PENGKAYAAN VITAMIN DAN MINYAK IKAN PADA RAGI ROTI SEBAGAI PAKAN Brachionus plicatilis YANG DIBERIKAN DENGAN METODE TETES

ABSTRACTThe Brachionus plicatilis is a type of zooplankton that plays a vital role in the animal feed of the various kinds of fish held in water. The advantages of Brachionus plicatilis are a very small feed, slow swimming, easy to be eaten by larvae and relatively short time cultures, high repruductive rates, high nutritional content, leaven in on alternative kind of food for the Brachionus plicatilis it is generally confused when phytoplankton in insufficient. Yeast is a culture food that can be enriched with a scoott emulsion, vitamins B12, Vitamins C is essential for growth and survival. One of the leaven given cultivation of the Brachionus plicatilis is a leaven of bread. However, it is not known clearly about the proper concentration of yeast in the culture of Brachionus plicatilis,this study is aimed at deducing the effects of the leaven that Scoott emulsion, vitamin C and Vitamin B12 drip methods used on the density of Brachionus plicatilis. The study was cirried out in June 2020, located in the hydromining research Laboratory, the University of Mataram. Research USES a completely random design where that treatment is usedP1(without leaven), P2 (0.3 gram), P3 (0.6 gram), P4 (0.9 gram), P5 (1.2 gram). The best got at treatment P5 with a concentration of 1.2 gram is the best treatment to produce much density 524 cell/mL.Keywords: Brachionus plicatilis, Drop Method, baker yeast, Scoot emulsion,and VitaminABSTRAKBrachionus plicatilis merupakan jenis zooplankton yang berperan penting sebagai pakan hidup bagi berbagai jenis ikan yang dibudiayakan. Keunggulan Brachionus plicatilis sebagai pakan adalah ukuran sangat kecil, berenang lambat sehingga mudah untuk dimangsa oleh larva dan waktu kultur relatif singkat, laju reproduksi tinggi, kandungan gizi cukup tinggi. Ragi merupakan jenis pakan alternatif bagi Brachionus plicatilis yang umumnya digunakan apabila kultur fitoplankton tidak mencukupi. Ragi rotimerupakan jenis pakan kulturyang dapat diperkaya dengan scoott emulsion, Vitamin B12 dan vitamin C sangat dibutuhkan untuk pertumbuhan dan kelangsungan hidupnya. Akan tetapi, belum diketahui secara jelas mengenai konsentrasi ragi rotiyang tepat dalam kultur pada Brachionus plicatilis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyimpulkanpengaruh pemberian ragi roti yang diperkaya Scoott emulsion, vitamin C dan vitamin B12 metode tetes terhadap kepadatan Brachionus plicatilis.Penelitian dilaksanakan pada tanggal 30 juni sampai 6 juli 2020, bertempat di Laboratorium Program Studi Budidaya Perairan, Universitas Mataram.Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dimanaperlakuan yang digunakan yaitu P1 (tanpa ragi), P2 (0.3 gram), P3 (0.6 gram), P4 (0.9 gram), P5 (1.2 gram). Hasil yang terbaik didapatkanpada perlakuan P5 dengan konsentrasi ragi 1.2 grammerupakan perlakuan terbaik dengan menghasilkan kepadatan sebanyak 524sel/mL.Kata Kunci: Brachionus plicatilis, Metode Tetes, Ragi Roti, Scoot emulsion,dan Vitamin

U saha perbaikan lingkungan permukiman kumuh nelayan di Kecamatan Sepuluh Madura merupakan upaya strategis yang diharapkan mampu menangani permasalahan lingkungan permukiman nelayan yang terjadi dan dapat mengantisipasi terjadinya permasalahan yang sama di masa mendatang karena kawasan nelayan di Kec. Sepuluh Madura berpotensi sebagai kawasan permukiman. Dengan kondisi yang demikian dan agar dapat meningkatkan kualitas lingkungan di Kec. Sepuluh Kabupaten Bangkalan di Kawasan Nelayan, maka perlu di lakukan penelitian untuk merumuskan strategi peningkatan kualitas lingkungan di kawasan nelayan Sepuluh – Madura . Dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT, diperoleh beberapa strategi pengelolaan lingkungan pesisir Sepulu berdasarkan ranking yaitu, p embatasan lahan budidaya pada kawasan konservasi alami terutama untuk pemanfaatan terbangun di wilayah pesisir yang didukung secara instuisional dan pemberdayaan masyarakat , p emberlakuan kebijakan dari pemerintah setempat atau yang berwewenang untuk mengendalikan konversi secara top down (kebijakan tegas) dengan melalui sosialisasi dan pemberian insentif dan disinsentif bagi para pelanggarnya , m emberikan alokasi ruang khusus untuk pengamanan dan perlindungan pantai terutama daerah-daerah yang sering menjadi transit dan bongkar muat perdagangan dan pada jalur-jalur pelayaran serta m embuat daerah khusus pengamanan pantai dan konservasi pantai secara alami terutama sebagai langkah pengendalian pencemaran, sedimentasi, abrasi dan akresi. K ata Kunci : kualitas lingkungan, SWOT, Sepuluh Madura THE ENVIRONMENT QUALITY IMPROVEMENT IN FISHERMEN AREA OF SEPULUH DISTRICT, MADURA ABSTRACT Improvement effort for fishermen’s slum area in Sepuluh District, Madura is the strategic effort that is expected to be able to handle the problem in fishermen’s neighborhood and to anticipate the occurrence of same problem in the future, because fishermen’s neighborhood in Sepuluh District, Madura has potential as neighborhood. With that kind of condition, in order to improve the environment quality in Sepuluh District, Bangkalan Regency in fishermen’s neighborhood, the research to formulate the strategy of environment quality improvement in that place is necessarily to conduct. By using SWOT analysis, there found some strategy in developing coastal environment of Sepuluh District based on the rank, which are the limitation of cultivation land on natural conservation area especially for construction utilization in coastal area which is institutionally supported and community empowerment, policy enforcement from the local government or the authorized party to control the conversion through top-down (firm policy) by conducting socialization and giving both incentive and disincentive for the rule breakers, giving special room allocation for securing and protecting the beach area, especially for the regions that are frequently becoming the place of transit and unloading trade, as well as the shipping lines, also by creating the special area for natural coastal security and conservation especially as the controlling methods for pollution, sedimentation, abrasion, and accretion. Simple structure and organs model of fish used to help students collage in observing fish organ structure in Ichtiology practicum. In fact, there are many observers found difficulties to learn fish organs structure. During the practicum, there are several part of organs that cannot be clearly seen or too small. Moreover, it happened for the fishes that has small size. Another, If the organ structure is not in a good condition it will be difficult to be observed. As a replecement, observer can see dan observe by using tool model to see inside organs of fish. Beside, it make PJMK/Assistant to explain inside part of fish organ structure. Simple structure and organs model of fish is validated by academic civitas that have expertised in fisheries. The result was very worthy to be used in learning process in inchtiology practicum. Score that has been gotten is 100 %. In the class observation, it included 100 observer of Ichtiology. The result of the questionair are: the interesting of fish shape model is 72% was very satisfied. Model, tool design, accessories and completeness of tool model is 70% was satisfied. The beneficial of the ichtiology praticum is 80% was helped. The corellation of tool and praticum material ichtiology 80%. The suggestion from the tool user in the future, 96%, suggested to use the tool model. Observer comments that mastery assitant in the used of the tool model 65% still less. 70% observer stated that the tool is still need improvement . HUBUNGAN LEBAR KARAPAS DAN BERAT KEPITING BAKAU (Scylla spp.) HASIL TANGKAPAN DI DESA KAHYAPU PULAU ENGGANO PROVINSI BENGKULU

Informasi biologi perikanan diperlukan untuk mengetahui status suatu komoditas perikanan di alam, terutama untuk komoditas bernilai ekonomis tinggi seperti kepiting bakau. Salah satu daerah penangkapan kepiting bakau di alam adalah Desa Kahyapu, Pulau Enggano, Provinsi Bengkulu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengumpulkan informasi biologi kepiting bakau di Desa Kahyapu, Pulau Enggano, khususnya informasi mengenai hubungan lebar karapas dan berat kepiting bakau. Sampel kepiting bakau (jantan dan betina) dari hutan mangrove di Desa Kahyapu, Pulau Enggano. Penelitian ini menggunakan 3 stasiun pengamatan, setiap statiun dibagi menjadi 3 transek garis dengan masing-masing 3 plot (ukuran 10x10 m) tiap transek garis. Tiap plot dipasang bubu sebanyak 3 buah selama 14 hari. Hasil pengamatan menunjukkan bahwa kepiting bakau jantan lebih banyak tertangkap dengan nisbah kelamin jantan dan betina adalah 1: 0,47. Lebar karapas kepiting bakau jantan berkisar antara 70 – 193 mm (67,65% telah dewasa kelamin), sedangkan lebar karapas kepiting bakau betina berkisar antara 83 – 180 mm (93,75% telah dewasa kelamin). Pola pertumbuhan kepiting bakau baik jantan maupun betina adalah allometrik negatif (b < 3). K ata k unci : berat, Enggano, Kahyapu, karapas, kepiting bakau THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE WIDTH OF CARAPACE AND THE WEIGHT OF CAUGHT MANGROVE CRAB ( Scylla spp.) IN KAHYAPU VILLAGE, ENGGANO ISLAND, BENGKULU PROVINCE ABSTRACT Biological information of fisheries is necessary to know the status of certain fisheries commodity in nature, especially for the high-economical-valued commodity like the mangrove crab. One of natural mangrove crab fishing grounds is Kahyapu Village, Enggano Island, Bengkulu Province. The objective of this research is to collect biological information of mangrove crab in Kahyapu Village, Enggano Island, especially the information about the relationship between the width of carapace and the weight of mangrove crab. The samples of mangrove crab (male and female) were taken from mangrove forest in Kahyapu Village, Enggano Island. This research used 3 observation stations. Each station was divided into 3 line transects each had 3 plots (the size was 10 x 10 m) for each line transect. Each plot was installed by 3 fish traps for 14 days. The observation result showed that the mostly caught were male mangrove crabs, the comparison between the caught male and female mangrove crabs were 1: 0.47. The width of male mangrove crab’s carapaces were about 70 to 193 mm (67.65% were the adult ones), while the width of female mangrove crab’s carapaces were about 83 – 180 mm (93.75% were the adult ones). PROTOTYPE PUPUK MULTINUTRIENT BERBASIS PHOSPATE BERBAHAN DASAR LIMBAH GARAM (BITTERN) SEBAGAI ALTERNATIF SOLUSI PENUMBUH PAKAN ALAMI

Bittern sebagai limbah dari proses produksi garam rakyat bisa bermanfaat untuk mendukung kegiatan budidaya perairan. Hal ini menjadi tujuan dari penelitian ini. Penelitian dilakukan dengan dimulai membuat formulasi pembuatan pupuk selanjutnya diujicobakan di lapangan dengan menggunakan dua petak tambak berukuran 100m 2 dengan ikan contoh adalah ikan Bandeng (Chanos chanos). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, bahwa dengan formulasi Na 2 HPO 4 250 ml + NaOH 250 ml + bittern 250 ml bisa menghasilkan pupuk berbasis phosphat sebanyak 46,4994 gram yang selanjutnya diujicobakan ke tambak. Indikator yang diperoleh dari hasil ujicoba adalah ikan yang dipeliharan di tambak yang dipupuk menhasilkan pertumbuhan yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan pertumbuhan dari ikan yang dipelihara pada tambak yang tidak diberi pupuk. K ata Kunci : bittern , pakan alami , phospate , pupuk multinutrient PROTOTYPE BASED PHOSPHATE FERTILIZER MULTINUTRIENT BASED WASTE BASIC SALT ( BITTERN ) AS AN ALTERNATIVE SOLUTION FEED NATURAL GROWERS ABSTRACT Bittern as a waste of people's salt production process could be useful to support aquaculture. It is the goal of this research. Research carried out by starting to make fertilizer formulations subsequently tested in the field by using two ponds with fish measuring 100m2 example is fish milkfish (Chanos chanos). The results showed that the formulation Na2HPO4 NaOH 250 ml + 250 ml + 250 ml bittern could produce phosphate -based fertilizers as much as 46.4994 grams were subsequently tested to the pond. Indicators derived from the results of tests are fish in ponds fertilized dipeliharan yielding better growth than the growth of fish reared in ponds that are not fertilized. Identifikasi Potensi Kawasan Sumberdaya Pulau Kangean Kabupaten Sumenep Madura Sebagai Kawasan Wisata Bahari

Kepulauan Kangean merupakan gugusan pulau-pulau kecil yang terletak di sebelah timur laut pulau Madura, dengan kepulauan terbesar adalah pulau Kangean. Pulau kangean sendiri termasuk dalam wilayah kabupaten Sumenep dan terbagi dalam Tiga wilayah kecamatan yaitu kecamatan Arjasa, Kecamatan Sapeken dan Kecamatan Raas. Aktivitas wisata bahari diantaranya adalah santai dipantai/menikmati lingkungan alam sekitar pantai, berenang, tour keliling (boat tour, cruising/extended bongat tour), surfing, diving, water sky dan sailing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan manganalisa permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam pengembangan wisata bahari Kepulauan Kangean, serta menganalisis rencana starategis pemetaan pengembangan wisata bahari di Kepulauan Kangean Kabupaten Sumenep, Madura. Hasil penilaian kesesuaian pulau kangean untuk wisata bahari diperoleh hasil 708 yang artinya sangat sesuai, sedangkan untuk analisa Internal Eksternal Faktor Analisys Summary (I -E FAS) adalah 2,8 – 2,9 yang artinya kondisi internal dan eksternal memiliki kekuatan untuk mengatasi situasi yang ada. Skala prioritas untuk pengembangan wisata bahari di pulau kangean berdasarkan analisis SWOT dan AHP adalah: 1). Peningkatan infrastruktur wisata bahari, 2). Pengelolaan wisata bahari berbasis masyarakat, 3). Promosi dan publikasi obyek wisata, 4). Peningkatan kerjasama antar sektor terkait, 5). Pembinaan dan pelatihan wisata bahari, 6). Peningkatan stabilitas keamanan wilayah, 7). Pembagian zonasi pemanfaatan perikanan dan pariwisata. Sedangkan untuk data citra ALOS diperoleh data dari masing-masing lokasi yang disurvey memiliki lokasi yang berkarakteristik dan memiliki kelemahan dan kekuatan masing-masing namun demikian secara umum lokasi ini dinilai semua kawasan ini berpotensi untuk dikembangkan sebagai kawasan wisata bahari. K ata Kunci : AHP, i dentifikasi, pemetaan, sumberdaya , SWOT , wisata bahari THE IDENTIFICATION OF RESOURCE POTENTIAL AREA OF KANGEAN ISLAND, SUMENEP REGENCY, MADURA AS NAUTICAL TOURISM AREA ABSTRACT Kangean Islands is a cluster of small islands located at the north east of Madura Island. The biggest island is Kangean Island. Kangean Island is included in the territory of Sumenep Regency area and divided into three districts areas which are Arjasa, Sapeken and Raas Districts. The activity of nautical tourism some of which are relaxing on the beach/enjoying environment around the beach, swimming, touring around (boat tour, cruising/extended boat tour), surfing, diving, water skyingand sailing. This research had the objective to identify and analyze the problems dealt in developing nautical tourism in Kangean Islands, as well as to analyze the strategic plan of development mapping for nautical tourism in Kangean Islands, Sumenep Regency, Madura. The finding showed that Kangean Island was suitable for nautical tourism, the result was 708 which meant that it was highly suitable. While the Internal External Factor Analysis Summary (I-EFAS) was by 2.8 – 2.9 which meant that both internal and external conditions had strength to deal with the existing situation.The priority scales to develop nautical tourism in Kangean Island which was based on SWOT and AHP analysis were: 1). Improvement for nautical tourism infrastructure, 2). Community-based nautical tourism development, 3). Promotion and publication of tourism object, 4). Cooperation improvement among the relevant sectors, 5). Training and development of nautical tourism, 6). Improvement of security stability of the region, 7). The zone division of fisheries and tourism utilization. While for ALOS image data, there found the data of each surveyed location that they were characterized location which had their own strength and weakness. POTENSI DAN TINGKAT PEMANFAATAN IKAN SEBAGAI DASAR PENGEMBANGAN SEKTOR PERIKANAN DI SELATAN JAWA TIMUR

Jawa Timur (Jatim) adalah salah satu propinsi yang memiliki potensi sumberdaya perikanan laut yang terdiri dari ikan pelagis dan ikan demersal. Wilayah pengelolaan perikanan laut di Jawa Timur bagian selatan memiliki potensi yang sangat besar karena berhadapan langsung dengan samudera Hindia dan memiliki potensi ikan khususnya kelompok pelagis besar seperti tuna (Thunnus sp) dan cakalang (Katsuwonus pelamis). Untuk mengetahui informasi tentang potensi dan tingkat pemanfaatan perikanan laut di Jatim perlu dianalisis data yang ada, sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai acuan dalam mengembangkan sektor perikanan laut kedepannya dengan memperhatikan kelestarian sumberdayanya. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui potensi dan tingkat pemanfaatan ikan di wilayah Selatan Jatim. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan analisa data menggunakan metode Maximum Sustainable Yield (MSY). MSY atau potensi lestari ikan adalah besarnya jumlah stok ikan tertinggi yang yang dapat ditangkap secara terus menerus dari suatu sumberdaya tanpa mempengaruhi kelestarian stok ikan tersebut. Dengan menggunakan metode surplus produksi, p otensi lestari ikan (MSY) di wilayah Selatan Jatim periode 2009-2013 adalah sebesar 219.189,453 ton. Tingkat pemanfaatan ikan di perairan Selatan Jatim tahun 2009-2013 nilai rata-ratanya sebesar 49,48% yang berarti masih dibawah nilai jumlah tangkapan yang diperbolahkan (JTB sebesar 80%). Dari nilai tingkat pemanfaatan selama 5 (lima) tahun tersebut dapat dikatakan perairan Selatan Jatim masih dalam kondisi underfishing karena tingkat pemanfaatannya masih dibawah nilai JTB (kurang dari 80%). Rata-rata nilai upaya penangkapan sebesar 577.764 trip dengan upaya optimum sebesar 523.437 trip, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa upaya optimum lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan nilai rata-rata upaya penangkapan selama 5 (lima) tahun. K ata Kunci : CPUE, MSY, potensi, tingkat pemanfaatan, upaya UTILIZATION POTENTIAL AND LEVEL OF FISH AS A BASIS FOR DEVELOPMENT SECTOR FISHERIES IN SOUTH EAST JAVA ABSTRACT Jawa Timur (East Java) is one of the provinces that have the potential of marine fishery resources consisting of pelagic and demersal fish. Marine fisheries management area in the southern part of East Java has a huge potential for dealing directly with the Indian Ocean and has the potential of large pelagic fish, especially groups such as tuna (Thunnus sp) and skipjack (Katsuwonus pelamis). To find out information about the potential and the level of utilization of marine fisheries in East Java needs to be analyzed existing data, so it can be used as a reference in developing the marine fisheries sector in the future by taking into account the preservation of resources. The research objective was to determine the potential and the utilization rate of the fish in the southern region of East Java. The method used is survey method with data analysis using the Maximum Sustainable Yield (MSY). MSY or the potential for sustainable fish is the large number of fish stocks highest that can be captured continuously from a resource without affecting the sustainability of fish stocks. By using surplus production, the potential for sustainable fish (MSY) in the southern region of East Java 2009-2013 period amounted to 219,189.453 tonnes. The utilization rate of the fish in the waters of South East Java in 2009-2013 the average score of 49.48%, which means it is still below the value of the catch volume be allowed (JTB by 80%). Of the value of the utilization rate for five (5) years could be said Southern waters Java is still in a state of underfishing because the level of utilization is still below the value JTB (less than 80%). The average value of 577 764 trips fishing effort with optimum effort amounted to 523 437 trips, it can be concluded that the optimum effort lower than the average value of fishing effort for five (5) years. Sebaran sedimen tersuspensi (Total Suspended Solid (TSS)) dapat dipelajari secara horizontal maupun vertikal. Akumulasi sedimen tersuspensi (TSS) secara horizontal sangat dipengaruhi oleh arus permukaan maupun gelombang yang dibangkitkan oleh angin. Keterdapatan TSS ini diduga berpengaruh terhadap sebarannya pada profil vertical. Kedua kondisi sebaran sedimen tersuspensi (TSS) berpengaruh terhadap optimalisasi penetrasi cahaya matahari di perairan. Sedimen tersuspensi (TSS) menjadi salah satu factor fisika yang penting sebagai indicator kondisi perairan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sebaran Total Suspended Solid (TSS) di perairan Kabupaten Bangkalan. Materi utama yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah contoh air dan data parameter lingkungan (pasang surut dan kecerahan) yang diambil pada 7 stasiun pada bulan Agustus-September 2013 di Perairan Selat Madura, Kabupaten Bangkalan. Metode gravimetric (SNI-06-6989.3-2004) digunakan untuk analisa Total Suspended Solid (TSS). Data parameter lingkungan dianalisa secara deskriptif. Analisa TSS menunjukkan nilai yang berbeda pada beberapa stasiun penelitian untuk setiap minggunya. Konsentrasi TSS terendah sebesar 35 mg/L (Stasiun 3, profil permukaan, minggu pertama) dan tertinggi sebesar 620 mg/L (Stasiun 4, profil dasar, minggu pertama). Secara umum, konsentrasi TSS secara vertikal (dari permukaan-dasar) cenderung semakin besar, diduga dipengaruhi oleh jenis substrat dan parameter arus yang berpeluang untuk menimbulkan pengadukan di profil dasar. Kondisi lingkungan (kecerahan dan arus) menunjukkan bahwa daerah dengan konsentrasi TSS yang tinggi cenderung memilki nilai kecerahan yang rendah dengan kecepatan arus yang lebih besar. K ata Kunci : kecerahan, pola arus, Total Suspended Solid (TSS) DISTRIBUTION OF TOTAL SUSPENDED SOLID (TSS) IN THE VERTICAL PROFILE IN THE MADURA STRAIT WATERS BANGKALAN DISTRICT ABSTRACT Distribution of suspended sediment (Total Suspended Solid (TSS)) can be studied through horizontal and vertical. Accumulation of suspended sediment (TSS) horizontally greatly influenced by surface currents and waves generated by the wind. TSS discovery is supposed to influence the spreading on a vertical profile. The second condition of distribution of suspended sediment (TSS) effect on optimizing the penetration of sunlight in the water. Suspended sediments (TSS) became one of the important physical factor as an indicator of water conditions. This study aims to determine the distribution of Total Suspended Solid (TSS) in the waters of Bangkalan. The main material used in this study is an example of water and environmental parameter data (tidal and brightness) taken at 7 stations in August-September 2013 in the Madura Strait, Bangkalan. Gravimetric method (ISO-06-6989.3-2004) is used for the analysis of Total Suspended Solid (TSS). Environmental parameters data were analyzed descriptively. TSS analysis shows different value on some of the research station for TSS. Concentration per week low of 35 mg / L (Station 3, surface profile, the first week) and the highest was 620 mg / L (Station 4, the basic profile, the first week). In general, concentrations of vertical TSS (from surface-basic) tends to be greater, might be influenced by the type of substrate and flow parameters are likely to cause agitation in the basic profile. Environmental conditions (brightness and current) shows that areas with high concentrations of TSS tend to have the value of a low brightness with the larger speed of currents. STRUKTUR KOMUNITAS MANGROVE DI DESA MARTAJASAH KABUPATEN BANGKALAN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Mengetahui kontribusi tiap jenis mangrove terhadap ekologi kawasan pesisir Desa Martajasah serta m engetahui struktur komunitas mangrove di Desa Martajasah Kabupaten Bangkalan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Indeks Nilai Penting (INP) dengan rumus INP = RDi + RFi + RCi , Indeks keanekaragaman , Indeks Keseragaman , Indeks dominansi Simpson. Bruguiera gymnorrhiza adalah jenis yang dominan dibandingkan jenis mangrove lainnya di ekosistem mangrove Desa Martajasah. Bruguiera gymnorrhiza adalah jenis yang memiliki INP tertinggi (INP=1,245). Hasil penilaian terhadap keanekaragaman (Diversity) mangrove di Desa Martajasah memiliki tingkat keanekaragam rendah serta mengalami tekanan ekologi yang tinggi (H’ ≤ 2,0). Keanekaragaman stasiun 1 yaitu 0,506, stasiun 2 yaitu 0,936 dan stasiun 3 yaitu 0,859. Mangrove jenis Bruguiera gymnorrhiza memiliki peran (dominansi) dan struktur vegetasi mangrove tertinggi (INP=1,245) dibandingkan jenis mangrove lainnya yang ada di Desa Martajasah. Ekosistem mangrove di Desa Martajasah, berada dalam kondisi ekologi tertekan. K ata Kunci : ekologi mangrove , konstribusi mangrove , struktur komunitas THE STRUCTURE OF MANGROVE COMMUNITY IN MARTAJASAH VILLAGE, BANGKALAN REGENCY ABSTRACT This research aimed to know the contribution of each mangrove for the ecology of coastal area of Martajasah Village, as we want to know the mangrove community structure in Martajasah Village, Bangkalan Regency. The method that is used in this research was Important Value Index (IVI), with IVI formula = RDi + RFi + RCi, Diversity Index, Uniformity Index, Simpson’s Dominance Index. Bruguiera gymnorrhiza is the dominant kind compared to other mangrove types in mangrove ecosystem of Martajasah Village. Bruguiera gymnorrhiza is the kind that had the highest IVI (IVI=1.245). The assessment result toward mangrove diversity in Martajasah Village was low after experiencing high ecology depression (H’ ≤ 2.0). The station 1 diversity was 0.506, whilethe station 2 was 0.936 and station 3 was 0.859. Bruguiera gymnorrhiza type mangrove played role (dominance) and highest mangrove vegetation structure (IVI=1.245) compared to other kinds of mangrove in Martajasah Village. STUDI KANDUNGAN NaCl DI DALAM AIR BAKU DAN GARAM YANG DIHASILKAN SERTA PRODUKTIVITAS LAHAN GARAM MENGGUNAKAN MEDIA MEJA GARAM YANG BERBEDA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kandungan NaCl air baku dan kandungan NaCl dari garam yang dihasilkan oleh media meja garam jenis tanah, geomembran dan keramik, serta mengetahui produktivitas meja garam tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, pengambilan sampel dilakukan tiga kali panen sebagai ulangan dengan perlakuan media meja garam yang berbeda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai rata-rata kandungan NaCl pada air baku dan garam yang dihasilkan masing-masing adalah 84,76% dan 88,96% untuk media t anah , sedangkan untuk media geomembran masing-masing adalah 89,79% dan 95,72%, untuk media keramik masing-masing adalah 79,71%, dan 91,32%. Produktivitas lahan dengan menggunakan media t anah , geomembran dan keramik secara berturut-turut adalah 5.184 kg/hari/m , 7.56kg/hari/m 2 dan 4,13 kg/hari/m 2 . Produkti vi tas dengan menggunakan media geomembran lebih besar daripada tanah maupun keramik. K ata Kunci : Kandungan NaCl (Air Baku dan Garam) dan Produktivitas , Lepas Air Tua (LAT) , Meja Garam STUDY OF NaCL CONTENT IN RAW WATER AND THEIR SALT PRODUCTION AND PRODUCTIVITY USING DIFFERENT TABLE SALT LAND ABSTRACT Objectives of the study was to determine the NaCl content of the raw water and NaCl content of salt have been produced every kind of media table salt land, geomembrane, ceramics, as well as their productivity. The method used descriptive quantitative, sampling was conducted three harvests as replication with table salt treatment of different media. The results showed the average value of the NaCl content of the raw water and the salt produced for the land media were 84.76% and 88.96%, respectively, while the geomembrane media were 89.79% and 95.72%, respectively and for ceramics media were 79.71% and 91.32%, respectively. Salt productivity from the soil media, geomembrane and ceramics were 5,184 kg/day/m 2 , 7.56kg/day/m 2 , and 4.13 kg/day/m 2 , respectively. It can be concluded that productivity using geomembrane media is greater than the land and ceramics. Keywords : Salt table, the NaCl content (raw water and salt) and productivity
