LEGAL CERTAINTY OF NOTARY AUTHORITY IN ISSUING A CERTIFICATE OF INHERITANCE RIGHTS BASED ON INDONESIAN POSITIVE LAW

The issuance of Article 111 of the ATR Regulation No. 16 of 2021 regarding the authority of a notary in issuing a Certificate of Inheritance has caused a polemic because it is considered contrary to the provisions of Law No. 2 of 2014 that raises questions regarding legal certainty in it because legal certainty in a land registration system is an absolute thing. The purpose of this study is to examine the vertical consistency regarding the intended rules. This research uses a conceptual approach and statutory approach. The type of data in this study is secondary data. This research proves that Article 111 Paragraph (1) letter c. number 5 ATR Regulation No. 16 of 2021 remains vertically consistent with Article 15 UUJN No. 2 of 2014 jo. with Article 18 of Law No. 30 of 2004. It also provides legal certainty for notaries, land offices, and all heirs.

One way to apply accountability is through transparency in financial management. Transparency of financial management, especially religious organizations, is an absolute thing to do. Although conceptually and philosophically the source of money from religious organizations is a gift that has been made by every believer sincerely. Supposedly, when the gift has been made which is intended for God, then for whatever reason no accountability is needed. However, human nature is given the freedom to choose to be a good or bad person has given birth to biased behavior when given the trustor responsibility to manage other people's property. So the purpose of this study is to findout how accountability in financial transparency in zakat management organizations. The type of research used in this research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all national scale Amil Zakat Agencies and Institutions registered with the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia. Determination of the type of sample used in this study using purposive sampling technique, so that a sample of 38 zakat management organizations was obtained. The results showed that the overall financial accountability of OPZ can be said to be quite accountable. This can be seen from the acquisition of the average percentage of disclosure of all components of the financial statements, from 20 OPZs that publish reports.

Collaborative Governance To Increase The Absorption of Alumni of Job Training Participants Into Industrial World

UPTD BLK Kuningan Regency is committed to improving professionalism and workforce competence in Kuningan Regency through the implementation of skills training, but besides this, UPTD BLK Kuningan Regency also plays a role in fostering alumni of job training participants, one of which is in the form of facilitating job security for alumni participating in job training. Starting from this, collaborative governance is an absolute thing that must be done by UPTD BLK Kuningan Regency. The type of research used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The focus of the research uses the theory of the collaborative governance process according to Ansell and Gash (2007) which consists of Face to Face Dialogue, Trust Building, Commitment to The Process, Shared Understanding and Intermediate Outcome. The results of the study show that 5 indicators of the collaborative governance process proposed by Ansell and Gash (2007:228) have been carried out by each stakeholder.

Every country in various parts of the world is guaranteed in international law and has the exclusive right to exercise its country's sovereignty without being able to intervene by other countries or any party. The sovereignty of a country is an absolute thing that cannot be ignored, because sovereignty is a sign of an independent and sovereign country. International migration that occurs has a positive impact, but sometimes it creates new problems. Like Human Trafficking or human trafficking. This research explains that the forms of threats that occur in Indonesia include problems at the border, intolerance between ethnicities and between governments and religions, inequality in bureaucratic reform, inadequate law enforcement, and transnational crime. Analysis of The Integrity of Attitudes, Behavior, Openness and Honesty of Captured Fisheries Enterprises for The Conservation of Fish and Marine Resources

Integrity of attitude, behavior, openness and honesty are important things that capture fisheries business actors must have. Deviations in integrity are allegedly equivalent to criminal acts of corruption because they have the potential to cause very large losses to the state, which are difficult to detect and the value of the losses. In addition, failure to fulfill integrity has a huge potential for loss of sustainability of fisheries resources in the long term, and is difficult to recover. The research aims to examine the relationship between the integrity of capture fisheries business actors and efforts to preserve fish and marine resources. Descriptive research using a literature study approach combined with a limited discussion process with aquatic resource management experts in order tomaintain the sustainability of fish population dynamics due to capture fisheries exploration. The research results show that the integrity component which concerns attitudes, behavior, openness and honesty of capture fisheries business actors is an absolute thing that must be implemented and developed. Potential state losses worth billions of rupiah accompanied by massive damage to marine resources can be avoided if capture fisheries business actors carry out exploration properly and report their activities honestly and openly to the competent government authorities as a control over resource sustainability.

Optimalisasi Pelayanan Publik Bidang Administrasi dalam Pembayaran Tagihan Perusahaan Daerah Air Mineral (PDAM) (Studi di Kantor Pos Delivery Center Sekejati Kota Bandung)

Public service is an absolute thing that happens in human social life. This makes public services one of the aspects that must be considered in governance for the purpose of creating satisfaction in the process of social interaction. One of the institutions that has not been able to provide maximum public services to the community is the Sekejati Post Office, Bandung City. The Sekejati Post Office in Bandung City provides several services to the community, one of which is the PDAM bill payment service. In the service process for paying PDAM bills, it was found that there are still service support facilities that have been unable to operate properly. This study aims to determine how to provide bill payment services for PDAM Post Office Sekejati Delivery Center Bandung City. The research process was carried out using qualitative research methods where in-depth interviews and observation methods carried out the data collection process. From the research that has been done, it was found that the obstacles that occur in the process of optimising the PDAM bill payment service at the Sekejati Post Office in Bandung City are systems that often have errors and there is a buildup of queues when one of the counter officers is unable to attend due to health reasons.

Introduction: In transportation activities, the risk of an accident is an unavoidable thing so that unification of arrangements regarding this matter is an absolute thing to do.Purposes of the Research: This study aims to find out and examine how the regulation regarding the flight of commercial aircraft in the air space of a country is reviewed from international law and how the form of state responsibility when a commercial aircraft is shot down is reviewed from international law Methods of the Research: This writing uses a normative type of legal research, which is carried out by studying theories, concepts, legal principles, and laws and regulations. In this study, the author used 2 approaches, namely the statutory approach, and the case approach.Results of the Research: The results showed that the International air law Regulation related to the parties' obligation to regulate the safety of commercial flights crossing its airspace must be in accordance with the Chicago Convention of 1944. These arrangements are made so that flights that cross the airspace of other countries can be kept safe and secure. Iran's shooting down of Ukrainian plane PS752 has violated provisions in the 1944 Chicago Convention on its airspace in an armed dispute. Therefore, Iran must take responsibility for this incident. In the future, firmness and increased cooperation with various parties are needed so that safety and security in international flights and national flights can be achieved.

Optimasi Kemampuan Komunikasi Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus dengan Aplikasi Comm-Screen

Background: Communication needs in children with special needs (ABK) are absolute things to strive for as optimally as possible. One speech therapy approach in facilitating these needs is alternative & augmentative communication (AAC). The development of AAC offers great potential to improve the effectiveness of nonverbal CwSN (Children with Special Needs) communication. Based on surveys, AAC is most widely used for patients with non/minimal verbal such as ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorders) or other conditions. Objective: this study aims to develop a mobile application-based AAC media innovation called Comm-Screen. Method: research is carried out quantitatively with tiered surveys and literature studies to design a prototype of the Comm-Screen application. The Comm-Screen application can display symbols (images) and output audio (sounds) that have been adapted to the culture and speech therapy interventions in Indonesia. The Comm-Screen application is also designed based on appropriate interventions and has been studied in the speech therapy profession to treat communication disorders in nonverbal CwSN. Results: From 54 respondents, 97% of them realized the importance of application-based AAC media in Indonesia as one of the preferred methods for learning communication for nonverbal CwSN. 97.7% of respondents stated that the Comm-Screen application prototype is effectively used as a medium for nonverbal CwSN communication intervention in Indonesia. Conclusion: There is hope from speech therapy practitioners for the advancement of AAC media with the Comm-Screen application that can meet the criteria and objectives of speech therapy interventions in Indonesia. Improvements and development of Comm-Screen applications are still needed as the need for future interventions increases.

Analisis Implementasi Tujuh Langkah Menuju Keselamatan Pasien di Ruang Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit

Patient safety is an absolute thing in the service of a hospital. Services that promote a sense of security and comfort are the hopes of every patient when receiving health services. However, the high number of unexpected events in health services at hospitals become an indication that the implementation of patient safety management, especially the seven steps towards patient safety, is not running well. The research method in this study was descriptive qualitative. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation study. From this study, it was found that the implementation of patient safety management on the seven steps towards patient safety has been carried out in hospitals, but there are still obstacles that resulted in the implementation that is not being maximized. Improvement efforts should be continued to implement the seven steps program towards patient safety optimally.

Analysis of Workbench Flatness Measurement and Product Result of 3 Axis CNC Router Machine

The development of technology in the industrial sector is increasing rapidly, especially the application of computers in the field of machinery. Demands from consumers who want good quality workpieces, precision, completed in a short time and in large quantities, will be easier to work with a CNC Router machine. Surface flatness is an absolute thing that must be considered in the machining process, especially the 3 Axis CNC Router machine. This type of research is an experimental research, using Dutch teak wood as a workpiece with a height of 15 mm, a length of 100 mm and a width of 80 mm, the machining process uses a 3 Axis CNC Router Machine. The flatness of the workbench is first measured, then the product is prepared with a depth of 2 mm in the product area. The research uses a variation of the spindle speed of 600 rpm, 800 rpm and 1000 rpm. After that, measurements are taken to obtain the flatness value. Measuring flatness using a Dial indicator measuring instrument with accuracy (1µm). The best product flatness test or the lowest value is (32.00 µm) obtained from the spindle speed of 1000 rpm and the most uneven product evenness is (56.00 µm) obtained from the spindle speed of 600 rpm, knowing the effect of the flatness value of the workbench on the product flatness value 3 Axis CNC Router Machine, that the flatter the workbench, the flatter the product results. The results of the research can be used to refine machining strategies to achieve optimal machining.

The implementation of this PKM (Community Service) activity is about how to manage finances well and carefully in the family, which was implemented in September 2023 targeting residents of Pengalangan Gresik village, East Java. TINJAUAN YURIDIS TERHADAP PELANGGARAN HAK ASASI MANUSIA YANG DILAKUKAN OLEH APARAT PENEGAK HUKUM KEPADA DEMONSTRAN DI KOTA TANGERANG BERDASARKAN TEORI SOSIOLOGI HUKUM

Human rights are every human's. His existence is an absolute thing. But in application, human rights abuses continue to occur. Human rights abuses are also carried out by law enforcement officials to demonstrators. What factors have led to the action of human rights abuses by law enforcement officials to demonstrators on the basis of law sociology theory and how the law's certainty to law enforcement officials on human rights became the object of study. Then the study may be useful for the development of law science, law enforcement officers as well as for demonstrators or communities. The study adopted an empirical juridical approach. Studies are conducted by conducting interviews with relevant sources as well as books and laws as research guides. The theories used in this study are the theories of law sociology, of certainty of law and of justice. Research suggests that the spontaneous process of human rights abuses by law enforcement officials has been carried out by demonstrators. Legal certainty for law enforcement agencies that violate human rights has also been done according to action. However, law enforcement officials need to be more patient with guarding demonstrations in order to resort to violence or unlawful behavior of any thinks.

Study of Improved Crack Toughness of Unsaturated Polymers with Rice Husk Fiber and Sago Flour as Strengthening Materials

The development of environmentally friendly composites from natural fibers is an absolute thing to do to replace non-degradable synthetic composites. Some of the weaknesses of natural fiber composites are low mechanical strength, ease of cracking, no moisture resistance, and high-temperature resistance. One of the things that has been done is to make a combination of synthetic materials as a matrix derived from unsaturated polyester reinforced with natural fibers from crushed rice husk particles and starch from sago flour which is used to reduce the percentage of synthetic materials to be able to form composites that are easily decomposed. From the research, it was found that the strength of crack resistance could be increased with a mixture of polyester reinforced with rice husk fiber and sago flour, obtaining an increase in crack resistance strength until the addition of rice husk with a percentage of 15%. While increasing the RH content above 15%, the crack strength value decreases due to the saturation of the RH molecules in the UP which is no longer bound to the UP molecules. The highest crack strength values occurred for the addition of the percentage of RH and SS to the UP material with the addition of 5% SS, which obtained a cracking force of 550 N while the strength of pure polyester was only 37 N. This shows that RH and SS materials can bond with UP molecules and some molecules of RH and SS can prevent cross-linking of polyester molecules. Meanwhile, the addition of SS up to 10% decreases the fracture force obtained, indicating that not all of the sago starch can bind to the polyester molecules.

Penerapan Quality Function Deployment (QFD) Dalam Mendesain Ulang Alat Cabut Singkong Otomatis

In this research, the concept of designing a tool for automatically pulling cassava using the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method is intended to design a cassava pulling tool by considering the needs and customer wants of cassava farmers as tool users. The aim of the research is to redesign the initial concept which is a continuation of previous research that carried out, because design activities or product design are important and absolute things to do before the production process and with QFD can be designed and developed the new products that are able to integrate quality into designs that meet consumer wants and needs which are translated into technical requirements. Based on the results of data processing and analysis, it is known that consumers wants for cassava pulling tools can be described in the customer requirements attribute, where the cassava pulling tool is made of light material, affordable price, can remove more than one stem, the tool is durable, safe to use and has additional functions besides pulling. And the technical characteristics (technical requirements) that influence the tool making process are the capability and strength of the driving machine, the quality of the driving machine, the quality of the light and non-corrosive frame, components for the driving system, the right finishing process. The conclusion from the HOQ analysis shows the greatest weight of importance with a value of 30% where the tool made can remove more than one cassava stem at once. The urgency of character education for each individual is an absolute thing to do asan effort to build a generation that contributes to the progress of the nation. Charactereducation efforts certainly cannot escape from the psychological aspects contained inindividuals which may influence the process of achieving the success of character buildingitself.
