Based on the examination of newly acquired material, the subgenus Chenzhilinus Yin & Zhou, 2024 is elevated to generic rank (stat. nov.), resulting in Chenzhilinus huapingensis (Yin & Zhou, 2024), comb. nov. The diagnosis of the type species is emended and supplemented to include a characterization of the female spermatheca, alongside new distributional records. Additionally, the diversity of the genus is expanded with the description of a second species, C. yintiaolingensis Yin & Zhou, sp. nov., from Yintiaoling National Nature Reserve, Chongqing, China.

Seven new endemic genera and ten new species of Tortricidae are described from the Hawaiian Islands; all are assigned to Archipini (Tortricinae). A further eleven new combinations and one restored status are proposed. Iliahia, gen. nov. (type species: Capua flavopicta Walsingham), is described for six species which feed on the foliage of ʻiliahi (Santalum spp.; Santalaceae): Iliahia flavocincta (Walsingham), comb. nov., Iliahia flavopicta (Walsingham), comb. nov., Iliahia lilinoe, sp. nov., Iliahia pahulu, sp. nov., Iliahia santalata (Swezey), comb. nov., reinst. stat., and Iliahia xanthogona (Walsingham), comb. nov.; Nomewaimea, gen. nov. (type species: Epagoge infaustana Walsingham), is described for four species which feed on the leaves, shoots, and stems of ōpuhe (Touchardia sandwicensis; Urticaceae) and māmaki (Pipturus spp.; Urticaceae): Nomewaimea alaea, sp. nov., Nomewaimea kupenuia, sp. nov., Nomewaimea infaustana (Walsingham), comb. nov., and Nomewaimea urerana (Swezey), comb. nov.; Kumakena, gen. nov. (type species: Capua cassia Swezey), is described for Kumakena cassia (Swezey), comb. nov., which feeds on the leaves of kolomona (Senna gaudichaudii; Fabaceae); Limua, gen. nov. (type species: Archips lichenoides Walsingham), is described for four species which feed on the leaves of olopua (Notelaea sandwicensis; Oleaceae) and kōpiko (Psychotria spp.; Rubiaceae): Limua fuscoviridis (Walsingham), comb. nov., Limua lichenoides (Walsingham), comb. nov., Limua pahole, sp. nov., and Limua trochilidanus (Walsingham), comb. nov.; Paalua, gen. nov. (type species: Panaphelix asteliana Swezey), is described for three species which feed on the leaves of paʻiniu (Astelia spp.; Asteliaceae): Paalua asteliana (Swezey), comb. nov., Paalua maunaloa, sp. nov., and Paalua leleole, sp. nov.; Aipoola kaumualii, gen. nov., sp. nov., is described for a new species which feeds on the leaves of poʻolā (Claoxylon sandwicense; Euphorbiaceae); and Maneapakele, gen. nov. (type species: Maneapakele hapalua Austin & Rubinoff), is described for two species which feed in the fruits of pāpala kēpau (Ceodes spp.; Nyctaginaceae): Maneapakele hapalua, sp. nov., and Maneapakele kahaha, sp. nov. Lectotypes are designated for four species. With the exception of K. cassia and possibly I. pahulu and I. santalata, all species are believed to be single-island endemics. We assess the conservation status for all species treated. All previously described species transferred to these new genera are provided with a new diagnosis in the context of the new species. A generic key to Tortricidae in Hawaiʻi and a species checklist is provided.

A new Leptodirini, Leonesiella tetratriches sp. nov. (Coleoptera, Leiodidae, Cholevinae), is described from siliceous mesovoid shallow substratum (MSS) at two localities in the Cantabrian Mountains (Salientes Valley, León, Spain). This species is closely related to Leonesiella bergidi (Salgado, 1983) with which it shares the shape of body, antennae, legs, spermathecal complex, aedeagus, metatergal apparatus and metendosternite. It differs in the structure of the mesoventral keel, in the suture of the metaventrite, in structures of the endophallus, and especially in the shape of the stylet and the presence of four setae at the apex of the parameres. The sampling technique, distribution of the two species, and differentiating morphological characters are illustrated.

A new species of oak gall wasp, Neuroterus paradecrescens García-Martiñón & Pujade-Villar sp. nov. is described. The description is based on the asexual female generation, that induces galls on the leaves of different endemic oak species of section Quercus. Galls are very similar to Neuroterus saltatorius var. decrescens from Arizona (USA). Diagnosis, distribution and data on the biology of the new species are given. This species represents one of the smallest species of gall wasps.

Two genera, Mjolnirus Wang, Xu & Qin, 2021 and Shumka Dworakowska, 1997, are newly recorded from China based on Mjolnirus shenzhenensis sp. nov., Shumka bihamatus sp. nov. and one newly recorded species S. wareeae Dworakowska, 1997 from China (Yunnan and Guangdong). Descriptions, illustrations and keys to males of the known species of these genera are given.

This study describes morphologically and molecularly a new species, Gammarus ariegiensis sp. nov. from the Pyrenean Mountains in southern France. The new species is characterized by the lack of calceoli on the second antenna, the presence of long setae on anterior margin of merus and carpus of pereopod 5–7, endopodite of uropod 3 between 0.4 and 0.5 times the exopodite. A full description of the new species and information about its distribution is given in this paper together with molecular data (COI and 28S genes) corroborating the morphological delimitation of the new species.

A new species Acromantis vaorum sp. nov., from the Yunnan province of China, is described and illustrated. The new species is characterized by black spots on the costal field and the radial vein of the forewings, a short vertical lobe of sternite five and six in males, and a large vertical process. Acromantis magna Yang, 1997, Acromantis hainana Wu & Liu, 2024 and Acromantis nujiangensis Wu & Liu, 2024 are illustrated and briefly discussed. An updated key to the known species of Acromantis from China is also provided.

Updated data on Indian nursery-web spiders of the genera Dendrolycosa Doleschall, 1859, Euprosthenops Pocock, 1897, Hygropoda Thorell, 1895a, Perenethis L. Koch, 1878, and Polyboea Thorell, 1895b are presented here. The following new synonymy is recognised: Dendrolycosa bobbiliensis (Reddy & Patel, 1993) syn. nov. is synonymised with D. robusta (Thorell, 1895). The validity of Dendrolycosa gitae (Tikader, 1970), D. sahyadriensis Sudhin, Sen & Jäger, 2023, and D. stauntoni Pocock, 1900 is discussed. The possible synonymy of Dendrolycosa sahyadriensis with D. gitae, as well as that of D. gitae with D. spadicaria (Simon, 1897a), and Polyboea zonaformis (Wang, 1993) with P. vulpina Thorell, 1895 are discussed. Euprosthenops ellioti (O. Pickard-Cambridge, 1877) is redescribed and illustrated based on its type material, and the vulva of the genus is illustrated for the first time. A lectotype is designated for Hygropoda gracilis (Thorell, 1891), which is redescribed based on the type and freshly collected material. A new species, Hygropoda kannimara Sankaran sp. nov. is described and illustrated based on male and female specimens collected from the southern Indian state of Kerala. Redescriptions of Perenethis sindica (Simon, 1897) and P. vulpina based on freshly collected material are provided, and doubt is cast on the possible synonymy of the former species with P. venusta L. Koch, 1878. Finally, discusion about the type locality of Perenethis dentifasciata (O. Pickard-Cambridge, 1885) is presented.
