Features and prospects of the Russian civil aircraft industry development under sanctions pressure from Western countries

The specifics and prospects of development of the Russian civil aircraft industry under sanctions pressure from Western countries have been considered. The study analyzes secondary data from open sources. The main provisions and conclusions of the work are as follows. The United States of America and its European satellites have imposed comprehensive sanctions against Russian air carriers, including a ban on aircraft deliveries. Lessors who owned foreign airplanes made demands for their return, and foreign registrars suspended airworthiness certificates for domestic airplanes. Western sanctions against Russian airlines have caused significant damage to Russia, but have also become a serious stimulus for the domestic aviation industry development. Significant time and investment will be required to resolve the problems encountered. Russia has the necessary potential to restore the aviation industry and ensure safe passenger and cargo transportation in the required volume. The country is currently working systematically to revitalize the industry, implementing advanced developments and establishing serial production of a wide range of civil aircraft. The success of the domestic aviation industry development depends mainly on the state’s efforts, as it has the access to almost all production and design capacities. In addition, effective measures are needed to influence the air transportation industry in order to balance the supply and demand for aircraft.

Redundancy Design of FADS System for Complex Leading- Edge Aircraft Based on Neural Network

The flush airdata sensing system (FADS) calculates flight parameters such as angle of attack, sideslip angle, Mach number, incoming flow pressure and static pressure based on the pressure measurement of the aircraft surface. It can effectively solve the problem that the leading edge of the pitot tube protruding from the fuselage cannot adapt to the severe aerodynamic heating faced by hypersonic aircraft during the cruise phase, and at the same time meet the aircraft's demand for stealth performance. At present, there is little analysis and research on the use of neural network methods and FADS systems for complex leading edge aircraft. In view of the subsonic/transonic conditions of hypersonic aircraft returning autonomously during the landing phase, the redundancy design and verification of the head FADS system of complex leading edge aircraft are carried out considering the influence of thin leading edge and inlet components. 15 pressure measuring holes are opened in the head of the complex leading edge aircraft. Through a large number of refined numerical simulations, the pressure database of the aircraft under different incoming flow conditions is established, and the typical working conditions are verified by wind tunnel tests. For the complex leading edge aircraft, 4 sets of neural network algorithms are established based on pressure data and redundant design research is carried out, including 1 set of 9-hole algorithm and 3 sets of redundant algorithms. Among them, the 9-hole algorithm has a higher accuracy, with the solution error of the angle of attack within 0.07∘, the solution error of the sideslip angle within 0.3∘, the solution error of the Mach number within 0.0012, and the relative error of the solution of the incoming flow pressure and static pressure within 1.5%. In addition, a system solution process with a certain fault tolerance was established, which can continue to maintain the effective output of the incoming flow parameters in the event of failure of any single pressure measuring hole.

Surrogate-Based Multidisciplinary Optimization for the Takeoff Trajectory Design of Electric Drones

Electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft attract attention due to their unique characteristics of reduced noise, moderate pollutant emission, and lowered operating cost. However, the benefits of electric vehicles, including eVTOL aircraft, are critically challenged by the energy density of batteries, which prohibit long-distance tasks and broader applications. Since the takeoff process of eVTOL aircraft demands excessive energy and couples multiple subsystems (such as aerodynamics and propulsion), multidisciplinary analysis and optimization (MDAO) become essential. Conventional MDAO, however, iteratively evaluates high-fidelity simulation models, making the whole process computationally intensive. Surrogates, in lieu of simulation models, empower efficient MDAO with the premise of sufficient accuracy, but naive surrogate modeling could result in an enormous training cost. Thus, this work develops a twin-generator generative adversarial network (twinGAN) model to intelligently parameterize takeoff power and wing angle profiles of an eVTOL aircraft. The twinGAN-enabled surrogate-based takeoff trajectory design framework was demonstrated on the Airbus A3 Vahana aircraft. The twinGAN provisioned two-fold dimensionality reductions. First, twinGAN generated only realistic trajectory profiles of power and wing angle, which implicitly reduced the design space. Second, twinGAN with three variables represented the takeoff trajectory profiles originally parameterized using 40 B-spline control points, which explicitly reduced the design space while maintaining sufficient variability, as verified by fitting optimization. Moreover, surrogate modeling with respect to the three twinGAN variables, total takeoff time, mass, and power efficiency, reached around 99% accuracy for all the quantities of interest (such as vertical displacement). Surrogate-based, derivative-free optimizations obtained over 95% accuracy and reduced the required computational time by around 26 times compared with simulation-based, gradient-based optimization. Thus, the novelty of this work lies in the fact that the twinGAN model intelligently parameterized trajectory designs, which achieved implicit and explicit dimensionality reductions. Additionally, twinGAN-enabled surrogate modeling enabled the efficient takeoff trajectory design with high accuracy and computational cost reduction.

Ionblox’s SiOx-Based, High-Energy, High-Power Li-Ion Battery for Performance Electric Vehicles and Electric Aviation

Demands on land-based, high-performance electric vehicles (EVs) and electric aviation, by means of electric conventional takeoff and landing aircraft (eCTOLs) and electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft (eVTOLs) demand more on a secondary cell chemistry than ever before. There are many secondary cells on the market that offer energy density, power density, fast-charge capability, or cycle life, but few, if any other manufacturing-ready cells, offer a combination of all four. IONBLOX has solved this by pairing it’s patented, Pre-lithiated SiOx anode with a high nickel, NMC cathode to produce cells exceeding 330 wh/kg. Herein we describe the performance of our 32 Ah cell, featuring high-energy density, high-power density, extreme fast charge capability, and good cycle life, within a package that is already in production.In particular, challenges for the eVTOL market will be addressed, which require peak power demand on the cell at low state-of-charge, without reducing the energy density. Methods for characterizing cells for such high-power applications will be further explored. DCIR pulse characterization and more customized testing like usable energy testing, which is important for identifying the applicable energy density for high-power use cases, will be demonstrated. Additionally, extreme fast charge capability is described on our large format cells with 5 min charge to >60% total cell capacity, over 1000 cycles. This shows such a cell is up to the expectations of a consumer familiar with the timing of a standard gasoline pump. Contribution from the information presented herein demonstrates the state of Si-based anode chemistry and can serve as useful guidelines to the academic community as future technologies are pursued for similar applications Figure 1

Learning by Necessity: Government Demand, Capacity Constraints, and Productivity Growth

This paper studies how firms adapt to demand shocks when facing capacity constraints. I show that increases in government purchases raise total factor productivity in quantity units at the production line level. Productivity gains are concentrated in plants facing tighter capacity constraints, a phenomenon I call “learning by necessity.” Evidence is based on newly digitized archival data on US World War II aircraft production. Shifts in demand across aircraft with different strategic roles provide an instrument for aircraft demand. I show that plants adapted to surging demand by improving production methods, outsourcing, and combating absenteeism, primarily when facing tighter capacity constraints. Electromagnetic design for high power density of fully superconducting synchronous motor with through-shaft type field coil for electric aircraft

Abstract The global demand for aircraft is currently increasing, paralleled by a growing emphasis on decarbonization through the replacement of fossil fuel engines with electric propulsion. In response to this trend, we have developed a superconducting motor distinguished by its high efficiency, output, and low weight. Our focus centers on two critical aspects. Firstly, we addressed the issue of the field coil’s shape. The widely used REBCO wire in high-temperature superconductivity is tape-shaped, making a racetrack coil the most straightforward method for winding the wire. However, this configuration necessitates dividing the motor shaft as it comes in contact with the field coil, raising concerns about the mechanical durability of motors. To overcome this challenge, we introduce a saddle-type coil and design a coil shape that achieves a single continuous through-axis. Utilizing the Frenet-Serre formula, we created a 3D model of the coil’s end without applying load to the wire. This method, previously employed in accelerators, enhances durability, potentially leading to increased output due to higher rotation speeds and reduces weight through part savings. Secondly, introducing a saddle coil presents challenges in forming an ideal magnetic field distribution. In a rotating-field-type motor using an iron core, the winding can be directly wound around it, resulting in multiple coils forming similar magnetic fields that can be superimposed to create one large magnetic pole. However, with a saddle coil, coils are arranged along the circumference, and the magnetic field distribution and an anticipated decrease in output. To address this, we aimed to optimize the magnetic field distribution and increase output through a parameter survey. Specifically, we conducted an analysis under fixed armature conditions (current, number of turns, and shape) in three cases. In Case1, with a fixed total number of turns for the field coil, we compared magnetic field distributions and output by varying the number and arrangement of coils. In Case2, building on the findings of Case1, we aimed to enhance output by fixing the coil arrangement and increasing the number of turns. Finally, in Case 3, we examined the change in motor size with fixed coil parameters while altering the coil arrangement and pitch.

Flows past airfoils for the low-Reynolds number conditions of flying in Martian atmosphere

Fixed-wing aircraft with potential for long-duration flight and efficient manoeuvrability is expected to be the next frontier of Mars surface exploration. However, the feasibility of such an aircraft demands for wing airfoil suitable for low Reynolds flight conditions. In this framework, the paper deals with the computational study of two wing sections specifically designed for Mars exploration aircraft. Two-dimensional steady Reynolds-averaged Navier–Stokes simulations, using the computational fluid dynamics tool SU2 with the γ−Reθ transition model and the XFoil panel flow solver, are performed to address airfoils’ aerodynamics. Computational tools are validated by simulating flow past the Eppler 387 airfoil at Re∞=60×103, and comparing the results with experimental data collected in wind tunnel experiments. Aerodynamic performances of optimal wing sections are investigated at Re∞=3.4×104 by considering pressure coefficients and skin friction coefficients. The application of a literature-based correlation, specifically tailored to identify transition and reattachment locations, is extended to separation point detection. Computational Fluid Dynamics analysis conducted on the studied airfoils revealed that separation occurs within the laminar regime. Additionally, examination of turbulent shear stresses highlighted the role of airfoil curvature in counterbalancing the suction defect produced by the laminar separation bubble. This curvature-induced effect was found to play a crucial role in optimizing airfoil efficiency.

Waverider Design Using Osculating Method

Because of the requirements of payload capability, flight range, and maneuverability, hypersonic aircraft demand high aerodynamic performance. Waveriders have attracted significant attention because of their high lift-to-drag ratios in hypersonic states. Many methods to design waveriders have been proposed for more than 60 years, among which the osculating method features unique advantages in terms of design space, efficiency, and flexibility. Moreover, nearly all waverider design methods can be realized using this approach. This paper presents an overview of research on waverider design methodologies using osculating theory developed until 2023. The design theory and detailed implementation of the osculating cone method are first described, followed by the progress and improvement of the method and the derived osculating flowfield method. The planform-customized waverider from the osculating cone method, which has developed rapidly in recent years, is discussed emphatically. In addition, the connection between the osculating cone and other waverider design methods is plotted to show its powerful applicability. The application of the osculating waverider in practical aircraft design is also summarized. Finally, some perspectives and suggestions for future development are concluded.

Control system for noise-resistant electronic speed controller of a brushless electric motor for an unmanned aerial vehicle

Objectives. The high demand for unmanned aircraft and their efficiency makes the production of their components a matter of relevance. One of these components is the speed controller of the brushless electric motor of the propeller motor group. At the current time, Russian industry, however, does not mass-produce them. In order to start production, control methods and algorithms for the hardware and software parts of devices of this type are needed. Criteria for selecting the main components also need to be formalized. The aim of this work is to develop a method for the software control of electric motors. This includes block diagrams and invariant algorithms and methods for the calculated selection of parameters of the main microcontroller of the electronic speed controller.Methods. Methods of algorithmization, expert assessments, linear computational processes and experimental studies were used.Results. The paper presents the theoretical basis for controlling the required motors. It proposes a block diagram of the implementation of the controller, and a technique for switching windings when controlling with a trapezoidal signal is proposed. Examples are given in the form of an oscillogram. Based on theoretical research, an invariant algorithmic apparatus was developed for building software for various types of microcontrollers. Block diagrams of all the main modules of the software are also presented. The main ones include: the event switching algorithm; and the main endless loop of the microcontroller. The requirements for microcontrollers to create the various types of speed controllers are formalized herein and presented in the form of a set of mathematical expressions. They enable the number of required peripheral devices and microcontroller ports to be calculated according to the requirements for the microcontroller, as well as the computing power of the core used.Conclusions. Experimental studies show the reliability of the theoretical research presented herein. The results obtained can be used to select the optimal element base and develop software for speed controllers of electric motors of the propellers of unmanned aircraft.

Robust self‐adaptive fuzzy controller for load‐frequency control of islanded airport microgrids considering electric aircraft energy storage and demand response

AbstractThe rise of the renewable energy sources (RES) in microgrids has increased the impact of damping and low inertia on network stability. This gives rise to several issues in the power systems, including power fluctuations from variable RES, degradation of the frequency regulation, voltage surges, and oversupply from grid‐connected distributed generators. This paper presents a cascaded hybrid load‐frequency controller for an airport microgrid that addresses frequency fluctuations caused by load changes. It is combining a self‐adaptive fuzzy controller (SAF) and a classical two‐degree‐of‐freedom proportional integral derivative (PID) controller (2DOFPID) called CSAF‐2DOFPID. It is applied to the control section of a diesel generator, an electric aircraft energy storage system, and a demand response program. The controller parameters are optimized using a suggested hybrid differential artificial hummingbird algorithm (D‐AHA) to minimize frequency deviation. The proposed control framework is simulated on an airport microgrid comprising various components, and the impact of time delay on the controller's signals, system uncertainty is also examined. The simulation results demonstrate that the proposed self‐adaptive cascaded fuzzy controller outperforms other controllers such as PID, CF‐PID, and CF‐2DOFPID in reducing frequency fluctuations, and the D‐AHA algorithm achieves favourable results compared to other algorithms in the optimal tuning controller parameters.

SPORTS AVIATION IN THE WORLD AND YUGOSLAVIA AFTER SECOND WORLD WAR

After World War II, the accelerating demand for personal and utility aircraft gave rise to the term general aviation to describe all flying that did not fall into the category of military or scheduled air transport. Immediately before the liberation, the first aviation organization in Yugoslavia was formed in Zemun in 1944. In March 1945, the Air Force Command established the Gliding Center in Vršac, and in April classes for the first class of gliding teachers began. The first aero-clubs began to operate within the Commission for Technology and Sports, at the beginning of 1946 (later Narodna tehnika). The Aviation Association of Yugoslavia (Vazduhoplovni savez Jugoslavije – VSJ) was founded on April 25, 1948 in Belgrade. In 1950, he renewed his membership in the FAI, was unanimously accepted as a member at the 43rd general conference held in Stockholm.

Design and Optimization of an Interior Permanent-Magnet Synchronous Motor for Aircraft Drive Application

The torque performance of the interior permanent-magnet synchronous motor (IPMSM) must be further improved to satisfy the growing demand of aircraft drive application. To this end, this article focuses on the design optimization of the IPMSM structure in the aircraft drive systems to improve the torque density and reduce the torque ripple. A special fractional-slot winding and ∇-type magnetic-pole rotor topology are proposed as the optimized IPMSM structure compared with the structure of an existing motor. The simulations of the original and optimized structures at different current values reveal the variance of the torque in the average and ripple, mechanical and external characteristics, efficiency and steady-state temperature. The performance of an optimized prototype is analyzed by experimental testing, and the results show that an optimized motor has a higher torque density and lower torque ripple than the original one at the same speed and rated power, but it also has a higher temperature rise. However, the temperature rise value is acceptable in the experimental testing condition, so the validity of the design optimization method for the proposed structure is verified.

Prospective life cycle inventory datasets for conventional and hybrid-electric aircraft technologies

Hybrid-electric aircraft represent a promising solution for the urgent need to decarbonize short-haul flights and bolster aviation sustainability. Nevertheless, the realization of hybrid-electric aircraft demands rigorous environmental impact analysis, given the substantial investments, time, and research required for technology development. This study offers a comprehensive life cycle inventory spanning the years 2030, 2040, and 2050 for both conventional and hybrid-electric aircraft configurations. Our inventory datasets are meticulously constructed through a systematic approach, ensuring data harmonization by drawing upon scientific literature, industry expertise, and primary data sources. This extensive dataset encompasses all pertinent systems necessary to model the environmental footprint of flights covering distances ranging from 200 to 600 nautical miles, utilizing a 50-passenger aircraft with the ATR42 as a reference model. Additionally, we furnish supplemental data for end-of-life considerations and uncertainty analysis. The systems under examination include the airframe, powertrain, power electronics and drives, batteries, fuel cells, hydrogen onboard storage, airport infrastructure, and battery charging stations. Notably, the carbon footprint of conventional aircraft aligns with data from the ecoinvent v3.8 database; however, our provided datasets are more than tenfold more detailed and incorporate a forward-looking perspective. These meticulously curated life cycle inventories can be amalgamated to simulate the potential environmental ramifications of conventional aircraft powered by kerosene or alternative aviation fuels, hybrid-electric aircraft utilizing battery technology, and hybrid-electric aircraft employing hydrogen as a fuel in conjunction with batteries. In this context, our findings play a pivotal role in nurturing the development of technology roadmaps that prioritize environmental sustainability within the realm of regional aviation.

Analysis of Weather Factors on Aircraft Cancellation using a Multilayer Complex Network.

Airlines provide one of the most popular and important transportation services for passengers. While the importance of the airline industry is rising, flight cancellations are also increasing due to abnormal weather factors, such as rainfall and wind speed. Although previous studies on cancellations due to weather factors considered both aircraft and weather factors concurrently, the complex network studies only treated the aircraft factor with a single-layer network. Therefore, the aim of this study was to apply a multilayer complex network (MCN) method that incorporated three different factors, namely, aircraft, rainfall, and wind speed, to investigate aircraft cancellations at 14 airports in the Republic of Korea. The results showed that rainfall had a greater impact on aircraft cancellations compared with wind speed. To find out the most important node in the cancellation, we applied centrality analysis based on information entropy. According to the centrality analysis, Jeju Airport was identified as the most influential node since it has a high demand for aircraft. Also, we showed that characteristics and factors of aircraft cancellation should be appropriately defined by links in the MCN. Furthermore, we verified the applicability of the MCN method in the fields of aviation and meteorology. It is expected that the suggested methodology in this study can help to understand aircraft cancellation due to weather factors.

An Approach for Quick Method of Estimating Passenger And Aircraft Demand for Feeder Air Services in India

The recent and the proposed entry of new airlines both in the ‘no-frills’ and in the "full service" categories has completely changed the aviation scenario in India. Obviously this explosive increase in capacity will have a profound effect on the economy of the airlines both in the short term as well as in the long-term period. A growth of over 25% per annum in passenger traffic may not be sustainable for long; thus galloping increase in capacity may result in mergers and strategic alliances of airlines on one side and closing down of some of the airlines on the other side. A point, which is to be noted is that, most of the new entrants also operate in the major trunk routes and serve the metros and the major cities. What appears to have not been tapped is the equally large potential in the regional and short haul sectors, which serve major, and small city pairs and also act as feeders to the major hubs.Realizing the importance of this, the government in its new civil aviation policy has given thrust to regional/ short-haul air travel. In this paper, an attempt is made to review the hierarchy of airline networks in India with respect to trunk, major and feeder routes. The air passenger traffic carried in terms of revenue passenger kilometers (RPK) is compared with upper class rail traffic. The present status of feeder airline services in India is outlined. It is pertinent to study the passenger traffic demand in these feeder routes as compared to upper class rail traffic as some percentage of upper class rail passengers are willing to shift to air travel due to marginal difference between airfare and upper class rail fare and time factor. The future RPKs are forecasted based on the actual RPKs data and the estimated RPKs of earlier market survey. A suitable aircraft size for airline operations in these feeder routes is arrived at based on existing air traffic data by a simplified approach from the basic principles of airline business. A macroscopic measure is used to determine the aircraft demand by assuming average block speed and utilization for each aircraft type. A sensitivity analysis was carried out for various levels of traffic growth keeping in view the sharp increase of air travel in recent years and further growth in air traffic fuelled by feeder sector as the hinterland opens up industry, services and tourism.

Aircraft acquisition optimization under demand and cost fluctuations: Before and after leasing standard changes

Given the high-value characteristics of aircraft, fluctuations in air transport demand, and dynamic leasing and purchasing costs, airlines' decisions regarding aircraft acquisition are crucial to their costs and profits. Based on the International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS) 16 Leases, which has been in effect since 2019, all leases with terms of more than 12 months are on a balance sheet of lessees. This change may impact airlines’ financial performance and aircraft leasing decisions. This paper focuses on optimizing aircraft acquisition before and after applying IFRS 16 under multiple fluctuating factors, including aircraft demand and acquisition costs, by formulating an integer programming model. The results indicate that airlines still have to acquire a few aircraft from a channel similar to operating leases, with short lease terms but high rents. Moreover, a lease type similar to a financial lease in the old standard is increasingly adopted after the enforcement of IFRS 16 in the numerical experiments. Furthermore, aircraft leases and purchases are required for fewer years under IFRS 16 than under IAS 17.

Machine learning in aviation: Is it possible to predict when an ATC Sector or Air Traffic Flow will be regulated?

Due to the increasing complexity of airspace, the ATC system does not have sufficient capacity to cope with aircraft demand. For this reason, the ATFCM system needs to implement more and more measures to balance capacity and demand. These measures are the ATFCM regulations. In this paper, a methodology to predict ATFCM capacity regulations based on a machine learning model is proposed. This model will try to predict whether an ATC sector will be regulated or not at a specific time based on the time of prediction and certain operating variables in the sector. A test has been carried out in the LECMPAU sector of Spanish airspace. With results of 91% accuracy in predicting whether the sector will be regulated or not and a logical explainability, it can be concluded that with the sufficient historical operation and certain operational variables, it is possible to predict when an ATFCM regulation capacity will appear in the airspace. It can also be concluded that without a detailed knowledge of the operation in a sector, it is possible to make this prediction because patterns can be found in historical behaviour.

Prediction of Capacity Regulations in Airspace Based on Timing and Air Traffic Situation

The Air Traffic Control (ATC) system suffers from an ever-increasing demand for aircraft, leading to capacity issues. For this reason, airspace is regulated by limiting the entry of aircraft into the airspace. Knowledge of these regulations before they occur would allow the ATC system to be aware of conflicting areas of the airspace, and to manage both its human and technological resources to lessen the effect of the expected regulations. Therefore, this paper develops a methodology in which the final result is a machine learning model that allows predicting capacity regulations. Predictions shall be based mainly on historical data, but also on the traffic situation at the time of the prediction. The results of tests of the model in a sector of Spanish airspace are satisfactory. In addition to testing the model results, special emphasis is placed on the explainability of the model. This explainability will help to understand the basis of the predictions and validate them from an operational point of view. The main conclusion after testing the model is that this model works well. Therefore, it is possible to predict when an ATC sector will be regulated or not based mainly on historical data.

Preliminary Concept of Urban Air Mobility Traffic Rules

Driven by recent technological breakthroughs, the electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft has gained considerable attention. The widespread demand for eVTOL aircraft can be attributed to their potential use in the commercialisation of urban air mobility (UAM) in low-altitude urban airspaces. However, the urban low-altitude airspace environment is complex. UAM has a high traffic density and the eVTOL aircraft specifications are not uniform. Particularly in commercial scenarios, controlling eVTOL aircraft and ensuring safety in UAMs are the two major problems that should be addressed in future studies. The design of reasonable traffic rules is a potential solution; hence, we organised a UAM traffic rule system and proposed several alternative UAM traffic rules from three perspectives: a single eVTOL aircraft, a certain route, and key control areas. In addition, we validated these traffic rules using multi-rotor and fixed-wing eVTOL aircraft. The results show that designing reasonable traffic rules can facilitate attaining the primary objectives of commercialisation of UAM.

FDTD Analysis of Relativistic Bistatic Polarized Scattering From a High-Speed Moving Dielectric Coated Target

Development of hypersonic aircraft demands relativistic electromagnetic scattering modeling of a high-speed moving dielectric coated object, which is applied to the recognition and tracking of moving stealth object. However, far-zone polarized scatterings from a moving 3D dielectric coated object have not been investigated so far. This paper addresses this problem by combining the finite-difference time-domain method with Lorentz transformation (Lorentz-FDTD). Through Lorentz transformation and the principle of phase invariance, the frequency, propagation direction, magnitude of the incident plane wave and the size of the moving object in the laboratory frame, which is stationary with respect to the free space, are transformed to those in the rest frame that moves with the moving object. The scattered field near the object is solved by the FDTD method with full permittivity and conductivity tensors in the rest frame, then far-zone polarized scattered field is obtained by the implementation of near-to-far field transformation. Through Lorentz transformation for coordinates, the polarized Radar Cross Sections (RCSs) of moving plasma coated objects are solved. Especially, the scattering characteristics of radial radar cross sections of moving objects are discussed. Several numerical experiments are carried out, the efficiency and the accuracy of the proposed method are validated.
