An Incubation System for the Simulation of Ammonia Emissions from Soil Surface-Applied Slurry: Effect of pH and Acid Type

Acidification of slurry is a promising approach for reducing ammonia emissions during the application procedure. Since only a few studies have been conducted focusing on ammonia emissions during the application of liquid organic fertilizers on the soil surface, a suitable incubation system was developed to evaluate the effects of acidification under controlled conditions. This incubation system was used to measure the ammonia emissions of various liquid organic fertilizers. The substrates were acidified with sulfuric and citric acid to different pH values to determine both the influence of the pH value of the substrates and of the type of acid on the ammonia emissions. The emissions decreased with declining pH value, and the reduction in emissions compared to the initial pH of the substrate was over 86% for pH 6.5 and over 98% for pH 6.0 and below. At the same pH value, the ammonia emissions did not differ between substrates acidified with citric acid and sulfuric acid, although more than twice as much 50% citric acid was required compared to 96% sulfuric acid to achieve the same pH value. Overall, our results demonstrate that the incubation system used is suitable for measuring ammonia emissions from surface-applied liquid organic fertilizers. The system allows for the differentiation of emission levels at various pH levels and is therefore suitable for testing the effectiveness of additives for reducing ammonia emissions from liquid organic fertilizers.

Application Of Liquid Organic Fartilizer From Banana Weevils On The Growth Yield Of Mustard Greens

This research was conducted in the Courtyard of the Tebing Tinggi Pangkatan Village Post in Labuhanbatu Regency, North Sumatra Province, from November 2022 to January 2023. The study utilized a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 3 replications and 1 treatment factor, which was the dosage of liquid organic fertilizer. Based on the results of the 35-day study on the application of Liquid Organic Fertilizer (LOF) to sweet mustard plants (Bransisca Juncea L), it was found that the highest dosage, which was 185 ml, significantly differed from the control group where no LOF was applied. Meanwhile, the growth with dosages of 90 ml, 100 ml, and 150 ml showed significant differences compared to the control group.

Response of Plant Growth, Yield and Yield Quality of Horenso (Spinacia oleraceae L.) as Effect by Liquid Organic Fertilizer and Vermicompost. Experimental Station of SMK PPN Gegerkalong Bandung West Java, with about 1100 metre above sea level and Andisols soil type order from September 2022 up to November 2022. Experiment was to Randomized Block Design (RBD) with factorial pattern two factors and two replications. The first factor was liquid organic fertilizer (P) rate consisted of five levels namely : p0 (0 mL L-1 water), p1 (2 mL L-1 water), p2 (4 mL L-1 water), p3 (6 mL L-1 water1), p4 (8 mL L-1 water). The second factors was vermicompost (C) rate consisted of five levels namely: c0 (0 g plant-1), c1 (30 g plant-1), c2 (60 g plant-1), c3 (90 g plant-1), and c3 (120 g plant-1). This interactions between liquid organic fertilizer rate and vermicompost rate on response of plant height at 30 days after planting (dap), weight of plant fresh, weight of plamt fresh bran, and yield of plant fresh per plot. Application of liquid organic fertilizer at 6 mL L-1 water and vermicompost 90 g plant-1 gave good effect better than other treatments.

The Availability of Soil N, P, K, and Mustard Yield after the Application of Liquid Organic Fertilizer from Household Waste in Ultisols

Ultisols are one of the dominant soil orders in Indonesia, accounting for approximately 25% of the total land area. The main problem of this soil is high aluminum (Al) saturation with low pH and plant nutrients. The study was intended to determine the effect of liquid organic fertilizer (LOF) from household waste on the availability of N, P, K, and mustard yield in Ultisols. The research used a complete randomized design (CRD) with six concentrations of liquid organic fertilizer of household waste. The treatments were repeated four times. The treatment included control, 10, 20, 30,40, and 50 ml LOF in a liter of water. The study revealed that the liquid organic fertilizer from household waste increased 1.06 folds of total soil N and 1.04 folds of exchangeable-K compared to the control but did not affect available P. Also, soil pH was comparable among treatments. The greatest concentration of LOF (50 ml per liter of water) exhibited the highest yield of mustard, indicated by the highest fresh and dry shoot weight. In general, the study contributes to the development of eco-frindly agriculture.

The Effect of Gamal Leaf (Gliricidia sepium (Jacq.) Kunth ex Walp)-based Liquid Organic Fertilizer on The Vegetative Growth of Lettuce (Lactuca sativa L.)

The growth of lettuce depends on the interaction of growth and environmental conditions. Improper crop maintenance may cause low yield of lettuce production. Application of liquid organic fertilizer could be performed as a strategy in crop maintenance. This study aimed to determine the effect and concentration of gamal leaf (Gliricidia sepium (Jacq.) Kunth ex Walp)-based liquid organic fertilizer (LOF) on the vegetative growth of green lettuce plants (Lactuca sativa L.). The research method used a non-factorial Randomised Group Design (RGD), with treatments consisted of P0 (control), P1 (20% gamal leaves-based LOF), P2 (40% gamal leaves-based LOF), and P3 (60% gamal leaves-based LOF). The results showed that Gamal leaves-based liquid organic fertilizer (LOF) that is produced in this research might still contain less macronutrients C, N, P and K that is stated by SNI 7763: 2018 (2-6%), but its application on lettuce as tested plants could still support their growth. Dose of P1 (20%) was the best to support lettuce growth in the form of increased plant height and leaf area index. Dose of P2 (40%) was abble to maintain showed minimum decrease on lettuce total chlorophylls content. Application of dose of P2 (40%) on lettuce growth medium supportes highest uptake of N while the application of dose of P3 (60%) showed highest uptake of P.

Response of Growth and Seed Yield of Mung Bean (Vigna radiata L.) to Chicken Manure and Banana Hump Liquid Organic Fertilizer Application

Mung bean is highly important legume crop in Indonesia. Attempts to improve the yield and quality of mung bean seeds can be done through improving the planting media by adding organic fertilizer. The objective of this study was to determine the response of growth and seeds production of mung bean due to chicken manure and banana hump organic fertilizer. The research was performed in the greenhouse at the Balai Pengujian Standar Instrumen Tanaman Aneka Kacang (BSIPTAKA), Muneng Probolinggo. This study was structured in a factorial block design with three replications executed randomly. The first factor was doses of CM consisting of 0, 8.3, 16.7, and 25 ton/ha. The second factor was concentrations of banana hump liquid organic fertilizer (LOF) consisting of 0, 10, 20, and 30 ml/L. The result showed that doses of CM had a significant effect on plant height at 10 DAP, seed weight per plant, and seed yield. The interaction between CM doses and banana hump LOF was able to increase leaf chlorophyll index at 30 DAP. Combination of 16.7 ton/ha CM and 20 ml/L banana hump LOF produced the highest average chlorophyll index of 55.07 CCI. Keywords: Chlorophyll index, Manure, Mung bean, Organic fertilizer, Seed.

PRODUKSI DAN KANDUNGAN NUTRIEN HIJAUAN RUMPUT Pennisetum purpureum cv Mott, DENGAN PEMBERIAN PUPUK ORGANIK CAIR HASIL VERMICOMPOSTING LIMBAH SAPI POTONG

Fertilization is a very important effort for Dwarf Elephant Grass (Pennisetum purpureum cv Mott) to achieve forage production and high nutritional quality following its potential. This research aims to determine the yield of dry matter, crude protein content, and crude fiber of Dwarf Elephant Grass by application of liquid organic fertilizer (LOF) resulting from vermicomposting of beef cattle waste. The research was conducted at the Field Laboratory of Forage Crop, and the Ruminant Animal Nutrition and Feed Chemistry Laboratory, Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Padjadjaran University from January to June 2018. The research method used was the experimental method with a Completely Randomized Design using 3 treatments, namely P1 (5,000 L per Ha), P2 (10,000 L per Ha), and P3 (15,000 L per Ha), and 6 replications. Data were processed by analysis of variance and continued with Duncan's Multiple Range Test. The results showed that giving LOF increased the production, increased the content of crude protein, and decreased the crude fiber content of Dwarf Elephant Grass forage. Giving LOF from vermicomposting beef cattle waste at a dose of 15,000 L per Ha resulted in the highest forage dry matter yield (1,925 kg per Ha), one-time cutting at dry season, and the best nutrient content seen from the crude protein content (13.95%) and crude fiber content (28.53%).

Effects of Applying Liquid Organic Fertilizer Kasgot on Growth and Weight of Kolesom Leaf Consumption (Talinum Triangulare Jacq. Willd)

The research aimed to determine the effect of kasgot liquid organic fertilizer on the growth and consumption weight of kolesom leaves (Talinum triangulare [Jacq.] Willd). The experiment was conducted in Babakan Jawa Village, Majalengka District, Majalengka Regency, from August to October. The land used for research has a clay texture. Rainfall at the research location, which is rather wet, is included in type C. The research method used was a Randomized Complete Design (RCD). The treatment consisted of one factor with four replications. The factor in this study is the concentration of kasgot liquid organic fertilizer, which consists of six treatment levels, namely: K1 (control/no treatment), K2 (5 ml l-1), K3 (10 ml l-1), K4 (15 ml l-1), K5 (20 ml l-1), K6 (25 ml l-1) all treatment was repeated four replication. Variables observed were plant height (cm), number of leaves (strands), stem diameter (mm), number of shoots per plant of upright leaves (strands), shoot weight per plant (g), and total shoot weight (g). The results showed that the application of kasgot liquid organic fertilizer had a significant effect on the growth of kolesom plants, namely on the diameter of the stem at the age of 6 MSPT and the number of leaves at the age of 7 MSPT. The application of liquid organic fertilizer Kasgot K2 5 ml l-1 gave the best results on the diameter of the stem at the age of 6 MSPT, and 5 20 ml l-1 gave the best results on the number of leaves at the age of 7 MSPT

Pengaruh POC Teknologi Nano terhadap Pertumbuhan Bayam Merah (Amaranthus tricolor L.) yang Dibudidayakan secara Hidroponik

The use of AB mix in hydroponic cultivation has side effects on body health because it is a chemical fertilizer. ). Liquid organic fertilizer is fertilizer in liquid form made from a fermented mixture of compost, natural ingredients and water and can provide nutrients according to plant needs. In hydroponic cultivation there are several weaknesses, including the occurrence of nutrient deposition, especially in the wick system because the nutrient water in the wick system is passive. To reduce the occurrence of nutrient solution deposition in the wick system used in this research, technology is needed that can reduce the particle size in the planting medium so that it is more easily decomposed and absorbed by plant roots. The method used was a completely randomized design (CRD) with 3 treatments and 5 repetitions, consisting of: P1 = AB mix 100%, P3 = AB Mix 50% + POC nano 50%, P5 = POC nano 100%. The data obtained were analyzed using ANOVA (Analysis of Variance) using the SPSS (Statistical package for the Social Sciences) application. If there is a real difference, continue with Duncan's New Multiple Range Test (DNMRT) at the 5% level. The results obtained from the influence of POC nanotechnology on the growth of red spinach plants can be seen from the average height of P1 plants, namely 18.74 cm, the average number of leaves 35.2 (strands), wet weight 15.84 g, dry weight 1.4 g. The application of nanotechnology liquid organic fertilizer provides significantly different results on the growth of spinach plants.

Pengaruh Penggunaan Pupuk Organik Cair Nira Aren (<i>Arenga pinnata</i>) Terhadap pertumbuhan Tanaman Bawang Merah (<i>Allium ascalonicum</i>)

The need for red onions has not yet been balanced by the amount of production, so the government always brings in red onions through imports to meet the community's needs. The aim of this research was to determine the effect of the growth of shallots (Allium ascalonicum) on the application of liquid organic fertilizer from sap (Arenga pinnata). The approach used in this research is quantitative research. The research was carried out using a completely randomized design (CRD) with different concentrations of liquid organic fertilizer from palm sap, with concentrations of 0 ml, 20 ml, 40 ml, 60 ml, 80 ml and 100 ml, a total of 6 treatments, with 5 replications. The results of the research show that based on the ANOVA test, the calculated F value was 1,954, while the F table (0.05) on the diameter of shallot plant bulbs shows that there is a significant influence provided that F calculated>F table. Apart from that, based on the results of the anova test, the parameters of plant height (0.178), the significant value of the number of plant leaves (0.067), and the significant value of the diameter of the plant tuber (0.133) so that the research results obtained indicate that liquid organic fertilizer of sugar palm sap has an effect on height growth. plants, number of leaves, and diameter of shallot bulbs (Allium ascalonicum).

Application of Moringa Leaves (Moringa oleifera) in Liquid Organic Fertilizer for Red Spinach (Amaranthus tricolor L) Plant Growth

Industrial and social activities have a significant impact on environmental degradation, with soil pollution being one of the consequences. Consequently, plants are unable to achieve proper growth. One viable solution lies in the application of liquid organic fertilizer. Liquid organic fertilizer derived from naturally fermented Moringa leaves presents a potential remedy to this issue. Moringa leaf liquid organic fertilizer contains essential macronutrients (N: 4.02%; Ca: 12.3%; P: 1.17%; Mg: 0.10%; K: 1.8%; and Na: 1.16%), micronutrients (Zn, Fe, Cu), and growth hormones (zeatin and cytokinin), making it highly suitable for use as a liquid organic fertilizer. The study encompassed two variables, namely the impact of soil pH and the effect of liquid organic fertilizer derived from Moringa leaves over a span of 30 days. The findings revealed that red spinach plants failed to thrive in soil with a pH ranging from 3.5 to 4. However, when cultivated in soil with a pH of 4.5, they exhibited a lifespan of 7 days, while in soil with a pH of 5, growth could be sustained for 9 days. Red spinach demonstrated favorable growth rates at pH levels of 5.5, 6, 6.5, and 7, albeit at different rates. Notably, the height growth of red spinach plants, when watered with the addition of liquid organic fertilizer derived from Moringa leaves, proved to be 1.4 times faster compared to those without organic fertilizer. Furthermore, the length growth ratio of red spinach leaves, when treated with the aforementioned liquid organic fertilizer, exceeded that of plants without organic fertilizer by 1.375 times, highlighting the accelerated growth of Moringa leaves.

The Growth of Rice Plants on Combination of Liquid Organic Fertilizer Based of the Water Hyacinth

Aims: This study aims to obtain a combination of liquid organic fertilizer (LOF) concentrations of palm wine and water hyacinth on the growth of rice plants.
 Study Design: This research used a randomized block design with thri (3 replications).
 Place and Duration of Study: This research was conducted in Baolan District, Tolitoli Regency, Central Sulawesi Province with an altitude of 20 meters above sea level (MSL) from September 2022 to January 2023.
 Methodology: consisting of six treatments, namely Ao = control, A1 = 80 ml LOF of water hyacinth + 20 ml LOF of palm wine + 900 ml of water, A2 = 70 ml LOF of water hyacinth + 30 ml palm wine + 900 ml water, A3 = 50 ml water hyacinth + 50 ml palm wine + 900 ml water, A4 = 40 ml water hyacinth +60 ml palm wine + 900 ml water, A 5 = 30 ml water hyacinth + 70 ml of palm wine + 900 ml of water. Each treatment was applied to the pot as media and each pot was planted with 1 seed.
 Results: The results of the study was shown that the combination of water hyacinth and palm wine had a significant effect on plant height, number of tillers, panicle length and grain weight per panicle.
 Conclusion: Application of liquid organic fertilizer with a combination of water hyacinth and palm wine can increase rice plant growth, increase the number of tillers, panicle length and seed weight per panicle.

Application of liquid organic fertilizer from wild banana stem waste (Musa acuminate) and coconut husk as a culture medium for Spirulina platensis

Microalgae are single-celled microorganisms with pigments and can produce photosynthesis to produce food and oxygen. The addition of liquid organic fertilizer from wild banana stem waste (Musa acuminata) and coconut husk as a source of nutrients can be used to increase the cell density of Spirulina platensis. This research was conducted on September 18-27 at the Hatchery and Aquaculture Technology Laboratory, Aquaculture Study Program, Department of Fisheries and Marine, Faculty of Agriculture, Malikussaleh University. The method used in this study is an experimental method with a non-factorial Complete Randomized Design (RAL) of 5 treatments and 3 repeats. The study is treatment A Control (Walne fertilizer), treatment B (Mixture of POC Waste of forest banana stems and coconut husk 12 ml / L of sea water), treatment C (Mixture of POC Waste of forest banana stems and coconut husk 14 ml / L of seawater), treatment D (Mixture of POC Waste of forest banana stems and coconut husk 16 ml / L of seawater), treatment E (Mixture of POC Forest banana stem waste and coconut husk 18 ml/L seawater). The results of this study showed that the use of POC from forest banana stem waste and coconut husk as a culture medium for Spirulina platensis had a real effect with F calculate 43,850 > F tabel (0.05) 3.48 to the peak population and had a real effect on the growth rate of Spirulina platensis with F calculate (26,884) > F table (0.05) 3.48.Keywords: Coconut husk; POC; Spirulina platensis; Wild banana stem waste.

Rice (Oryza sativa L.) response with the Application of Manure and Liquid Organic Fertilizer

Organic fertilizers are necessary for environmentally friendly agriculture. The study aimed to determine rice response to manure and liquid organic fertilizer application ratio. The study was conducted by experimental method with a Complete Randomized Design with five replications. The treatment consists of 6 treatments, namely organic fertilizer, 25% goat manure + 75% commercial liquid organic fertilizer, 50% goat manure + 50% commercial liquid organic fertilizer, 75% goat manure organic + 25% commercial liquid organic fertilizer, 100% goat manure, and 100% manure goats + 100% commercial liquid organic fertilizer. The results showed that plant height during the middle of the vegetative phase treatment of 25% goat manure + 75% commercial liquid organic fertilizer was higher than the treatment of 50% solid organic fertilizer goat manure + 50% commercial liquid organic fertilizer and 100% treatment of goat manure solid organic fertilizer. The root length and volume of treatment 25% goat manure + 75% commercial liquid organic fertilizer is longer and higher than the combined treatment of manure and other liquid organic fertilizers. The grain weight per clump of mixed manure and liquid organic fertilizer treatment is no different. In the future, treatment of 25% goat manure + 75% commercial liquid organic fertilizer can be applied to increase the rice roots.

Increasing the production and quality of the yield of Siam orange fruits in off-season period through the application of liquid organic and guano fertilizer

This research was conducted in Belantih Village, Kintamani District, Bangli Regency, from October 2022 to June 2023. This research aimed to increase the production and quality of the yield of Siam orange through the application of liquid organic fertilizer from cow urine waste and guano fertilizer. This study used a randomized block design with 2 factors and 3 replications. The first factor was liquid organic fertilizer from cow urine waste consist of 4 concentration levels, i.e., 0 ml/l (C0); 5 ml/l (C1); 10 ml/l (C2) and 15 ml/l (C3), while the second factor was guano fertilizer consists of 4 dose levels, i.e., 0 g/tree (G0); 1 kg/tree (G1); 2 kg/tree (G2) and 3 kg/tree (G3). The results showed that the interaction between concentration of cow urine waste liquid fertilizer and guano fertilizer doses had no significant effect on all observed variables. Liquid organic from cow urine waste fertilizer improved the yield and quality of the fruits of Siam orange in off-season period, reflected by the higher of harvested fruit weight per tree and weight per fruit at a concentration of 15 ml/l (13.20 kg and 126.32 g), or an increase of 81.32% and 28.14% than those of control (7.28 kg and 98.58 g). While in the Guano fertilizer treatment, the weight per fruit and the weight of the harvested fruit per tree were highest at the dose of 3 kg/tree (118.50 g and 12.64 kg), or an increase of 10.05% and 33.33% compared to the control (107.68 g and 9.48 kg).

Response of Liquid Organic Fertilizer Application from Sword Fern Weeds and Goat Manure on Growth and Production of Green Beans ( Vigna radiata L )

The aim of the study was to determine the response of the application of liquid organic fertilizer for weeds of sword ferns and goat manure to the growth and production of green beans (Vigna radiata L). The research method used a factorial Randomized Block Design (RAK) consisting of 2 factors with 16 treatment combinations and 2 replications. The fist factor is treatment of Liquid Organic Fertilizer for sword ferns (M) consisting of 4 levels, namely M0 = 0 cc/L water/plot, M1 = 100 cc/L water/plot M2 = 200 cc/L water / plot, and M3 = 300 cc/ L of water/ plot. The second factor is goat manure ferilizer (S) consisting of 4 levels, namely S0 = 0 kg/plot, S1 = 2 kg/plot, S2 = 4 kg/plot, and S3 = 6 kg/plot. Parameters observed were plant height, number of productive branches, flowering age, plot production, weight of 100 seeds and age of harvest. The results of the study of Liquid Organic Fertilizer treatment of sword fern weeds had an effect on the parameters of plant height, number of productive branches, production per plot, and weight of 100 seeds, but did not affect the parameters of flowering age. The treatment of goat manure had an effect on plant height, number of productive branches, production per plot and weight of 100 seeds, but did not affect the parameters of flowering age. The Effect Of Liquid Organic Fertilizer (Lof) From Rice Washing Water and Coconut Water Using Em4 On The Growth Of Chorella sp. At Laboratory Scale

Chlorella sp. has significantly higher nutritional content compared to artificial feed. To obtain Chlorella sp. as a natural feed, it was necessary to cultivate pure phytoplankton to meet the availability of crude feed in sufficient quantities. In conducting the cultivation, there was a need for liquid organic fertilizer (LOF) that could be easily obtained and was available in nature, which was liquid organic fertilizer made from a mixture of rice washing water and coconut water fermented using EM4. This research aimed to determine the density of Chlorella sp. using liquid organic fertilizer from rice washing water, and coconut water fermented using EM4 and the effect of the best fertilizer dosage on the growth of Chlorella sp. This research used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of 4 treatments with four replications. The highest average cell density of Chlorella sp. throughout the research was obtained in treatment C (15 ml dosage), followed by treatment B (10 ml dosage), treatment D (20 ml dosage), and the lowest in treatment A (control). The application of liquid organic fertilizer from rice washing water and coconut water significantly affected the density of Chlorella sp. (p <0.05). The highest density was recorded on day 6 in treatment C with a dosage of rice washing water and coconut water of 15 ml, with a population density of 12,466.25 x 104 cells/ml.

Sustainable Campus Through Organic Waste Management Program Implementation

Implementing an organic waste management program is a crucial step in realizing a sustainable campus. Organic waste management such as yard waste management program in Sam Ratulangi University, Manado, is crucial to maintaining a sustainable environment. The university's efforts to implement sustainable waste management practices, such as recycling and create an alternative energy sources like biodigester, have significantly reduced the amount of waste sent to landfills and creates valuable resources such as heat and liquid organic fertilizer. The application of liquid organic fertilizer from a biodigester on the university's green house resulted in an increased Pakcoy growth parameters and productions. By using liquid organic fertilizer from a biodigester is a sustainable and effective way to fertilize green areas at Sam Ratulangi University. By implementing this practice, the university can reduce waste and support healthy plant growth while also promoting environmental stewardship.

Pengaplikasian Pupuk Organik Cair Dari Limbah Rumah Tangga

Community service carried out by the Faculty of Agriculture at SMP Negeri 2 Kemlagi is providing outreach on the application of liquid organic fertilizer (POC) from household waste. Students are very eager to learn new material and can work on it for extended periods of time in class. This activity strengthens the mutualistic symbiosis between the second-order SMPN and the agriculture faculty. SMPN 2 Kemlagi has the potential to be a top-notch school that combines theory and practice to teach Merdeka curriculum, even though the Faculty of Agriculture lacks a dedicated space for teaching Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM). This activity will continue to be carried out in the future with different themes.

Pengaruh Penambahan Kulit Singkong Terhadap Kualitas Pupuk Organik Cair dari Limbah Buah yang Diaplikasikan pada Tanaman Cabai Merah Keriting (Capsicum Annum L)

Every day the traditional market produces garbage from rotting fruit. According to the Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLHK), the incidence of waste produced in Indonesia is 23 million tons / year and 22.3% comes from traditional marketwaste. Fruit waste can be utilized into Organic Fertilizer Cwater (POC) in order to have a selling value and not pollute the environment. In thepreviousstudy, the additional material used was cassava and only measured the nutrient levels of Liquid Organic Fertilizer formed without application to the plant,so that in penelitian ini wasdone the addition of cassava peel in the manufacture of liquid organic fertilizers and its effectonthe growth of curly red chili plants. The method used is fermentation inside the reactor equipped with a temperature stabilizedbottle. Processing is carried out anaerobically for 2 weeks with a variety of additional materials in one of the reactors, namely the addition of cassava peel. The parameters to be observed are pH levels, viscosity, plant height and number of leaves. Based on the results of measurements of pH levels before fermentation and after fermentation, the pH of liquid organic fertilizers with the addition of cassava peel from 5 to 3 and pH of Liquid Organic Fertilizer without the addition of cassava peel from 6 to 4. The results of measurement of the viscosity level of Liquid Organic Fertilizer without cassava peel 9,544x10-4 N. s/m2 while liquid organic fertilizer without cassava peel 7,858x10-4 N. s/m2. This means that liquid organic fertilizer without cassava peel is more easily absorbed by the soil because the viscosity value is lower and close to the water viscosity value of7,768x10-4 N. s/m2. The application of Liquid Organic Fertilizer to the curly red chili plant canget a maximum result of its effect by Liquid Organic Fertilizer without the addition of cassava peel.
