significant impact. Interestingly, Job Satisfaction is positively related to performance, yet it does not significantly influence the performance of civil servant teachers in SD Cluster I, Bengkalis District.

PENGGUNAAN METODE KELOMPOK PENASEHAT DALAM MENINGKATKAN PRESTASI BELAJAR KELAS VIII PADA MATA PELAJARAN AKIDAH AKHLAK DI MTS DARUSSALAM DESA PEMAT DUKU TIMUR KABUPATEN BENGKALIS

This study raised the title of using the advisory group method in improving learning achievement of keals VIII at MTS Darussalam, Pematang Duku Timur Village, Bengkalis District. This research seeks to provide updates to the implementation of learning. The research was conducted because there are still some educators who have not consistently used innovative learning models in the classroom. This study aims to find out how the use of the advisory group method in providing an increase in student achievement in the subjects of moral creed and find out whether there is an increase between student achievement in the subjects of moral creed. This research is included in the type of experimental quantitative research, which uses tests and documentation in its data collection. In analyzing the collected data, a t-test is used to see the comparison of students' pretest and posttest scores. The results of the analysis using an independent t-test and obtained a significance value of 0.502>0.05, so that Ha in this study, was accepted. The effectiveness of the advisory group's learning method can also be seen through the average score of moral creed subjects in the experimental group was 77.97 higher than the control group which had an average score of 66.88. From these results, it can be concluded that the advisory group method can improve student achievement in the subjects of moral creed at MTS Darussalam, Pematang Duku Timur Village, Bengkalis District

Development of Special Service Programs for Middle School Level In Bengkalis District, Bengkalis Regency, Riau

Manajemen layanan khusus pada suatu sekolah merupakan bagian penting dalam Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah (MBS) yang efektif dan efisien. Sekolah ialah salah satu wahana yang bisa digunakan untuk menaikkan kualitas dari penduduk bangsa Indonesia. Sekolah tak hanya mempunyai tanggung jawab serta tugas buat mlaksanakan proses pembelajaran dalam mengembangkan ilmu penegetahuan serta teknologi saja, melainkan harus menjaga serta meningkatkan kesehatan baik jasmani maupun rohani siswa. Hal ini sesuai dengan UU No. 19 Tahun 2005 perihal standar Nasional Pendidikan Bab II Pasal 4 yang memuat tentang adanya tujuan pendidikan nasional. untuk memenuhi tugas serta tanggung jawab tersebut maka sekolah memerlukan suatu manajemen layanan khusus yang dapat mengatur segala kebutuhan peserta didiknya sehingga tujuan pendidikan tersebut dapat tercapai. Manajemen layanan khusus di sekolah pada dasarnya ditetapkan serta di organisasikan untuk mempermudah atau memperlancar pembelajaran, dan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan khusus siswa di sekolah. Pelayanan khusus diselenggarakan di sekolah dengan maksud untuk memperlancar aplikasi pedagogi dalam rangka pencapaian tujuan pendidikan di sekolah. Pendidikan di sekolah diantaranya juga berusaha agar siswa senanatiasa berada dalam keadaan baik, Baik disini menyangkut aspek jasmani juga rohaninya. dari uraian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa manajemen layanan spesifik merupakan suatu proses aktivitas menyampaikan pelayanan kebutuhan pada siswa untuk menunjang aktivitas pembelajaran supaya tujuan pendidikan mampu tercapai secara efektif serta efisien. UD Packs Dodol Processing in Wonosari, Bengkalis District, Bengkalis Regency

The purpose of this study is to determine the marketing strategy for UD Kemas home industry dodol, which is situated in Bengkalis District, Bengkalis Regency. Additionally, the study will investigate the opportunities, threats, strengths, and weaknesses that are related with the marketing of UD Kemas dodol. The method of data analysis that is utilised is a descriptive analysis that draws upon the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats analytical approach. First, the internal factor evaluations (IFE) and the external factor evaluations (EFE) are determined using this approach. Next, the right strategy is determined by employing the IE matrix and the SWOT matrix. Finally, the process concludes with the determination of the appropriate strategy. Taking into consideration the results of this research, it is possible to draw the conclusion that the execution of a progressive strategy at dodol UD Kemas, which is situated in the Bengkalis District of the Bengkalis Regency, is indicative of a healthy business that has the potential to be developed. Using the SO strategy that was generated from the findings of the questionnaire, it is possible to grow demand for UD Kemas dodol even further by ensuring that product excellence is maintained and maintained. Composition of Catch Results from Gombang Fishing Tools in Prapat Tunggal Village, Bengkalis District, Riau Province

One of the livelihoods of the people of Prapat Tunggal Village, Bengkalis Regency, Riau Province, is fishing. The fishing gear fishermen operate is longline, gombang, drier, and gill nets. The research was conducted in June to determine the composition of catches from gombang fishing gear in Prapat Tunggal Village. The method used is a survey method and descriptive analysis. From the results of this research, the number of catches from gombang fishing equipment was 153.77 kg or 433,290 fish. The dominant net is rebon shrimp, which is the main catch of 77.90% of the total weight of the trap and the bycatch catch of 20.92%, as well as the discard catch of 1.17%.

The purpose of this study was to ascertain how the rental of boarding houses would be implemented in Sengoro Village, Bengkalis District. Additionally, determine whether the ijarah contract's execution is hindered. The methodology of this study is qualitative. Qualitative research is the term for this kind of study. Field conditions and descriptions serve as the basis for this type of research, which aims to develop concepts, understandings, and theories. A study that aims to accurately describe the nature of an individual, condition, symptom, or particular group as it is is known as descriptive analysis. An interview or interview is the method used to collect data. An interview is a kind of conversation that uses verbal communication to get information and written documentation. The rent agreement for renting Hendrawan's son and daughter's boarding house is carried out verbally as a result of this research. The rental contract system can be transferred as long as the owner of the boarding house has given prior approval, proof of payment is only recorded via WhatsApp, and the tenant is entirely responsible for the provided boarding facilities. The study came to the conclusion that the rental house's ijarah contract was carried out in accordance with Islamic law. However, the boarding house owner's income decreased as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic's obstacles.

The Influence of Librarian Competence on the Quality of Library Services at the Library and Archives Service in Bengkalis Regency

This research aims to: (1) Find out how much competence librarians in the Bengkalis Regency Library and Archives Service have; (2) Find out how high the quality of library services is at the Bengkalis Regency Library and Archives Service; (3) Find out how much significant influence librarian competence has on the quality of library services at the Bengkalis Regency Library and Archives Service. This research is field research with variables The data in this research was taken using documentation and questionnaires. The results of the research show that: (1) The competence of librarians in the Bengkalis district library and archives service is categorized as good, this can be proven by the percentage value of the questionnaire regarding librarian competence, namely 77.7%; (2) The quality of library services in the Bengkalis district library and archives service is categorized as good, this can be seen from the percentage value of library service quality, namely 79.8%; (3) There is a significant influence between librarian competence on the quality of library services, this can be proven by analysis of the coefficient of determination where the coefficient of determination is 0.741. This shows the understanding that changes in the level of quality of library services (Y) are 74.1% influenced by Librarian Competency (X), while the remaining 25.9% (100% - 74.1%) is explained by other causes.

Overview of the Function of Traffic Signs and Markers in Bengkalis City to the Level of Understanding of the Community: a case study of urban roads in Bengkalis District

Traffic signs are part of road equipment in the form of symbols, letters, numbers, sentences, or a combination of these. Even though traffic signs and road markings are placed at various points in Bengkalis City, there are still problems in understanding and the low level of public compliance with traffic signs and markings. The method used in reviewing the function of traffic signs and markings in the city of Bengkalis on the level of understanding and compliance of the community is using quantitative and qualitative research types and analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics 27 and classifying using a decision tree. From the research results obtained 61.11% signs with good condition, 38.89% with damaged conditions. The condition of the markings resulted in 27.16% of the markers with good conditions and 72.84% with damaged conditions. The level of public understanding of the function of traffic signs and markings is 77% understanding.

Pengabdian Kukerta Membangun Desa di Desa Senggoro Kecamatan Bengkalis Kabupaten Bengkalis

Kukerta Building the Riau University Village in Senggoro Village, Bengkalis District, Bengkalis Regency is a form of community service activity. This Kukerta will be held from 10 July 2023 to 19 August 2023. This kukerta has several themes that can be taken as themes for work programs that will be implemented during the kukerta. These themes are one superior theme and three selected themes. This article discusses work programs that have been successfully implemented during the Kukerta. The method for implementing kukerta that has been implemented consists of carrying out surveys and planning work program activities that are in line with the chosen theme and the conditions and problems that exist in the village. Kukerta student work program activities are in line with existing work programs in the village government and receive support from the village government and also the local community. This is shown by the large number of students who are involved in village and community activities, and vice versa by the large number of students who involve the community and village government in their work program activities. forms of activities involving the village government, namely collaboration activities with the Senggoro village children's forum with go green and leisurely walking activities, mobile legends e-sports tournaments and we also participate in several village activities such as the Clean and Healthy Living Behavior Assessment event which was held in Senggoro Village and the Bengkalis Regent's visit to the Dara Sembilan Tomb on the occasion of the 511th Bengkalis Regency Anniversary. Meanwhile, forms of activities that involve the community include the socialization of several Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), pious children's festivals, posyandu and mobile legend e-sports tournaments involving many local youth. Riau University Kukerta is expected to provide benefits to village communities and the local village government, especially those aimed at creating significant changes to the village and giving a good impression to the village.

Sosialisasi Pencegahan Stunting Dan Pemberian Makanan Tambahan (PMT) Oleh Mahasiswa KKN Universitas Riau Di Desa Sungai Batang, Kecamatan Bengkalis, Kabupaten Bengkalis

Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem found in toddlers, which is characterized by height that is not the same (short) as children of the same age. Therefore, Riau University KKN students aim to help and reduce or prevent stunting which can affect the process of growth and development of children, especially in Sungai Batang Village, Bengkalis District, Bengkalis Regency. The method of implementing activities carried out during KKN in Sungai Batang Village is as follows. 1. Initial Planning Stage, holding a meeting with the head of the posyandu to request data on how many children are affected by stunting 2. Preparation Stage, namely preparation for socialization such as cleaning the place for the event and preparing the tools and materials used such as installing banners, snacks, tables, chairs, soundsystem, and others. 3. Implementation Stage, on July 25, 2023 carrying out stunting socialization the event began with the delivery of material about stunting provided by KKN students, followed by material provided by midwives. This socialization activity was carried out at the same time to establish a relationship with the village community, especially in Sungai Batang Village. The activity continued with health checks by the posyandu which is specifically for the elderly. The distribution of additional food is also a series of activities carried out by KKN students in the Stunting Prevention Socialization Program carried out by Riau University KKN students directly. The Sungai Batang village community received education about Stunting Prevention, not only that, the provision of additional food (PMT) was also carried out to support nutritional growth for children and pregnant women.

Pengaruh Koordinasi Layanan Pendidikan terhadap Kualitas Pendidikan Dasar di Kecamatan Bantan Kabupaten Bengkalis

Coordination of education services is one of the tasks of the district coordinator in the field of education to map the quality of education in the district he leads. This research aims to measure how much influence the coordination of education services carried out by the sub-district coordinator in the field of education has on the quality of elementary education in the Bantan sub-district, Bengkalis district. The method used in this research is a quasi-experimental method. This method has nine stages, namely: literature review, identifying and limiting research problems, developing research hypotheses, making research designs, conducting pretests, conducting experiments, conducting posttests, processing and analyzing data, and drawing conclusions. The research sample consisted of 34 teachers, consisting of 17 teachers in the experimental class and 17 teachers in the control class. The data collection technique used was the observation of teacher quality. The research instrument used was the teacher quality observation sheet. The research results show that the coordination of education services carried out by sub-district coordinators has a significant effect on the quality of elementary education in the Bantan sub-district, Bengkalis district. The quality of elementary education is reflected in the quality of teachers who are currently studying masters in elementary education with a total of 11 teachers from the elementary school level and 6 teachers from the junior high school level.

EKSISTENSI MASYARAKAT HUKUM ADAT SAKAI TERHADAP TANAH ULAYAT YANG TERDAPAT PADA KAWASAN HUTAN TANAM INDUSTRI

The existence of the indigenous people of the Sakai Tribe has met the requirements to be recognized as stipulated in Article 67 paragraph (1) of Law no. 41 of 1999 concerning Forestry, namely that the community is still in the form of an association (rechsgemeenschap), there are institutions in the form of customary rulers, there is a clear customary law area, there are legal institutions and instruments, especially customary courts, which are still adhered to and still collect forest products. in the surrounding forest area to meet the needs of daily life. Confirmation of the existence and elimination of customary law communities based on Article 67 paragraph (2) is stipulated by a Regional Regulation. However, until now there is no local regulation that regulates the existence of the indigenous peoples of the Sakai Tribe, thus creating legal uncertainty. Settlement of land boundary disputes between customary law communities and PT. Arara Abadi was resolved through litigation, in this case through the Bengkalis District Court as stated in the decision number 89/Pid.B/LH/2020/PN.Bls. Composition of Fishing Gear Pengerih at Day and Night in Meskom Village, Bengkalis District

Pengerih is one of the trapping gears used by fishermen in Meskom Village. The purpose of this study was to determine the composition of the catch of Pengerih including the type and weight of fish caught during the day and night. This research was conducted in September 2022 in Meskom Village, Bengkalis Regency. The method used in this research is the survey method. The analysis used is by calculating the level of main catch and bycatch using the formulation of Akiyama. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the catch of curler gear was 9 types with a total catch of 5.030 fish with a total weight of 51,08 kg. The dominant types of catch during the study were red shrimp (Parapenaeus longirostris) 1.272 fish weighing 10,64 kg, striped shrimp (Parapenaeopsis sculptilis) 1,158 fish weighing 9,71 kg, white shrimp (Panaeus merguiensis) 1,115 fish weighing 9,34 kg, thorn shrimp (Panulirus sp) 883 fish weighing 7,34 kg, Moustached thryssa (Engraulis mystax) 302 fish 3,84 kg. While the bycatch consisted of print shrimp (Harpiosquilla raphidea) 39 fish weighing 1,46 kg, Bombay duck (Harpodon nehereus) 75 fish weighing 5,42 kg, Panna croaker (Otolithoides microdon) 93 fish weighing 1,46 kg, Shorthead hairfin anchovy (Setipinna breviceps) 93 fish and weighing 1.87 kg. If you look at the results of the catch more tend to be a lot of catches at night 2.813 fish weigh 28.84 while during the day 2.217 fish weigh 22.24 kg.

Performance Determinants Of Village Government Apparatus In Rupat Utara District

This final thesis/task discusses how the performance of village government officials in Rupat Utara sub-district, Bengkalis district in running good village government. Village government performance which is categorized as good can be influenced by several aspects or factors in it, namely public accountability, work ability, organizational culture, and supervision. This type of research is quantitative with data collection methods using questionnaires. The population of this study were eight villages in North Rupat District, Bengkalis Regency. And the sample selected was 64 respondents using purposive sampling method. The results showed that public accountability, work ability, organizational culture, and oversight had a positive and significant effect on the performance of village government officials. This research is expected to provide benefits for village apparatus in making every decision and make individuals responsible and can become an evaluation for the future so that it will be even better.
