Optimization of The Budget of The Industrial Complex Transformation Strategy Based on Neural Network Modeling

The purpose of the study is to develop and test methodological tools for optimizing the structure and directions of budget spending strategies for transformations of industrial complexes. The relevance of the study is due to the need to restructure business processes and models of strategic management in industry, as well as the overall increase in the efficiency of domestic enterprises in the conditions of the formation of the digital economy. Currently, Russian industry is developing mainly along an extensive path that does not provide a deep innovative transformation of business and the necessary increase in labor productivity.Materials and methods. The data source for the study is Rosstat materials on the development of industry in the Russian Federation, indicators of economic activity of industrial companies contained in SPARK-Interfax databases, as well as the results of monitoring activities of KPMG and the Agency for Strategic Initiatives. The methods of neural network modeling and budgeting, comparative quantitative and structural analysis, index approach and other tools are used in the work.The results of the study. The article substantiates the formation of budgets for transformation strategies of industrial companies based on groups of strategically significant expenses. The analysis has been carried out and the problems of the current budget structure of the transformation strategies of the industrial complexes of Voronezh, Lipetsk, Kursk and a number of other regions have been identified. A methodological technique has been developed that allows choosing the optimal option for allocating the strategy budget funds between the key areas of transformation of the industrial complex, characterized by the use of neural network modeling technologies and providing the greatest increase in revenue and labor productivity while maintaining the financial and economic stability of the enterprise. A neural network of direct signal propagation has been constructed, which is used to predict the values of financial and economic indicators of an industrial complex depending on the allocation of funds in the budget of its strategy. Based on the conducted modeling, the optimization of the budgets of the strategies of enterprises was carried out and the results of their transformation (in terms of increasing revenue and labor productivity) were predicted.Conclusion. The results of the study show that a significant increase in labor productivity in industry can be achieved by increasing the amount of financing and implementing measures aimed at digitalizing business processes, conducting R&D and introducing organizational innovations at enterprises. The analysis shows the high potential effectiveness of transformation strategies of all studied industrial complexes after optimizing their budgets. The highest indicators can be achieved at JSC “Industrial Complex “Energia”, JSC “Schetmash”, JSC “Kursk Electrical Equipment Plant” and other companies. The results of the study can be used by the management of industrial structures as scientific, methodological and practical tools for carrying out institutional changes at enterprises and industrial complexes.

This study aims to determine the effect of Employee Empowerment, Emotional Intelligence, and Employee Job Satisfaction in Plan A in one of the automotive parts and accessories manufacturing companies in Cimahi City, either partially or simultaneously. Considering that in the activities of industrial companies in this study, employees are required to achieve production targets with a predetermined processing time as an effort to meet company targets in order to achieve company goals. So, it is very necessary to have employee commitment in this research company. Descriptive verification is the method that researchers use. Primary data in this study were obtaind from the results of statements (questionnaires) which were distributed directly to 174 respondents, while secondary data were obtained from employee data in this study. SPSS v.25 software is used in this study to analyze multiple linear regression and to test hypotheses. The results obtained are that there is a partially significant effect of employee empowerment on organizational commitment with a positive direction relationship of 0.523; Emotional Intelligence has a significant effect on partial organizational commitment with a positive direction relationship of 0.627; Then on employee job satisfaction as the third independent variable found the results that have a partially significant effect on organizational commitment with a positive direction relationship of 0.063; Employee Empowerment, Emotional Intelligence, and employee job satisfaction can simultaneously affect organizational commitment. In addition, there are results obtained that this research is in the category of a fairly strong relationship with a positive correlation, so it can be concludeid that if the independent variables of employe empowerment, emotional intelligence, and employee job satisfaction are high, the organizational commitment is also higher.

Optimization of green lean six sigma for sustainable manufacturing: NOx concentration design to reduce gas emissions of the chemical industry

NOx is the main pollutant of air pollution produced by the activities of industrial companies. Chemical industry companies strive to control the amount of NOX emission gases in order that ensures that the company’s operations remain focused on the environment as a form of a sustainable business strategy. The integration of Green Lean Six Sigma (GLSS) is an effective hybrid method to optimize and improve manufacturing process activities to be able to reduce adverse impacts on the environment. The GLSS method combines a statistical approach to optimize process parameters and improve the quality of exhaust gas emissions from the boiler. Thus, the optimal setting for the combustion control system is obtained in the operation and activity of the ammonia and urea industry.

ПРИМЕНЕНИЕ ТЕХНОЛОГИИ «ЦИФРОВЫЕ ДВОЙНИКИ» В ДЕЯТЕЛЬНОСТИ ПРОМЫШЛЕННЫХ КОМПАНИЙ

The article discusses the role of technology "digital twins" in the development of digital technologies. Analysis of the development of digital technologies reveals the relevance of the development and implementation of digital technologies in the company's business processes. The article analyzes the main modeling methods used to create digital twins. The features of the use of digital twins in the activities of industrial companies are revealed and the benefits for the company from their use are highlighted. It is noted that the use of the technology "digital twins" allows you to reduce the need for financial resources while minimizing the time spent. It has been established that the use of this technology in the activities of large Russian industrial companies will contribute to a significant increase in the efficiency of their activities and the development of the digital technologies market.

The economy of sharing (sharing economy) is the result of the development of the concept of sustainable development, lean production and responsible use of resources. The prerequisites for sharing innovative resources laid the model of open innovation, justified by H. Chesbrough. In this article, the authors set themselves the task of conducting a study of the practical aspects of the development of various forms of innovative sharing in the activities of industrial companies and companies from related spheres in order to identify the characteristics of innovative sharing and the factors that affect its distribution.

Intellectual capital development and protection assessment for institutions of higher education in Еastern Ukraine

Modern empirical research on intellectual capital (IC) is related to the establishment of the mutual influence between its components, as well as its impact on the performance of business entities. The purpose of the article is to compare the intellectual capital components and the interpretation of their dynamic influence on the IC development level of the institution of higher education (IHE) in the conditions of reduction of one of the IC components or a sharp drop in the volume of services rendered. Methodology. The development and protection investigation of the IC components provided a factor analysis (the main component method) of the key indicators of the IHE activity. Based on the normalized values of the input indicators and their weights, the integral index of development and protection for the IC components for a certain IHE was calculated based on the results of the factor load research. With the input parameters normalization, some of them could be zero, so in order to prevent the zero values of the integral index of development and protection of the individual component and the IC as a whole, normalized additive convolution was used for their calculations. To interpret their meanings, a scale was developed for assessing the different levels of the IC development and protection in the range from [-1 to 1]. Results. Under evacuation conditions, with a significant reduction in activity and a drop in productivity, the actual state of client capital development and protection depended on the ability of the university to recover or not to lose students. The level of human capital protection was determined by the ability to increase its level quickly at the expense of external resources, and the level of innovative capital protection – with the ability to restore or maintain the indicators of innovation and scientific activity. The values of integral indicators of development and protection as for the IC components fluctuated within [-0.9, 1] and correspond to real tendencies in the activity of the IHE after their forced territorial movement. But among the IHEs there was simultaneously the same (either positive or negative) dynamics of integral indicators of human and innovative capital. A similar pattern is confirmed by studies in the activities of industrial companies and financial institutions. Practical implications. The proposed method for determining the IC development and protection level is universal and may take into account different indicator combinations depending on the management objectives of the IHE. In addition, due to the problem factors normalization including in the analysis of indicators with different units of measurement does not occur. As well as the use of relative indicators, it is possible to match their meaning for different scale of institutions activity. Value / originality. The method involves conducting a non-financial analysis of the IC components, and also is not based on subjective values of the indicators, which is typical for expert methods with a score scale.

Applications of information and communication technologies in the operations of industrial enterprises and the conception of economic security controlling

The research paper is devoted to the applied and the new information and communication technologies in the activity of industrial enterprises and also to ensuring the security of information as a result of the implementation of such a modern tool as controlling. The article deals with controlling procedures in relation to network, information, economic, and digital security of an industrial enterprise. The characteristics of each type of industrial enterprise safety, including cybersecurity, are given. The statistical data on availability in the organizations of the Russian Federation are analyzed: personal computers; servers; local area networks; e-mail; global information networks, of which: Internet; organizations, possessed web-site on the Internet. Data of Information and Communication Technologies in Organizations are presented by Economic Activity. Based on the studied fundamental and scientific works, the authors proposed the concept of controlling the economic security of an industrial enterprise using modern information and communication technologies. The concept of controlling economic security includes the use of information and communication technologies in the activities of industrial companies and contains the following elements: objectives; structure; procedures; tools and results analysis. Conclusions are made using a systematic approach to the study. The results of the research can be used to develop controlling programs and to verify the economic safety of industrial enterprises. In the future, the authors consider the possibility of creating their own database for controlling the economic security of high-tech companies of the Russian Federation.

Олекминские эвенки Якутии в системе промышленного освоения Севера в XIX—XXI веках

The issue of the relationship between indigenous peoples of the North and extractive companies is raised. The relevance of the study is determined by the resumption of active activities of industrial companies engaged in the exploration and extraction of minerals in the places of residence of indigenous peoples. The article presents the results of the author’s research prepared during the ethnological examination in the Olekminsky district of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) in summer 2017. The novelty of the study is the reconstruction of the process of formation of the system of relations between industrialists and indigenous peoples on the example of the local community of Olekminsk Evenks. The influence of industrial development on the socio-economic indicators and living environment of the Evenks of Olekma is shown. It is emphasized that the policy pursued by the authorities in relation to the aboriginal population strengthened the assimilation processes. In the long period of time the peculiarities of relations between industrialists and peoples of the North in different historical periods are revealed. The author gives interesting examples of the relationship of Olekminsk Evenks and industrialists on the basis of previously unclaimed archival sources. The experience of interaction between Olekminsk Evenks and extractive companies is considered. Recommendations are given in building mechanisms of interaction between extractive companies and indigenous peoples of the North.

Effective depreciation policy as the driving factor of the investment activity of industrial companies

The article reviews the reasons for the insufficient effectiveness of the Russian depreciation policy that hinder the use of depreciation as one’s own source of funds. The structure of depreciation policy at the macroeconomic and microeconomic levels is given. The main principles for formation of depreciation policy aimed at increasing the innovation and investment activity of industrial companies and the effective renewal of the main capital are pointed out.

Mechanisms of innovative activity encouragement

The paper deals with the study of the determinants of innovation activity of industrial enterprises personnel. At the present stage of development of Ukraine, the issues of rational selection of directions of innovative development of domestic production are of particular relevance. Based on the analysis of innovative activity of industrial companies it can be concluded about the decline of innovation activity of the enterprises personnel which is primarily caused by reducing the role of the necessary macroeconomic factors - adequate financing of education and science, rational innovation state policies, supportive policy on labour compensation, income and so on. The basic features of the innovation process are given and the factors affecting the innovative activity of the enterprise personnel are discussed. The author’s vision of the structure of components of the activation mechanism of innovative activity and appropriate measures which acquire practical significance in the implementation of the strategy of innovative development of industrial company is formulated.

Virtual Manufacturing Spaces and Logistics

This paper presents new problems linked to the increasing use of virtual spaces in the building of new types of manufacturing, which currently called Virtual Manufacturing (VM). VM has many consequences in the activity of industrial companies whatever the size, economic sector or geographical area.
