Dimensional And Mechanical Deviation Of Paving Block Type Rectangular From Several Manufacturers In Semarang City

The non-uniformity of paving block quality can result in uneven pavement, which in turn can increase the risk of traffic accidents. This study aims to determine the quality of compressive strength of paving block type Holland from several manufacturers in Semarang City area both manually and massively. As well as knowing why the physical dimensions of paving block type Holland from several producers in Semarang City are not uniform. This research was conducted by taking samples in the paving block manufacturing industry around the city of Semarang. The discussion in this study only covers the type of holland paving block in Semarang City from 4 producers namely CV Waringin Putih Banyumanik Semarang, PT Alam Daya Sakti, Anugerah Block, and Putra Alam Sari. All paving block products tested met or exceeded the minimum value of compressive strength specified in SNI 03- 0691-1998. This indicates that these products have an adequate ability to withstand the given compressive load. The compressive strength test results show that the lowest value was recorded for Anugrah Block at 17.21 MPa, while the highest value was achieved by PT Alam Daya Sakti with 20.112 MPa. The non-uniformity of the physical dimensions of Holland type paving from several producers in Semarang City can be influenced by several factors, including different production processes between producers, the use of different raw materials, and differences in the arrangement of machines or production equipment.

The influence of achievement motivation on teacher performance at SDN in Korsatpen Banyumanik Semarang City by making career satisfaction a mediating variable.

<p><em>This research study aimed to examine the influence of achievement motivation on teacher performance at SDN in Korsatpen Banyumanik Semarang City by making career satisfaction a mediating variable. This research study utilized all PNS teachers at the SDN in the Korsatpen area as a population. For the research study, only 60.17 per cent were taken as a sample of a total of 231 teachers. The research method uses a descriptive approach by applying explanatory research. The study results showed that achievement motivation and teacher competence substantially influence elementary school teachers' performance in the Banyumanik Korsatpen, Semarang, which is mediated by career satisfaction. In this context, career satisfaction is a teacher's perception, mindset and behaviour that can indirectly affect performance achievement. In this connection, career satisfaction will focus on the characteristics of a teacher, which can help the teacher produce good performance on the main tasks and functions for which they are responsible. Ultimately, career satisfaction can function as attraction, retention and development indirectly from achievement motivation and teacher competence to improve teacher performance.</em></p><p><em><strong>Keywords</strong>: <em>Achievement Motivation, Competence, Career Satisfaction, Teacher Performance</em>.</em></p>

PERENCANAAN TEBAL PERKERASAN KAKU (RIGID PAVEMENT) DENGAN METODE BINA MARGA (STUDI KASUS PENINGKATAN JALAN DURIAN RAYA KOTA SEMARANG)

Semarang in the development of the next 20-50 years will experience many impacts of delays in traffic movement in it. To overcome the various impacts that arise, the development of a road network is an important option. The alternative choice of road network development solutions must be selective in choosing the location. One of the strategic choices at this time is the Outer Ring Road (outer ring road) Semarang. The Outer Ring Road is expected to divert the continuous flow not through the center of Semarang City, thereby reducing the possibility of delays in the center of Semarang City. This alternative is also expected to develop the Semarang City area. This alternative solution is expected to support the development of Semarang City into a Metropolitan City with smooth traffic movement. The development of Semarang City in the next 20-50 years is expected to be more friendly and provide a sense of security and comfort to its residents as expected in the vision of the City of Semarang (Nugroho, 2009). Physical facilities and infrastructure (infrastructure) in an area are very important and vital for the running of the economic wheels of the local community, the accumulation of increasing people's living standards will be driven automatically by the good or bad conditions and conditions of the existing facilities and infrastructure. One of these infrastructure facilities which quite main is the road. With good road infrastructure, it is easier to access from one place to another, so that economic growth in the area will be faster. Where on Jl. Durian Banyumanik Semarang city is an access road for entry and exit from the Banyumanik toll gate to the southern part of the city of Semarang, to be precise towards Jl. PENDEKATAN BLUE OCEAN STRATEGI DALAM PERSAINGAN BISNIS (STUDI EMPIRIS : HIDAYATULLAH HERBAL CENTER) KOTA SEMARANG

Currently the development of the world economy is characterized by the process of globalization towards the free market, including herbal medicines that enter from various countries without clear protection that causes business competition will become more intense, causing companies to look for effective and efficient forms of marketing to introduce and market their products. Di Indonesia thedevelopment of drugs has been getting faster, especially herbalmedicines l, one of the companies is Hidayatullah Center Herbal Shop (H2C) in Banyumanik, Semarang. Hidayatullah Center Herbal Store (H2C) in Banyumanik, Semarang is a company engaged in the sale of various herbal products such as honey, goat milk, habbatussauda, olive oil, zam-zam water and others located in Banyumanik, Semarang. The purpose of this research was to find out and analyze the application of the Blue Ocean Strategy method to increase sales and marketing levels at the Hidayatullah Herbal Center (H2C) Herbal Store in Banyumanik Semarang. This prenelitian uses qualitative research methods, where the data and information obtained are collected through interviews (interviews), observations, and documentation. Thisstudy shows comparisons in the application of Blue Ocean Strategy seen using the remove-reduce-enhance-create scheme, strategy canvas and blue ocean index where hidayatullah herbal store center (H2C) in Banyumanik, Semarang focuses more on eliminating rogue retailers, increasing and developing company productivity, creating a strong promotion. Accurate that can reach the wider community so that it can increase company sales, create a company's personal website to be able to support product marketing, organize retailer management, tighten quality control.

Presentation And Function Of The Javanese Song For The Choir In Eucharist Ceremony At St. Maria Fatima Banyumanik Semarang

Eucharistic celebrations that use Javanese language are very rarely carried out in the Catholic church, thereby causing a lack of public knowledge, especially people about Javanese Eucharist. This research was conducted aiming to provide information and knowledge to the public about the form and presentation of the Javanese song for the choir used to accompany the celebration of the Javanese eucharist held at the church St. Maria Fatima Banyumanik Semarang. This descriptive - qualitative research took place at St. Maria Fatima Banyumanik Semarang on May 26 and June 30, 2019 with a priest, choir officer and church members as research subjects. Data collection techniques in this study include observation, interviews and document studies. The data analysis technique used is interactive analysis. The results of the study revealed that the form of Javanese liturgical song presentation was used to accompany the celebration of the Javanese eucharist at the Church of St. Maria Fatima Banyumanik Semarang is the same as the form of presentation of the liturgical celebration of the Eucharist in general, in the form of a choir group, and the function of the use of Javanese liturgical songs in the celebration of the eucharist is as a means of communication and as a continuous contribution and cultural stability. Hopefully in the future the church will more intensively inform the celebration of the Javanese eucharist to the people, and hopefully the choir in charge can prepare song texts for the people, so as to increase the readiness and enthusiasm of the people in participating in the celebration of the Javanese eucharist at St. Maria Fatima Banyumanik Semarang.

Kualitas Pelayanan Pemasangan Listrik Prabayar Pada PT. PLN (Persero) Area Pelayanan Banyumanik Semarang

Abstract – It cannot be denied that at present the public service is a concern of the public. Ordinary public service come from agencies that serve the community for the needs of every community. This study aims to determine quality of service for prepaid electricity installation at PT. PLN (Persero) Banyumanik Semarang service area. Analysis of the data used is a score interpretation (IS) obtained from respondents. Respondents numbered 80 people using purposive sampling. While to complete this research, the author also uses secondary data obtained from various existing sources. Based on the results of the research conducted it can be concluded that the dimensions that show service quality include tangibles ( direct evidence), reliability, responsiveness, assurance and emphaty show a strong interpretation where customers feel satisfied with the quality service of PT. PLN (Persero) Banyumanik Semarang service area.Key words : quality, service, satisfaction

ANALISIS KEPUASAN NASABAH ATAS KUALITAS LAYANAN INTERNET BANKING PADA PT BANK RAKYAT INDONESIA (Persero) Tbk. UNIT BANYUMANIK SEMARANG

<p><em>The purpose of this research is to identify how to increase customer satisfaction </em><em>of Internet Banking Service Quality at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Unit Banyumanik Semarang</em> <em>with five dimensions of service quality which were tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and emphaty.</em></p><p><em>Data in this research were obtained from questionnaires which spread to 100 (one hundred) respondents. The data analysis methods are validity test, reliability test, satisfaction index analysis, and satisfaction gap test.</em><em></em></p><p><em>The results from reliability and validity tests showed that items of service quality dimension such as tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy were valid and reliable. Based on the result of satisfaction index analysis, the weighting average score of Internet Banking quality service is 4,046. That score is between 3,43 – 4,23 which means satisfied. Based on the result of satisfaction gap test the increase of satisfaction established on the fifteen sub indicators show satisfaction, and three sub indicators show dissatisfaction, then it needs special attention and an improvement from PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Unit Banyumanik Semarang for three sub-indicators are not satisfied.</em><strong><em></em></strong></p>

Analisis Kepuasan Pasien Terhadap Kualitas Layanan Poli Gigi di Rumah Sakit Banyumanik Semarang

Based on the medical records of the Banyumanik Hospital, the number of visits in the Banyumanik Hospital dental clinic in 2015 was 766 patients (90%), increasing in 2016 to 781 (91%), but decreased in 2017 to 724 patients (85%) one factor the cause is the quality of service. This study aimed to analyze the effect of quality outpatient services on patient satisfaction in dental polyclinics in hospitals. Banyumanik Semarang. This was quantitative research with cross sectional design. The number of samples in this study were 54 respondents. Research variables were 5 dimensions of service quality. The results of the study showed the dimensions of the quality of outpatient care in dental poly: Real Evidence had a poor result of 68.5, reliability had poor results of 32 respondents 59.3%, poor responsiveness 40.7%, poor guarantees 59.3%, poor empathy at 55.6%, and less patient satisfaction at 44.4%. In the results of multivariate analysis that the responsiveness variable has the highest significance of 0.039 with the value of Exp (B) 4,566. The conclusion of this study was that the dimensions of service quality namely Real Evidence, Responsiveness, and Empathy affect patient satisfaction, while the guarantee does not affect the satisfaction of outpatients in the Dental Polyclinic Hospital. EFEKTIVITAS PENDIDIKAN KESEHATAN DENGAN METODE AUDIOVISUAL TERHADAP PERILAKU SISWA TENTANG JAJANAN YANG SEHAT DAN AMAN PADA ANAKKELAS 4 DAN 5 DI SDN SRONDOL WETAN 06 BANYUMANIK SEMARANG

School-aged children are food consumers . They actively and independently decide food they want to consume, whether school snacks or other snacks sold in other places. There are various diseases that can be occurred related with unhealthy snacks; they are diarrhea with 30.001 cases and diphtheria with 2 cases. The survey that was conducted in elementary schools of Banyumanik municipality Semarang showed the level of behaviours in choosing healthy and safe snacks is still low. One of efforts in forming school-aged children’s behaviors is conduct the health education. To improve the children’s behaviors, audiovisual method is used as it is easy to understand by school-aged children. The search is aimed to determine the effectiveness of health education using audiovisual method on students’ behaviors toward healthy and safe school snacks of grade 4 and 5 children at Srondol Wetan 06 Elementary School Banyumanik Semarang. This research uses quasi experiment design with pre and post test without control design. There are 103 respondents as samples. They are collected using random sampling method. Thos research also using Wilcoxon statistic examination. Based on the result of the statistic exanination, it can be concluded that there is an determined p-value of 0,000 (p-value < 0,05). It can be concluded that there is an effectiveness of health education using audiovisual method on students’ behaviors towards health and safe school snacks of grade 4 and 5 children at Srondol Wetan 06 Elementary School Banyumanik Semarang. This research suggest that the school should make a program of healthy and clean canteen. The school should also monitor the students’ behavirs in choosing healthy and safe snacks so that it becomes a good habit and culture for the students.

The Performance of Primary School Teachers In the Unit of Education Technical Implementation, Banyumanik, Semarang

The purpose of this study is mainly to describe the performance of primary school teachersin the unit of education technical implementation in Banyumanik, Semarang. This researchwas conducted in January- August 2017. The sample of this research is 162 primaryschool teachers selected by random sampling technique in order to get the same opportunityas sample. The instruments used in this study were the assessment sheets, the RatingSheet consisted of 64 items of question, and 3 indicators of Primary School TeacherPerformance. The results show that each of Implementation of lesson plans is categorizedvery well (90, 9%), the execution of the learning is 83.4%, assessment of learning is good(82.8%). The Overall performance of primary school teachers is categorized good( 85 , 7 % ). In other words, the primary school teachers of the unit of education technicalimplementation in Banyumanik Semarang can arrange the lesson plans, carry out learningand teaching process and assess the learning process in elementary school.

Structuring the Environment of Landslide-Prone Disaster and Its Mitigation in The District of Banyumanik

This research is conducted in the district of Banyumanik Semarang. The objectives of this study are; (a) recognising the distribution of landslide-prone residencies in the district of Banyumanik; (b) recognising the community efforts in dealing with their landslide-prone residency environment. The sample is taken by Purposive Sampling Technique, i.e. by considering the possibility of an area to landslide. The researched variables are (1) Physical parameter of landslide-prone field in residency environment, (2) The efforts accomplished by the community to overcome landslide-prone environment. The result of this research has varied in five categories. They are residencies with very high, high, medium, low and very low of landslide-prone. Two countermeasures from the community to prevent landslide are; (1) physical prevention, covering: constructing embankments and drainage channels, sealing/covering cracks on the ground, building blocks, planting hardwood plantations, and (2) partnership prevention, a cooperation between the community with the related institution, such as disaster socialization and land use planning.

TINGKAT KEPUASAN ORANG TUA ANAK TERHADAP PROGRAM UKGS INOVATIF IRENE’S DONUT

TITLEParental and child satisfaction level to Irene’s donut innovative UKGS programABSTRACTUKSG innovative programs in kindergarten donut irene 's Al Azhar Banyumanik Semarang has been going on for 4 years. Has not been evaluated clinically and parent satisfaction. Program evaluation is very important to be a benchmark for the success of this program in order to continue. The purpose of the research was evaluated the implementation of innovative programs UKGS irene 's a donut in the review aspects of parental satisfaction in kindergarten Al Azhar Banyumanik Semarang.This research was a quantitative description of the cross-sectional approach. The subjects were 36 parents of students Al Azhar Banyumanik Semarang. The level of parent satisfaction was measured with a questionnaire instrument.The results showed the level of satisfaction of parents satisfied categorized as 100 %. Parents expressed satisfaction on the service aspect that is easy and fast , and his son felt comfortable dental examination. The financial aspects are still some parents who are not satisfied. It is advisable for the school and implementing UKGS to keep improving dental care and socialization of students financing system based parent agreement. GAMBARAN BULLYING PADA PELAJAR DI KOTA SEMARANG

The study was aimed to identify bullying behavior in students from various levels of education. This study presented bullying patterns in every level of education like bullying forms, involvement of other parties (friends and teachers) to bullying behavior. The study was conducted to 567 students (95 elementary school students, 200 junior high school students, 134 senior high school students, and 138 college students) The samples were taken from schools and universities located in Tembalang and Banyumanik Semarang. Samples were determined using stratified random sampling technique. Bullying data was obtained from Bullying Experience for Students Questionnaire. The descriptive analysis result concluded that most of students have experienced bullying. Students who receive the most bullying are elementary school students (n = 78; 82.98%). For elementary school students, unpleasant treatments are most often occurs in the classroom and school yard. In college students, unpleasant treatments are most often occurs in the cafeteria and outside the campus. The higher the education level, the percentage of subjects reporting decreases (SD= 60.22%; SMP= 12.36%; SMA= 6.80% dan PT= 5.26%). At all levels of education, most subjects did something when bullying happened to their friend. The percentage of subjects who had conducted bullying a friend at various levels of education is quite high. At the high school level, the percentage is highest, reaching 70%.

PERBEDAAN PH SALIVA ANTARA ANAK YANG MINUM SUSU DENGAN KUMUR LARUTAN BAKING SODA DENGAN MINUM SUSU TANPA KUMUR LARUTAN BAKING SODA PADA SISWA SD GEDAWANG SEMARANG

ABSTRACT One of the factors that influence caries process is saliva, among the food products that can enhance the acid product is milk. Salivary pH can be increased by the use of a solution of baking soda. Objective to determine differences in salivary pH between children who drink milk with a solution of baking soda rinse with mouthwash to drink milk without a solution of baking soda.Types of research using descriptive method with cross sectional approach, the research will be conducted by a quasi-experimental. The population is a fifth grade elementary school students Gedawang 02 Semarang as many as 28 people. All the population sampled, and then divided into two groups randomly, which consists of: the intervention group without baking soda as many as 14 people, and groups with baking soda mouthwash for 14 people. Quantitative analysis inferential statistical test independent t- test with 95% confidence level (α = 0.05).The results showed there were differences in the pH of saliva between milk drinking group with a solution of baking soda mouthwash and gargle solution without baking soda. The state of saliva pH children who drink milk with a solution of baking soda mouthwash on a Class V student elementary Gedawang 02 Banyumanik Semarang with an average of 7.58. While no solution of baking soda rinse average 7.32 Conclusion salivary pH significantly different between children who drink milk with a solution of baking soda rinse with mouthwash to drink milk without a solution of baking soda in a Class V student elementary Gedawang 02 Banyumanik Semarang, appropriate statistical test results independent t test with a value of (p value = 0.043), p value a. It is recommended to the students to be able to choose an alternative material that can raise the salivary pH towards the base, one of which is by rinsing with a solution of baking soda concentration of 1%.
