The Construction and Application of Evaluation Index System of Rural Public Digital Cultural Service Accessibility

ABSTRACTThis research takes the accessibility of rural public digital cultural services as the research object. Based on the accessibility framework and system evaluation theory, an evaluation index system is constructed through investigation and analysis. Firstly, through on‐site investigation and interviews, explore service accessibility factors and establish a feature factor model; Secondly, based on industry norms, an evaluation system was constructed that includes primary, secondary, and tertiary indicators, and was revised and validated through empirical analysis; Finally, the AHP fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was applied to study the indicator system. The results indicate that the accessibility of public digital cultural services is good, but still needs to be improved, and improvement path suggestions are proposed from the aspects of resource supply, services, organization and management, etc. The research enriches the evaluation system of public cultural services and provide reference for the government to improve public digital cultural services.

Performance Evaluation of School Enterprise Collaborative Innovation and Practice of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Based on the Improved AHP Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method

Under the influence of the COVID-19, great changes have taken place in China’s economic structure and market subjects and college students are facing difficulties in employment. By carrying out collaborative innovation between schools and enterprises, cultivating high-quality talents to meet social needs has become an important way to solve difficulties. Based on the input-process-output principle, a performance evaluation index system for collaborative innovation is constructed, which includes 3 primary indicators and 22 secondary indicators. The weights of each indicator are determined using improved AHP. A mathematical model for evaluating the performance of school enterprise collaborative innovation is established using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The evaluation value of the innovation and entrepreneurship education case project is 0.82, indicating that the overall operation is in good condition. The cooperation between schools and enterprises has created a favorable atmosphere and accumulated rich experience for carrying out innovation and entrepreneurship education. Good results have been achieved in talent cultivation and scientific and technological output, but there are also problems such as low conversion rates of scientific and technological achievements. Based on the evaluation results, the article proposes suggestions to improve the performance of collaborative innovation between schools and enterprises. The research results provide theoretical reference for the performance evaluation of school enterprise collaborative innovation and the practice of innovation and entrepreneurship education.

A Study on the Practice of Professional Ideological Education for Undergraduate Nursing Students under the Perspective of “Three Comprehensive Education”--Taking the School of Nursing of a Medical University as an Example

Abstract Under the guidance of “Three Comprehensive Education,” colleges and universities have achieved certain results. However, in their practical operation, they have encountered several problems. These include the insufficient joint generation of “all-staff education,” the weak overall penetration of “whole-process education,” and the low overall linkage of “all-round education.” This paper takes the professional, ideological education of nursing undergraduates in a medical university as the research object, takes the evaluation of the effectiveness of ideological education as the research basis, takes the theory and practice of “three comprehensive education” as the starting point, and deeply studies the shortcomings of the current ideological education in colleges and universities in the main body, process, and direction of education. We constructed the “2+6+N” quality evaluation index system from two components: the ideological education work (i.e., full staff, the whole process, and all-round) and the ideological education effectiveness (direct effect, indirect effect, and spillover effect) in colleges and universities. From an empirical point of view, a complete set of whole-process quality evaluation implementation systems is constructed, and the AHP method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used in the evaluation. The results showed that the comprehensive value of the evaluation of the effectiveness of ideological education for nursing undergraduates in a medical university was 75.079, and the results were between satisfactory and average. The evaluation results suggest specific improvement measures for undergraduate colleges to implement ideological education in nursing.

Research on blasting mechanism and blasting effect of aqueous media in open pit coal mines

Surface coal mining procedures include piercing—blasting—mining and loading—transportation—discharging, blasting link exists due to the poor blasting effect leads to low loading efficiency, blasting dust caused by environmental pollution and other problems. In this paper, from the mechanical characteristics of the water medium, we analyze in detail the transferring effect, transducing effect and bubble pulsation phenomenon of the water medium in the blasting process. The results show that when the blasting medium is water medium, the maximum principal stress is 1.53 times that of air medium; the peak energy transfer can be up to 2.73 times that of air medium. With the help of TrueGrid/LS-DYNA finite element analysis software to simulate the dynamic process of blasting, the study of the maximum principal stresses around the hole, the top of the slope, the foot of the slope on the maximum principal stress changes, the results show that the maximum principal stresses around the hole, the top of the slope, the foot of the slope unit with the increase in the water content is gradually increasing trend. Finally, combined with the actual mine production conditions for blasting field test, water-mediated blasting dust reduction rate of 75%, the use of AHP—fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of two groups of traditional dry hole blasting and three groups of water-mediated blasting comprehensive evaluation, the results show that the water-mediated blasting scores are higher than the traditional dry hole blasting, proving that the water-mediated blasting has a certain prospect of engineering applications.

Research on Optimization of Equipment Operation Scheme Based on AHP Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method

With the increase of multi-purpose equipment, how to determine the equipment application scheme is an important problem. Aiming at the optimization of equipment application scheme, this paper adopts the scheme optimization method based on AHP fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. In this method, AHP method is used to distribute the weight of each evaluation index. On this basis, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to comprehensively evaluate the equipment application scheme, and finally the optimal design scheme is obtained. By applying this method to the evaluation of a certain type of equipment application scheme, the effectiveness of the method is verified. This method organically combines quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, and requires less quantitative data information in the evaluation process. It can effectively solve the multi-level and multi-objective large-scale system optimization problem.

Fuzzy-based multi-criteria humanistic assessment system for city tunnels: From methodology to application

Humanistic factors play an essential role in the city tunnel assessment. The study proposed a systematic literature review to sort out the major factors of human-centric infrastructure and determine their importance ranking by expert questionnaire and analytic hierarchy process (AHP). On this basis, a multi-criteria framework for the humanistic assessment system for city tunnels (HASCT) was developed and demonstrated by the AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The assessment indexes, weight system, primary and guiding assessment model of HASCT were studied in detail. Humanistic assessment of tunnels involves the relevant theories and methods of fuzzy-based comprehensive evaluation and requires the cooperation and participation of many departments. The scoring guideline makes it possible to quantify the humanistic attributes of tunnels and ensure the usability and objectivity of HASCT. To this end, the practice of the Boao Tunnel in Hangzhou was implemented, verified, and analyzed with HASCT. The investigation results of experts, as stakeholders, depict the importance and priority order for further developing the humanistic target in tunnel design and construction. Results indicate that safety is still the most critical issue for human-centric tunnels, followed by comfort, and factors such as aesthetic value are relatively neglected.

Performance Evaluation of Urban Water Environment Management Projects for the Protection of the Yangtze River Based on AHP-Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method

In order to promote the urban water environment management work for the protection of the Yangtze River, it is necessary to use a scientific evaluation index system to evaluate the governance effectiveness of completed management projects in pilot cities. Based on the characteristics of urban water environment management projects, this paper uses a constructed evaluation index system for the effectiveness of urban water environment management projects in the protection of the Yangtze River to evaluate the effectiveness of Phase I urban water environment management projects in Jiujiang City. The weights of each criterion layer and indicator layer were determined using the Analytic Hierarchy Process, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used for comprehensive evaluation. The conclusions are as follows: (1) the engineering efficiency evaluation result is poor, mainly affected by the urban rain and sewage pipe network engineering criterion layer, in which the weight of the BOD5 concentration of domestic sewage in the influent of the sewage treatment plant is relatively large, and the membership degree result is poor, so attention should be paid to the BOD5 concentration of the sewage treatment plant within the scope of the project. (2) the engineering benefit evaluation result is generally good, and this evaluation result can reflect the overall benefits of the Phase I urban water environment comprehensive management project to the "plant-network-river-lake-shore" within the scope of Jiujiang City, but it is only reflected significantly by the surface water improvement contribution criterion. The reflection of social and economic aspects is not obvious, and follow-up research needs to increase the participation of residents through questionnaires or field surveys to make the results more reflective of the economic and social benefits.

Evaluating the Risk of Social Isolation in Older People: AHP-Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation.

Social isolation is a serious and pervasive health issue among older people, and it is difficult to identify and assess effectively. Based on a thorough and scientific evaluation index system, AHP-Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation could be a valuable technique. It is crucial to establish interventions that focus on risk factors for the prevention of social isolation in order to give a strong scientific foundation for enhancing older people's health habits. This can be achieved by using a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to assess the risk of social isolation in older people. A hundred community members over 60 from Nanjing were selected as the evaluation subjects in China. After the element layer was split into three categories of "social risk, economic risk, and cultural risk" using the analytic hierarchy process approach, a total of 22 assessment indicators were picked to develop a risk evaluation index system. The risk level of social isolation belonging to the "low risk, relatively low risk, medium risk, relatively high risk, high risk" of membership degree are respectively "0.3392, 0.2632, 0.2257, 0.1069, 0.0650". Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation analysis showed that social relations (0.4934), monthly income (0.4654), health status (0.5960) were significant factors of social isolation risk in older people. The results showed that factors related to social risk had the most significant impact on social isolation. It is scientific and feasible to construct the risk evaluation index model of social isolation risk for the elderly by using AHP-Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. In preventing social isolation of older people in the future, we should pay attention to the impact of social and cultural factors on them, and provide practical intervention programs and references from the government, community, family.

Research on the Interaction Space Evaluation of Aged Care Architecture in Villages and Towns from the Perspective of Inclusiveness: Take Wuyang County as an Example

As China’s population keeps aging, the hollowing-out problem in villages and towns gradually becomes prominent, accompanied by the increasing number of residents in aged care architecture. As one social occasion, the interaction space of aged care architecture is of great significance for the elderly. The present study, therefore, collects and analyzes relevant evaluation indicators from the perspective of inclusiveness. The AHP-Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was adopted to construct an evaluation system for the interaction space of aged care architecture in villages and towns in China. In order to verify the system’s accuracy and effectiveness, the evaluation of Xin’an Town in Wuyang County was carried out. The research is helpful for the design of interaction space of future aged care architecture in China and the improvement of the existing buildings, providing a certain reference for the inclusive evaluation of the interaction space of aged care architecture in villages and towns.

Prediction of the Adaptability of Using Continuous Extraction and Continuous Backfill Mining Method to Sequestrate CO2-A Case Study

The consumption of coal resources has caused an increase in CO2 emissions. A scientific concept that can realize CO2 sequestration, the harmless treatment of solid wastes, and coal extraction under buildings, railways, and water bodies (BRW) is proposed. First, a novel CO2 mineralized filling body (CMFB) is developed by employing CO2 gas, fly ash, silicate additives, and cement. It is then injected into the mined-out mining roadways (MRs) of the continuous extracting and continuous backfill (CECB) mining method to ameliorate the overburden migration and thus extract the coal body under the BRW. The AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was employed to construct a prediction model for the suitability of this concept. Subsequently, the evaluation model is generalized and applied to the Yu-Shen mining area. Each indicator affecting adaptability is plotted on a thematic map, and the corresponding membership degree is determined. The aptness for 400 boreholes distributed in the entire area was determined and a zoning map which divides the whole area into good, moderate, slightly poor, and extremely poor suitability was drawn. This paper puts forward a mathematical model for predicting the suitability of using CECB and CMFB to sequestrate CO2. Research results can provide references for determining the site of CO2 sequestration under the premise of maximizing the economic and ecological benefits, which is conducive to constructing ecological, green, and sustainable coal mines.

Suitability Evaluation of Hydrogen Production and Hydrogenation Station Based on AHP-Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method

Since there are multiple influencing factors and lack of evaluation standards for the construction of hydrogen production and hydrogenation station in China, this paper establishes the suitability evaluation index system of hydrogen production and hydrogenation station from four aspects of technology, economy, environment and safety. Combined with actual conditions, this paper uses Analytic Hierarch Process (AHP) and Fuzzy Comprehensive evaluation to evaluate water electrolysis hydrogen and hydrogenation production station and natural gas reformation hydrogen production and hydrogenation station. The results show that hydrogen producing by water electrolysis is more efficient than natural gas reformation in hydrogen production and hydrogenation station, and it should be choose firstly. Furthermore, natural gas reformation hydrogen producing is inferior in technology, environment and safety, but it is superior to water electrolysis hydrogen producing in economy. In the future, we can strengthen development of the hydrogen production from renewable energy sources, so as to enhance the economic benefit of that by water electrolysis. In addition, we can also adopt two ways of hydrogen production in hydrogen production and hydrogenation station to achieve favorable integrative benefits.

Performance evaluation of Masteel's logistics shipping service based on AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method

The main purpose of this paper is to evaluate the service quality of China United Shipping Logistics of Maanshan Iron and steel company. Based on the relevant theoretical evaluation model and the actual situation of China United Shipping Company of Maanshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., the specific dimension index is established to realize the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. We mainly use AHP to calculate the weight after obtaining the evaluation index through online survey, network data survey and enterprise internal personnel consulting survey. Finally, we use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the service level data of this enterprise and draw a conclusion.

Research on the fuzzy evaluation of the livability of old urban communities using an analytic hierarchy process – a case study of Nanjing city in China

Purpose Due to the different actual construction conditions in different cities, the requirements for community livability may also differ due to different geographical locations and urban construction priorities. The research system in this paper can be applied to study similar old communities in old urban areas. The indicator system would need to be adjusted in different places, based on specific construction situations and higher planning requirements. This process would provide valuable insights for effective construction projects that support the livability of the old communities. Design/methodology/approach Based on sustainable and people-oriented development principles, this study considered the development of old urban communities during today’s rapid urban renewal and development. Using previous literature and related research experience, this study established an evaluation indicator system to assess the livability of old urban communities. Based on the local resident experience and satisfaction, the study investigated current weaknesses in the construction of livable old urban communities and developed corresponding recommendations for reform based on these. The goal was to provide guidance and recommendations for renewing old communities in during urban development and further promote the sustainable development of the city. Findings Based on the people-oriented principle and focusing on old urban communities as the research object, this study constructed an evaluation indicator system to evaluate the livability of urban old communities. The goal was to identify the weaknesses in the construction of old urban communities, with a focus on livability. Using the Bei’anmen community in Nanjing as a case study, the AHP method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method were applied to evaluate the overall target level and specific indicators, with the goal of assessing the level of livability in the Bei’anmen community.[AQ2] The results show that the livability of the Bei’anmen community is “very poor,” with significant room for improvements in community livability. This study also proposed corresponding measures for improving problems related to livability in the old urban community. Establishing the indicator system may help evaluate the livability of similar old communities in Nanjing and the same types of old communities in other cities. Understanding the overall livability of communities under construction can help identify weaknesses in other own construction approaches and may inform appropriate steps to improve the sustainable construction of the community in the wave of continuous urban renewal. This may realize the further development of livability in the community. Originality/value The community is an integral part of the city and strengthening the community’s civilization can support a harmonious and stable social environment. In constructing livable communities, improving the community civilization can promote social progress and civilization, promote social harmony and support the harmonious and sustainable development of communities. To strengthen the construction of a livable community, it is important to apply a residential perspective and provide a good platform for managing community participation and interaction. This may include organizing community-level cultural activities and strengthening communication between residents to increase the residents’ affection for the community. This would enhance the residents’ sense of belonging, forming a harmonious and stable atmosphere of community life, mutual help and mutual tolerance.

Information Security Monitoring and Management Method Based on Big Data in the Internet of Things Environment

As an important part of the new generation of information technology, the Internet of Things (IoT), with its ubiquitous connection and service characteristics, has penetrated into various fields of application and played an important role. In this paper, based on the study of the basic technology of the environmental Internet of Things, combined with the service-oriented technology architecture SOA, J2EE, multi-level system architecture MVC, real-time database and other technologies and project practice experience, summarized and proposed a kind of environmental quality monitoring integrated management platform design and implementation feasibility scheme. Firstly, the background of the era of big data is described in detail, the urgency and necessity of information security monitoring under the background of big data is clarified, and the three elements of information security monitoring mechanism, namely network monitoring personnel, environment and technology, are proposed, and the three elements as the starting point to establish the information security monitoring mechanism; Starting from the relevant monitoring strategies and safety monitoring technologies, this paper explains the basic principles of constructing the evaluation index system, and establishes the evaluation index system according to the key influencing factors of enterprise information security level in the environment of big data. AHP fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is chosen on the basis of analyzing various comprehensive evaluation methods, and the weight of each evaluation index is determined and the comprehensive evaluation model is constructed. The establishment of information security monitoring and evaluation system, the use of information security monitoring and evaluation system, for information security monitoring work to provide reference standards. Finally, on the basis of the foregoing, relevant strategies for information security monitoring are proposed, and necessary suggestions are provided for information security work.

Informatization evaluation of water conservancy project construction management based on AHP fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method

With the development of network technology, information evaluation gradually began to be used in all walks of life. As an important part of information construction, water conservancy informatization has developed rapidly. In order to accurately evaluate the degree of water conservancy informatization construction, the index system of water conservancy project construction management informatization is established by analytic hierarchy process, and the evaluation model of water conservancy project construction management informatization is obtained by combining fuzzy evaluation method. The evaluation model is used to comprehensively evaluate the degree of water conservancy informatization construction in a certain area, and it is found that the degree of water conservancy informatization in this area is good, and the evaluation results are consistent with the actual situation in this area. Research on Construction Risk Management of Underground Engineering Based on AHP-Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method

In order to strengthen the construction risk management of underground engineering projects, reduce the probability of accidents, and ensure that the underground engineering completes the construction tasks on schedule, the article relies on a certain subway engineering project to carry out research from the aspects of risk identification, risk factor analysis, and risk factor evaluation. The article adopts analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to carry out risk factor evaluation weight analysis and risk system evaluation in the construction process, and then realize reasonable prediction and evaluation of construction risk factors. Finally, this essay sorts out the prevention and control measures of underground engineering construction risk management from five aspects of personnel, machinery, management, environment and technology, and then provides auxiliary decision-making for underground engineering construction risk management.

Research on the Data Analysis and Application on the Safety Production of Port Enterprises Based on the AHP-Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method

The production process of port enterprises is complex, and the operation contents are diversified and dynamic. Thus, the factors affecting the safety production risk are numerous and complex. To better grasp the risk state of the safety production of the port enterprises, based on the requirements of relevant laws and regulations and the actual situation of safe production of port enterprises, in this study, the diversified safety production data of port enterprises was collected and analyzed, the three-level index system of safety production data for port enterprises was constructed, the evaluation model of safe production state for port enterprises based on AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was established, and the practical application was carried out in a large port enterprise. The evaluation results were highly consistent with the actual situation of safe production of port enterprises. This evaluation method can be used to make full use of the existing data sources of safety production of port enterprises to discover the prominent risks affecting safety production and control them, and effectively improve the level of safety production of port enterprises.

Customer knowledge management competence evaluation of tourism enterprises based on ahp-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method

With the fierce competition under the background of knowledge-based economy, tourism enterprises are increasingly aware that they must turn their focus from traditional products to customers for the sake of survival and development. Integrating the customer relationship management and knowledge management, the customer knowledge management (CKM) has aroused higher attention from the tourism enterprises. As for how to determine the factors influencing the Customer knowledge management competence (CKMC) of tourism enterprises and their weights, an index system was established for evaluating CKMC of tourism enterprises based on the balanced score card (BSC) and knowledge management process, the weight design and consistency check of the indexes were implemented using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and the overall evaluation value and concrete index scores at all levels were obtained via the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. In the end, the scientificity and operability of the evaluation model were verified through an empirical analysis of China Youth Travel Service (CYTS). The results show that: (1) The business process, customer communication, system support, and market performance are important level I indexes used to measure the CKMC; (2) The key Level II factors influencing the CKMC of enterprises include customer knowledge sharing mechanism, timeliness of customer communication, degree of importance attached by senior leadership, and customer acquisition rate; (3) The evaluation model based on AHP and fuzzy evaluation method can objectively describe the overall up-to-standard degree of enterprises’ CKMC, and clearly identify the strengths and weaknesses. This research shows that the combination of AHP and fuzzy evaluation-based method is capable of more scientific and complete evaluation of CKMC, compensates for the deficiencies of single evaluation model, and provides a new method for the effective improvement of enterprises’ CKMC.
