PHBS in the household is an effort to empower household members to know, want and be able to carry out clean and healthy living behaviors and play an active role in the health movement in the community. The implementation of household PHBS in Fishermen's Environment 2 still needs attention, especially by Sungailiat Health Center where there is a decrease in coverage in 2020. This study aims to determine the factors related to the implementation of household PHBS in Fishermen's 2 Environment Working Area of ??Sungailiat Health Center, Bangka Regency. The type of research used in this research is analytic with survey method and cross sectional study approach. This research was conducted in Fishermen's Neighborhood 2 Bangka Regency. The population in this study were households in Fishermen's Environment 2, Bangka Regency, which amounted to 1,054 households, with a total sample of 99 respondents. Analysis of the data used includes univariate and bivariate analysis using the chi-square test. The results showed that there was a relationship between factors such as Knowledge (p = 0.002), Attitude (p = 0.000), Education (p = 0.000), Availability of Supporting Facilities (p = 0.001) and Family Support (p = 0.000) with the application of Household PHBS, while the income variable (p = 0.327) which means there is no relationship with the application of Household PHBS

The Trend to Counter Terrorism in ASEAN

Abstract The trend of counter-terrorism is shifting in line with the shifting action of terrorism. Each country has a different strategy in tackling terrorism. This is due to the difference of the night, the center of the rest and national interests. Research aims at reviewing the counterterrorism trends in ASEAN, and identifying their strengths, weaknesses and obstacles. The study uses philosophical approaches and qualitative data analysis. The results of this study showed that there was a shift in the trend of counter terrorism in ASEAN along with the map of terrorism movement. The paradigm of terrorism is changing from the beginning through the mechanism of the penal sich towards the non-penal. ASEAN's cooperation in tackling terrorism is based on the international and Regional conventions. ASEAN countries started shifting terrorism countermeasures policy towards soft Power with counter terrorism programs with deradicalisation and disengagement. Deradicalisation is expected to overcome the limitations of criminal law and not clash with human rights. Disengagement by emphasing on improving the social relations of former perpetrators of criminal acts of terrorism to prevent re-entry to the network. The advantages of policies of ASEAN countries in addressing terrorism with counter terorism as a way to transfer and accelerate the exchange of information operandi. Its weakness tends to be just a mere rhetorical device, focusing more on unbinding, nonspecific actions, and without building a progress monitoring mechanism. The resistance of ASEAN countries has not been offset by its availability of support facilities and infrastructure. Not all countries do prioritize their policies on counterterrorism efforts as a national interest. Deradicalisation should be defined completely. Research needs to be done for effective deradicalisation program.

Case report on Tracheoesophageal Fistula with review of current literature

Major structural anomalies occur in 2-3% of live births all around the World. The reported global incidence of tracheoesophageal fistula (TEF) is roughly 1 in 2,500 live births varying by region. In Pakistan, incidence is reported only by those tertiary care centers that have pediatric surgery facilities available, making it an underreported and often mismanaged condition. We report a case of esophageal atresia (EA), rectovaginal fistula and tracheoesophageal fistula associated with Meconium Aspiration Syndrome (MAS) in an infant. The baby was 2 days old when she arrived at our center, born at 34 weeks, and weighed 2.3 kilograms. There was no significant antenatal history except that the mother was on antihypertensive drugs. The baby had an Apgar score of 3 and 4 at 1 and 5 minutes respectively, severe respiratory distress and cyanosis. Her chest examination revealed subcostal and intercostal recessions, bilateral crepitation and tachycardia at 180/minute. She was immediately put on ventilator and required frequent suctioning due to excessive secretion, developed abdominal distension, and had multiple episodes of desaturation and cyanosis. Complete blood picture showed leukocytosis and arterial blood gases signifying metabolic acidosis. Upon trying to pass to a catheter, baby passed stool through vagina. Contrast esophagogram showed evidence of distended stomach and proximal small bowel loops. No evidence of air was seen in the rectum. On passing the nasogastric tube into the esophagus, it curled on itself at D4 level with evidence of blind-ending proximal esophageal pouch that dilated with contrast medium. On 10th day of life baby’s condition deteriorated despite all efforts. Eventually she stopped breathing, her pupils dilated and all efforts to resuscitate her failed. This report highlights the importance of thorough clinical examination and availability of support facilities in a pediatric unit. TEF/EA should be suspected in any newborn who presents with respiratory distress, drooling, history of polyhydramnios with an inability to pass nasogastric tube. The parents should also be counselled as TEF/EA carries a 1% risk of recurrence.

FAKTOR ORGANISASI YANG MEMPENGARUHI KINERJA (STUDI PADA PERAWAT IGD RSUD ULIN BANJARMASIN)

Emergency Installation (EI) is the first place for patients to get emergency treatment. Successful EIs are not solely about the availability of support facilities, but also human resource performance measured from organizational factors, such as nursing management, leadership style, incentives, organizational structure and job design are included. The main purpose of this study is to partially and simultaneously test the influence of organizational factors on nurse performance with descriptive method with quantitative analytic approach. The sampling technique used a census approach of 33 nurses at the Emergency Installation, Banjarmasin Ulin Hospital. All data were obtained by distributing questionnaires and analyzed by using multiple regressions. The result of data analysis shows that nursing management, transformational style, and work design have positive but not significant influence on nurse's performance. Incentives and organizational structures have a positive and significant influence on nurse performance. Organizational factors simultaneously positive effect on the performance of nurses in the Emergency Installation Banjarmasin Ulin General Hospital for 55.10% and the remaining 44.90% influenced by other variables. Understanding and managing the off-road vehicle experience: indicators of quality

Off-road vehicle (ORV) use is one of the most popular and fastest growing leisure activities in the United States. Most research on ORV use has focused on its potential environmental impacts and conflicts with other types of recreation, while relatively little research has examined the ORV experience itself. The concept of indicators and standards of quality has emerged in the literature as a conceptual framework for understanding and managing outdoor recreation. This study applies the concept of indicators of quality to ORV use at Cape Cod National Seashore (Cape Cod). (Standards of quality for indicator variables are addressed in a companion paper in a later issue of Managing Leisure.) Qualitative interviews were conducted during the 2004 use season with 61 ORV users at Cape Cod to gather information on indicators of quality for the ORV experience. A content analysis was performed on the transcripts, and results suggest that crowding, the portion of the ORV route open, ease of obtaining a permit, amount of litter, availability of support facilities, and the behavior and actions of ORV users are potential indicators of quality. The portion of the ORV route open may be a less useful indicator because it is not easily adaptable due to current legislative and regulatory guidance for the management of threatened shorebirds. The other variables are better potential indicators because they may be more readily measured and managed.

Assessment of Support Facilities Available to Degree Programme Distance Learning Students in the Southwestern Nigerian Universities

The study assessed the availability of support facilities to degree programme distance learning students in two universities in Nigeria’s University of Ibadan and of Ado-Ekiti. A sample of 250 students was drawn from the two universities. A questionnaire on distance learning student support facilities (DLSSFQ) was elicited. Analysis of the data showed that student support facilities were not adequately provided. However, sampled individuals perceived that distance learning was not better organized and implemented than mere university matriculation examination or school certificate examination coaching centres. The problems identified constitute a threat to the academic integrity of graduates from distance education centres.
