Introduction Aim: To assess the perception and attitude towards Swachh Bharat Abhiyan (SBA) among dental students in Guntur city. Material and Methods Methodology: A cross-sectional study was conducted among 391 dental students in Guntur city. A pre-tested, structured questionnaire consisting of 15 questions was used to assess the perceptions and attitude of dental students regarding SBA. Statistical analyses were performed using descriptive and chi-square tests. Results Results: Majority (59%) of the participants were aged between 20-22 years, predominantly females (80.1%), with an even distribution across study years. Most participants (51.2%) strongly agreed on the importance of individual contribution to SBA. However, opinions varied regarding SBA's impact on cleanliness and the significance of personal involvement. Conclusions The results show that participants have a favourable attitude and are conscious of the importance of their personal contributions to SBA and the necessity of actively taking part in cleanliness campaigns.
