STRATEGI PR RADIO DAHLIA DALAM MENGHADAPI PERSAINGAN DI ERA INDUTRI 4.0

The 4.0 industrial revolution requires humans to be able to use and take advantage ofexisting technology. The mass media Radio cannot stand by the conventional model. Radio Dahlia FM Bandung is a private radio in the city of Bandung which still exists today and is able to compete amidst tight competitors, this cannot be separated from the role of public relations as a liaison between the company and the public. This study aims to determine the planning of a public relations strategy for Radio Dahlia FM Bandung in facing competition in the industrial era 4.0. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study Public Relations Radio Dahlia FM Bandung carried out four stages in facing competition in the industrial era 4.0. What has been done by PR includes fact finding, planning, communication and evaluating. Planning for Dahlia radio PR activities, namely by branding activities through the On Air, Off Air program and social media, creating internal events, sponsorship collaboration events and special events, and making dahlia streaming radio innovations, and being more active in social media. In introducing the innovation of streaming radio, dahlia has considered the main elements of innovation diffusion, such as innovation, communication channels, time and social systems.

PERUBAHAN TINGKAH LAKU SISWA MELALUI KOMUNIKASI ANTAR PRIBADI GURU PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM

This study describes systematically changes in student behavior through interpersonal communication of Islamic Education teachers at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Assalam Martapura. Focusing on changing behavior and helping teachers to implement good behavior to their students. This behavior change includes: a) Interactive involvement, this behavior change determines the level of one's participation and participation in communication with other people, including: responsiveness, perceptive attitude and attentiveness. b). Interaction management, this change in behavior helps a person be able to take useful actions for someone to achieve communication goals. c) Behavioral flexibility, this change in behavior helps a person to carry out various possible behaviors that can be taken to achieve communication goals. d) Listening, this behavior change helps someone to be able to listen to people who communicate with someone not only content, but also the feelings, concerns, and worries that accompany it. e) Social style, this behavior change helps someone to behave attractively, distinctively, and can be accepted by those who communicate with that person. f) Communication anxiety, this behavior change can overcome fear, confusion, and confusion of thought, body shaking, and stage fright that appears in communicating.

KOMUNIKASI PERUBAHAN PERILAKU MASYARAKAT DALAM PANDEMIK COVID-19 DI PROVINSI KALIMANTAN SELATAN

The trend of the number of Covid-19 sufferers is increasing day by day, on the other hand thegovernment with various programs has been very maximal, how can together with the people be free from this pandemic. In South Kalimantan, a province where the percentage of people exposed to Covid-19 is 0.17%, almost 3 times the national average, only 0.09%. The level of compliance and understanding of health protocols that are not understood by the community is because of ineffective handling communication.This study used observational methods and purposive deep interviews with informants to 60Neighborhood Association who distributed cash social assistance to people affected by Covid-19 in South Kalimantan. Other data was collected through a publication conducted by the Covid-19Emergency Alert Task Force for South Kalimantan Province from March 30, 2020 to September1, 2020.The communication program does not run smoothly between policy holders and the community. Part of the coordination between the central and local governments is not going well. The constraint on the number of Indonesian people is very large and quite wide spread, causing different perceptions, some even are antipathy to government policies. The cooperation and involvement of community role models who have many followers is less clear. Awareness of togetherness to maintain mutual health and the spread of the Covid-19 virus has not been evenly distributed, as well as various terms that are not easily understood properly, are difficult to apply. Likewise, the provision of cash social assistance, which was not balanced with education on the importance of maintaining health protocols and various sanctions, actually resulted in a counterproductive situation. Various communication programs have not fully been able to change people's behavior, they need to be evaluated immediately so that they are more effective in handling Covid-19.

Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Kepemimpinan Ketua STMIK Banjarbaru, Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Dosen Dan Karyawan Pada STIMIK Banjarbaru.

Based on the evaluation results of the annual operational plan at the STMIK Banjarbaru institution, there are several objectives that have not been achieved. Some of the factors that cause employees are not aware of their obligations so that work is neglected, there is no significant difference in treatment between high-achieving and under-performing employees so that employees are not motivated to carry out their duties, and communication between leaders and subordinates is not going well. For lecturers, there is a slightly different treatment due to different workloads. The work environment for lecturers is not limited to fellow lecturers or employees but also includes direct interaction with students, with a higher intensity. The main task of a lecturer is to teach in accordance with the total credit load given by the campus, besides that the lecturer also still has to do research and community service in accordance with the tri dharma of higher education. Direct communication between lecturers and leaders rarely occurs outside of work meetings. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between work environment, work motivation, and leadership style of the head of STMIK Banjarbaru on the performance of lecturers and employees. The research method used is a quantitative method with explanatory, associative and correlational levels. The approach used is descriptive analysis and survey, using a questionnaire as a means of collecting data. The sample used in this study were 31 respondents divided into 20 lecturers and 11 employees. From a total population of 103 people (lecturers and employees). Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that the influence of the work environment is not significant on lecturer performance and employee performance, either partially or simultaneously. Work motivation partially has no significant effect on lecturer performance, but has a significant effect on employee performance so that simultaneously, work motivation does not have a significant effect on lecturer and employee performance. The leadership style of the chairman of STMIK Banjarbaru partially has a significant effect on the performance of the lecturers, but does not significantly affect the performance of employees. Simultaneously, the leadership style of the Head of STMIK Banjarbaru has no significant effect on the performance of lecturers and employees.

Dampak Game Online terhadap Motivasi Belajar dan Keterampilan Komunikasi Interpersonal Mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Komunikasi Universitas Sumatera Selatan

Communication is a social event that occurs when a human interacts with other humans. The assumptions that there is motivation to learn can be seen with the achievements and cognitive perspectives of students, both elementary school students or college students. The problem of learning motivation in students today is increasingly complex, including online game opium which develops in the dynamics of our society, especiallyIndonesia. This research method is descriptive qualitative. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded (1) There is a positive impact of playing online games on learning motivation. Can be seen from the efforts to increase learning motivation. The cumulative grade point average (GPA) is very satisfying to perfect. (2) There is a positive impact of online games on interpersonal communication skills. Can be seen from the interaction between players in the online game play. Online media-based interpersonal interaction and communication, online games. (3) There is a positive impact of playing online games on learning motivation and interpersonal communication skills. Students who like to play online games have motivation to go to college. This can be seen from the cumulative achievement index (GPA) which is very satisfying to perfect. These students can interact, socialize and communicate well through online game media.
