Analisis SWOT Pentingnya Fasilitas Dan Layanan Lembaga Keuangan Bank Konvensional Di Kecamatan Singojuruh

One sector that can realize regional economic development includes the presence of financial institutions which are often considered the heart and driving force of a country's economy. This can be seen in the lack of banking financial institutions in the Singojuruh District area until now, so that it has an impact on regional income such as handling tax payments, salaries, pensions or other financial transactions related to bank financial institutions carried out in other areas close to Singojuruh District, Banyuwangi Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The type of method used in this research is field methods (field research). In this study, the data that has been collected is analyzed using the Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) and (EFE) Matrix. For identification in this research, the SWOT matrix is ​​used internally and externally. The conclusion is to expand a representative banking network, take advantage of regional, land and educational advantages with the availability of mobile banking services, optimize the performance of human resources to speed up the process of banking product services and information and expand the reach of banking services or units.

PENGARUH PROMOSI DAN KUALITAS PRODUK KCA (KREDIT CEPAT AMAN) TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN NASABAH PADA PT PEGADAIAN (PERSERO) UNIT PANARUKAN DENGAN KEPUASAN NASABAH SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING

From time to time, public demand for credit increases. The PT Pegadaian (PERSERO) financial report stated that turnover and outstanding loans for each type of credit experienced growth from the previous year, thereby increasing capital rental income. This provides an opportunity for PT Pegadaian as an alternative to provide credit services to low-income groups of people who lack credit facilities from bank financial institutions. PT Pegadaian (Persero) provides credit very easily and quickly. One of the credit services provided to the public at pawnshops is a product called KCA. KCA is a superior product that is respected by the public. In general, the aim of this research is to describe, prove and analyze the influence of promotions and KCA product quality on customer decisions through customer satisfaction at PT Pegadaian (Persero) Panarukan Unit. The variables used are promotion, KCA product quality, satisfaction and customer decisions. The type of research is quantitative research. The research sample was collected using a purposive sampling method of 105 customers who had chosen more than one KCA product. The analysis tool used is path analysis. After conducting path analysis, it was found that promotion and product quality had a significant direct and indirect effect on customer decisions through satisfaction.

Environmental and Social Disclosure of Brazilian Banking Financial Institutions from the Perspective of the Sustainable Development Goals

Objective: The objective of this study is to investigate the determining factors that influence the disclosure of environmental and social information by the Brazilian banking sector from the perspective of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), with the aim of identifying which organizational characteristics impact the level of socio-environmental disclosure. Theoretical Framework: In this topic, the main concepts and theories that underpin the research are presented. The study is based on the Theory of Legitimacy, which provides theoretical elements for socio-environmental disclosure. This theory explains management’s motivation to disclose environmental information, recognizing that organizational survival depends not only on financial success but also on the ability to maintain a social contract with society. Method: The methodology adopted for this research comprises a quantitative approach based on content analysis of sustainability reports from Brazilian banks. Data collection was carried out through the analysis of corporate disclosure reports published between 2016 and 2020. The regression model with panel data was used to analyze the influence of organizational characteristics on the dissemination of socio-environmental information from the perspective of the SDGs. Results and Discussion: The results obtained revealed that the size of the company and public control are factors that influence the disclosure of socio-environmental information regarding the SDGs. Whether or not the company owns shares on the Stock Exchange and its profitability have little impact on the amount of information disclosed about the SDGs. In the discussion section, these results are contextualized based on the theoretical framework, highlighting the implications and relationships identified. Possible discrepancies and limitations of the study are also considered in this section. Research Implications: The practical and theoretical implications of this research are discussed, providing insights into how the results can be applied or influence practices in the field of socio-environmental disclosure. These implications could encompass the banking sector, regulatory bodies, and policymakers. Originality/Value: This study contributes to the literature by deepening the knowledge about environmental disclosure in the banking sector, a topic still little explored in academic studies. The relevance and value of this research are evidenced by its potential to inform better practices and policies for socio-environmental disclosure in the banking industry.

Acceleration of the Banking Sector and Economic Growth: Effectiveness of Economic Recovery Strategies Post-Covid-19

The banking sector around the world is under great pressure due to the current state of the Covid-19. This study investigates how Covid-19 impacts systemic risk in the banking sector across all types of banking lines affected by Covid-19. This study found that all banking lines experienced a significant increase in systemic risk among the types of banking that were sampled initially. By using spillover policies, it is also possible to identify institutions that are systemically important. The analysis was performed using Panel Data Regression, SVAR, and FEVD on individual bank data and macroeconomic data. The findings proved that government policies to drive the business cycle and MSME actors in the context of overcoming the impact of Covid-19, have not shown their effectiveness. This is indicated by the negative response of economic growth to the policies that have been issued. On the other hand, the performance of banking financial institutions also contributes to national economic growth. This is indicated by the sensitivity of the bank's internal variables in responding to national economic growth. Likewise, with the response to government policies and macroeconomic conditions. Therefore, there is a need for an acceleration policy in handling the current national economic recovery.Originality/Value: This paper focus on systematic risk in banking during COVID-19, use of advanced econometric techniques, evaluation of government policies, integration of bank performance and macroeconomic growth, and its assessment of policy effectiveness, and its implications for future economic recovery efforts.

Factors Influencing Interest in Applying for Ultra-Micro Financing for Female UMK Entrepreneurs in the Special Region of Yogyakarta

Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are the pillars of the Indonesian economy. Its contribution to the national economy is enormous. This sector is known to be the largest provider of employment opportunities and an important player in local economic development. To develop a business, capital and good management are needed, but there is still a lot of capital that has not been touched by bank financial institutions. Microfinance Institutions (LKM) in Indonesia are financial institutions whose function is to help the activities of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to progress further. This research aims to analyze the factors that influence interest in applying for ultra-micro financing for female micro-small entrepreneurs in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The research was conducted using descriptive qualitative research methods with primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through a questionnaire survey of female micro business actors who received financing from Mekar Madani, Gramindo and Amartha with a sample of 60 people taken purposively. Research results using a regression model. The t test and f test show that accessibility, interest rates and economic needs have a positive effect on interest in applying for ultramicro financing with an R value of 0.315, 0.279 and 0.390 respectively and a significance value of <0.05 based on the simultaneous test (f test), variables of accessibility, interest rates and economic needs together have a positive influence on the increasing interest of female MSEs in applying for ultramicro financing with an R value of 0.526 and a significance value of <0.05.

Empowerment of Ultra Micro MSME’s Through Financing of Sharia Non-Bank Financial Institutions

Economic growth, especially MSMEs, cannot be separated from the role of the microfinance institution sector. Financial institutions are intermediation institutions whose function is to connect parties who have excess funds with parties who lack funds. Based on Law No.10 of 1998 concerning amendments to Law No.7/1992 concerning banking, bank financial institutions consist of commercial banks and people's credit banks. The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia, issued Ultra Micro Financing Products (UMI) which are The advanced stage program from the social assistance program to business independence targets micro businesses at the lowest levels, which cannot yet be facilitated by banking through People's Business Credits. UMI is a maximum financing facility of IDR 20 million per customer group and is distributed by non-bank financial institutions (LKBB). This research was carried out in North Sumatra (SUMUT) with the aim of identifying differences between Ultra Micro (UMi) business actors before and after receiving financing assistance from sharia non-bank financial institutions. This research was carried out between June and August 2023. This research uses quantitative analysis methods. The Normality Test is carried out with the aim of finding out whether the data used in a regression model is normally distributed or not. If the distributed data is proven to be normal, this means that the sample used can represent the population used by the measurement. If the significant value is 0.05, it can be declared to have a normal distribution. Pengaruh Fitur, Variasi Produk, dan Kemudahan Transaksi terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna Mobile Banking pada Lembaga Keuangan Perbankan Syariah di Kota Jambi

This research aims to determine the influence of features, product variations and ease of transactions on mobile banking user satisfaction at sharia banking financial institutions in Jambi City. This research used a quantitative approach which was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 112 Mobile Banking users in Jambi City. The methods used in this research are instrument tests (validity and reliability tests), classical assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity tests) and multiple liner analysis along with statistical tests (t test, F test and R2 Determination Coefficient). The results of this research show that features have a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction which can be determined using the t test with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05 and a value of tcount > ttable, namely 3.426 > 0.198217. Product variations have a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction as evidenced by the significance value of 0.001 < 0.05 and the tcount > ttable value, namely 3.577 > 0.198217. ease of transactions has a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction which can be seen with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05 and a value of tcount > ttable, namely 3.385 > 0.198217. Simultaneously, features, product variations and ease of transactions have a positive and significant effect on mobile banking user satisfaction at sharia banking financial institutions which can be seen from the F test, namely fcount > ftable or 40.058 > 2.69 and the resulting significance value is 0.000 < 0.005. The determinant coefficient value is 0.514 or 51.4% and the remaining 0.486 or 48.6% can be explained by other variables outside this research.

Through in-depth analysis, this study will examine the factors affecting the stability of banking financial institutions in the face of economic globalization, as well as their implications for economic and financial policies. The results of this study are expected to provide valuable insights into the impact of economic globalization on the stability of banking financial institutions in developing countries. The practical implications of the research findings will be discussed in the context of economic and financial policy, with the aim of strengthening the financial system and increasing resilience to global market fluctuations

LITERATURE REVIEW: “IMPLEMENTATION OF ALLOWANCE FOR IMPAIRMENT LOSS RESERVES BASED ON PSAK 71 IN FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS”

The aims of this research is to determine the implementation of impairment loss reserves based on PSAK 71 in financial institutions using secondary data from 11 previous journals. This research used qualitative approach with literature review method. Result of a reseach is there are several important found in this research. Analysis of 11 journal publications related to the implementation of impairment loss reserves based on PSAK 71 in financial institutions from 2020-2024 is as follows:First, mostly methods used by previous journal were qualitative approach using secondary data, some of which were sourced from the IDX website and interviews to answer phenomena related to the implementation of impairment loss reserves based on PSAK 71 in financial institutions, amounted 9 (82%) of 11 journals obtained. Meanwhile, quantitative approach used,amounted 2 (18%) of 11 journals obtained. Second, object of research conducted in previous research related to the implementation of impairment loss reserves based on PSAK 71 was dominated by bank financial institutions amounted 8 (73%) journals obtained. Meanwhile, non-bank institutions amounted 3 (27%) journals obtained. Third, based on the journals found by the authors based the object of previous research, there are 9 (82%) journals obtained that implemented PSAK 71. Meanwhile, there are 2 (18%) journals obtained that do not implemented PSAK 71. The implementation of PSAK 71 has been widely adopted by many entities. This indicates a significant trendtowards compliance with the accounting standard, reflecting the importance placed on adhering to regulatory requirements within the financial reporting landscape.

Improving Customer Data Quality on Pension Bank Loans in Palembang-South Sumatra

The bank has transferred the retirement loan application service to the cooperative as one of its subsidiaries. The phenomenon that often occurs is misinformation from cooperative officers when explaining the number of credit applications that should be made. The purpose of this research is to find the right pattern and form for applying the latest data technology so that it can provide the right information in the credit application process. Measurement and analysis of research data are qualitative, with a descriptive explanation level. Viewed by place and classified as field research. Types and research strategies, including Case Studies. Retrieval, collection, and analysis techniques were carried out repeatedly and simultaneously until the data was saturated and credible. The research yields findings about internal customer data connection patterns that are accurate and up-to-date. The form of credit data management by providing recommendations and internal references to customer performance, so that process and procedure connectivity is guaranteed between Bank Financial Institutions (LKB) and Non-Bank Financial Institutions (LKBB). The conclusion from the research is that the track records or data records of retired customers at the bank must be properly and up-to-date so that when applying for the same credit at a subsidiary of the institution, there is no misunderstanding of information and guaranteed correct and correct data.

The relevance of regional banking inaa country's economic growth and development cannot be overstated. Sumenep Regency has beautiful natural topography and a diversity of traditions and culture so that the existence of the tourism sector can contribute to increasing Regional Original Income (PAD). In this case, capital support, especially from banking financial institutions, is very necessary. Apart from that, financial inclusion issan important thing for the government to pay attention to, because it is an effort to encourage the financial system to be accessible to all levels of society. This research method is quantitative. It is hoped that this research can provide a better understanding of how increasing awareness of financial inclusion and the role of banking in tourism can help in national economic recovery and development. The results of this research are that theevariables partially have a significant effect on tourism development and the partial financial inclusion variable does not have a significant effect on the decision.to.visit. Banking and financial inclusion simultaneously influence tourism development.

Credit Scoring Modelling For Corporate Banking Institutions

This research aims to build a credit scoring modeling simulation of bank corporate loans. The credit scoring model is used in assessing creditworthiness in credit decisions. This model determines whether or not a company is eligible for the corporate credit facility it proposes. Observations were made of 100 companies included in the list of Kompas100 Index formers on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) that have the potential to apply for loans/credits to Bank Financial Institutions (IKB) in optimizing the corporate capital structure through bank debt facilities in the period 2022. Analysis was conducted on five financial aspects consisting of 14 research variables, including (i) liquidity aspects, including current ratio and quick ratio variables; (ii) solvency aspects, including debt asset ratio and equity ratio variables; (iii) profitability aspects including return on net assets, operating profit ratio, price to earnings ratio variables, (iv) activity aspects including total asset turnover, accounts receivable turnover, inventory turnover, current assets turnover, and (v) growth aspects including operating income growth rate, total assets growth rate, and operating profit growth rate variables. The analysis tool uses Logistic Regression through an assessment conducted on the company's credit rating as a proxy for the dependent variable, worth one if the credit application is feasible and worth 0 if the credit application is not feasible with a cut-off point of 0.5. The results show that credit scoring modeling for corporate credit is significantly formed from liquidity (CR) and solvency (DER) aspects. Out of 61 companies classified as not eligible for credit facilities, 58 companies were classified correctly, and out of 39 companies classified as eligible, 29 companies were classified correctly. The overall percentage shows 68.0, meaning that the logistic regression model has an accuracy of 68%.

Currently, there are many kinds of financial institutions that provide various products, namely funding, landing and services. Credit is one of the products from lending services that is very popular with customers because of its many benefits. Credit services are usually used by customers for business capital purposes so that they can encourage economic growth in Indonesia. A banking institution is a financial institution that provides loan or credit services. Bank Woori Saudara KPC Banyuwangi is a banking financial institution that provides services with many superior products, one of which is General Pension Credit (KUPEN) which is specifically for Retired Civil Servants. Apart from that, BWS KCP Banyuwangi also offers a Take Over system for loans from other banks to Bank Woori, KCP Banyuwangi. The results of this service and research aim to ensure that the public, especially retired civil servants, know the procedures and completion of the General Pension Credit Take Over (KUPEN) system from other banks to Bank Woori Brother KCP Banyuwangi. The method used in this research is participatory so that data collection uses observation, interviews and documentation methods. Based on the results of community service regarding the procedures for implementing General Pension Credit Take Over (KUPEN) at Bank Woori Saudara KCP Banyuwangi, there are conclusions that can be drawn, including that the part involved in implementing General Pension Credit Take Over (KUPEN) is the Unit Head, Relationship Officer (RO), Back Office (BO), and TASPEN.

Research on Modeling Analysis and Risk Early Warning of Regional Financial Stability Based on VAR Model--Taking Henan Province of China as an Example

Abstract This paper synthesizes the influencing factors of financial stability in Henan Province, selects indicators from both internal and external aspects, and determines the index system of economic stability in Henan Province. On this basis, the entropy method is utilized to attach weights to each indicator, and the impulse response and Granger causality test in the VAR model is used to detect the financial stability of Henan Province. In addition, considering that financial risk early warning is critical to the economic security of the country and Henan Province, the principal component analysis method is further used to screen the risk warning indicators, construct a VAR model for financial risk early warning in Henan Province, and analyze the financial risk based on the comprehensive risk warning score. The results show that the risk status of banking financial institutions (16.3252) is relatively poor, while the complete risk status of financial guarantee institutions (42.62864) is at the warning level, and the VAR model accurately reveals the financial stability and risk status of Henan Province. This study provides theoretical knowledge for the modeling analysis of financial stability and risk early warning research in Henan Province, which is of great practical significance for improving the effect of local financial supervision in Henan Province and maintaining the stable operation of finance in Henan Province.

BMT's Role as a Strategic Partner of Sharia Banks: Reviewing the Effectiveness of Channeling Programs in Creating Islamic Financial Inclusion

This study aims to examine the role of Baitul Maal wa Tamwil (BMT) in increasing the liquidity of Islamic banks in Indonesia. This research uses qualitative research methods with a case study approach. The data used in this study came from several BMTs that have cooperation with Islamic banks in terms of liquidity. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study is qualitative data analysis with a descriptive analysis model. The results of this study show that BMT acts as a strategic partner of Islamic banks in terms of liquidity, both through the placement of deposit funds, the purchase of Islamic money market instruments, the distribution of productive financing, and the development of Islamic financial inclusion. BMT also has a fairly high liquidity performance, with ratios that show good numbers and are in accordance with standards set by relevant authorities. BMT is influenced by internal and external factors that affect its liquidity, such as BMT size, capital, profitability, asset quality, market sensitivity, and macroeconomic conditions. BMT has differences and similarities with Islamic banks and other non-Islamic bank financial institutions in terms of liquidity, depending on its characteristics, scale, and scope of business. This research provides theoretical and practical implications for the development of theory and practice of liquidity management of Islamic banks and non-Islamic bank financial institutions in Indonesia, as well as providing suggestions for further research.

Impact of green credit on green finance and corporate emissions reduction

Green finance can promote sustainable economic and environmental development. Currently, China's green financial products are mainly based on green credit. In order to improve the green financial products and services, we need to attract more players to participate in the green financial market. This paper constructs a tripartite evolutionary game model of "bank financial institutions - non-bank financial institutions - enterprises". The purpose of this paper is to investigate whether green credit can lead to the "greening" of the financial system and promote energy saving and emission reduction of enterprises. The results of the study show that: (1) If the initial willingness of banks and financial institutions to implement green credit is high, it will promote the participation of enterprise in energy saving and emission reduction. It will promotes the enterprises to participate in energy saving and emission reduction. (2) If the initial willingness of each subject to participate in the development of green finance is low, the government needs to increase incentives.

Pengaruh Religiusitas Dan Pengetahuan Konsumen Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Properti Pada PT.Griya Permata Kencana Jambi

The demand for houses is increasing from year to year in line with the growth in population in Indonesia. Meanwhile, the availability of houses is not proportional to the large number of requests. This is one of the factors causing the very high increase in house prices. In the city of Jambi, there are already several houses that use the conventional system, namely using interest in their operational transactions, such as KPR Bank BRI, Bank Mandiri, Bank BNI and others. Meanwhile, housing developments that use the sharia system have increased. The middle-urban community who are critical and want to implement an Islamic lifestyle one hundred percent are starting to switch, they are no longer using conventional and sharia mortgages that are sold in national banks, but instead are utilizing sharia-based mortgage facilities in sharia housing, which are not products of banking financial institutions, but from developers. This study aims to determine the effect of religiosity and consumer knowledge on purchasing decisions of sharia property at PT. Griya Permata Kencana Jambi. The subjects of this research are consumers of PT. Griya Permata Kencana Jambi. The population in this study amounted to 220 people and a sample of 69 people. And the research method used is quantitative method, this study uses primary and secondary data with multiple linear regression models.
