In modern linguistics, the development of practical models of teaching foreign languages that encourage the active use of language in speech and writing is of primary importance. Comparative linguistics, analyzing the structure of different languages, helps to determine the most effective teaching methods based on understanding their similarities and differences, which is necessary for free and successful intercultural communication. The sentence, as a speech form of expressing thoughts, is the focus of syntax. Words and phrases are combined into sentences, obeying grammatical rules specific to each language. Grammar studies the structure of the sentence, the mechanisms of its construction and the most common models. The evolution of the sentence and its grammatical categories reveals the internal laws of language development, while the methods of formation and dominant types of sentences are characterized by significant stability in the language system. Unionless complex sentences, being part of the communicative system of language, play a key role in conveying a living, dynamic picture of the world, as well as its static aspects, both real and imaginary. They allow us to reflect the diversity of connections between phenomena, such as comparison, condition, time, cause and effect, making speech more expressive and rich. Keywords: comparison, syntax, sentence, semantics, non-union complex sentences, grammatical meanings, classification, conjunction, conjunction words.

Purpose of the study. Assessment of the level of HIV prevalence and identification of risk factors for HIV infection among labor migrants.Research materials and methods. The cross-sectional method was used, which is one of the types of observational research: a one-time survey in the territory of observational sites, including behavioral and serological study. The study was conducted in 8 administrative-territorial units. To determine the sample size at the observation site, a systematic stratified sampling method, mapping and population counting were used. The survey included men and women aged 18 years and older who had traveled abroad for money at least once in the past 3 years and had lived there for at least 3 months. Participation in the survey was voluntary based on verbal consent. Results. A total of 3,500 people participated in the survey, including 2,867 men (81.9%) and 633 women (18.1%). The survey participants were mainly family members (82.4%). Almost every third of them had three or more children under the age of 18. The majority of participants were people with secondary and specialized secondary education (64.7%). Over the past 3 years, respondents had traveled abroad 1-3 times to earn money - 94.9%. The prevalence of HIV, syphilis, and hepatitis C among migrants in 2024 was 0.7%; 0.4%, and 0.9%, respectively. In 2024, only 49% of participants who had sex used a condom during their last sexual intercourse with a casual or commercial partner during migration. Conclusion: The prevalence of HIV among migrants (0.7%) is 1.8 times higher than in 2020 (0.4%) and almost 6 times higher than in the general population of the republic (2024). Migrants abroad are sexually active; they have sex with casual (84%) and commercial (49%) sexual partners, and only half of them use protected sex. Keywords: HIV, serological surveillance, prevalence.

This article presents current views on the epidemiological significance, cardiorenal mechanisms, traditional and non-traditional risk factors, metabolic aspects, molecular and vascular mechanisms, andclinical strategies for chronic kidney disease (CKD). Conclusion. CKD is not only a nephrological problem but also a systemic one, wherecardiovascular and metabolic complications are paramount. Understanding the pathogenesisandimplementing new therapeutic strategies can significantly improve the prognosis of patients. Keywords: Chronic kidney disease, cardiovascular diseases, cardiorenal syndrome, riskfactors, glomerular filtration rate.

Objective: The main purpose of the research was to prove the expediency of a cardiorespiratory index, developed by us earlier, as an objective criterion for evaluating the effectiveness of postCOVID statuses curation. Methods: It was conducted on 219 patients admitted to medical rehabilitation with post-COVIDassociated conditions of various origins. The strength and frequency parameters of activity of the cardiorespiratory functional system were recorded at the time of patients’ admission to the hospital and their discharge. Changes in the cardiorespiratory index were compared with changes in the discrete parameters of its components, as well as with the Hildebrant coefficient shift. Results: Under the given conditions of the rehabilitation process, the cardiorespiratory index changed from 0.21±0.07 (upon admission) to 0.39±0.07 (upon discharge; which approached its normal value of 0.39-0.5). The shifts of general clinical parameters of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems which were fixed in their traditional discrete assessment was mostly statistically unreliable. The Hildebrant index also remained virtually unaltered (from 5.29±1.97 to 5.34±1.41). Conclusions: Our research confirms that the cardiorespiratory index proposed by us reliably reflects the positive dynamics of rehabilitation procedures’ effectiveness in patients who have recovered from COVID-19. It is logical to assume that this indicator (coefficient) will be of interest not only in post-COVID-associated status, but also in other nosologic areas. Key words: cardiorespiratory system, COVID-19, cardiorespiratory index, Hildebrandt coefficient.
