Analisis Penerapan ISAK 35 dalam Penggunaan Sango Professional Pada LSM Koalisi Rakyat untuk Keadilan Perikanan (KIARA) Jakarta

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Interpretation of Financial Accounting Standards (ISAK) 35 in the preparation of financial statements at the People's Coalition for Fisheries Justice (KIARA) NGO and to evaluate the effectiveness of the SANGO Professional accounting software. This research is motivated by the need to enhance transparency and accountability in the financial management of NGOs in accordance with applicable accounting standards. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with primary data obtained through interviews and participatory observation. Secondary data were taken from KIARA's 2023 financial statements. The results show that KIARA has successfully implemented ISAK 35 in the preparation of its financial statements since 2022. The use of SANGO Professional has helped KIARA in recording financial transactions in a more structured and systematic manner. Additionally, this software facilitates the management of complex financial data, thereby minimizing recording errors. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of ISAK 35 has improved the accuracy and transparency of KIARA's financial statements. SANGO Professional is effective in supporting financial management, but there is a need for feature enhancements to better support the optimal implementation of ISAK 35.

Financial Statement Design at Aura Taylor Business in Talaud Islands Regency

This research aims to apply the Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (SAK EMKM) and design financial statements for the Aura Taylor business using accounting software, specifically Microsoft Excel. The research utilizes a descriptive qualitative method, providing solutions regarding the use of Microsoft Excel software in preparing financial statements. The main instrument is the researchers themselves, with additional instruments including interview sheets and transaction documentation from the Aura Taylor business. This research shows that the entity has not yet applied the Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises. The financial recording process is still manual, consisting of cash receipts and cash disbursement records. The design of Aura Taylor's financial statements is created using functions, formulas, and menus in Microsoft Excel, forming a system comprising menus and submenus. The submenus include chart of accounts, general journal, ledger, worksheet, and financial statements which consist of the statement of financial position, income statement, and notes to the financial statements.

Pelatihan Software Akuntansi untuk Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran Ekonomi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta

Economic disruption and changes in corporate operations in the Fourth Industrial Revolution will necessitate the understanding and control of artificial intelligence, or robots. This is a major issue, but it is also important for economic teachers to introduce companies that are already successful and sophisticated. Accounting software may help make bookkeeping, analyzing, reporting, and investigating easier and more precise; this concludes an opportunity in this era. Therefore, educational institutions must develop graduates who are adaptable and have soft skills. The Accounting Program and Financial Accounting Pillar team respond to economic teachers at MGMP in the Special Region of Yogyakarta by organizing a discussion forum and simulation to provide them with knowledge and best practices for using accounting software to manage business activities and achieve effective and efficient business outcomes. These exercises involve a class lecture using an andragogic approach. The discussion results suggest that economic teachers have best practices to offer accounting software to their pupils. On the other hand, it can increase teaching motivation for improving both financial and technology for themselves and the topic itself.

Pelatihan Digital Accounting guna Peningkatan Kinerja Keuangan UMKM

This community service program aims to improve the financial performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Bandulan sub-district of Malang city through digital accounting training. This training is designed to improve understanding of basic accounting concepts and the use of accounting software to facilitate the recording of financial transactions that previously used manual recording. The training activities were carried out online and offline and were attended by 10 MSME participants, either as owners or in the finance department. The implementation method used was lectures to convey basic accounting concepts for MSMEs and practice operating digital accounting applications. The results of monitoring and evaluation showed that the value of MSME partners was at least 75 points, which means that partners can absorb the knowledge that has been carried out by the service team well. The results of this service can improve financial performance and effective and efficient management decision-making.

Implementation of Accounting Software in the Financial Reports of Village-Owned Enterprises Bojonggede Mandiri

There are still many Village-Owned Enterprises (VOE’s) in Indonesia that have not submitted financial reports in accordance with PDTT Village Ministerial Decree No. 136 of 2022. In fact, this is important to pay attention to because the financial reports at Village-Owned Enterprises will be used as economic decision making. This also happened to Village-Owned Enterprises Bojonggede Mandiri, the Village-Owned Enterprises has not submitted financial reports in accordance with the applicable Ministerial Decree. Therefore, the aim of this research is to implement Zahir Apps accounting software to assist in preparing financial reports for Village-Owned Enterprises Bojonggede Mandiri in accordance with PDTT Village Ministerial Decree No. 136 of 2022. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques use two types of data sources, namely primary data and secondary data. Primary data consists of interviews, observations and documentation, while secondary data consists of Village-Owned Enterprises financial reports for the period October 2023 to March 2024. The data validity technique used is the data source triangulation technique and the data analysis technique used is data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that VOE’s Bojonggede Mandiri has implemented financial reports in accordance with the applicable Ministerial Decree and Produced a profit and loss financial report, financial position reports and cash flow report using Zahir Apps. However, the VOE’s still doesn’t understand more deeply about the use of Zahir Apps. Namely by producing a profit and loss financial report, financial position report and cash flow report. Therefore, the researcher provides a draft Zahir Appa usage guidebook for VOE’s to use as a reference in preparing financial reports using Zahir Apps.

The accountant profession is a problem not only because of technological developments but also because of the lack of socialization and promotion related to the output of accounting majors, so that students experience confusion in determining their interests and expected profession. In the digital era, there are concerns that the accounting profession may no longer be needed in the business world. This opinion is based on the perception that more affordable, fast, and accurate accounting software can replace the role of accountants, causing challenges for this profession. Therefore, the socialization of the accounting profession can be used as an opportunity from the threats that will be faced in the future. Socialization is given in the form of lectures, questions and answers and discussions from discussions that are carried out one day considering the busy learning of XII grade vocational students. The results of this socialization were that the participants were very enthusiastic about the material presented because the speakers delivered the material with light language adapted to today's gen Z children, participants could listen to the material well and followed by a question and answer session. The final evaluation was a positive response and good enthusiasm from the students of SMK Muhammadiyah 9 Jakarta along with the teachers of the socialization.

Strategies, requirements, and challenges of transformation of accounting courses to digital teaching via electronic applications: Insights from KKU accounting faculty

The study examined how accounting education has changed from traditional to digital, emphasizing using electronic applications. It aimed to address potential challenges, provide cutting-edge teaching methodologies, and identify transitional requirements. The findings were based on a survey administered to KKU accounting professors, with an 85.7% response rate. A clear strategic vision, adequate funding, a solid digital infrastructure, faculty training in electronic applications, cooperation with technology professionals, and broad support systems are all critical components of the digital transition. Challenges include a lack of accounting software experience among professors, many students, and the high cost of electronic lab equipment. Digital technologies can achieve a smooth transition, planned electronic education, self-study, virtual enterprise applications, and follow-ups on practical applications to ensure proficiency. The study encourages resource allocation, strategic planning, overcoming transitory challenges (mainly through faculty development), and implementing digital teaching methodologies tailored to the specific needs of accounting education. The study underlines the importance of a strategic approach to digital education in accounting to improve student learning and meet modern educational needs. It accomplishes this by emphasizing the importance of faculty training, resource commitment, clear visions, and digital tactics.

Factors affecting the intention to adopt cloud accounting software in small and medium enterprises in Ho Chi Minh City

In the trend of the digital economy along with the widespread Industrial Revolution 4.0, accounting work organization needs to innovate in applying information technology (IT) in the implementation and management of accounting tasks. Cloud accounting software is built based on the development achievements of Cloud Computing, data is stored on data center servers, helping to process data and accounting work anytime, anywhere. and on every device. This article aims to identify factors influencing the intention of the adoption of cloud accounting software in small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Ho Chi Minh City. Through data collection using questionnaires from 210 SMEs and using SPSS analysis tools, the research results show that there is an impact of factors such as perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, manager support, social influences, and application risks that affect the intention to apply cloud accounting software of these businesses. These results provide useful information to help business managers better understand the benefits of the application, the role and importance of IT application in general, and cloud accounting software in particular in business operations, contributing to improving accounting work at the business.

Penggunaan Zahir Accounting dalam Optimalisasi Pencatatan Keuangan Dyandra Promosindo Surabaya

The aim of this research is to analyze the use of financial applications with Zahir accounting software implemented by PT. Dyandra Propertindo Surabaya. The benefit of this research is for all groups/parties, especially those who share the same frequency as the subject and object of research. The research method used is to carry out direct observations or observations at the company, then using the literature study method to increase the literature to match theory with findings in the field from the results of the second method, namely opinion poll interviews, to strengthen the findings from the research. The research results show that the use of financial applications based on Zahir Accounting software at PT. It can be said that Dyandra Propertindo Surabaya has been running for quite a long time and has been implemented properly and correctly in accordance with the flow and process of the application's functions. However, the company said there were still obstacles in implementing this software, mainly the internet network factor. The conclusion of this research is that PT. Dyandra benefits from using Zahir Accounting software from various aspects, including time, accuracy, effectiveness and flexibility in preparing company financial reports.

Accurate accounting software is a business application that helps SMEs manage their business easily. Processing financial data into financial reports needed to help plan the company's future. The profit and loss report is a financial report that reports on the company's operational activities by calculating income and expenses for one period and then the profit and loss report can be determined. The profit and loss report can be used as a way to assess the company's level of success in a certain period and also to understand the company's development. This research aims to determine the evaluation of the application of accurate accounting software in preparing profit and loss reports. The type of research used is qualitative research, with a sampling technique, purposive sampling. The research method used is User Acceptance Testing, with a type of testing, Black Box Testing. The results of this research show that accurate accounting software is effective in preparing profit and loss reports, easy to understand and easy to detect errors. This error can be detected by reviewing the transaction data that has been input. With the help of Standard Operating Procedures, companies can minimize errors, make control easier and enable to run company smoothly

The extent of auditors’ efficiency in using accounting programs to reduce audit risks

The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of the ability of auditors to use accounting software in reducing audit risk, because accounting software is one of the most important tools that various companies and factories use in their business and is of great importance is Various operations in the audit process and their impact on risk. This is because auditors' inability to handle these plans affects audit risk because the results of these plans are not properly audited. To achieve the research objectives, the statistical program SPSS was used and a questionnaire was created and distributed to a sample of examiners in the Iraqi Kurdistan region. After collecting and analyzing the data, the two researchers came to a number of conclusions, the most important of which are: Using accounting software in mathematical operations requires the auditor's expertise, awareness and ability to handle different types of these procedures. In light of the results of the research, the researchers concluded a set of recommendations, the most important of which is to increase qualification courses for auditors and the necessity of working to issue legislation or laws requiring the use of computer programs.

Assessing the Acceptability and Applicability of Accounting Software by Civil Society Organizations in Bauchi Metropolis

This paper examines the level of acceptability and applicability of accounting software’s by civil society organizations within Bauchi Metropolis. Civil society organizations/Non-governmental organizations support government effort and contribute to make life better for the people in their domain by complementing government efforts in improving the quality of living standards of the populace. In recent times, the issue of accountability and transparency have taken center stage in public discourse as to the management of funds and resources by CSOs officials. This issue calls for donors and stakeholders attention on the acceptability and applicability of accounting softtwares to manage their financial transactions in conformity to the international best practices. The population consists of 30 CSOs/NGOs operating within Bauchi Metropolis, Census sampling technique were adopted, primary data was used as questionnaires were distributed and retrieved with the help of research assistants, null hypotheses was rejected as the chi-square (X2) analysis shows the calculated chi-square Xis 7.322 greater than the tabulated chi-square X 3.841 at 5% significance level i.e X X.The findings shows that finance and accounts staffs including accountants do not show passion in accepting and applying accounting software to conduct financial transactions in their CSOs and still apply manual methods of recording financial transactions which do not conform to the best accounting ractice. The study conclude that there is lack of positive attitude on the part of staffs to accept and apply accounting software in to use in their CSOs/NGOs.

The study emphasizes the categories of mobile accounting applications—bookkeeping, expense tracking, and invoice tracking—and their combined impact on financial performance. Empirical data from different nations, such as Indonesia and Germany, highlights the advantages of these apps in enhancing financial literacy and management capabilities among SME owners. Particularly in areas like Tudor Ward, Mombasa, Kenya, the awareness and utilization of mobile accounting applications exhibit promising outcomes in elevating financial performance significantly. The study concludes that integrating mobile accounting software is crucial for attaining heightened efficiency, transparency, and financial advancement for SMEs. As technology progresses, its role in bolstering the financial well-being and endurance of small enterprises will grow increasingly pivotal.

The tools of tax control: a conceptual perspective

This study focuses on exploring the areas of insufficient knowledge about tax control tools in public and private sector companies, in order to provide a more solid conceptual understanding of this topic. Qualitative and quantitative research was used, employing documentary review techniques and analysis of results, with workers from the Human Resources and Administration areas as a sample. A digital survey and data collection forms were used as research instruments. In summary, the results revealed a diversity of levels of familiarity and comfort with the use of accounting software, tax preparation and online tools provided by the tax agency.

La Influencia de la Globalización en la Contabilidad de Costos: Un Enfoque Cualitativo

Globalization has transformed cost accounting, prompting multinational companies to adapt their accounting practices to remain competitive. This study analyzes the influence of globalization through a qualitative literature review. It highlights the implementation of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), the interoperability of globalized accounting systems, and the customization of accounting systems to specific cultural contexts. A comprehensive literature review was conducted, selecting relevant academic articles and case studies. The inclusion criteria covered studies on cost accounting in a context of globalization and the adoption of advanced technologies. The results indicate that IFRS have improved comparability and transparency, although cultural and regulatory challenges remain. The implementation of globalized accounting software, such as ERP systems, has improved financial data management. Companies must invest in advanced technologies, adapt local accounting practices, and understand cultural differences to effectively manage costs and remain competitive.

Peran Audit Internal Dalam Upaya Pencegahan dan Pengendalian Terjadinya Kecurangan (Fraud) Di Perusahaan

This research aims to determine the role of internal audit in efforts to prevent and control fraud in companies. The research method uses qualitative literature studies with research sources coming from relevant journals. Technology has made all aspects of life easier now, including auditing and accounting. An accountant is required to be able to keep up with current developments. One of the efforts that can be done is by mastering various accounting software. Internal auditors can carry out evaluations in the form of assessments and tests related to the internal control system implemented by a company. It can be concluded from the results of this research that with fraud becoming more diverse, the solution to this problem is that companies must take action by strengthening internal supervision supported by advances in information technology as well. Internal audit plays a major role in controlling fraud.

It provides recommendations to improve program implementation strategies, enhance user training programs, and enhance data security measures to increase the accuracy and reliability of financial information. This study also contributes to the ongoing discourse on the role of technology in modern accounting practices and emphasizes the importance of aligning software adoption with organizational goals to achieve greater financial accuracy and effective decision-making.

A study of the impact of cloud based accounting on maintenance of Accounting Records in the Business

Accounting is the language of business, serving every trade since its inception. The emergence of accounting software using cloud technology has improved and significantly changed accounting practices, one of the tremendous IT innovations of the last decade. Today the business world is changing and becoming more competitive and sophisticated due to the advancement of cloud based technologies. Like other areas of business, accounting has also adopted cloud computing solutions to provide relevant and specific information as well as a real-time overview of the business for all stakeholders. Although cloud-based accounting is becoming more and more common, many business owners and professionals are not entirely sure what it is, what its benefits are, or how it will shape the future of accounting. This paper has been prepared in an attempt to include a theoretical overview of cloud based accounting with its concept, benefits, comparison with traditional accounting and some other important aspects that will shape the accounting profession in the coming years. In this paper primary data has been collected and analyzed to obtain information about the use and benefits of cloud based accounting software.

Determinants of Accounting Information Systems Success: The Case of the Greek Hotel Industry

Accounting information systems (AIS) are primarily designed to convert financial data into usable financial and management information. Their effectiveness or success, which shows the extent to which the requirements of their users are satisfied, is an essential factor in decision making. Previous research has found that user satisfaction is a particularly widely utilized and indicative measure of information system (IS) success. In this setting, the success or failure of an AIS is a crucial issue for all companies since a particular IS cannot be appropriate for everyone, especially in the case of accounting software that has to satisfy the requirements of its users. Furthermore, given the hotel industry’s information-intensive and competitive character, the AIS user satisfaction of hotel financial and accounting executives can be vital to their performance and the hotel’s operational efficiency. The aim of this research is to investigate a number of factors that influence AIS user satisfaction in the post-implementation period in the case of the Greek hotel industry. The findings of our empirical study show that system quality, information quality, system use, service quality, firm’s size, years of system use, information technology integration, and organic structure have a positive effect on user satisfaction with AIS. On the contrary, statistical analysis shows that users’ level of education is negatively correlated with AIS user satisfaction. Finally, the current research findings contribute theoretically to the IS and accounting literature, and they also shine a light on the managerial implications for IS developers, hotel managers, and financial executives.
