Manajemen Kurikulum Program Pembelajaran Kewirausahaan di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan

This research examines the planning, implementation and supervision of the entrepreneurship learning program at the Cukir Diwek Jombang Muallimat College Vocational School. The aim of this research is to evaluate how curriculum planning is carried out, how learning programs are implemented, and how supervision of these programs is carried out. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation and documentation of school principals, curriculum cadets and field teachers. The research results show that entrepreneurship curriculum planning is carried out comprehensively by involving various stakeholders, ensuring the curriculum is relevant and in line with the needs of the job market. Implementation of the program uses experiential learning methods, combining theory and direct practice, as well as collaboration with local industry, although it still requires improvements in the use of technology and ongoing training for teachers. Supervision is carried out through academic and non-academic approaches, ensuring the achievement of educational goals and the development of students' practical skills. In conclusion, the entrepreneurship learning program at the Jombang Muallimat Vocational School is effective in equipping students with the necessary entrepreneurial skills, but requires several improvements to achieve more optimal results

Understanding the Developments in System of Education within Rural Communities

In India, more than 70 percent of the populations resides in rural communities. In these communities, the individuals have recognized the meaning and significance of education. But it is unfortunate to note that system of education is not in a well-developed state. This is regarded as one of the critical impediments within the course of progression of rural individuals and communities. Hence, there is a need to formulate programs, which are essential in leading to up-gradation of overall system of education. Within these programs, all factors are to be taken into account, which are necessary in bringing about improvements in overall structure of the organizations. Within rural schools, it is necessary in promoting enhancement of teaching-learning methods, teaching-learning materials, assessment strategies and instructional strategies. Furthermore, up-gradations need to take place in various types of extra-curricular and creative activities. These are essential in stimulating the mind-sets of rural individuals towards learning and achievement of educational goals. In this manner, there will be an increase in rate of absenteeism. One of the important aspects is, there is a need to recruit well-qualified and experienced teachers. As they are contributing efficiently in promoting student learning and leading to up-gradations of overall system of education. Therefore, in order to lead to progression, it is necessary to promote developments in overall system of education. The main concepts that are taken into consideration in this research paper are, objectives of promoting developments in rural education, measures to be implemented in promoting developments in system of education, and advantages of promoting enrichment of rural education.

STRATEGI KEUANGAN DALAM MENINGKATKAN KUALITAS MANAJEMEN KEUANGAN DI SMPN 3 CILEGON

This research aims to analyze and evaluate the financial strategies implemented in improving the quality of financial management at SMPN 3 Cilegon. Good quality financial management in schools is a crucial factor in supporting the achievement of educational goals and human resource development. The research method used is a qualitative approach. Data was collected through observation, interviews and analysis of documents related to school finances. This research will focus on identifying financial strategies that have been implemented, such as budget allocation, financial resource management, and financial performance evaluation. SWOT analysis will be used to evaluate strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in implementing financial strategies at SMPN 3 Cilegon. It is hoped that the research results will provide a deeper understanding of the effectiveness of the financial strategies that have been implemented, as well as provide recommendations for improvements to improve financial management at SMPN 3 Cilegon. The implications of this research can be a basis for policy makers, school principals and related parties in designing strategic policies that are more effective in improving the quality of financial management in secondary level educational institutions

Gaya Kepemimpinan Karismatik Abu Bakar Ash-Shiddiq Perspektif Kitab Al-Bidayah wan Nihayah dan Relevansinya pada Pendidikan Tinggi Islam

Islamic education in Indonesia is faced with inadequate quality and quantity of teachers, as well as very low educational effectiveness. This can hinder the achievement of educational goals. Leadership is one of the factors that determine the success of educational programs. A leader's leadership style refers to his traits, knowledge, skills, and problem-solving abilities. This research is qualitative, with a library research method, which aims to find out the characteristics of Abu Bakar Ash-Shiddiq's charismatic leadership listed in the book Al-Bidayah wan Nihayah and find out whether these characteristics have relevance to leadership in Islamic higher education. The subject of this research is the head of the Islamic Education Management study program (MPI) at STAI Terpadu Yogyakarta. Data were collected using interview and documentation techniques, and the validity of the data was tested using triangulation techniques. The results of the study state that the book Al-Bidayah wan Nihayah explains the leadership characteristics of Abu Bakar Ash-Shiddiq which are shown through wise, fair and not favoritism, determined and firm, as well as caring and compassion. These characteristics are relevant to the leadership style of the head of MPI STAI Terpadu Yogyakarta.

PREDICTION OF CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT STYLES BASED ON TEASCHERS’ PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS

The class, as a community of students of the same chronological age, can be organized or chaotic, thus encouraging or hindering the development of students as individuals. Discipline and achievement as well as a positive attitude toward school, have a strong relationship, just as there is a relationship between establishing discipline and teacher stress levels and job satisfaction. Creating a stimulating climate for learning through various teacher approaches to facilitate the learning process, maintain a pleasant atmosphere, prevent inappropriate behaviour, and maintain discipline is united by the term classroom management. Given that the teacher is an irreplaceable link in the system of upbringing and education, it is necessary to direct him to recognise effective interactions for the achievement of educational goals through various segments of professional training. The quality of the teacher-student interaction affects, indirectly, the individual characteristics of the student, his behaviour, academic success, and attitude toward education in general. The aim of this paper and research is to examine the relationship between empathy, burnout at work, competencies, and personal characteristics on the one hand and classroom management styles that dominate teachers on the other hand. The research was conducted in 2019 on a sample of 300 teachers employed in elementary schools. Of all the examined variables, the most significant predictors were empathy, learning and teaching competencies, communication and cooperation competencies, and emotional exhaustion.

Analisis Keterlambatan Pembangunan Gedung Kampus Poltekkes Banten

In order to achieve maximum development, supervisory work is needed. Facilities and infrastructure are very vital and very important things in supporting the smoothness or convenience of the learning process, in relation to education that requires facilities and infrastructure and also their utilization both in terms of intensity and creativity in their use by lecturers and students in learning activities teach. Educational facilities are all the facilities needed in the teaching and learning process, both movable and immovable so that the achievement of educational goals can run smoothly, regularly, effectively and efficiently. In the 2021 fiscal year the Banten Poltekes campus received a budget of 9,779,346,000. The allocation of these funds was intended to continue the construction of the Phase VII Poltekes building, there were delays caused by disputes. These disputes stem from several factors between stakeholders, in which each stakeholder has different problems and this requires quite a long time to identify the causative factors and find the right solution. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors causing delays in the construction of the Polytechnic Health Campus building in Banten. The research was conducted using a qualitative method by means of a narrative description, in which the researcher conducted interviews with the Director of PT. Rahandika Nusa Perkasa. The results of the study found that the factors causing the delay in the construction of the Poltekkes campus building in Banten were due to the very short time given, the selection of workers who were not good, the frequent exchange of workers, the lack of material transportation equipment.

Fuzzy Clustering-Based Grouping for Mapping the Distribution of Student Success Data

Learning activities are the main activity in the overall teaching and learning process in schools. This is because whether or not the achievement of educational goals depends on how the learning process is carried out by students. The uneven level of student success in learning is one of the problems in the school's efforts to realize the vision and mission of SMKN 5 Pekanbaru in preparing skilled graduates to be able to work in certain sectors by the public interest and the industrial world. In this study, mapping and grouping student grade data was carried out using the Fuzzy C-Means algorithm to provide information to the school in making the right decisions and optimizing the learning process. Furthermore, clustering was carried out in several experiments K=3 to K=7, and obtained the best validity value tested with the Silhouette Index of 0.4277 located at K=5. Then the distribution of cluster 5 on student score data was obtained with details, namely cluster 1 with a capacity of 1 student, cluster 2 with a capacity of 27 students, cluster 3 with a capacity of 1 student, cluster 4 with a capacity of 10 students, cluster 5 with a capacity of 23 students.

Education Policies for Enhancing Professional Competence in Elementary School Teachers

The quality of education is influenced by many elements, such as the quality of teachers, efforts to increase equity, curriculum design, provision of adequate facilities and infrastructure, and the creation of a conducive learning environment. Furthermore, government legislation facilitates improvements in these components. In optimizing the achievement of educational goals, it is necessary to form a cadre of educators who are capable and able to demonstrate exemplary performance. This research aims to analyze educational policies to increase the professional competence of elementary school teachers. This type of research is qualitative. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data obtained in this research can be classified into primary data and secondary data. The main data sources for this research consist of critical school leaders and certified teachers. Secondary data refers to a comprehensive collection of materials available in a research environment, including diverse formats such as letters, images, and procedural documents related to a research investigation. The data analysis technique uses qualitative analysis using the theoretical framework proposed by Milles and Huberman. The results of this research show that educational policy analysis is to improve the quality of the teaching profession, legal sources increasingly cover the position of teachers, and professional teacher education improves the position and professionalism of teachers.

Implementasi Metode Coaching dalam Supervisi Akademik

This study investigates the impact of coaching methods in academic supervision on the improvement of teacher performance and educational quality in schools (Location: Al-Kautsar Kindergarten, Kartika XX-46 Kindergarten Kendari, Dian Ekawati Kindergarten, and Setara Kids Kindergarten). Through interviews, direct observations, and document analysis, the research reveals that coaching serves not only as a feedback tool but also fosters deep relationships and encourages effective two-way communication between school principals and teachers. Direct observation results indicate that teachers engaged in coaching show increased motivation, self-confidence, and tangible changes in teaching practices. Document analysis supports these findings by identifying measurable changes in teaching practices through the implementation of strategies acquired through coaching. These findings align with previous research literature that emphasizes the effectiveness of coaching in the professional development of teachers and the enhancement of learning quality. In conclusion, coaching methods in academic supervision are not just strategies but a holistic approach that brings positive and measurable impacts on teacher performance and the achievement of educational goals in schools.

Understanding Education System in Rural Communities

The main objective of this research paper is to acquire an efficient understanding of education system in rural communities. More than 70 percent of the population resides within rural communities. The rural individuals have recognized the meaning and significance of education. They have formed the viewpoint that education imparts information in terms of not only academic subjects, but also in terms of strategies, which are necessary in promoting enrichment of overall quality of lives. They have reinforced the viewpoint that they will acquire employment opportunities and will enhance their overall standards of living, when they will acquire education. Within rural communities, the system of education is in an under-developed state. In other words, there are occurrences of various types of dilemmas and challenging situations within the course of achievement of educational goals. Furthermore, teaching-learning methods, teaching-learning materials and instructional strategies are in an under-developed state. In addition, the individuals are not being able to hone creative skills, as various types of extra-curricular and creative activities are in a well-developed condition. Therefore, in rural communities, education system is not well-developed and there is a need to formulate programs, which would promote enrichment of overall system of education. As a consequence, progression will take place of individuals, communities and nation as a whole. The main concepts that are taken into account in this research paper are, objectives of acquisition of education, impediments experienced within the education system in rural communities, and measures to be implemented in promoting enhancement of education system in rural communities.

Perencanaan Jaminan Mutu Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu

The achievement of educational goals is marked by the quality of education. The quality of education is considered good when the national education goals and the goals of Islamic education are achieved. The planning stage is crucial, especially in relation to ensuring the quality of education. This study analyzes the quality assurance planning of the Terpadu Islamic elementary school, especially those within the Integrated Islamic School Network (JSIT) in Indonesia. This research uses a qualitative approach in the form of literature study and observation. The results obtained show that the Ummul Quro Bogor Integrated Islamic Elementary School has carried out quality assurance planning in accordance with national education standards and the standards of the Integrated Islamic School Network (JSIT).

Teaching Foreign Speakers Algorithms for Working With a General Scientific Text: Initial Stage of Preparation

The article presents the technology of comprehensive work with general scientific text while studying the language of specialty by foreign students of engineering and technical field of preparation at the pre-university stage.The relevance of the study is determined by the scientific, theoretical and practical significance of the problems associated with the formation of competencies of foreigners necessary for communication in educational, scientific and professional spheres. The difficulty of foreign speakers’ perception of lexical and grammatical structures, understanding of an educational general scientific text and its production require teachers to use an effective methodological apparatus already at the stage of pre-university preparation.The novelty and scientific value of the research lies in the development of a system for working with the text in the language of specialty using tables and schemes that stimulate cognitive activity. The development and testing of a system for working with general scientific text using schemes that stimulate cognitive activity was carried out on the basis of Southwest State University as part of teaching the language of specialty to foreign students of e engineering and technical field of preparation at the pre-university stage.In the process of research, theoretical, empirical, pedagogical methods were used, such as analysis and synthesis of scientific literature, modeling, as well as observation of the educational process. The technology of comprehensive work with general scientific text is presented on the material of the text “Classification of inorganic substances”, studied in the topic “Classification of objects and phenomena” in the course of the discipline “Language of the educational and scientific sphere of communication” (engineering and technical field of preparation).The presented technology for working with general scientific text using tables and schemes contributes to the effective achievement of educational goals, development of student’s professional and communicative competence.

MANAGING PUBLIC SECONDARY SCHOOLS IN A VOLATILE ENVIRONMENT IN NIGERIA NORTHEAST ZONE: IMPLICATIONS FOR EDUCATION LEADERS

School leaders’ effectiveness and conducive learning environment are devoid of threat, fear, and loss of life and properties enhance the achievement of educational goals with students’ academic performance. This study aims to determine school leaders’ perceptions and current understanding of managing schools in a volatile environment and the policies guiding school management in a volatile context. To gather data, semi-structured interviews with five purposively selected principals in the Northeast of Nigeria were conducted which were later transcribed and analysed with content analysis. The findings showed school leaders’ approaches to managing public schools in a volatile environment as there were no policies in place on school administration in a volatile context. The findings also reveal the inadequacy of security in schools and the inadequacy of training of security personnel. The study concludes that stakeholders should put in place appropriate measures to safeguard life and properties.

OPTIMALISASI MANAJEMEN RESIKO DALAM PENGADAAN SARANA DAN PRASARANA PENDIDIKAN DI SMP INTAN AL-SALI

This study aims to analyze the optimization of risk management in efforts to procure facilities and infrastructure to improve the quality of education at Intan Al-Sani Junior High School. Risk management has become an important topic in various sectors, including in the education sector. In the context of education, risk management is concerned with identifying, evaluating, and controlling risks that can affect the achievement of educational goals. This research uses descriptive analysis methods and literature reviews to collect relevant data and information about risk management in the procurement of educational facilities and infrastructure. The results of this study show that the effective implementation of risk management can make positive optimization in the procurement of educational facilities and infrastructure. The optimization includes increasing the security of educational facilities and infrastructure, reviewing priorities in the procurement of educational facilities and infrastructure, and more effective strategic planning. However, challenges faced in implementing risk management in education also need to be overcome, such as limited resources, resistance to change and the complexity of the educational environment. This research contributes to the understanding of risk management in the procurement of educational facilities and infrastructure and provides recommendations for educational practitioners and decision-makers to improve the quality of education through an effective risk management approach.

Peran Personil Sekolah dalam Pelaksanaan Bimbingan dan Konseling

This research aims to determine the urgency of collaboration between school personnel in implementing guidance and counseling services at schools. The successful implementation of guidance and counseling services in schools cannot be separated from the cooperation of all school personnel. The success of counseling can support the achievement of educational goals for students at school. This research method is a literature study. Data collection is carried out through a number of library data, recording and managing research materials. Based on the results of the research conducted, it shows that the collaboration carried out by the school principal, homeroom teacher and class teacher in implementing guidance and counseling services at school has not been optimal. One of them can be seen from the cooperation of school personnel in providing or receiving input and suggestions, openly exchanging ideas or discussing with each other.

The Leadership of the School Principal in Realizing Independent Learning

The leadership of the school principal has an important role and position for achieving educational goals. Principal leadership is a very important skill for principals who want to be successful through regular learning and training, such as using technology, books, or other means. This research aims to determine the role of school principal leadership in realizing independent learning. Apart from that, to find out the principal's leadership towards the success of educational goals and to observe the principal's leadership in creating independent learning. The results of the study show that; The school principal as a leader determines the direction of policy and the achievement of educational goals in the school, and the leadership of the school principal has an important role and position in the school's achievement, namely realizing freedom of learning. Freedom to learn is a program initiated by Nadiem Makarim, Minister of Education, Culture, Research and Technology, to produce superior people with a Pancasila student profile. The goal is to create students who are faithful and devout, independent, critical, creative, cooperative.

Study on item analysis of multiple – choice questions amongst the undergraduate dental students

Assessments are powerful tools for bringing on the achievement of educational goals and one of the tools for bringing it rightly is “item analysis.” Multiple - Choice Questions (MCQs) are one of the most common methods of assessing the knowledge capabilities of undergraduate and postgraduate medical students. The main objective of this study was to analyze the quality of MCQs and to assess the relationships of items having good difficulty and discrimination indices with their distracter efficiency. After getting an ethical approval from Institutional Review Committee of Nepal Medical College Teaching Hospital a cross – sectional study was conducted over a period of one year from January 2022 to December 2022 in the Department of Human Anatomy of Nepal Medical College. The difficulty index (DIF I), discrimination index (DI) and distracter efficiency (DE) were calculated and analyzed. The results obtained revealed that the mean and standard deviation of DIF I, DI and DE were 56.75±22.6, 0.3±0.2 and 43.24±25.66 respectively. The items analyzed were neither too easy and nor too difficult (DIF I = 62.8%). The majority of items fulfilled the criteria of acceptable difficulty and good discrimination index and the maximum number of items were found to have 2 NFDs (DE = 33.33 %). The present study was hence undertaken as it assists to evaluate the MCQ items to discern its effectiveness in assessing the knowledge of students as well as it plays a vital role in developing a question bank having valid MCQs.

Penggunaan Buku Al’arabiyyah Li Mahaarati Al-Kitaabah Fii Dhau’i . Annadzriyyati Albinaaiyyah Dalam Pembelajaran Maharah Al-Kitabah: Perspektif Media Pembelajaran

Learning media is one of the important roles that learning brings to the successful achievement of educational goals. Books are the most basic media of the learning process as visual media. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the book Al'Arabiyyah Limahaarati Alkitaabah Fii Dhau'I Annadzriyyat Albinaaiyyah as a learning medium on maharah al-kitabah of Arabic Language Education-2 students in the 2021 batch of North Sumatra State Islamic University. This research is qualitative with a field research approach as well as a literature study. The results of the study show that the at-tadriibaat or the exercises themselves have a connection between the nahwu sharaf material and the maharah al-kitabah. Where, students are given the habit of writing ideas or sentences in Arabic through writing amtsilah or examples, at-tadribat or exercises, and insya' or composing assignments given every week.

Individual religiosity or effect of denominational schools? Analysis of the impact of religiosity and denominational schools on the results of 8th grade students in Bihor County, Romania

Research in recent decades examining the correlates of educational outcomes highlights the role of religiosity in students' academic progress and achievements. An increasing number of recent studies in the field of education confirm this hypothesis, the one of the positive influences of religiosity on behavior and attitudes with a positive effect on the achievement of educational goals and academic results. As such, denominational schools are also under the attention of many researchers who observe differences between these religious schools and other, non-religiously affiliated schools. The sociological literature even speaks of a „religious school effect”, inspired by the original idea of the „Catholic school effect”, stressing that beyond the impact of individual religiosity on school outcomes, mediated mainly by attitudinal and psychosociological effects, there are also moderators at the institutional level resulting from the specificity of denominational schools. In the present study we test these two hypotheses simultaneously by modeling the learning averages of a large sample of 8th graders in Bihor County, Romania, using simple linear regression. Our results confirm what we have already found in previous studies, namely that personal religiosity has a positive effect on learning outcomes, while a separate effect at the institutional level cannot be shown.

PELATIHAN PEMBUATAN BONEKA JARI SEBAGAI MEDIA AJAR BAGI GURU TK KECAMATAN SERIRIT

Formal education for children begins at an early age, 4 years old the early childhood education programs. Learning in Kindergarten is carried out using the principle of play because playing for children is a very enjoyable activity and is always carried out every day. Daily learning activities in Kindergarten to develop children's intelligence abilities are adapted to the learning principles and values developed in the prepared curriculum. The learning process in kindergarten schools uses facilities and infrastructure that support the achievement of educational goals. One of them is using learning media that is interesting to children. However, teachers have difficulty providing teaching media such as storytelling media as learning facilities, which is one of the obstacles faced by kindergarten teachers in Seririt District. This is caused by financial factors, lack of ideas, skills, and other equipment. Learning media does not have to be in the form of sophisticated digital technology, therefore researchers provide a training program for making finger puppets as a teaching medium to kindergarten teachers in the Seririt sub-district as service partners with the aim of helping teachers develop teaching media that can be used in the classroom. The implementation of this service lasted for three months. Methods for implementing this activity include drafting training guidelines, providing training on making finger puppets as a learning medium, and practicing direct teaching using the media that has been created. The results obtained during the implementation of this community service, namely through training in making finger puppets as a teaching medium, are able to increase the creativity of teachers in creating shapes and characters from the media they make and also develop an entrepreneurial spirit because the materials used can be found around us, thus making children become more enthusiastic in the learning process, and the class atmosphere becomes more enjoyable.
