Children aged 5–6 years are at preschool age; this period is also said to be the golden period and window of opportunity because children are starting to enter a new, unfamiliar environment and learn many new things. During this period, mothers play an important role in providing early stimulation for children's development, so the mother's knowledge and attitudes are very influential. The aim of this research was to determine the comparison of knowledge between housewife mothers and working mothers regarding the development of children aged 5–6 years using the KPSP assessment at Pembina Matakali Kindergarten. The type of research used in this research is a correlation study, and the research design used is analytical with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study consisted of 38 mothers and children aged 5–6 years at the Pembina Matakali Kindergarten and a sample of 38 mothers and children aged 5–6 years at the Pembina Matakali Kindergarten using total sampling. The results of the Chi Square Test obtained an asymp.Sig (2-Sided) Continuity Correlations value of 0.00 (0.00<0.05), so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is a significant relationship between the knowledge of the housewife and mother works on the development of children aged 5–6 years with KPSP research at Pembina Matakali Kindergarten. It is hoped that suggestions from this research can provide information to mothers about the importance of a mother's role in the child's development process.

Implementation of Deep Breath Relaxation Techniques As An Effort to Overcome Shortness Of Breath in Congestive Heart Failure Patients

Introduction: Congestive heart failure (CHF) is a cardiovascular disease that is defined as a deadly disease in the world. CHF is a condition in which the heart is unable to pump blood to meet the needs of oxygen and nutrients in the body's tissues. Objective: To present care with deep breathing relaxation interventions as an effort to overcome shortness of breath in congestive heart failure patients with ineffective breathing patterns. Method: The research design used is descriptive analysis with a case study approach. Subjects in this case study were adult patients with congestive heart failure (CHF) and ineffective breathing patterns. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation, physical examination, and documentation studies. Result: The case study at the assessment stage found that the client complained of shortness of breath. The intervention and implementation used to reduce shortness of breath is by providing breathing relaxation exercises for 10 minutes when complaints of shortness of breath are felt. After the intervention, the client's breathing frequency decreased from 28 x/minute to 22 x/minute, while the subjective data from the anamnesis showed that the client's shortness of breath was reduced. Conclusion: Nursing care for patients with congestive heart failure (CHF) and shortness of breath is well managed. Providing deep breathing relaxation interventions is effective in reducing respiratory frequency.

Application of Acupressure Therapy to Increase Breast Milk Production in Spontaneous Post Partum Mothers

Introduction: Acupressure is a non-pharmacological technique that can increase breast milk production, which is useful for increasing body stamina, improving blood circulation, reducing pain, reducing stress, or calming the mind. Acupressure serves to increase the hormone oxytocin, which can calm the mother, so that breast milk comes out by itself. Objective: This case study is to determine the effectiveness of acupressure therapy in increasing breast milk production in spontaneous postpartum clients. Method: This study uses a case study design with a nursing care approach that focuses on nursing interventions. The research was conducted in Teratai Room 2, RSUD Banjar City, from June 2, 2023, to June 4, 2023. The participants in this study were Mrs. W, 32 years old, a woman who complained that her milk production was low. The nursing process is focused on the main problem, namely ineffective breastfeeding. Objective data and subjective data are used as references on a regular basis to obtain results when an assessment is carried out. The instruments used were leaflets, observation sheets, and all the tools used in physical examinations. The focus of the intervention was the application of acupressure therapy to increase breast milk production in spontaneous postpartum mothers. Result: This case study is supported by objective and subjective data. The objective data obtained were that the patient admitted that the breasts did not feel tight, the breasts were clean, there were no lesions or redness, blood pressure 120/80 mmHg, temperature 36.6oC, pulse 86 x/min, respiration 20 x/min. subjective data, namely the recognition of patients complaining of very little milk expenditure. Conclusion: The intervention is thought to be effective against the effect of acupressure therapy on increasing milk production in postpartum patients. Theoretically, this research does not conflict with previous research, so it can be used as a reference in future research. Meanwhile, clinically, interventions made for ineffective breastfeeding problems can be an alternative to eliminating nursing problems in hospitals, health centers, or other health clinics.

Effect of PHBS Education with Animated Videos on Students' Knowledge Levels

Background: Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) is a program aimed at changing people's behavior so that it does not lead to unhealthy behavior. Nationally, it was found that the proportion of those with good PHBS did not increase by half (41.3%). The results of the PHBS Initial Knowledge Survey at Mts Nurul Iman School obtained a score of 60% in the fair category, less than 30%, and 10% in the good category. In order to achieve the highest scientific level, it is necessary to establish education at the scientific level of the students at Mt. Nurul Iman. Objective: To find out whether or not there is an influence of PHBS education with animated videos on the level of knowledge of Mts Nurul Iman students. Method: quantitative with a Quasi experiment with a two-group pretest posttest with a control group design with a population of 240 and a sample of 150 using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 5%. Results: This study used the Wilcoxon test, p-value 0.000 <0.05, and found that there was an effect of PHBS education with animated videos on the level of knowledge. Conclusion: In this study, the results of the pre-test were in the average category (90.7%) and the post-test results were in the good category (80%). Suggestion: For Other Researchers This research is expected to be used as basic data for similar research, and this research is expected to provide input for future research in making other studies.
