The paper, grounded in creative current educational thinking and legal research, will focus on legal liability, taking into account both the legal institutions and the judicial act itself against a religious and earthly background. The ambition of the paper is to prove that those who break the law will be sentenced to three forums on run: 1. the self-awareness of wrongdoing 2. the human judgment 3. the absolute judgment of God. The current direction of modernity, which the legal mechanisms of law making have entered, bring with them new challenges. For example, the challenges in the legal field brought by the new technologies of artificial intelligence. Recently, humanity has felt the need to shelter itself from the uncertain future of AI evolution by passing AI laws. Under these conditions, the risks and difficulties of legal framing become greater than the benefits. In the present paper we want to investigate the relationship between divinity and the moral laws of justice.
