The general election for regional heads and deputy regional heads, or often called Pilkada or Pemilukada, is an embodiment of democratic instruments in order to create a democratic government, as many as 270 regions in Indonesia held simultaneous elections in 2020 in the Covid-19 pandemic. implemented on 23 September 2020 was postponed to 9 December 2020 in accordance with Perppu No. 2 of 2020. This concept contains the issue of how effectively the implementation of Perppu No. 2 of 2020 in the 2020 pilkada in Kab. Pemalang and Kab. Pekalongan. Where this process makes it a challenge for organizers and voters to realize a high level of community participation. This continues to be developed regarding the implementation of the next regional election during the pandemic. Then it is explained about how the comparison of the 2020 regional elections in Kab. Pemalang and Kab. Pekalongan. This type of research is qualitative research through field research using a juridical-empirical approach, which produces analytical descriptive data. This research took place at the KPU Kab. Pemalang and Regency KPU. Pekalongan, which is one of the regencies that participated in the 2020 Pilkada during the Covid-19 Pandemic. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of Perppu No. 2 of 2020 in Pemalang Regency and Pekalongan Regency and to find out the comparison in these districts in the election of regents and deputy regents in 2017. 2020. The Village Consultative Body is not part of the Village Government but rather a village legislative body that works alone or independently. The Village Consultative Body is also domiciled on an equal footing and is a partner of the Village Government in organizing the Village Government. The Village Consultative Body is essentially a partner of the Village Head in carrying out the affairs of the Village Government and has an equal position in organizing government affairs, development, and community empowerment.  BPD is the embodiment of democracy in the village, the democracy in question is that BPD has a strategic function in determining village policies and supervising the Village Government. These supervision efforts are intended to reduce the misappropriation of the authority of the village government in the use of village funds. This study aims to analyze the supervision of the Village Consultative Body in the use of Village Funds in Pretek Village, Pecalungan District, Batang Regency and to analyze the implications of the Supervision of the Village Consultative Body in the use of Village Funds in Pretek Village, Pecalungan District, Batang Regency for village development.

Peran Partai Politik dalam Pendidikan Politik Masyarakat

Public political education is one of the roles that must be carried out by political parties as stated in Law No. 2 of 2011 concerning Political Parties. The problem is how the implementation of public political education by political parties in Batang Regency is in accordance with the provisions in Article 34 paragraph (3b) of Law Number 2 of 2011 concerning Political Parties. This type of research is field research, data collection using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. This research approach is a qualitative approach. The data analysis technique used in this research is qualitative data analysis method and then the researcher uses inductive thinking logic in drawing conclusions. The results of the study show: first, that political parties in Batang Regency have carried out their role in the political education of the people in Batang Regency. In practice this political education takes the form of activities in the form of community gatherings, seminars, consolidation, party cadre schools, and recesses interspersed with political education. Second, Political Parties in Batang Regency have implemented Article 34 paragraph (3b) of Law Number 2 of 2011, but in its implementation it has not been able to qualitatively realize the objectives contained in the Law so that public political education is less perceived by the wider community and has less impact. the results for increasing public political awareness, especially increasing the active participation of the community in general elections and local elections

Partisipasi Politik Masyarakat pada Pemilihan Umum Presiden dan Wakil Presiden Tahun 2019

Political participation is the activity of a person or group of people to be actively involved in politics, namely choosing the leadership of the state together directly or indirectly. These activities include making choices during elections, attending political party campaigns and becoming a member of politics or mass organizations. General Election Commissions (KPU) of Pekalogan City in carrying out its duties to increase public political participation in the 2019 presidential and vice presidential elections is in accordance with what is described in the General Election Commission Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 10 of 2018 concerning Socialization, Voter Education, and Community Participation in the Implementation of General Elections. The formulation of the problem: (1) How did the General Election Commission (KPU) of Pekalongan City in the 2019 Presidential and Vice Presidential Elections achieve the target of 84.02% public participation? (2) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors for public participation in the 2019 Presidential and Vice-Presidential Elections? This study uses field research, using a qualitative approach. This type of research uses empirical juridical. The results of this study indicate that the efforts of the Pekalongan KPU can be said to be successful in achieving the target of community participation. One of the factors influencing the increase in participation is strategy. The strategy carried out consists of a short-term strategy and a long-term strategy.

Pengawasan Partisipatif Bawaslu Kendal Terhadap Pilkada di Kabupaten Kendal Tahun 2020 Perspektif Maqāşid Asy-Syarīʻah

Participatory supervision is an initiative activity outside the supervisory agency to ensure the stages of the general election run by collecting data, information, and making an inventory of the results of cases relating to the holding of general elections and/or regional head elections conducted by independent and non-governmental groups or community organizations. partisan. This concept seems to contain efforts to realize the value of community sovereignty. Where this process becomes the basic foundation of democratic practice. The concept of Islamic law has offered such protection efforts which are then packaged in the concept of Fiqh Siyasah. This continues to be developed in the Maqāṣid ash-Syarīʻah theory. The value of benefit is the point of study of Maqāṣid ash-Syarīʻah. Benefits and/or sovereignty need to be implemented in the practice of holding simultaneous regional head elections in 2020. Basically, the practice of holding regional head elections is the implementation of maintaining community sovereignty. This research is a qualitative research with a sociological juridical approach to be further presented as analytical descriptive data. This research took place at the Bawaslu of Kendal Regency. This study aims to determine the practice of participatory supervision of simultaneous regional head elections in 2020 and the practice of analyzing Maqāṣid ash-Syarīʻah as a theory of implementing the value of the benefit of participatory supervision carried out in the election of regents and deputy regents of Kendal district for the 2020-2024 period.

Penerapan Asimilasi dan Integrasi Bagi Narapidana Perspektif Fiqih Siyasah dan Permenkumham Nomor 32 Tahun 2020 Di Lapas Kelas IIA Pekalongan

There is often excess capacity in detention centers. One of them is in the Class IIA Pekalongan Prison. In dealing with the spread of Covid-19 in prisons, the government makes policies in the form of assimilation and integration for prisoners to reduce the rate of Covid-19 transmissions. The formulation of the research problem (1) how is the implementation process of providing assimilation and integration during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Class IIA Pekalongan Prison? and (2) what is the perspective of fiqh siyasah regarding the provision of assimilation and integration during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Class IIA Pekalongan Prison?. This research is a field research using a qualitative approach. The result of this research is that the process of implementing assimilation and integration in the Class IIA Pekalongan detention center has been running in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights. The application of assimilation and integration in the perspective of siyasa fiqh can be said to be not the same. Thus, the process of assimilation and integration in the Class IIA Pekalongan prison has not been fully in accordance with the instructions of Islamic law. Meanwhile, in the Permenkumham perspective, the provision of assimilation and integration in prisons is in accordance with the Minister of Law and Human Rights Regulation No. 10 and 32 of 2020.
