Penerapan Model PBL Berbantuan Media Pembelajaran Interaktif untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis Siswa

This study aims to determain to increase the student’s ability to think more critize in number pattern material matery class VIII MTsN 1 Lombok Barat 2023/2024 with PBL model with interactive lesson media. The methode that used in this research is experimental methode. This research have been taken in two classes, the first one is experimental class and the other one is control class. The experiment class is used PBL model with interactive lesson media. Meanwhile, the control class is used PBL model. The instrument that used in this research is interactive PPT and the instrument that used in collecting data is the ability test of critical thinking. The average score of theexperimental class was 72.03 and the average score of the controlclass was 59.72. This means that learning using the PBL model assisted by interactive learning media is more effective than learning using the PBL model. The initial average score ofexperimental class students was 67.55 after applying the PBLmodel assisted by interactive learning media obtained an averagescore of 72.03. This shows that there is an increase of thestudent’s in critical thinking skills of number pattern material ofgrade VIII MTsN 1 Lombok Barat 2023/2024 after applying thePBL model assisted by interactive learning media.

The Influence of Value Clarification Technique (VCT) Approach Assisted by Moral Dilemmas Discussion in Learning Pancasila Democracy on Conceptual Understanding and Student’ Moral Attitudes Learning Outcome

Research "The Influence of Value Clarification Technique (VCT) Approach Assisted by Moral Dilemmas Discussion in Learning Pancasila Democracy on Conceptual Understanding and Students' Moral Attitudes Learning outcome”. Research problem; (1) Is there a positive effect of VCT applied with moral dilemma discussion method on Pancasila democracy material on students’ learning outcome of conceptual understanding (cognitive domain)? (2) Is there a positive effect of VCT applied with moral dilemma discussion method on Pancasila democracy material on students' moral behavior learning outcome? The research context was class XI IPA.3 students as experimental class and the control class was XI IPA.1 students of SMAN 4 Kupang. The descriptive-quantitative method was used assisted by t-test analysis technique. Pretest results showed no significant difference among students' ability to understand moral concepts in democracy material between experimental class and control class. The average score of experimental class was 66.90 meanwhile control class was 65.54. The average of pre-test results concerning students’ moral attitudes in experimental class was 71.21 and control class was 72. 86. Post-test results of conceptual understanding as cognitive learning outcome in experimental class was 87.76, higher than the average control class score of 74.82. This proved that the use of VCT approach with the moral dilemma discussion method positively improves students’ understanding of moral concepts and their attitude and moral behavior. The independent sample t test result indicated a significant difference between control and experimental classes. This was indicated by a 2-way (t-tailed) significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Group homogeneity test result based on Lavene's test for variances equality obtained a value of 0.264 > 0.05 therefore data between control and experimental class were homogeneous. Likewise, the two-way significance test (t-tailed) result on equal variances assumed section obtained the sig value. 000 < 0.05. Relying on t test result it could be concluded that H0rejected and Ha accepted. Thus, understanding moral concepts and attitudes learning outcome using VCT Strategy with moral dilemma discussion method achieved higher result than using VCT Strategy with conventional lecture method.

Collaborative Writing: It’s Influence towards Students’ Recount Text Ability

The objective of this research was to know the influence of collaborative writing ability towards students’ recount text of the tenth class students or not. The total populations are 61 students’ in two classes. The writer take two classes, one class as the experimental class that was taught by using Collaborative Writing and the second class as the control class that is taught without Collaborative Writing. In conducting the research, the writer use experimental method, the writer use writing test or t-test to know the students’ writing ability by using Collaborative Writing. The students ask to describe their experience the test use recorded in students’ writing ability, and the writer use the scoring system propose by Yendra Pratial. The writer determine the average rates (x) and variant (s2) before use t-test formula. The average score of experimental class that is taught by using Collaborative Writing is x2ratio = 7.77, and the average score of controll class that is taught with direct instruction is x2ratio= 7.23. Rejected Ho if : x2ratio ≥ x2table (1-α) (k-3), for the significant level of 5% obtained: x2table = 7.81, for the significant level of 1% (α=0.01) obtain: x2table= 11.3. So the Ho is accepted. The sample of this research the writer use cluster random sampling technique, and to test the hypothensis in this research, the writer use a statistical formula of t-test. According to the result of the data analyzing, the writer found that > (=3.10 and =2.70 in significance level 1% and ttable= 2.02 in significance level 5%. Comparison of High School Student’s Learning Outcomes Using Cooperative Learning Model Between Think-Pair-Share (TPS) and Teams Games Tournament (TGT) Types on Reaction Equation

This study aimed to describe the difference between students’ learning outcomes from the class using the cooperative learning model of think pair share (TPS) type and teams games tournament (TGT) type on the topic of reaction equation in class X at MAN 2 Model Palu. This study was a pre-experiment with the static group pretest-postest design. This study was conducted in two groups i.e., class XA as experiment group 1 (n = 24) and Class XB as experiment group 2 (n = 23). Data of students’ learning outcomes were analyzed using t-test two-party statistical analysis with the prerequisite of normality and homogeneity tests of the data from the given posttest. The analysis results obtained the average score of experimental class 1 (1X) was 68.25, while the average score of the control class (2X) was 63.15. The hypothesis test results obtained tcount = 2.47 and ttable = 2.02 with significance level = 0.05 and degrees of freedom 45, then H0 was rejected, and Ha was accepted. Based on these results, it can be concluded that students’ learning outcomes from the class using the cooperative learning model of think pair share (TPS) type is different from the class using cooperative learning model of teams games tournament (TGT) type on the topic of reaction equation in the Class X at MAN 2 Model Palu. Students' learning outcomes in experimental class 1 were higher than in experimental class 2.

PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN MEDIA WAYANG TERHADAP KETERAMPILAN MENYIMAK CERITA SISWA KELAS V DI SD 1 PETIR PIYUNGAN BANTUL

This study descriptively to find the tendency of listening skill to the story class V SD 1Petir, Piyungan, Bantul by using puppet media and hand puppet media. Comparatively to describe the differences in the use of puppet and hand puppet for the sill of listening to stories class V SD 1 Petir, Piyungan, Bantul. This research is a type of experimental research. This research was conducted at SD 1Petir, Piyungan, Bantul with a population of all class V consisting of 38 students. The sample used was random sampling. Class VA as an experimental class and class VB as a control class. Data was collected using the test, observations, and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique used prerequisite t-test analysis, including the distribution, normalize test, and the variance homogeneity test. The hypothesis in this study is the use of puppet media influences the student's skill of listening to stories class V SD 1 Petir, Piyungan, Bantul. The results of the posttest t-test calculation of the experimental class and the control class obtained values p = 0,013 < 0,05, then it can be stated that the hypothesis is accepted, that there is a very significant effect using puppet media on the listening skills of class students V SD 1 Petir, Piyungan, Bantul. The average score of the control class was 73,72 which was classified as a high category, in contrast to the average score of experimental class 78,80 which was classified as very high with a difference of 05,08. Based on the score data above, it can be seen that the teacher must choose innovative learning media so that it can improve students learning abilities in the classroom, especially listening skills.

55 The Effectiveness of Model Think Pair Share to Social Science Learning Outcomes of Grade III Students of Primary Schools in Unit Of Ahmad Yani District of Boja Kendal Regency

The problem found in Elementary School Ahmad Yani cluster Kendal was the low learning achievement of IPS subject. This was caused by several aspects such as the less varied learning model, the inability of students to use their own knowledge, and lack of critical thinking in problem solving. Therefore, there is a need to provide innovative model to create more effective teaching and learning process. To answer such problem, this study used Quasi-Experimental research method with Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Through this design, the researchers involved all the third grade of Elementary School in Ahmad Yani Cluster Kendal as the population of this study. They were sampled by using cluster sampling. After the samples were obtained, the researchers decided experimental and control groups. They were as many as 28 students of SD 2 Campurejo involved as the experimental group, while 22 students of SD 2 Tampingan as the control group. In addition, the dependent variable of this study was Think Pair Share model, while the independent variable was IPS subject learning achievement with the topic of the history of currency. Their data were collected using observation, documentation and tests. Meanwhile, the hypotheses and effectiveness were examined by using t-test and gain test. The results of the study showed that Think Pair Share model was effective toward IPS subject learning achievement of the third grade students with the topic of the history of currency. Further, the posttest average score of experimental class was higher than control class. Also, the posttest mean of experimental group was 78.6 and the posttest mean of control group was 67.7. Moreover, the calculation of gain index showed that experimental class was on fair category with the score of 0.6180, while the control class achieved the criteria as many as 0.4055. At last, this study suggests that TPS model is better to use in any subjects in order to create innovative teaching and learning.

The Effect Of Guided Inquiry Learning Model On Chemistry Learning Towards Critical Thinking Skills Students At Class XI MIA SMAN 7 Mataram 2019

This research aims to investigate the effect guided inquiry learning model on chemistry learning towards critical thinking skills students at class XI MIA SMAN 7 Mataram 2019. Quasi experimental in the form of non-equvalent control group design is the type of this study. The population of this research was all students of XI MIA SMAN 7 Mataram. Purposive sampling method was chosen to be the sampling method of this study. The sample of this study were XI MIA 3 as the experiment class and XI MIA 4 as control class. In experiment class, guided inquiry learning model Student given, whereas conventional learning model with lecture method was applied in control class. The result of statistic test at significant level (5%) showed that tcount (3,33) > ttable (2,009). The average score of experiment class is 69,72 with the median is 67,6 which is higher than the average score of control class is 62,17 with the median is 58,3. The standart deviation of experiment class is 7,494 which is smaller than the standart deviation score of control class is 8,009 which means the experiment class is more homogeneous than the control class. Based on these results it can be concluded that difference in scores between the two classes did not occur by accident, but because of guided inquiry learning model effect.Keywords: guided inquiry learning model, critical thinking skills students.

EFEKTIVITAS MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF STUDENT TEAMS ACHIEVEMENT DIVISION (STAD) TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR MATEMATIKA

The aim of this study was to find out that cooperative learning model type Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) was more effective than the direct learning model toward learning outcomes in mathematic. Type of research was quasi-experimental. The sampling technique was done by using cluster random sampling technique. Data collection techniques performed with documentation and test techniques. Research instruments included test of validity, level of difficulty, discrimination power, and reliability. T-test was used to analyze the data. After doing the research, the researcher found that the average score of experimental class was higher than the control class. It represented through description of mathematics learning outcomes scores. T-test showed that the STAD type cooperative learning model was more effective than the direct learning model toward learning outcomes in mathematics. THE EFFECTIVENESS OF FLASHCARDS IN TEACHING VOCABULARY FOR SEVENTH GRADE STUDENTS OF SMP WAHIDIYAH KEDIRI

This research is generally to find out the differences in the English vocabulary ability between students are taught by using Flashcards and those are not taught by using Flashcards for seventh grade students of SMP Wahidiyah Kediri. The research applied in Experiment Class and Control Class. The instruments for collecting the data were interview, field note, Pre-test and Post-test. The researcher uses Quasi-experiment and uses quantitative method with analyzed the data by using T-test. The result shows that there is significance different between students are taught by using Flashcards and those are taught by using TPS (Think Pair Share). The data analysis shows that Tcount >Ttable (4,330 > 1,664), Ha is accepted. In Pre-test, the average score of Experiment Class is 62, 44 and Control Class is 72, 79. In Post-test, the average score of Experiment Class is 83, 49 and Control Class is 69. The result shows that the average score of Experiment Class is higher than Control Class in Post-test.

The Effect of Ethno Science-Based Direct Instruction Learning Model in Physics Learning on Students' Critical Thinking Skill

This paper aimed at discovering the effect of critical thinking skills after the Ethno science-based Direct Instruction learning model was implemented in physics learning. It was conducted in High School 3 of Bengkulu City. This paper used the Quasi Experiment. The sample was gained using sampling purposive technique that was XI Natural Science 2 as experiment class and XI Natural Science 4 as control class. The results obtained indicated that the post-test average score of critical thinking skills acquired in the class using the Ethno science-based Direct Instruction learning model and the class using a conventional learning model. Based on the data analysis result using a t-test, it showed that the Ethno science-based Direct Instruction learning model influenced the students’ critical thinking skills. The post-test average score of experiment class using the Ethno science-based Direct Instruction learning model and the post-test score of control class using the conventional model showed that there was a significant difference. Based on the hypothesis test, it was found that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) could significantly be accepted. This paper concluded that the students’ critical skill raised effectively when using Ethno science-based Direct Instructional Learning Model especially for Physics Learning and the paper suggests not to use conventional model.

Differences between Learning Outcomes Using Guided Inquiry and Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) Types of Learning Models on Redox Reaction Concept Material in Grade X at SMA Negeri 2 Sigi

This study aimed to determine the differences between students’ learning outcomes using guided inquiry-type learning model and team assisted individualization (TAI)-type learning model on redox reaction concept in grade X at SMA Negeri 2 Sigi. This study was a quasi-experiment method. The sample was class X MIA5 as an experiment class I (n = 24 students), and class X MIA1 (n = 24 students) as an experiment class II. The data analysis showed that the average score of experiment class I was 73.79, and the experimental class II was 71.45. The results of the hypothesis test with t-test two-party statistics obtained tcount = 0.86. The value was in the reception area of H0 that was between -1.68 and 1.68. The result from the statistical test showed that there was no difference between the students' learning outcomes using guided inquiry-type and team assisted individualization type learning models on redox reaction concept material in grade X at SMA Negeri 2 Sigi

PENGARUH BERCERITA DENGAN MEDIA REPLIKA TELEVISI BERGAMBAR TIGA DIMENSI TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN BERBICARA ANAK DI TAMAN KANAK-KANAK ISLAM DAUD KHALIFATULLOH PADANG

The purpose of this study is to know the influence of story telling by using the media of 3 dimension pictured replica television to children’s speaking ability at Padang Islam Daud Khalifatulloh Kindergarten. The method used in this research is quantitative in from of quasi experiment. The research shows that the children on experiment class of story telling using the media of 3 dimension pictured replica television to know their speaking ability have higher average score compared to control class which use pictured book as media in story telling to know children’s speaking ability. The average score of experiment class is 86,97 and average score of control class is 77,08. Based on data analysis tcount > ttable which is 4,28138 > 2,07387. It can be concluded that story telling activity using the media of 3 dimension pictured replica television has effect of children’s speaking ability at Padang Islam Daud Khalifatulloh Kindergarten years 2018/2019.

PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE NUMBERED HEAD TOGETHER (NHT) TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR MATEMATIKA PADA MATERI PERKALIAN SISWA KELAS III SD NEGERI 067093 MEDAN T.A 2018/2019

This research is aimed to figure out the influences the effect of Numbered Head Together (NHT) and how The student’s result of mathematics studies by using cooperative learning type Numbered Heads Together ( NHT ) compared with students who use conventional learning. Based on the result the student’s research which was taught by the model of cooperative learning type Numbered Heads Together ( NHT ), the average score of the students’ study result was higher than the student of studied with conventional learning. This was found from the average score of experiment class It proved that there was significant influence by applying cooperative learning type Numbered Heads Together ( NHT ) to the students’ result of mathematics learning which could be known from the result of calculation, test – t > t table ( 4,305 > 2,000 ) with decibel calculation ( db) = 49, significant value = 0,05. Therefore Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. It meant that the students’ average study result of learning mathematics in experiment class was different with be control.

The Pengaruh Penggunaan Jurnal Belajar Terhadap Hasil Belajar Mahasiswa Pendidikan Biologi STKIP-PI Makassar pada Mata Kuliah Perencanaan Pembelajaran

This research was quasi experimental with the purpose to determine the influence of using study journal toward study outcome of biology education students of STKIP-PI Makassar in lesson plan course. The research design is prestest-posttest control group design. The populations were students of Biology Education Program who conducting lesson plan of biologi subject in even semester (VI) of academic year 2017/2018. This research used random sampling technique to chose a control and an experimental class. The data collected by pretest and posttest. The data was collected analyzed by using descriptive and inferential statistic. The result showed that the average score of experimental class is 80,42 and control class is 75,33, standard deviation are 8,03 and 9,67. The result of hypotheses testing use Independent Samples T-test with SPSS for windows 20 program to get significance value is 0,03. The significance value 0,003 < α= 0,05, so H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted. It is showed that using study journal give positive influence to study outcome of biology education students of STKIP-PI Makassar in lesson plan course.

The Effectiveness of Webtoon to Develop Students’ Writing Skill in Narrative Text Of Tenth Grader In SMK PGRI 13 Surabaya

There are four main skills in learning English, writing, listening, reading, and speaking. In this research, the researcher focused on writing narrative text for tenth grader students of SMK PGRI 13 Surabaya. The medium that is used in this research is webtoon. It is kind of comic series which has picture and narration so it can be make the students learn how to write narrative text easier. The purpose of this research is to find out the effectiveness of webtoon in developing students’ writing skill in narrative text. The researcher used quantitative method and the data were collected through pre-test, post-test, and questionnaire. The researcher used two classes, experimental class and control class to do this research. After the data were collected and calculated, the result showed that the average of score got an increasing. Before getting treatment, the average score of experimental class was 55 and after getting treatment, the average score was becoming 69. Furthermore, based on the students’ response, it showed that mostly the students agreed that webtoon is useful to use in learning English, especially writing skill so webtoon can be effective to develop students’ writing skill in narrative text.

Pengaruh Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Numbered Head Together dipadu Contextual Teaching and Learning Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa SMA Imanuel Palu

This study aim was to determine the influence of application of cooperative learning model type numbered head together combination with contextual teaching and learning toward learning outcomes of students in SMA Imanuel Palu. This study used quasi experimental design with non randomized pretest-posttest control group. Sample used were two classes, Xb (n=30) as experimental and Xa (n = 30) as control one. The test of student learning outcomes data used the t-test statistical analysis of the two parties. The results of data analysis obtained, the average score of experimental class () was 50.50 with a standard deviation of 9.79 and for control class () was 41.03 with a standard deviation of 11.01. The result of testing hypothesis with the statistical t-test of two parties obtained that –ttable < tcalculation > +ttable (tcalculation = 2.35 and ttable = 2.00) with a significance level α= 0.05 and 58 degrees of freedom, then H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted. The result of the data analysis showed that there was any in learning outcomes between students in experimental class and the control class, until concluded there is any influences of application of cooperative learning model type numbered head together combination with contextual teaching and learning toward learning outcomes of students in SMA Imanuel Palu.

APPLAYING TELL AND SHOW STRATEGY ON WRITTENT TEXT OF YOUNG LEARNERS

The aim of this research was to know whether of applying Tell and Show strategy can influence learners’ descriptive text at the Tenth grade of English Course Surakarta. The researchers used true experimental design which consist of control groupand experimental group.The subject of this research was students of young learner at the tenth grade of English Course at Surakarta. This research was quantitative research design in the form of experimental research. The researcher uses test as the data collection method. To investigate whether there was a positive and significant differences study between experimental class and control class. The researcher analyzed the data by using t-test formula. The result revealed that the average score of Experiment class was higher (72.12) than the average of control class (66.23). It can be concluded that teaching in the experimental class using Tell and Show (TS) strategy gave better result than in the control class using the other strategy in teaching descriptive text. the result of data analysis using t-test is t-observed = 5.289 and t-table = 5% : 2.000, 1% : 2.660. It means that t-observed is higher than t-table = 5.289 > 2.000. It can be inferred that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected.It can be concluded that is using Tell and Show (TS) strategy gave more positive effect toward the learnerners’ descriptive text writing ability.

TEKNIK WORD FLOW GAME DALAM MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN MENULIS KALIMAT BAHASA JEPANG (Penelitian Eksperimen Murni Terhadap Siswa Kelas XI SMK 45 Lembang Tahun Ajaran 2017/2018)

This study aims to determine the improvement of the writing ability Japanese sentences using word flow game technique and how students response about this game technique in Japanese language learning process. This research used true experimental method with control group pretest-posttest design. The sample of the research consists of 32 students of SMK 45 Lembang period 2017/2018, second grade of Tata Busana class and Nursing class, where 16 of them are for experiment class and 16 for control class. The research instruments are test and questionnaire. From the result of the data analysis, the average score of experiment class before the treatment is 37,74 and changed becoming 84,73 after the treatment. With tscore was 4,15 db = 30 in signification degree of 2,04 (5%) and 2,75 (1%). Since the t-score was bigger than t-table, thus the hypothesis is accepted that with using word flow game technique in learning process, student ability to write Japanese sentence become increasing. Based on the result of questionnaire, the writer concluded that more than half of respondents have a thought that word flow game technique is fun and helping in Japanese sentences learning process.

Metode Pembelajaran “Make A Match” Dan Pengaruhnya Terhadap Hasil Belajar IPA

<p>Almost of unspecifically studying methods have been applied teacher for teaching activities. That methods have effected unefficiency for knowledge transferring to student. That is the reason how we need studying methods that efficient, creative and innovative. The purpose of this study is for knowing the studying methods “Make A Match” and how the impact to result study specifically for natural science. We use purpose sampling technics to definite research class and simple random sampling to definite part of sample of each class. The average score of experiment class are higher than control class. The different of both class is three point with normal distribution for each class and from homogeneity test showed that F hit = 1,163. Both of them have homogeneous varians. The average point of experiment class are higher than control class too. T-test showed t hit > t table (3,614 > 1,69). Thus, the studying methods “Make a Match” could raised the study results better than conventional methods. As the result, the quality of education can be more improved agree with contain and the purpose of studying in the school.</p>

Pengaruh Pemanfaatan Aplikasi Penilaian Kinerja Guru Terhadap Peningkatan Profesionalisme Guru

The evaluation of teachers’ performance is getting crucial to find out the degree of their professionalism. The education institution has to be able to figure out what factors may influence the teachers’ performance. The analysis result will be useful in developing their human resources in an optimum way which is very needed to promote the education’s quality. They need certain attention from the government and people. As the matter of fact above, the government has regulated the enhancement of educators’ quality or teachers in national perspective through the law No 20 in the year of 2003 about national education system. It is still done conventionally which has a big effect on their professionalism. This research has a purpose to set up an application of teacher performance evaluation in order to gain their performance and professionalism. It is used a method namely research and development consisting of 10 steps which are modified to result on teacher performance evaluation in line with teachers’ professionalism improvement. The final result of development comes to the application teacher performance evaluation with computer based containing evaluation components such as; personality, pedagogy, professional, social and the overall score which enables to Improve teachers’ professionalism at the maximum point. The research result shows that the developed application has completed the feasibility requirements to be used as an application system of teacher performance evaluation process. It can be seen from the data of material expert with the average score of 4,4 as categorized very good. While the media expert validation shows the score of 4,5 with the category of very good. According to the assessor shows that this teacher performance evaluation coming to score of 4,6 with the category of very good. At the effectiveness test, it shows that the average score of experiment class which is 82,9178 is higher compared with control class at the average score of 61, 26363.
