The Analysis of Fantasy and Representation of Female on Gay and Male Homoerotic Relationships in the Yaoi Genre

The research aims to analyze the analysis of fantasy and representation of female on gay and male homoerotic relationships in the Yaoi Genre. This research uses an ethnographic approach, which is one of the qualitative research methods. The results of this study indicate that Fujoshi's background likes love stories between men is certainly different. But from this study it is found that there are a number of similarities, such as being Fujoshi because they initially like manga and anime, those who were curious about the Yaoi Genre, and those who feel bored with the love story between men and women, as well as various other reasons that made them finally addicted romance between men to have sexual fantasies between men.

Semper Fidelis: Some Values of The Marine Retiree Group

This research tried to reveal the group values of Marine retiree Depok, which has done by using symbolic convergence theory as the main theory. The aims of this research were to find and identify fantasy themes, rhetorical vision and group values of Marine retiree group in Depok. This study was based on a foundation of interpretative paradigm with qualitative research methods to find a fantasy theme that emerged in the group through the method of analysis of fantasy by Bormann. The results of the this study indicate the stories of Marine retiree in Depok are the bridge of experience of Marine retiree in the past with present time. Besides that, it is the formation of behavior in forms of values, culture and communication behavior of them. From the analysis theme shows that the group values of Marine retiree in Depok has manifested by universal's idealism value of Marines Semper Fidelis (loyalty), sacrifice, dedication, pride and self esteem. The group rhetorical visions are pride of the group, desire for being accepted and close to their group's identity.

Regional Narratives and Post-racial Fantasies in the English Riots

This article considers the manner in which the urban disturbances across England in 2011 were framed in popular and scholarly understanding. The article suggests that the days of rioting are not, in themselves, the events that merit analysis and scrutiny. Instead, we should consider again how we frame urban unrest within a broader analysis of the renegotiation of public space and national identities. The article goes on to consider the representation of regional characters in coverage of the riots and to present an analysis of fantasies of the post-racial that emerged in relation to events in Birmingham.
