The Yajña Chakra in Sujana human education

Education in Indonesia is always in the public spotlight, usually during the period of cabinet changes. Particularly, the Minister of National Education, who is always concerned with new policies along with new curriculum, which has an effect on parents and students as well as the wider community. Indonesia's human development index in 2022 reached 72.91, an increase of 0.62 points (0.86 percent) compared to the previous year (72.29). In terms of determining the development index, education is one of the keys. In this article, qualitative research examines the Yajña Chakra Concept in Sujana Human Education efforts. The data in this research was obtained through observation, literature study, interviews and Focus Group Discussions (FGD) related to the research theme and studied using content analysis. According to the Vedas, the philosophical background of education is to improve the quality of life of "manava" (humankind) and their lives to become "madhava", for instance human beings who have gentleness, compassion and high wisdom or wisdom. Whereas "manava" falls into "danava-danava", such as humans with giant characters, greed, envy and various other bad traits. Clearly, education is a continuous process in a 'linear' system, and has an important role in people's lives, which occurs in all social settings, not just at school. People gain insight, knowledge, and skills from others that they can use in their lives. Bali in particular, if Hindus truly realise the teachings of Yajña, especially Manusa Yajña, gaps in education should be addressed. Presently, Yajña is understood as a ritual ceremony and there seems to be a tendency to get bigger each day and seem increasingly difficult to carry out. Manusa Yajña should also make sacrifices for fellow humans, including advancing the world of education.

This research method is normative legal research, namely conducting a study of literature related to the research object. The criminal provisions for gambling players viewed from the positive criminal law aspect are that the criminal threat for online gambling players is heavier when compared to conventional gambling players. The criminal provisions for gambling perpetrators viewed from the aspect of Islamic law are that there are great sins and several benefits for humans, but the sins are greater than the benefits. At this time, everyone has the potential to gamble online. Thus, a special approach is needed from a religious perspective to prevent these unlawful acts

Reflection of Al-Ghazali’s business ethics for tax consultants

Purpose - The purpose of this study was to explore the application of the values of Al-Ghazali Islamic business ethics to tax consultants in Indonesia and to compare them with the Indonesian Tax Consultant Professional Code of Ethics.Method - This research approach uses phenomenology. There were 3 informants interviewed in the study consisting of tax consultants who are Muslim in Indonesia, fiscal authorities who are Muslim in Indonesia, and experts in the Islamic religion.Result - This research gives the result that the principle of integrity can be expanded in terms of its definition and meaning with the mujahadah component in Al-Mizan, so that the integrity referred to here is trying to keep away bad traits that are prohibited in Islam. Moreover, on the concept of al ihya', tax consultants have a main orientation to profit and the motivation to help taxpayers is still limited to improving the image of their consulting services business.Implication - The concept of Islamic Business Ethics by Al-Ghazali is a broader and deeper ethic so it is very appropriate if it is adapted to the Indonesian Tax Consultant Code of Ethics, especially regarding responsibility and motivation as servants of God.Originality - This research is the first study that used a phenomenological approach in uncovering the reflection of the concept of Islamic business ethics by Al-Ghazali on the implementation of a tax consultant's code of ethics.

Form of Presentation and Character Value on Nayakatama Dance

This study aims to determine the form of presentation of the Nayakatama dance and its character values originating from the Special Region of Yogyakarta. This study includes the form of presentation and character values in the Nayakatama dance. Nayakatama Dance, one of the Yogyakarta Style dance dramas. This study uses a qualitative approach and ethnographic methods. The data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The instruments used for data collection were observation sheets, interview guides, and documentation guides. The data is validated using interviews with informants. The resource person in this study is the creator of the Nayakatama dance. The results of the study concluded that the form of presentation of the Nayakatama Dance originates from the Mahabharata story, namely the story of Arjuna Wiwaha. In the performance, it is danced in the form of bedhayan, namely by nine dancers, one person as Raden Arjuna, one person as Prabu Newatakawaca, one person as Dewi Supraba and six people as Rampak Putri. This dance contains character values that exist in humans, that greed, greed, arrogance, and all ambitions that are achieved in a way that is not good can bring disaster. Only humans who have a clean soul, who are not tempted by the splendor of the world, can eradicate bad traits, that is the human being needed to maintain world peace and eternity

Grandparents in Strengthening Children’s Spiritual Intelligence in Mlaten Village, Mijen District, Demak Regency

Abstract:
 Grandparenting is childcare carried out by surrogate parents (grandparents) where grandparents are part of a large family that is trusted by parents to care for their children either temporarily or permanently, in their care grandparents educate their grandchildren in the ability to strengthen spiritual intelligence which is covering a wide variety. This study uses qualitative field research, where data is obtained through interviews. The results of the study stated that the background of the occurrence of grandparents was due to various things: infidelity, divorce, or being left by their parents to work. Then grandparents in strengthening children's spiritual intelligence by familiarizing themselves with religious activities such as: learning the Koran, praying in congregation, and training themselves to be honest in all things. Then the impact of grandparents is being able to strengthen religious traits in everyday life such as worship activities, socializing well, and being able to distinguish between good and bad traits.

Acculturation and Preservation of Islam-Bugis Culture of Makarti Jaya River Basin, South Sumatra

This paper describes the process of acculturation and the form of preservation of Islam-Bugis culture in Makarti Jaya River in South Sumatra. This research is a type of field research using qualitative methods. The data in this study were obtained through observation, interview, and documentation techniques. This research found four products of Islamic-Bugis cultural acculturation; Maccera` Aqorang (slaughtering animals before reading a letter that is considered auspicious), Mappanré lebbé (a tradition of reciting the Qur'an for prospective brides), cememe mallodung (bathing to remove bad traits before performing the pilgrimage), and Mabbaca Sure` Makkelluna Nabitta (reading the saga of shaving the hair of the Prophet Muhammad Saw). This research succeeded in contributing new treasures in the study of Islamic and Bugis culture, in the multicultural province of South Sumatra. For further researchers, it is recommended to study Islamic-Bugis culture in Makarti Jaya River by using a philological approach, because during the research process the author obtained several ancient texts that were used by the Bugis Makarti Jaya community as a reference in the process of acculturation of Islamic-Bugis culture.

ENGLISH: THE CONCEPT AND MEANING OF PRIDE AND ARROGANCE IN THE LIGHT OF DIVINE TEACHINGS

The Holy Qur'an is a book of guidance that calls to goodness and praises good people. Similarly, Burn forbids actions and condemns those who do evil. In this book, along with describing the human qualities and flaws, it is encouraged to adopt good traits and avoid bad traits. One of these bad traits is pride and arrogance. Pride and arrogance are dangerous and bad habits. Due to this bad habit, the individual and collective life of a person is affected. Pride and arrogance are the root cause of all major bad habits like cruelty, disobedience etc. In addition to the Holy Quran, pride and arrogance have been condemned and their harms have been described in other inspired books. In order to understand the meaning and meaning of pride and arrogance, this article has been written under the title "The Concept and Meaning of Pride and Arrogance in the Light of Divine Teachings". In which the meaning of pride and arrogance is explained in the light of inspirational books, as well as its causes, harms and consequences are mentioned. Along with this, the negative effects of pride and arrogance on society have been described and the treatment to get rid of this disease has also been reported.

 Every child experiences development in his life according to his age. The success of children in achieving developmental goals is supported by several internal and external factors, including parenting style factors, family roles and functions, support from the environment outside the home and school and so on. Early childhood is the most rapid period of child development, especially in terms of socio-emotional development. This period is usually considered the golden period, which is the most valuable age compared to other ages. Therefore the role of the family, especially parents is very decisive. In this period, a character can grow because it receives the right motivation, and similarly if the motivation given is bad it will also create bad traits, because during this period a spontaneous attitude develops which cannot distinguish between good and bad attitudes.

Kompetensi Sosial Pendidik Dalam Perspektif Al-Quran

This study examines the social competence of educators from the Al-Qur'an perspective, including the affective and psychomotor dimensions based on the values ​​of the Al-Qur'an. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through library research and interpretation methods using the maudhu'i interpretation method This research proves that the internalization of Al-Qur'an values ​​in the implementation of educator social competencies will bring out the performance of moral teachers in learning communication according to the example of the Prophet, preventing the appearance of bad traits in students such as hatred, selfishness, unfriendlyness, intolerance. , grudges and other vices that lead to antipathy towards teachers and loss of respect. This research perfects the context of human relations with religious values ​​as a manifestation of faith in Allah, so that from this understanding the theory developed is not only anthropocentric but also theo-anthropocentric.

THE PLACE OF THE SERBIAN PEOPLE IN THE WORK BYZANTISM AND SLAVISM BY KONSTANTIN LEONTIEV

The aim of the research is to determine the place of the Serbian people in the work Byzantism andSlavism by Konstantin Leontiev. It is known that this capital work of the author influenced the political climate atthe end of the nineteenth century in Russia. It confronts two basic ideas: Byzantism as the bearer of civilizationalvalues and Slavism as the bearer of the national spirit. An overview of these two terms is provided with relevantcomments from experts who have dealt with this field. Since the Serbian people are historically present in bothmentioned circles, it is necessary to determine their exact place. Data were collected to the greatest extent from thework itself, but also from all available relevant published works on this topic. The general historical background ofthe work itself is the resolution of the Eastern Question (the collapse of the Turkish Empire) and the further fate ofthe peoples who are part of it, along with the role of Russia in the entire process. Comparisons were mainly madewith already existing descriptions of other Slavic peoples and peoples in the area of former Byzantium, primarilyGreeks and Turks. First of all, the situation in the cultural and political life of the Serbian people during thenineteenth century is analyzed with reference to the most important events of that time. Due attention was paid tothe Russian-Bulgarian and Serbian-Bulgarian relations at the time: the possibilities of their further cooperation, therestoration of medieval states, but also the conflicts that inevitably arose as a result of the actions and influence ofthe great powers were considered. In addition, an exhaustive account of the Serbian people and their historical fate isgiven, where it can be seen that of all the Slavic peoples listed at the time, it was the most fragmented and divided,but at the same time the most ready and determined to stand up to the Turkish occupying power. There were alsodescriptions of the bad character traits of the Serbian people. On the one hand, there is self-sacrifice, readiness tofight for liberation and fearlessness, while on the other hand there are limited forces and the impossibility of fightingindependently without Russian support. In addition, there is the eternal struggle for possible supremacy in theBalkans between the Serbs, Bulgarians and Greeks, as well as the desire of the Serbs to fit into modern Europeansociety according to Western patterns as quickly as possible. The author sees this as a distinctly bad trait. Thegeneral conclusion is that the Serbs in the mid-nineteenth century are a nation that is at a turning point betweentraditional and new European culture and that its further political and cultural development will most likely lead tothe creation of a new Balkan federation in which there will be few Orthodox and Byzantine elements, or in generalfactors that could lead to disagreements among the peoples involved.

Epithelial TGFβ engages growth-factor signalling to circumvent apoptosis and drive intestinal tumourigenesis with aggressive features

The pro-tumourigenic role of epithelial TGFβ signalling in colorectal cancer (CRC) is controversial. Here, we identify a cohort of born to be bad early-stage (T1) colorectal tumours, with aggressive features and a propensity to disseminate early, that are characterised by high epithelial cell-intrinsic TGFβ signalling. In the presence of concurrent Apc and Kras mutations, activation of epithelial TGFβ signalling rampantly accelerates tumourigenesis and share transcriptional signatures with those of the born to be bad T1 human tumours and predicts recurrence in stage II CRC. Mechanistically, epithelial TGFβ signalling induces a growth-promoting EGFR-signalling module that synergises with mutant APC and KRAS to drive MAPK signalling that re-sensitise tumour cells to MEK and/or EGFR inhibitors. Together, we identify epithelial TGFβ signalling both as a determinant of early dissemination and a potential therapeutic vulnerability of CRC’s with born to be bad traits.

SELFISHNESS IN JAMES CAMERON’S AVATAR (CHARACTER ANALYSIS)

The purpose of this study is to reveal the selfishness of Colonel Miles Quaritch which is one of the main characters in the movie Avatar by James Cameron, and also to analyze what the causes and effects of the selfishness are. In conducting this research, the researcher uses qualitative research in which the data collected in the form of words and presented in descriptive form, so the data that the researcher gets is only from the movie script and other books that relation to this research. In this research, the movie script was analyzed with objective approach, it means that the data are found from intrinsic point of the movie script Avatar. From the result shows that selfishness is a bad trait to have in a person’s attitude. The researcher calls it’s a bad trait because it does not only bring no benefit to the person himself but also to another person surrounds him. Collonel Miles Quaritch is a selfish person. It can be seen from his actions that ignoring the opinions of others and neglecting the safety of the troop to achieve his goal. The Causes of the selfishness of Colonel Miles are ambition, arrogance and madness. And the effects of selfishness of Colonel Miles are losing the war and Colonel Miles killed by Neytiri.

Maqasid Al-Syariah Sebagai Problem Solver Terhadap Penetapan Hak Asuh Anak Pasca Perceraian

Indonesia regulates child custody in the KHI, and emphasizes the mumayyiz of the child. Article 105 KHI, The judges seem to agree on this rule and most of them implement it. However, in practice, judges sometimes assume that not all mothers are capable of accepting caregiving responsibilities without careful consideration. The judges saw that some mothers had bad traits and so on. So the judges in determining child custody often return to the concept of benefit. This study uses a qualitative analysis technique with a philosophical approach, the results of the study show that child custody rights are the rights of a mother in the event of a divorce, but that right can be transferred to the father or someone else. Because the rights of the child must come first by looking at the benefit side of the child, therefore the maqasid al-syariah method can be a problem solving to determine who is most entitled to become a post-divorce caregiver.

Sex education is something that needs to be implemented in schools and in the family environment. For this research, qualitative research methods are used that emphasize values. Qualitative method is a research procedure that produces qualitative descriptive data in the form of words and in writing or verbally from the people and actors who are observed. This method is used to try to answer as a whole about Sex Education in the Character Building of Islamic Psychology Perspective Children, besides this research uses a qualitative descriptive method. This cannot be separated from the role of teachers at school and parents at home. Character formation is carried out by teaching children such as the Koran, playing educational games at school and in the family environment, teaching children to sing according to their abilities, teaching children to distinguish colors, good and bad traits when playing at school or at home and teaching children about organs. reproductions that can be seen and that cannot be seen that can be touched and that cannot be touched and improve the ability or train the mind not to think about pornographic things. Islamic psychology is present in the world of education in early childhood with a new paradigm, so that children not only understand the concept of life in general, but can understand the concept of human beings in Islam. The Oral Tradition of Hoyak Tabuik in Pariaman, West Sumatera: An Anthropolinguistic Approach

Hoyak tabuik deals with a religious and old tradition from Minangkabau. It passed from the ancerstor to the next generation. It is one of the local wisdom still used in the Pariaman society to recall the Hasan-Hussein death. This study used qualitative research and anthropolinguistic approach. The data were literature from books and interview the Pariamaneses. There are a lot of oral traditions could be taken from the tabuik ceremony, including that all the worst traits should be removed from our lives, and it can be seen that they throw tabuik constructions into the sea. from the result of the study, it can be observed that Hoyak tabuik still do by the community regarding the figures of Hasan and Husen who was killed by their enemy. The symbols in Hoyak tabuik indexed the incident of the chronology of Hasan Husen death.

Artist's Statement Parisa Karami (bio) I became aware of the Muslim burials in the Polish village of Bohoniki when watching an episode of Witness on Euronews. I had been watching news reports of mangled men, women, and children attempting to escape countries in the Middle East and Africa into Europe for some years. Bodies washing up on seashores, being smothered, suffocated, and abused on the road, in trucks, boats, and camps. However, the story of the burials in Bohoniki struck me not only as decency toward human life but a chance for wholeness in members of the Polish Mosque—living as Europeans on the outer edges of Refugee—never fully assimilated into European society, but able to create a diasporic community. So I searched for more articles and information about this tiny mosque on the border of Poland and Belarus. As the small kingdoms of Europe close in on themselves, their proud nationalistic citizens become further and further inverted versions of their own worst traits. The Imam and his fellow Muslims at the Bohoniki Mosque are able to transcend this nihilistic tendency by honoring and restoring dignity to those they, too, could have cast as Other. The area surrounding the mosque is now a sacred burial zone of men, women, and children—a transcendent zone of Other as Self—where no nationalist can tread. My father too died young, a Middle Eastern outsider in exile. His story was not as brutal as that of a toddler freezing to death in a forest in Europe. He was wrapped in a white shroud, head turned towards Mecca—a proper burial. Perhaps this is why the story of the mosque in Bohoniki was so redemptive of humanity in my mind. To paint this sacred graveyard is to make bearable the fact that there are those who oppose its very existence. When a patient accepts a fictional practice, and tries to perform it, it breaks down his own self-defense mechanism more easily. Such a fictional practice could be talking with a body part or bad trait, rewriting the story of a trauma, introducing new characters, or telling the story from a different perspective. A world that does not follow the rules of reality can give an internal liberation that strengthens the self, weakened by external conditions, and heals the damaged self. That is what Celia Hunt’s book, Therapeutic Dimension of Autobiography in Creative Writing, is about, and Thompson Kate in her The Therapeutic Journal Writing. An Introduction for Professionals and James W. Pennebaker and John F. Evans in their Expressive Writing: Words That Heal also devote several chapters specifically to this topic. The most important criteria in this type of writing are to be truly authentic without any role-play. The wisdom of trauma lies in not identifying with the circumstances that make our life narrow and turning to the whole world. تفكيك أدوار الشخصيات في رواية "حمار الحكيم" لتوفيق الحكيم

This study examines the role of several characters in the novel Himar Al Hakim by Taufiq Al Hakim with a deconstruction approach strategy. The purpose of this study is to determine the transformation of the role of the characters formed in the novel Himar Al Hakim by Taufiq Al Hakim through the interpretation using the deconstruction approach. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. In this study, researchers used document analysis as a data collection technique. To check the validity of the data, researchers used persistence techniques in observation. The data analysis technique in this study will use content analysis techniques. After applying deconstruction of meaning through contradictory meanings in Himar Al Hakim's novel, it is found that Beik as a well-known writer has several bad traits based on his daily behavior, such as not listening to other people's words, disrespecting others, not having a firm stand, a person who lazy, and always shy away from responsibility. Also found were several roles of marginal figures who could become important figures because they motivated Beik through these important roles, namely the director, haji, and the cameraman's wife.

Good Traits, Bad Traits, and ‘Ugly’ Behavior: Relations between the Dark Triad, Honesty-Humility, Other HEXACO Personality Traits, and Externalizing Problems in Adolescents

The present study investigated the relative contributions of the Dark Triad, honesty-humility, and other HEXACO traits to externalizing problems in young people. One-hundred-and-six adolescents aged between 12 and 18 years completed an online survey containing the Dirty Dozen for Youth as an index of the Dark Triad traits of psychopathy, Machiavellianism, and narcissism, the HEXACO-Middle School Inventory to assess honesty-humility as well as five other basic personality factors, and the Youth Self-Report to measure symptoms of oppositional-defiant disorder (ODD) and conduct disorder (CD). Results first of all showed that the Dark Triad traits were positively correlated with symptoms of ODD and CD, while the HEXACO factor of honesty-humility was negatively correlated with such symptoms. Further, both types of externalizing problems were associated with a unique set of personality correlates. More precisely, ODD symptoms were predicted by higher psychopathy and lower agreeableness and extraversion, while CD symptoms were predicted by higher psychopathy (and to some extent Machiavellianism) and lower honesty-humility, extraversion, and emotionality. It is concluded that the study of the role of temperament and personality in externalizing problems should take a broad perspective that includes malevolent and benevolent traits from various theoretical models.

Sosialisasi terhadap Orang Tua tentang Penggunaan Internet yang Sehat dan Aman bagi Anak-anak

The existence of the internet has separated itself from human life, young and old. Like most internet users, especially social networks that allow them to freely access information and interact with others through cyberspace, can have both positive and negative impacts on children. The negative impact of free and uncontrolled internet use can damage moral and social life. Children are particularly at risk of these negative impacts. It can affect their outlook on life so it becomes a bad trait. This condition requires efforts to avoid and anticipate the bad effects of the internet on children. The main effort should be made by parents as their closest environment. Parents must set limits, monitor, and provide direction to children. Through community service activities that aim to provide education on the importance of the role of parents in supervising the importance of safe and healthy internet. The method of implementing the activities used is the method of counseling or socialization. The implementation of this socialization can maximize the positive impact of internet use and minimize the negative impact.
