Time-series Global Temperature Prediction and Visualization

Temperature prediction is a prevalent and practical research in recent years. However, due to the performance of mathematical models or the application of visualization technology, previous work either lacked accuracy and intuitively visualized results. This paper designs a pipeline for global temperature forecast, which has relatively ideal accuracy and visualized results, and makes prediction of the temperature of each country/ region from 2023 to 2100 based on the earth surface temperature dataset packaged by The Berkeley Earth Surface Temperature Study. The mathematic model used by this paper is Prophet, which is a high-performance time series forecasting model and extremely applicable for dataset with high periodicity. The forecast results are generated by using PyEcharts in the form of HTML pages, where the worldwide average temperature, the years, a drag-operable month setting bar and the colored temperature distribution map are shown intuitively. Experimental results based on the testing dataset indicate that the mean absolute error of this method is 0.735°C. Forecast results on wider dataset indicate that the worldwide average temperature in the future may continue growing at the speed of around 0.0248°C per year.

Application of Visual Technology in Fully Mechanized Coal Face

With the gradual improvement of coal mining automation, visual technology is more and more widely used in coal mine production line. Especially in fully mechanized coal face, visual technology provides a guarantee for reducing the working face personnel and remote control. Aiming at the application scene of fully mechanized coal face, the key technologies such as visual imaging algorithm, visual data compression algorithm, panoramic reconstruction technology of fully mechanized coal face and reliable video data storage technology are combed. The distortion correction, image registration, image fusion and video data compression methods based on depth learning technology in panoramic video surveillance system of fully mechanized coal face are mainly expounded. It effectively solves the problems of large bandwidth, incomplete video storage, non-intuitive working picture of shearer and uneven video splicing picture. At the same time, the development direction of video surveillance system in fully mechanized coal face is discussed.

Design of cancer classification and visualization platform based on Internet big data

With the development of Internet technology, Internet technology is widely used in the medical industry. Based on the medical Internet big data, using visualization, data mining and other technologies, combined with distributed crawler, HTTP data transmission technology, vue2 front-end framework and the application of visualization technology, this paper completed the development and design of the analysis platform based on the internet medical big data. From the three aspects of presentation layer, business logic layer and data access layer, the architecture can show the number of hospitals, the proportion of doctors, the number of departments, the hospital’s praise, poor evaluation and other information. Then, the cancer big data classification model based on the new bionic optimization algorithm is established. The experimental results show that the method has high classification accuracy and speed. In the era of big data, the integration of early diagnosis and treatment of cancer resources and information construction is very necessary and has far-reaching significance.

Research on Theories and Methods of Vehicle Sound Source Recognition

In this paper, the theory of vehicle noise source identification is studied and analyzed, based on the theory of various noise sources identification, the theory of vehicle noise source identification is divided into traditional noise source identification method, signal analysis-based noise source identification method and visualization-based noise source identification method. The basic principle, process, advantages and disadvantages of the three kinds of noise source identification theory described in this paper, as well as the application and selection analysis of the suitable situation are mainly described. Finally, it is pointed out that the application of visualization technology will be the main development trend of vehicle noise source identification theory.

In this talk, we will give a general background for data visualization, and present some work on interactive visualization techniques and tools for a variety of analysis purposes, including signal processing, some of which can be repurposed for the analysis of audio data.

Tracheal intubation is an important part in clinical teaching of anesthesiology,it is also the basic skill that each anesthesiologist must master.The distinctive feature of visual technology is intuitive visual,meaning operation process and anatomical structure can be seen directly and clearly.Our department tried to teach tracheal intubation with visual technology.Teachers firstly demonstrated standard incubation with video laryngoscope and explained the related basic theoretical knowledge.Then students practiced the intubation in models until becoming skilled,finally students can practice in real patients.The teaching effect of the modified method was better compared with that of traditional method. In order to avoid the subjectivity and limitation of advancement degree of difficulty evaluating method based on lists, a visualizing method which applies the visualization technology in advancement degree of difficulty computing process is proposed. This method takes the improved technology readiness level assessing result of the technology to be assessed as the input of the visualizing process, and visualizes the readiness status of the technology to a two-dimension coordinate graph. The area which denotes the advancement degree of difficulty of the technology developing from one readiness level to a higher readiness level is shown in the coordinate graph. A computing formula is established to get the advancement degree of difficulty of the technology. The experimental results show that the proposed visualizing method can get the difficulty degree of the technology developing from one readiness level to another readiness level objectively and accurately.
