This text presents some visual and value dimensions of terrain work on the exploration of accessibility in Bulgaria during the last few years. Sharpening of sensitiveness to the accessibility problems is one of the consequences of cultural situation of temporary critical concentration of priorities on residential spaces of settlements during pandemic limitations. The focus of attention on the effectiveness of the decisions of settlement and regional development sets forth the contributions of people of uneven status, who have more experience in overcoming of difficulties that look unresolvable at first glance.

World War I (1914-1918) is the third war fought from the beginning of the XXth century in which Bulgarian people participate in order to achieve their national unification. The Ministry of War of the Tsardom of Bulgaria takes good care of a better coverage of the military operations by using the advances in technique and technology at the time. As the war photographers are not always able to reach the front line and cover the key moments in the operations of the Bulgarian army, war painters are also mobilized. Among them is the father of the Bulgarian caricature Alexander Bozhinov who is also sent to the front. The present article represents his war works published in Otechestvo magazine during World War I.

The article focuses on analyzing the websites of three prominent national museums in Romania, Bulgaria, and Serbia. These websites are examined within the broader context of the cultural institutions' activities, as they hold significant importance in the cultural infrastructure of their respective neighboring Balkan countries. A comparison table is utilized to establish evaluation criteria for the digital platforms, with a particular emphasis on content. The article extensively characterizes the sections dedicated to the main and temporary exhibitions, which play a crucial role in facilitating digital engagement with both existing and potential audiences. The chosen approaches for showcasing museum teams and collections are also scrutinized. In addition, gaps and inconsistencies are identified by comparing these websites with others in the museum domain. The evaluation of video materials and digital tours of the exhibitions adheres to the high standards set by modern digital technologies in the cultural sector. Consequently, the article concludes by formulating three recommendations aimed at enhancing the websites of the national history museums in Bulgaria, Romania, and Serbia. These recommendations are intended to address the identified shortcomings and improve the overall digital experience provided by these institutions.

The article presents the main goals and objectives of a research project related to digital accessibility to scientific and educational resources for people with visual impairments. The research methodology and the achieved results are described. The functionalities of the developed web portal with accessible digital resources and processes for improving the accessibility of some online systems with educational and scientific content are presented.

The surging coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 has impacted all spheres of the economy not sparing higher education in South Africa. The impact was felt by both staff and students not only on teaching and learning but also on their socio-economic, health and physical well-being. This paper sought to explore the experiences international students during the closure of the universities in the country due to Covid-19 pandemic. This paper adopted the data from self-designed questionnaire administered to 68 international students from a public university in South Africa The quantitative data were analysed using the descriptive statistics. The results show that international students were more vulnerable and exposed to socio-economic and mental challenges including sense of low esteem, financial distress and emotional distress during the pandemic which impacted negatively on their academic outputs and social wellbeing, amongst other things. The findings also revealed that the university authorities did not take the necessary steps to address the life circumstances of the international students. The paper, therefore, highlights the holistic understanding of how to mitigate and alleviate the socio-economic impacts of such pandemic in future through opening dialogue, changing institutional policy to respond to emergency as at when it occurs, and the universities or higher institutions should put in place intervention strategies to assist foreign students during the outbreak of a disease.

The objective of this manuscript is to evaluate the efficacy of the methodology of terrestrial photogrammetry for the digitalization and three-dimensional modeling of the built heritage. This will be done by utilizing the case of Ksar Kenadsa as an exemplar and by contrasting the outcomes of three-dimensional modeling of the entities that arise from various alternatives of spatial and architectural arrangement.

The challenges and constraints of paperless classrooms was explored in this study using the experiences of school leaders and teachers in the Ekurhuleni district. Qualitative method was adopted. Hence data was collected through semi-structured interviews from purposefully selected participants. Thematic analysis was used for analysing the collected data. The study findings showed that the practice of paperless classrooms which has various benefits brings with it a number of challenges, like a lack of technical support, problems associated with security, the slow and inconsistent roll out of the resources, and a lack of on-going teacher development through formal and on-the-job Continuous Professional Development (CPD). The study recommends the inclusion of digital resources as tools that facilitate the enhancement of teaching and learning rather than changing the face of traditional classrooms.

The topic examines the need the museums (in situ, online, mobile) to provide digital access to cultural properties. The focus in the present research is directed to the use of various modern innovative means and attesting technologies for adequate and accessible functioning of memory institutions for all target groups, as well as for the successful generation of new museum audiences.

A research of digitalized archive units from the Drawings and Surveys fund is presented. It is part of the architectural archive at the Institute of Art Studies. The documents were made by architects mainly in the 1950's and contain architectural drawings of represented houses from 19 century from the Bulgarian lands. To explore new interpretative perspectives, I decompose and rearrange old data into new types of digital collections corresponding to qualitative and contextual modalities.

The article will focus on the spiritual heritage of Mukhtar Auezov, whose name is widely known and has become the pride of world literature and culture. It is considered that the historical and cultural heritage of the writer who presented the great Abai to the world is an inexhaustible treasure. New ways of studying the epic novel "The Way of Abai" by the great writer, master artist M. Auezov, who raised the historical and cultural values of the Kazakh nation into the space of universal values and culture, are considered. The level of teaching of Mukhtar Auezov's epic novel "The way of Abai" in its degree will be discussed. For this purpose, the school studies the research works of domestic and foreign scientists on the problem of teaching the works of M. Auezov. The research works and technology of the domestic methodologist-scientist, academician K. Bitibaeva are considered in the complete teaching of the novel-epic "The way of Abai". The outstanding works of methodologist-teacher K. Bitibayeva in Abay studies and auezov studies will be shown. Presents K. Bitibaeva's advanced methodology of teaching the epic novel "The way of Abai" through problem analysis and image analysis. The author defines the significance of the technology of the domestic methodologist K. Bitibaeva and suggests applying it in practice at school. Emphasizes the outstanding scientific works of K. Bitibaeva, comprehensively studies her search. It is concluded that teacher technology is used by the community of domestic teachers, as well as its innovativeness prevails.
