Optimalisasi Pelayanan Publik Bidang Administrasi dalam Pembayaran Tagihan Perusahaan Daerah Air Mineral (PDAM) (Studi di Kantor Pos Delivery Center Sekejati Kota Bandung)

Public service is an absolute thing that happens in human social life. This makes public services one of the aspects that must be considered in governance for the purpose of creating satisfaction in the process of social interaction. One of the institutions that has not been able to provide maximum public services to the community is the Sekejati Post Office, Bandung City. The Sekejati Post Office in Bandung City provides several services to the community, one of which is the PDAM bill payment service. In the service process for paying PDAM bills, it was found that there are still service support facilities that have been unable to operate properly. This study aims to determine how to provide bill payment services for PDAM Post Office Sekejati Delivery Center Bandung City. The research process was carried out using qualitative research methods where in-depth interviews and observation methods carried out the data collection process. From the research that has been done, it was found that the obstacles that occur in the process of optimising the PDAM bill payment service at the Sekejati Post Office in Bandung City are systems that often have errors and there is a buildup of queues when one of the counter officers is unable to attend due to health reasons.

Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Pelatihan Dan Kompensasi Terhadap Kinerja Dinas Penanaman Modal Dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang

This study aims to determine and analyse the influence of organisational culture, training and compensation on the performance of the employees. This research aims to determine the effect of the independent variable X on the dependent variable Y and how strong the influence or relationship is. The research population consisted of all Investment and One-Stop Service Office employees of Aceh Tamiang Regency, totalling 39 people. Partially, organisational culture has no significant effect on performance. Partially, training does not have a significant effect on performance. Partially, compensation has a significant effect on performance. Simultaneously, organisational culture, training and compensation significantly influence the performance of the Aceh Tamiang District Investment and One-Stop Services Office employees. From the coefficient of determination, an R-value of 0.477 or 47.7% is obtained, which means that the relationship between performance and the independent variables, organisational culture, training and compensation is small. The R-Square value in this research is 0.227, which means 22.7% of the variation in performance is explained by the independent variables, namely organizational culture, training and compensation. While the remaining 77.3% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.

KOLABORASI ORGANISASI PEMERINTAH DALAM PENERTIBAN PARKIR LIAR DI KOTA MAKASSAR

This study aims to how the collaboration of government organisations in controlling illegal parking in Makassar City. This type of research uses qualitative methods. The results of this study indicate that Collaboration carried out by the Department of Transportation, Head of the Pamung Praja Police Unit for Makassar City, and PD Parking Makassar Raya, such as joint meetings held 2-3 times a month, still needs to be improved because we can see there are still many problems that often occur in the field, such as the number of vehicles which are parked on the side of the road, apart from that the joint operations carried out between these agencies have still not been resolved because of the related parties who have not maximized their operating schedules and the lack of signs on the road and the process of implementing management and evaluation between these agencies has been effective, but this authority has not run smoothly, such as the regulation of parking lots and prosecution of motorists has not yet become a deterrent effect for the community, so the Department of Transportation must be more assertive in dealing with this problem and supporting factors in coordination between government agencies in dealing with illegal parking in the city of Makassar, the aspect is cooperation between institutions, communities and well-established communication between related institutions in handling illegal parking cases. The inhibiting factors in coordination between government agencies in dealing with illegal parking in Makassar City are inadequate facilities, infrastructure and human resources which are one of the inhibiting factors in controlling illegal parking in Makassar City.

Kolaborasi Model Pentahelix dalam Pengembangan Desa Wisata Pandean Kecamatan Gondang Kabupaten Trenggalek

Pandean Tourism Village is a village which is one of the most popular tourist destinations and is visited by many tourists in Trenggalek Regency. In developing tourist villages, there needs to be collaboration between stakeholders. This article adopts the collaborative perspective of the Penta Helix model to discuss stakeholder interactions, highlight the level of success, and identify several problems in the development of the Pandean Tourism Village. This qualitative research uses a case study approach and visualises collective interactions between stakeholders, including the following: 1) Academic, 2) Business, 3) Community, 4) Government and 5) Media based on the Penta Helix model from Arif Yahya (2016). Data was collected through observation, semi-structured interviews, and document review. The research results show that each of the five stakeholders has played a role according to their field in the development of the Pandean Tourism Village, but cooperation between the stakeholders is still not optimal. The findings of this research recommend that the Village Government's role must be enhanced by developing policies that increase innovation in using local natural resources and institutionalising stakeholder collaboration to ensure sustainable collaboration.

Pentahelix Approach in The Implementation of Disaster Resilient Village (Destana) Sumber Village Magelang Regency

This study aims to analyse the implementation of the Disaster Resilient Village (Destana) program in Sumber Village, Magelang Regency, and the role of the actors involved in the pentahelix collaboration concept in the implementation process. This research is qualitative descriptive research. The research location was in Magelang Regency, especially in Sumber Village. Data collection techniques using observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews with informants using purposive sampling. The research found that five actors in the Pentahelix concept, namely academics, business, community, government, and media, have roles in implementing the Destana program. Government, community, and academics are actors who have a significant role in implementing Destana. the business and media sectors are less visible because they are only seen when a disaster has occurred. The synergy in Destana in Sumber Village was seen when implementing the Inclusion-Based Disaster Simulation, where academics, government, community, and media actors participated. The Destana Sumber Village program still has not seen synergy from five actors due to the lack of roles of business actors in disaster risk reduction activities. The recommendation is to include Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in the implementation of Destana.

Quality Assurance System Policy Evaluation Strategy to Increase the Competitiveness of Private Universities

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze how the higher education quality assurance system works and to find out and analyze the dimensions of quality assurance system policy evaluation to improve the competitiveness of private tertiary institutions in the city of Bandung. This study uses a descriptive analysis method with a qualitative type and is supported by the SWOT technique. The results of the study show that the implementation of the quality assurance system for Private Higher Education in Bandung City is still not effective, so a policy evaluation is needed through (1) Administrative evaluation by taking into account: Effort evaluation, performance evaluation, adequacy of performance, efficiency evaluation and process evaluation, (2) Judicial evaluation by taking into account: Issues of legal validity, possible violations of the constitution, possible violations of the legal system, possible violations of ethics and state administration rules, (3) Political evaluation by taking into account: Political process in determining policies, acceptance of political constituencies towards public policies, implementation information technology. The results of the policy evaluation in this study then produce recommendation strategies related to the implementation of the Higher Education quality assurance system by the government's standard provisions.
