KEANEKARAGAMAN JENIS TEGAKAN PADA KAWASAN HUTAN LINDUNG PADANG TIKAR KECAMATAN BATU AMPAR KABUPATEN KUBU RAYA

Protection forest has high diversity, one of them is Padang Tikar protection forest, Kubu Raya Regency. Recently, there is no data regarding stand species diversity in Padang Tikar protection forest. This research aimed to find out stand species diversity in Padang Tikar protection forest. By using survey method with sampling technique, a combination of lane and striped plot method, measuring plot was made continously on the lane. The width of the Padang Tikar protection forest is 33,000 Ha. Lane was put purposively and following on satellite imagery of earth, where the lane are put cutting the way the river flow. The area of observation was 6 Ha wide, the number of observation lanes were three with the size of 20 x 100 metres each, two lanes were on the west side of the protection forest and one lane on the east side, with the length of 3 km. Three lanes were chosen due to the area was almost similar in. The distance between lanes was 200 metres. The total amount of plot observed were 30 plots. Research results showed that there were 40 stand species in the area of the Padang Tikar protection forest. Importance Value Index showed there were dominant plants, tree level which are resak (Vatica celebensis brandis), nyatoh (Palaquium pseudocuneteum), meranti (Shorea parvifolia dyer), bintangur (Callophylum inophloide king), ubah (Zygigium sp), and medang (Litsea firma) with the Importance Value of 170,01%.Keyword : Diversity, Batu Ampar, Forest Protected, Padang Tikar.

She's therefore startled when a prime modeling agency wants to put her on their books, but since her late mother was also a model, she's intrigued enough to follow up while carefully keeping her guardian, Nessa, in the dark. This story is interwoven with Nessa's story of her own teen years, when she became friends with Paula, Lauren's mother, and got enmeshed in Paula's dangerous life: a gangster's teen mistress, Paula works as a prostitute more often than a model. As the two stories proceed, Lauren gets more involved with modeling, with attendant changes in her self-image, and hesitantly embarks on her first real romance, while Paula's difficult life explodes, leaving Nessa's mother dead and Paula in prison, where she kills herself. The two stories collide [End Page 457] when Paula's gangster boyfriend, convinced that Lauren is his daughter, abducts her in order to keep her with him. That's a considerable amount of plot, and it becomes every bit as melodramatic as it sounds, with plausibility largely absent from the story's considerable twists and turns and the contrast between Lauren's domestic story and the crime drama jarring. British author Johnson is a effective stylist, however, and she breathes life into her contrived situation via her characters; Lauren's shifting self-image is particularly thoughtfully explored, so much so that it's rather frustrating when the way-out criminal plot disrupts her story. Readers might nonetheless be sufficiently invested in her story to want to see her through her considerable adversity to the safe resolution on the other side.
