Considering the hyperradial Schrodinger equation in the presence of a potential combination containing harmonic and Deng-Fan-type terms and choosing the harmonic term as parent, we obtain baryonic hyperradial wave function and masses of Lambda baryons. Then, we apply the differential decay width with the Isgur-Wise function to find rates for the semileptonic baryon decay \(\Lambda_{b} \rightarrow \Lambda_{c} \ell \bar{\nu}\). Comparison with other published models is also included.
