In order to solve the problem of multislice spiral CT and three-dimensional image reconstruction technology in the observation of ankle sports injuries under the microscope, to meet the needs of the accuracy of the diagnosis of traumatic fractures, to make up for the shortcomings of the traditional treatment cycle, and to improve the recovery speed of patients. The subjects were inpatients in the Orthopedics and Traumatology Department of a hospital from January 2020 to January 2021.The ankle joint belongs to the flexion joint, which is formed by a dense joint at the lower end of the fibula, tibia, and talus. Osteoarthritis is the most common type of bone fracture, accounting for approximately 3.9% of the total skeletal system, and is most likely to occur in adolescents.

Application of Multislice Spiral CT Volume Reconstruction in Congenital Microtia Reconstruction

Objective. To investigate the application of multislice spiral CT in volume reconstruction of congenital microtia. Methods. Sixty patients who underwent auricle reconstruction in Otolaryngology Hospital of our hospital from April 2020 to April 2021 were selected. All patients had no mental disorders and normal cognitive ability and volunteered to participate in this study. Multislice spiral CT was used to evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of multislice spiral CT by scanning the morphology of the ossicular chain and the bone destruction of the selected patients. Results. MSCT can clearly display the structure of ear. Conclusion. MSCT can clearly reflect the external ear and the structure of the ear in patients with congenital microtia and distinguish the different types of patients obviously. Multiplane reconstruction and volume reconstruction can clearly display the fine structure of the patient’s ear, which has important reference value for surgery.

Application of CT Image Based on Three-Dimensional Image Segmentation Algorithm in Diagnosis of Osteoarthritis

Objective: To investigate the application of multi-slice spiral CT in degenerative changes of lumbar facet joints using the LOG algorithm. Methods: The CT findings of 100 cases of degenerative vertebral facet joint disease were reviewed and analyzed in this paper. Results: The main CT manifestations of facet disease are osteophyte formation, articular hyperplasia and hypertrophy, osteosclerosis, narrowing of joint space, articular surface destruction, joint capsule calcification, joint gas accumulation, joint subluxation, and lateral recesses and vertebrae. Signs such as narrow mesopores. Conclusion: The multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT) and multi-planar reconstruction (MPR) techniques are analyzed by the LOG operator algorithm. It is found that the two techniques can fully display the anatomical structure and pathological changes of the vertebral facet joints, and are useful for the diagnosis of facet joint disease. Provide enough imaging evidence.

Value of Multi-slice Spiral CT in the Diagnosis and Resectability of Pancreatic Cancer

Objective: To analyze the value of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis and resectability of pancreatic cancer. Method: 56 patients with pancreatic cancer treated in our hospital from January 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research subjects. All patients underwent multi-phase scanning by multi-slice spiral CT. According to the results of the images, observe whether the pancreatic cancer has affected the blood vessels surrounding the pancreas, evaluate the resectability based on the results of the examination, and analyze the final results of the operation which was taken as the standard. Results: all the 56 cases presented slightly low density or equal density, and 28 cases had complete outline. Multi-slice spiral assessment of patients’ vascular invasion types found that 192 branches can be resected with 70 branches cannot; Multi-slice spiral assessment of the main arterial and venous invasion grades around the pancreas of the patients found that 212 branches can be resected with 50 branches cannot; Multi-slice spiral CT was used to evaluate the resectability of pancreatic cancer compared with surgical results. The accuracy of resectable types of vascular invasion was 72.52%; the accuracy of resectable vascular invasion grades was 79.39%. Conclusion: the application of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer can provide a clear understanding of the condition of vascular invasion and distant metastasis, and the accuracy of assessing resection can reach more than 70.00%, which provides a reference for clinical application.

Application of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of children's parotid cleft deformity

Objective:The aim of this study is to evaluate the value of multi-slice spiral CT （CT） and multi-planar reconstruction （MPR） in the diagnosis of children with parotid cleft deformity. Method:The CT images of 55 cases of branchial cleft deformity confirmed by surgery and pathology were retrospectively analyzed. Result:CT examination showed that 37 cases had strip-like, tubular fistula or cystic mass located in the anterior cervical triangle, anterior margin of sternocleidomastoid muscle, and 2 of them had bilateral fistula structure. In 16 casescystic mass and tubular fistula were found in the parotid gland or at the edge of the parotid gland. One case was accompanied by atresia of the lateral auditory meatus. After contrast enhancement, the cystic wall（tube wall） of 55 patients were enhanced. In 9 patients with infection, the boundary of the lesion was blurred, and the density of the cyst or lumen increased after contrast enhancement. MSCT diagnosed 6 cases of parotid cleft cyst with fistula, 35 cases of branchial cleft cyst, 13 cases of parotid fistula, and 1 case misdiagnosed as lymphadenitis. Among all the cases, 15 were type Ⅰ, 36 were type Ⅱand 4 were type Ⅲ. Compared with the results of pathological diagnosis and clinical operation, the accuracy of qualitative diagnosis and localization was 99.9% and 100.0%. Conclusion:Multi-slice spiral CT thin-slice images combined with MPR image post-processing technology can better display the location of branchial cyst and the course of branchial fistula.

Application of multi-slice spiral CT in diagnosis of inferior vena cava lesions in Budd-Chiari syndrome and its clinical value

Objective To study the application of multiple row spiral CT (MSCT) in the diagnosis of inferior vena cava lesions in Budd Chiari syndrome (BCS) and its clinical value. Methods Eighty patients with BCS admitted to the Central Hospital of Shan County from May 2017 to May 2018 were divided into two groups by digital grouping method, with 40 cases in each group.The control group was diagnosed by ultrasound, and the study group was diagnosed by multi-slice CT.The pathological changes, tissue contrast of inferior vena cava and hepatic vein and the diagnostic sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of inferior vena cava obstruction were compared between the two groups. Results The pathological diagnosis rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(χ2=4.562, 4.695, 4.125, 5.124, all P<0.05). The contrast of inferior vena cava and hepatic vein tissues in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (t=12.897, 13.214, all P<0.05). The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of the diagnosis of inferior vena cava occlusion in the study group were higher than those in the control group (the control group: 91.2%, 98.6%, 97.3%, 80.3%, the study group: 100.0%, 99.5%, 98.2%, 100.0%, χ2=11.897, 10.214, 11.235, 13.564, all P<0.05). Conclusion The application of MSCT in the diagnosis of BCS-inferior vena cava lesions, can display the lesions comprehensively and intuitive guidance in the treatment of inferior vena cava lesions, has high diagnostic value, it is worthy of popularization and application in clinic. Application of multi-slice spiral CT to assess vascular volume for the diagnosis and treatment of gastric varices

Objective: To differentiate the inflow and outflow channels of gastric varices in cirrhotic portal hypertension patients using multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT), and to assess the relationship between calculable CT volume of gastric varices and the amount of tissue adhesive. Methods: 97 cases with cirrhotic gastric varices who were admitted from November 2013 to August 2017 were selected. The type and shape of gastric varices were observed before tissue glue injection treatment by MSCT. The correlation between CT volume of gastric varices and the amount of tissue adhesive was evaluated by Spearman rank correlation coefficient and Univariate linear regression analysis. Results: MSCT showed that Le, g type had the highest proportion (54.6%), followed by Le, g, Lg (20.6%). Le, Lg and Lgf type accounted for 17.5%, and 5.2%, respectively, while Lgf+b accounted for 2.1%. On MSCT, varices of the gastric fundus were in the direction from bottom to top, and 75% of the fundus had a large curved side varices combined with gastric and renal shunt. Under the gastroscopy, varices in the small curved side of the gastric fundus from near to far were formless. In addition, varices in the large curved side of the gastric fundus when observed from different angles to the direction of blood flow (reverse gastroscope) were 72.7% (near and far) or 20.5 % (far and near). There was a positive correlation between CT volume (R = 0.97, P < 0.001) and the amount of tissue adhesive (Y(1) = 0.35 + 0.65X1, Univariate linear regression equation; ρ = 0.89, P < 0.001, Spearman correlation analysis). Conclusion: MSCT can recognize the vascular shape and inflow and outflow channels of gastric varices. A positive correlation between CT volume and the amount of tissue adhesive, suggested that the CT volume measurement before treatment could be used as one of the method to predict the amount of tissue adhesive.

Application of multislice spiral CT and 3D reconstruction in diagnosis and treatment of vascular malformations in head and neck

To explore the application of MS-CT and 3D reconstruction in diagnosis and treatment of vascular malformations in head and neck. 20 cases with vascular malformations in head and neck underwent MS-CT and 3-D reconstruction. Then the treatment was determined based on the results of MSCT scanning. The postoperative results were evaluated. The images of MS-CT showed the edge of vascular malformations partially or completely in 16 cases of venous malformations. The lesion's anatomic site and 3-D position was obtained. The 3-D images also showed the overexpanded supply arteries in 4 case of arteriovenous malformations. 2 case of venous malformations in lip underwent resection and healed completely. 12 cases of venous malformations in buccal and floor of mouth were treated with compartmentalized sclerotherapy with partial lesion involution. 2 case of venous malformations in mouth floor were treated with operation followed by sclerotherpy with partial lesion involution. 4 cases of arteriovenous malformations were treated with Superselective Artery Embolization with partial lesion involution. MS-CT and 3D reconstruction can play an important role in diagnosis and treatment of vascular malformations in head and neck.

Application of multislice spiral CT for guidance of insertion of thoracic spine pedicle screws: An in vitro study

To investigate the value of the guidance of three dimensional (3-D) reconstruction of multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT) for the placement of pedicle screws, the 3-D anatomical data of the thoracic pedicles were measured by MSCT in two embalmed human cadaveric thoracic pedicles spines (T1-T10) to guide the insertion of pedicle screws. After pulling the screws out, the pathways were filled with contrast media. The PW, PH, TSA and SSA of developed pathways were measured on the CT images and they were also measured on the real objects by caliper and goniometer. Analysis of variance demonstrated that the difference between the CT scans and real objects had no statistical significance (P > 0.05). Moreover, the difference between pedicle axis and developed pathway also had no statistical significance (P > 0.05). The data obtained from 3-D reconstruction of MSCT demonstrated that individualized standards, are not only accurate but also helpful for the successful placement of pedicle screws.
