THE EFFECT OF NON-PHYSICAL WORK ENVIRONMENT AND WORK STRESS ON THE PERFORMANCE OF AUTO 2000 EMPLOYEES OF RADEN INTAN

The influence of the non-physical work environment and stress levels on employee performance are the main objectives of this research, especially in the organizational environment of Auto 2000 Raden Intan, a corporate entity operating in the automotive industry sector. This study used a quantitative approach. Because the non-physical work environment does not have a direct impact on the company but on employees if not managed properly, the relationship between employees and superiors is very important to achieve company goals. A total of 35 employees were included in the study population. The sample that took only the mechanical part was 35 employees from 111 total population at PT. Astra International Tbk. Auto 2000 Raden Intan. In the research analysis required to achieve this, multiple linear equations were used, and the results showed that work stress along with non-physical work environments can affect the good level of employee performance. The determinant coefficient R2 of 62.8% means that performance (Y) is affected by the non-physical work environment (X1) as well as work stress (X2) is 62.8%. While the remaining portion of 37.2% was influenced by additional components or variables outside this study.

Workload Analysis and Green Human Resource Management on Employee Performance

The manufacturing industry sector is an industrial sector in Indonesia that is developing and contributes to the industry nationally, therefore companies engaged in this field must be able to face competition which is the impact of the growing industry. So that human resources are an important part of the company, if the human resources are lacking, the company's target in achieving its goals will not be carried out PT. ASTRA INTERNATIONAL Tbk Isuzu Sukabumi - Bogor. Tbk Sukbumi -Bogor is a company engaged in the automotive manufacturing industry that has problems with employee performance. This study aims to find out whether workload and green human resource management have an influence and impact on employee performance at PT. ASTRA INTERNATIONAL Tbk Isuzu Sukabumi - Bogor. The research method used is a quantitative method using descriptive and associative methods. The data source used by conducting interviews and distributing questionnaires as a tool in obtaining data and samples was used namely saturated sampling to 31 respondents of PT. ASTRA INTERNATIONAL Tbk Isuzu Sukabumi - Bogor by using a differential semantic measurement system. Then the data that has been obtained is carried out several tests such as validity and reality tests, then a classical assumption test is carried out, which is then analyzed with the help of SPPS 23 software to answer the hypothesis in this study. The results of the study show that there is a positive and significant influence between workload and green human resource management on employee performance and by reducing workload and implementing green human resource management can improve the performance of employees of PT. ASTRA INTERNATIONAL Tbk Isuzu Sukabumi - Bogor.

Forecasting the Stock Price of PT Astra International Using the LSTM Method

Stocks are one of the long-term investment options and represent ownership in a company that can be acquired through buying and selling. Investment carries both the profit potential and the risks that investors must face when providing their capital to companies. Accurate stock price forecasts are very important because they provide an estimate of risk. This research aims to forecast the stock price of PT Astra International Tbk (ASII.JK) using a Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) method. Data set closing stock prices were taken from January 2, 2015, to December 30, 2020, with a total observation of 1506. This data set is divided into 80% for training and 20% for training. The forecasting results show that the best performances have MSE, MSE, MAE and MAPE are 151.910, 23076.561, 118.128, and 2.3%, respectively. The model has a batch size of 4 and epochs of 50. This research recommends that other parties consider this method when they need to manage their investment risk in stocks.

Strategi Marketing Public Relations Auto2000

The business competition in the current era of digitalization is increasingly fierce, so companies need to adapt and are required to have good and innovative strategies. This research aims to analyze and describe the sustainability of Marketing Public Relations strategies at Auto2000 PT. Astra International Tbk. The theory used in this study is the Marketing Public Relations theory proposed by Kotler & Armstrong, which includes 9 tools of Marketing Public Relations: Publications, Events, Identity Media, News, Speeches, Public Service Activities, Sponsorship, Press Relations, and Product and Brand Publicity. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, which is a problem-solving procedure investigated by describing the state of the research object based on existing facts. The data collection method employed was through interviews. The Publications involved creating persuasive, informative, and educational content to attract customers using social media. The Events activities included organizing a series of events aimed at introducing new products and sustaining various campaigns to increase brand awareness. For Identity Media, Auto2000 emphasized the characteristics of the logo and the use of dominant colors for each published content. In the News activities, Auto2000 utilized the website and made efforts to obtain organic news from mass media. For Speeches, a company spokesperson was appointed to deliver credible information and clarify issues. The Public Service Activities involved social initiatives as a form of responsive services and social assistance. Sponsorships supported events relevant to the company. Press Relations efforts were made to build good relationships with the media. For Product and Brand Publicity, Auto2000 ensured the quality of services and products, complemented by high publicity.

APPLICATION OF QUADRATIC PROGRAMMING ON PORTFOLIO OPTIMIZATION USING WOLFE’S METHOD AND PARTICLE SWARM OPTIMIZATION ALGORITHM

Stock portfolios can be modeled into quadratic programming problems using the Markowitz mean-variance model. Quadratic programming problems can be solved using two methods, namely classical and heuristic methods. In this research, the classical method uses Wolfe’s method, while the heuristic method uses the particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm. This research aims to determine optimal results in portfolio problems using two methods, namely Wolfe’s method and the PSO algorithm. The data used in this research is data from 10 stock companies that distribute the highest dividends in the IDX High Dividend 20 category for the 2022 period. The research results discuss the portfolios of PT Astra International Tbk and PT. Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk. Based on the result, using Wolfe’s method, the ASII and ITMG stock portfolios are obtained, namely the optimal proportion of ASII shares = 0.76401 or 76.401% and ITMG shares = 0.23598 or 23.598%, while the PSO algorithm obtains a portfolio of ASII and ITMG shares, namely ASII shares = 75.02% and ITMG shares = 24.98%. Compared to Wolfe’s method, the PSO algorithm has a smaller Z value 5.7.

Otomotif Disaat Masa Pandemi Covid-19 Dengan Model Altman Z-Score

This study aims to ascertain the financial condition and anticipate bankruptcy of several automotive industry companies during the Covid-19 outbreak. PT Astra International Tbk, PT Indomobil Sukses Internasional Tbk, PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk, and PT Astra Otoparts Tbk became the population in this study. This study also describes the company's financial performance, analyzes financial ratios to distinguish healthy and unhealthy companies, and determines how the company's financial performance and health in 2020-2022. Primary data is the company's financial statements from 2020-2022. Secondary data are journals and articles that support this research. The research method is a quantitative method based on the formulas in the Altman Z-Score theory. The results showed that the financial condition of these companies was not always stable from year to year during the pandemic.

MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTING AND PARTNERSHIP-BASED COMMUNITY ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT MODELS IN THE SOCIETY 5.0 ERA

In facing the Era of Society 5.0, society is required to innovate through the local industrial sector and prepare itself to compete globally. The partnership pattern as a Community Economic Empowerment Strategy through MSMEs must be addressed wisely by large business actors and MSMEs by carrying out collaboration that is mutually reinforcing and beneficial for the progress and welfare of MSME actors which will have a positive impact on the community's economy. Empowerment will be very effective through four main factors, namely Human Resources, Government Role, Business Capital, and Partnerships. The aim of this research is to identify partnership-based empowerment in research objects, identify the implementation of Management Accounting in research objects, and create a model of community economic empowerment (MSMEs) to face the era of society 5.0. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The results of the research show that the community economic empowerment provided by the Government (Dinkopdag), a private company (Astra International Tbk), and a facilitator (Wijaya Putra University) to KBA Semanggi Surabaya is in accordance with the partnership pattern to answer challenges in the era of society 5.0 but has not yet fully reached Management Accounting concept in empowerment programs for MSMEs. Analisis Teknikal Menggunakan Moving Average (MA), Moving Average Convergence-Divergence (MACD), dan Relative Strength Index (RSI) Untuk Mengoptimalkan Dalam Pengambilan Keputusan Investasi Pada Saham Sektor Manufaktur Index LQ45 BEI Tahun 2022-2023

This research examines technical stock analysis techniques for six manufacturing sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2022–2023 period, using the Moving Average (MA), Moving Average Convergence and Divergence (MACD) and Relative Strength Index (RSI) indicators. . Astra International Tbk (ASII), PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk (INDF), PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk (ICBP), PT Semen Indonesia Persero Tbk (SMGR), PT Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Tbk (INKP), and PT Kalbe Farma Tbk (KLBF) are some of them. The analysis was conducted using charts from the stockbit.com website to evaluate the accuracy of signals and the investment performance of these three indicators. The research results indicate that RSI has the highest signal accuracy rate, namely 92%, while MA and MACD have accuracy rates of approximately 58% and 55%, respectively. Despite MACD producing more signals, RSI remains accurate with fewer signals. In terms of return on investment, RSI achieved a total return of 238%, followed by MACD with a total return of 161%, and MA with a total return of 101%. RSI proves to be a reliable indicator by generating positive returns without any negative returns on the studied stocks. In conclusion, RSI is the primary choice in making investment decisions in the manufacturing sector stocks on the Indonesia Stock Exchange due to its accuracy and positive investment returns. However, MA remains useful for trend analysis, and investors are advised to pay attention to the entire stock market, consider additional indicators, and have sufficient understanding of technical analysis. For future research, it is recommended to consider other sectors and a broader range of indicators.

Analysis of Sustainability Reporting Disclosure Based on the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards

This study aims to provide empirical evidence regarding the disclosure of PT Astra Internasional Tbk Jakarta's sustainability report for 2020-2021. This research uses quantitative qualitative research methods. Data obtained from the results of the sustainability report of PT Astra International Tbk Jakarta. Data analysis uses content analysis. The results of the analysis show that sustainability reports are company reports that convey information regarding the economic, environmental and social performance of a company's actions. Disclosure standards for business sustainability reports that use the Global Reporting Standards (GRI) standard should consist of general disclosure series (100 series) to specific disclosure series (200, 300, 400 series) to ensure that stakeholders receive consistent information during the decision-making process.

Influence of Organizational Culture and Organizational Communication on Internal Service Quality Mediated by Teamwork

This study aims to examine and analyze teamwork as a mediator of organizational culture and organizational communication on internal service quality at PT. Astra International Tbk – Daihatsu DKI2 region. Factors that influence organizational culture and organizational communication as independent variables. Teamwork as a mediating variable and internal service quality as a dependent variable. The population of this study is Daihatsu’s employees who are in the DKI2 region, with a total sample of 150 people who will be taken using a questionnaire instrument. The data analysis method uses Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) which is processed using Smart-PLS software. The result of the study show that there is a positive and significant influence between the independent variables namely organizational culture and organizational communication on the dependent variable internal service quality. Teamwork as an intervening variable is able to mediate the independent variable on the dependent variable.

WINTERS EXPONENTIAL SMOOTHING UNTUK FORECASTING HARGA SAHAM PT ASTRA INTERNATIONAL TBK

Investing in the stock market is one of the investment options that are in great demand by investors. Investors generally invest because want to gain profits which can be seen from the stock returns. On the other hand, there is a risk of loss if the investor makes the wrong decision. Investors need accurate information, predictions and a sense of security in stock transactions. Investors or shareholders need to know the development of stock prices in the future with forecasts to anticipate large losses. This study aims to predict the share price of PT. Astra International Tbk (ASII.JK) one year ahead using the winters exponential smoothing method. Forecasting results show that ASII's share price for the next year will increase every month. This can provide information on future stock movements for investors as a consideration for investing in these stocks.

ANALISIS MATRIKS BOSTON CONSULTING GROUP (BCG) PADA STRATEGI RETAIL SALES MOBIL MEREK TOYOTA DALAM UPAYA MERAIH KEUNGGULAN BERSAING DI GRUP PT. ASTRA INTERNATIONAL TBK

The automotive industry is one of the prospective industries to continue to be developed in order to improve product competitiveness and in turn will increase the contribution to the value of exports and economic growth. The purpose of this study was to determine the position of the automotive industry market growth rate focusing on Toyota car brands based on market growth and market share, using the BCG matrix. The unit of analysis is all car brands including the PT group. Astra International Tbk, which consists of Toyota, Daihatsu, Honda, Mitsubishi, Motors and Suzuki. The object of analysis is the number of retail car sales. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach. This research method uses descriptive research type. The method of data collection carried out in this paper is by field research methods that include library research methods. Based on the calculation of the BCG matrix to find out market growth (market growth) has been known to decline by - 3.8% from the previous year - 4.7% shows the growth of the High School market share is not satisfactory, while the calculation of relative market share in 2017 the results are 3.03 and in 2018 the results are 2.36 and based on these two results, it can be described that the position of the Toyota brand car is in the quadrant III of Cash Cows.

The Relationship between Leadership Style and Corporate Financial Compensation to Employee Job Satisfaction

The study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and financial compensation on job satisfaction of employees of PT Astra International TBK Toyota Sales Operation (Auto2000) Pasteur Bandung. The population in this study were all employees within the scope of PT Astra international TBK Toyota Sales Operation (Auto2000) Pasteur Bandung as many as 80 people. Data collection is done by using observation, documentation, interview, and questionnaire methods. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis and Multiple Correlation Coefficient Analysis and Coefficient of Determination Analysis using the IBM Statistical for Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 21 program. The results of this study indicate that the two independent variables, namely Leadership Style (X1) and Financial Compensation (X2) have a relationship or influence individually or partially and a relationship together or simultaneously on the dependent variable, namely Job Satisfaction. The correlation coefficient of 0.978 is in the interval 0.91-0.99 which indicates the strength of the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is very strongly correlated. The coefficient of determination of 0.965 shows that the independent variable to predict the dependent variable is 96.5%, the remaining 4.4% is influenced by other factors.

PERBANDINGAN PERFORMA MODEL MACHINE LEARNING SUPPORT VECTOR MACHINE, NEURAL NETWORK, DAN K-NEAREST NEIGHBORS DALAM PREDIKSI HARGA SAHAM

This study aims to analyze the performance of three prediction models, namely K-Nearest Neighbors (K-NN), Neural Network (NN), and Support Vector Machine (SVM), in predicting the stock price of PT Astra International Tbk (ASII.JK). The research encompasses the initial stages through evaluation using optimal parameters for these three algorithms. The research findings reveal that the K-NN prediction model has the lowest Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) value, with a value of 0.037, indicating the most accurate prediction compared to the other models. Despite the NN model having an RMSE of 0.048, which is higher than K-NN, it still provides reasonably accurate predictions. Meanwhile, the SVM model has an RMSE of 0.075, indicating a higher level of error in its predictions. Based on these results, the recommendation is to utilize the K-NN model as the preferred choice for predicting the ASII.JK stock price.

Pengaruh Piutang Dan Utang Jangka Pendek Terhadap Pendapatan Pada PT. Astra International Tbk

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of short-term receivables and debt on income at PT. Astra International Tbk. This research shows that there is a discrepancy between theory and financial reports at PT. Astra International Tbk. In 2020 and 2021, income decreased, receivables increased in those years, namely 2020 and 2021, while income decreased, and short-term debt increased in 2018 and 2021, and income also increased. The formulation of the problem in this research is whether short-term receivables and debts have an effect on income at PT. Astra International Tbk. The discussion in this research is related to the field of accounting which discusses financial report analysis. The theory used in this research is regarding company income, namely the company's ability to fulfill its short-term obligations, receivables, namely company claims to other parties whose maturity is less than one year, and short-term debt, namely the company's obligations to other parties which must be paid immediately within a period of time. less than one year. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The data source used is secondary data obtained via the website www.idx.co.id. Data processing in this research was carried out using SPSS version 23. Data analysis techniques used descriptive tests, normality tests, linearity tests, classical assumptions, hypothesis testing, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that there is a partial influence between the receivables variable and the income variable with a calculated t value of 3.264901 > ttable with a value of 2.026192. Partially, short-term debt has an effect on income with a calculated t value of 15.93768 > t table with a value of 2.026192.

Effect of Equity and Liabilities on Net Profit of Manufacturing Companies Listed on The Indonesia Stock Exchange

This study aims to analyze the effect of equity and liabilities on net profit manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The type of research used is associative causal by using quantitative methods. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression with the independent variables equity and liabilities and the dependent variable is net income. The data in this study used secondary data taken from www.idx.co.id. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2022 period. This study uses data from 2022 periods with 55 manufacturing companies as a sample. The study shows that the lowest equity is PT. Siantar Top Indonesia Tbk and the highest is owned by PT. Lion Metal Works Tbk. The lowest liability value is owned by PT. Astra International Tbk, and the highest is owned by PT. Lion Metal Works Tbk. The lowest net profit is owned by PT. Astra International Tbk and the highest net profit belongs to PT. Lion Metal Works Tbk, Equity partially has a positive effect on net income, Liabilities partially have no effect on net income, and equity and liabilities simultaneously have an effect on net income.

Peran Csr Pt.Astra International Tbk Dalam Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Masyarakat (Umkm) Melalui Kampung Berseri Astra

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia, which are contributors to national economic growth, still experience many obstacles in their development, such as ineffective partnership patterns, and their development does not meet expectations. This makes the implementation of CSR carried out by companies or BUMN still not on target or still partial. The aim of this research is to evaluate and create a pattern of synergy between the implementation of corporate CSR and community economic empowerment in the form of MSMEs. This research was conducted at PT Astra International Tbk with one of the CSR partners in the form of Kampung Berseri Astra, namely KBA Semanggi Suroboyo. The research method is a qualitative approach, using 3 key informants. The results of the research show that PT Astra International Tbk has committed to implementing corporate CSR with a focus on community economic development through Kampung Berseri Astra which is developed and monitored continuously every year through 4 main pillars, namely Education, Health, Environment and Entrepreneurship. KBA Semanggi Suroboyo, as one of the partners, feels that the implementation of CSR is right on target, but is still hampered by the synergy of regional government programs, especially those related to empowering MSMEs. An appropriate synergy pattern is needed to synergize the implementation of the Company's CSR with community economic empowerment, especially in terms of empowering MSMEs.

THE EFFECT OF ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE AND JOB ENVIRONMENT ON EMPLOYEE IN PT. ASTRA INTERNATIONAL TBK. AUTO 2000 BRANCH OF AMPLAS MEDAN

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture and work environment on employee performance. PT. Astra International Tbk. Auto 2000 is a Toyota car dealer. The population of this study is 61 employees with a sample according to the slovin formula of 30 employees. The data used is quantitative data derived from primary sources. The data collection technique uses a Likert scale with a regressive line analysis method to provide information to respondents (questionnaire). Based on the statistical results obtained tcount 10.886 > ttable 1.697 it can be concluded that there is a positive influence between organizational variables and work environment variables on employee performance at PT. Astra International Tbk Auto 2000 Sandpaper Branch. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination, the R-Square in the regression is 0.911 (91.1%). In this case, the most significant benefit provided by the organization and the workplace is 91.1%, with the remaining 8.9% coming from other variables that were not considered in the study. PT. Astra Internasional Tbk Auto 2000 Amplas Branch must increase and expand the number of courses aligned with job specifications in order to improve organizational health and workforce productivity. Analisis Rasio Profitabilitas untuk Mengukur Kinerja Keuangan (PT. Astra International Tbk 2019-2022)

One of the leading industrial companies in automotive manufacturing is PT Astra International Tbk, which is also listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The purpose of this study is to find out how to measure profitability using ROE, ROA, NPM, and GPM ratios for PT. Astra International Tbk in 2019–2022. The study in question uses descriptive quantitative methods, which involve analyzing company employee data, and a special type of study using time series data from 2020-2022 financial forecasts. The results of the analysis show that financial work is based on profitability; this shows ROE, ROA, and NPM are consistently increasing year after year and at a higher rate than the industry. This shows that there is a good financial job. GPM will fluctuate between 2020 and 2021, and there will be another increase in the following year, 2022.

Pengaruh Net Profit Margin (NPM) Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROA) Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan PT. Astra International TBK Tahun 2017-2021

Rapid economic development and the emergence of many new companies make every company in Indonesia must have a high ability to maintain the stability of the company's sustainability and company value.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Net Profit Margin, Return on Assets, Return on Equity on the Company Value of PT. Astra International Tbk. Data collection was carried out by taking samples on the website www.idx.co.id and data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis methods, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, autocorrelation tests, multiple linear regression tests and determination tests.The results of the regression analysis show Y = 1.135 + 1.600NPM – 108.378ROA + 59.865ROE which means that the three variables have an influence on firm value. The value of the coefficient of determination is 0.536. This shows that Net Profit Margin (X1), Return on Assets (X2) and Return on Equity (X3) have an effect on Firm Value (Y) of 53.6% while the remaining 46.4% is influenced by other variables not included in this study. the results of the t test at a significance level of 0.05 explain that partially Net Profit Margin, Return on Assets and Return on Equity have a significant influence on the Company Value of PT. Astra International Tbk.
