This study aims to determine the application of management information systems in state financial management and financial management at the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Treasury of Southeast Sulawesi Province. This research uses qualitative methods with descriptive research types. Data analysis techniques in this study are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the integrated system in the SAKTI application has an impact on saving time for the financial management process. The SAKTI application also has a high level of security because it uses One Time Password (OTP). Although the SAKTI application is still classified as a new application, its application is very effective and optimal and facilitates the financial management process. Financial management at the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Treasury of Southeast Sulawesi Province is very efficient and the SAKTI application is used for all management processes ranging from planning, recording to accountability.

This still needs special attention because current employment management is not well managed, job seekers in Sidoarjo Regency still have difficulty in choosing job vacancy information. In addition, the Sidoarjo Regency Manpower Office has difficulty in preparing training programs that are in accordance with the needs of the labor market because data processing is not yet online and integrated. This research was conducted with the aim of building an Employment Management Information System application at the Sidoarjo Regency Manpower Office. It is expected that the application built by the author is able to facilitate the Sidoarjo Regency Manpower Office in managing employment data and providing the best service to residents in Sidoarjo Regency.

Barcode or Unique Identification System: Use a barcode or unique identification system on each laundry receipt. This will make it easier to track and search data. Each customer or order can have a unique code or barcode that can be scanned to identify the transaction. Electronic Logging: Switch from manual logging to electronic logging. SYSTEMATIC LITERATURE REVIEW: PERAN PENERAPAN SIMKAH (SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN NIKAH) TERHADAP KUALITAS PELAYANAN PUBLIK DI KUA

This systematic literature review research explains the application of the marriage management information system (SIMKAH). The presence of an application in marriage data collection called the Marriage Management Information System or SIMKAH which has begun to be applied in various religious affairs offices (KUA). This system is useful for collecting all marriage data from every KUA in Indonesia online and offline, data stored in KUA (in the form of files), ministries of religion (soft files), ministries of home affairs (population data), ministries of finance (financial transaction data). This Marriage Card is an additional proof of document from KUA which has a digital-based bar code, if scanned by a married couple, complete information data will appear regarding marital status, name, date, photo of the bride and groom, and place of marriage. The results showed that the application of SIMKAH in the Digital Marriage Card service at KUA provides convenience, fast procedures, fast and effective validation. SIMKAH has begun to be used publicly and effectively and in 2018 it can print Digital Marriage Cards so that the bride and groom get two documents after carrying out the marriage contract, namely the marriage book and marriage card. The implementation of programs in this digital era, of course, is very beneficial for the benefit of the community.

This research used a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of data analysis showed a significant increase in services at the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office due to the use of SIMAS. The previous manual data collection on mosques and musallas (musallas) has been replaced with an online method via the SIMAS website with collaboration between various agencies, including the Office of Religious Affairs and sub-districts. It has accelerated and improved effectiveness of services in the office. With adequate human resources, SIMAS has become an efficient tool for inputting data on mosques and musallas. This research highlights the important role of SIMAS in improving efficiency and service at the Kendal Regency Ministry of Religious Affairs Office.

The Community Health Center is a functional health organization which is a center for community health development which also fosters community participation in addition to providing comprehensive services to the community in its working area in the form of main activities. Currently, at the Sukaraja Community Health Center, all data recording is still done manually using paper media. Because increasingly modern technology requires Puskesmas as one of the health service providers to always improve the quality of its services. The use of computers to process data is very necessary because it can provide benefits and convenience in patient care. In this case, community health centers are required to always improve the professionalism of their employees and improve their health facilities or facilities to provide satisfaction to the community using health services. The objectives to be achieved are: Designing a website-based health center management information system, Improving the conventional health center service system with a computerized system. And makes it easier to process patient data for outpatient, inpatient, pharmacy, counter registration, administration (printing certificates/referrals & health center reports) and general clinics using the waterfall method. The stages of the waterfall method are Requirements, design, implementation, integration, Maintenance. The website-based governance information system that has been produced in this design can process patient data from outpatient, inpatient, emergency health centers and pharmacy services. With this website-based community health center management information system application, data at the Sukaraja Community Health Center is now integrated through a database so that it can process data effectively and efficiently and help provide good services.

The data collection methods used were observation, interviews and documentation. The data processing and analysis techniques used are: data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. This research found that: (1) Implementation of the education management information system at MTs Wahid Hasyim 1 (Miftahul Ulum Islamic Boarding School) in Malang Regency has been implemented well, directed/controlled directly by the Head of MTs and using a data processing application, namely the SIMPATIKA service which is under the auspices of the Ministry of Religion (Kemenag). (2) The role of the education management information system at MTs Wahid Hasyim 1 (Miftahul Ulum Islamic Boarding School) in Malang Regency is very important for data processing, school administration, e-reports and so on. (3) The supporting factors are SIMPATIKA services, e-reports and wifi, while the inhibiting factors are the computer network and quota at MTs Wahid Hasyim 1 (Miftahul Ulum Islamic Boarding School) in Malang Regency.

One form of effort in this regard is through the chronic disease management program (Prolanis). So that the participants do not know the types of activities and schedules of Prolanis activities so that participants do not take advantage of them. The purpose of this study was to examine the implementation of the online prolanis service management information system application (SIMPELPRO) at the Semarang City Public Health Center, a case study at the Padangsari Public Health Center. This research method is descriptive, with primary data sources from interviews, documentation studies and literature. System design using the prototype method. Prototypes were made and evaluated, and continued to the implementation stage. The result of this study Has been developed using SIMPELPRO web based application for service management of Prolanis activities. The focus of the application in this research is still on the presentation of the health education materials. The development uses the prototype method with UML as a design tool. The application has received positives feedbacks from Prolanis participants, Although some participants have complainedabout limited access to smartphones and the need for assistance for elderly participants.

As a result, a Website-Based Karuta Community Management Information System Application was developed to aid in the recording and management of data as well as the search for training history. The System Development Life Cycle development method was used in the creation of this application (SDLC). The programming languages used are HTML, CSS, and PHP, with MySQL as the database and XAMPP as a local server, resulting in a website application that can assist Karuta community administrators in data processing and makes it easier for community members to view training history.

PEMBUATAN APLIKASI PENYIMPANAN OBAT (APO) DALAM PENGONTROLAN MASA KADALUARSA OBAT DI APOTEK BERBASIS WEB

Digital pharmacy has been growing in the current era, so the need for an application to help the performance of a pharmacist is indispensable. Pharmacy management information system applications that have been circulating are known to have not used a drug expiration date notification system to email. The purpose of this study was to find out whether the drug storage application design can control drug expiration in a website-based pharmacy. The research method is carried out by making website-based software by applying data flow diagrams (DFD). The research procedure is to first design a data flow diagram consisting of drug data input, purchase transaction data input, sales transaction data input, drug storage data input and transaction report input. After that, create a use case design consisting of two, namely admin and cashier. The last step is to create a block diagram flow with notifications of drugs approaching expiration in the form of incoming e-mails to users. The results showed that the design of the drug storage application system that was made could operate properly and had been tested independently. The drug storage application has not yet been tested by the public, so further testing is needed.
