Implementasi Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter Melalui Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh di Masa Pandemi Covid-19

Strengthening character for students is the main task of the world of education starting from pre-school, secondary school, and higher education, because it is a mandate of the Law. Strengthening character must be carried out even in the conditions of the Covid-19 pandemic, where all educational processes must be carried out through distance learning as stated in the Circular Letter of the Minister of Education and Culture. This research aims to photograph and describe how the implementation of character strengthening through distance learning (PJJ) during the co-19 pandemic. This research is a field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. This research is located at Muhammadiyah University Prof. Dr. HAMKA with research informants are the AIKA Institute, lecturers, and students. In obtaining the data, the authors used observation, interview, and documentation techniques. And in analyzing the data obtained by the author using the Miles and Huberman model analysis, with analytical activities including data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of this study are (1) the implementation of character values ​​through Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan learning. AIKA is a core curriculum that specifically teaches students deep Islamic values. All AIKA courses must be taken by every student. The output of this learning is the formation of human learners who are pious, have noble character, are progressive and excel in science and technology as the embodiment of tajdid da'wah amar makruf nahi munkar. (2) Optimization of campus cooperation with parents of students. the role of the campus and parents is carried out as an effort to control the process of internalizing character values ​​during learning, because the campus and parents are an inseparable part of the development of students. (3) Through special character improvement programs, such as Student Baitul Arqam (BAM) activities, student recitations, learning to read the Koran, and dhuafa family assistance programs which are carried out in groups by each student taking Muhammadiyah courses.

Pengamalan Tarekat Alqodiriyyah Sebagai Pendidikan Tauhid di Pondok Pesantren Hidayatussalikin Pangkalpinang

This study aims to find out clearly about the practice of the Alqodiriyyah congregation as a monotheistic education system. The location in this study is at the Hidayatussalikin Islamic Boarding School in Pangkalpinang.To answer these questions, this research uses qualitative descriptive research methods. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. While the method of collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation with data analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The findings of this study indicate that the values ​​of tauhid education in this pesantren consist of the elements of monotheism 'rububiyah, monotheism 'uluhiyah and monotheism 'al-Asma wa al-Shifat. While the scope of monotheism education material is: 'Ilahiyyat, Nubuwat, Ruhaniyat. Sam'iyyat. The characteristics of the pesantren are monotheism learning and congregational learning, especially the Alqodiriyyah congregation. As for the practices of the Alqodiriyyah order at the Islamic boarding school, they are the remembrance of "jahar" and the remembrance of "khafi". Meanwhile, the impact of the practice of the Al-Qodariyyah congregation on monotheism education has experienced a significant increase, namely obedience in worship, honesty, caring, gratitude and patience.

Transformasi Sektor Keuangan dengan Kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia terhadap Kualitas Laporan Keuangan SKPD (Kajian Persepsi Auditor terhadap Pemerintah Kepulauan Bangka Belitung)

This study aims to analyze the financial transformation with HR competence on the financial quality of the Kepulauan Bangka Belitung Government SKPD based on the auditor's perception. This is studied by analyzing the influence of HR competence on the perception of the quality of financial reports produced by the financial report manager of the Kepulauan Bangka Belitung Province SKPD. This research is an explanatory research. The population in this study were 50 people in Kepulauan Bangka Belitung Province. Financial auditors conduct employee assessments in finance and planning as SKPD financial report makers. Data analysis techniques using SEM. The results showed that based on the auditor's perception, knowledge had a significant effect on the perception of the quality of financial statements. Expertise has no significant effect on perceived quality of financial statements. Attitude has a significant effect on the perception of the quality of financial statements. Based on the results of the HR competency test consisting of knowledge and attitudes that affect the perception of the quality of the SKPD's financial reports. Meanwhile, expertise/skills have no significant effect on the perception of the quality of financial reports

Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Project Based Learning Berbasis Etnosains Terhadap Hasil Belajar SBdP di SD Muhammadiyah Prabumulih

The learning model is a learning structure that has been compiled, designed, and determined to achieve a desired learning goal. The background of this research is that students still lack knowledge about regional creative dances, and the low learning outcomes of students in regional creative dance material. To support ethnoscience-based learning, researchers use models Project Based Learning (PjBL) in the material of Cultural Arts and Crafts (SBdP) sub-material of regional dance creations. The population in this study were students of class IV, totaling 30 people. Sampling in this study was saturated sampling of 30 students. This study uses a quantitative experimental approach. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews, written tests in the form of multiple choice and documentation. Data were analyzed usinguji paired t-test. Research design withpre-experimental design typeone group pretest-posttest (single group pre-test-post test). From the results of this study it can be concluded that the SBdP material (Cultural Arts and Crafts) sub-material for dance is based on ethnoscience using the model Project Based Learning (PjBL) is proven to have an influence on the learning outcomes of class IV students at Muhammadiyah Prabumulih Elementary School.

Ungkapan Mitos Kehamilan Perspektif Tokoh Agama dan Strukturasinya pada Generasi Milenial di Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung

The aim of this study is to describe the variety of expression of the myth of pregnancy and its implementation in the millennial generation in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province. This type of research is field research, using descriptive qualitative and quantitative research methods. The research approach is a sociological approach using the mythical structuralist theory of Claude Levi-Strauss. The results of this study show that there are twenty-one different myths during pregnancy that develop in the community in the province of Kepualauan Bangka Belitung. This pregnancy myth contains about anxieties or prohibitions that have a certain impact if followed or not followed for the society that believes in it. Of the 120 millennial respondents who answered about the implementation of pregnancy myths, it was found that 30.8 percent had implemented a myth during pregnancies, 28.3 percent sometimes implemented the myth while pregnant, and 40.8 percent never implemented myth when pregnant. Thus, it can be concluded that the millennial generation is still quite a lot that implements both the myth of prohibition and abortion during pregnancy. This means that many millennials still believe and still believe in the leaders or ancestors of the parents / elders or cultures / traditions spread in the community environment where they live. The results of this research are in line with Claude Levi-Strauss’s theory of structural patterns of mythology, namely about human myths and intuitions, mythos and language, the structure of the myth, as well as myth and social values.

Analisis Pengaruh Maqashid Syariah Terhadap Fatwa DSN-MUI Tentang Penyelesaian Utang Murabahah

This study aims to examine how the implementation of maqâshid syarî'ah in the DSN-MUI fatwas regarding the settlement of murabahah debts and to see how far the influence of maqâshid syar'ah on these fatwas. The method that the researcher uses in this research is a qualitative method and also a research on Islamic legal philosophy. The data collection method used is literature search. The data obtained were then processed and analyzed according to the research objectives. This study found that DSN-MUI implements and considers maqâshid syarîah in the fatwas regarding the settlement of murabahah debts. DSN-MUI does not mention maqâshid syarîah as a specific argument, but maqâshid is contained in the meaning of verses, hadiths, fiqh rules, choices of tarjih, and choices of other ijtihad mechanisms. Some of the maqâshid syarîah implemented by DSN-MUI in the fatwa regarding the settlement of murabahah debts include: hifzu al-mâl (guarding property) both from the side of producing it or from the side of maintaining it, sad bab al-nizâ' wa subul al-daghâ`in (closing the door disputes and hostilities), al-taysîr (facilitating) and dar`u al-darar (avoiding danger). The influence of maqâshid syarîah in the DSN-MUI fatwa can be observed based on the following: the selection of opinions (tarjih), looking for a better benefit even by leaving the opinion of the majority of scholars (jumhur), paying attention to the dynamics of the fatwa due to changes in 'illah, and presenting solutions and alternatives sharia-compliant contracts, paying attention to the consequences of a contract (ma'alat).

THE DILEMMA OF THE TRANSFER OF AUTHORITY OF SMA/K FROM REGENCY/CITY TO PROVINCE: STUDY IN BANGKA BELITUNG ISLANDS PROVINCE

The transfer of authority from the district/city government to the provincial government has had major implications in the governance of SMA/K education, as well as what happened in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province. The dilemma as a result of the policy surfaced accompanying the transfer of authority. By using descriptive qualitative method, this study evaluates the policy of the transfer of authority in question. This study found several important things. First, the transfer of authority to manage SMA/K from the district/city government to the provincial government has proceeded well. This is indicated by the transfer of all management authority of SMA/K from the district/city government to the provincial government. Second, there are two main factors in the process of transferring authority, namely supporting factors and inhibiting factors that drive the dynamics in the transfer of authority process. Third, in overcoming the obstacles that arise and taking advantage of the available support, the provincial government has taken several important roles as problem-solving steps. Based on the analysis using the policy evaluation criteria, it is concluded that in terms of effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness, and accuracy, the transfer of authority for the management of SMA/K is considered feasible because this policy has substantially encouraged changes for the better, although in each criterion There are some important notes that should be noted.

DINAMIKA BUDAYA DAN AGAMA (STUDI ANALISIS ATAS PENCARIAN NILAI-NILAI ISLAM DALAM KEBIJAKAN BUDAYA SUNDA MASA BUPATI DEDI MULYADI DI PURWAKARTA)

This article discusses the dynamics of culture and religion in an analytical study of the search for Islamic values ​​in the Sundanese cultural policy of the regent of Dedi Mulyadi in Purwakarta. Dedi Mulyadi is a regent as well as a Sundanese culturalist, so in leading Purwakarta, he issued many policies based on Sundanese culture so that Purwakarta was well-known nationally and internationally. The purpose of this article is to analyze the search for Islamic values ​​in several Sundanese cultural policies during the regent of Dedi Mulyadi in Purwakarta. This article uses a qualitative research method which is a literature study. The data in this article were obtained from library sources such as books, scientific articles, and audio-visual sources of Dedi Mulyadi's interviews on Youtube, as well as sources that are certainly related to the object of research. The data obtained are presented in a narrative-descriptive manner. The data analysis technique used is the qualitative data analysis technique of Miles et al., namely data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the Sundanese culture-based policy of Dedi Mulyadi as the regent of Purwakarta had Islamic values ​​and teachings substantially and essentially. One example is in the sheathing of trees, purely for beauty and aesthetics, that beauty is upheld in Islamic teachings.

PENDIDIKAN TOLERANSI LINTAS AGAMA (STRATEGI TOKOH AGAMA DALAM MENDIDIK TOLERANSI BERAGAMA DI PROVINSI BANGKA BELITUNG)

Bangka Belitung, including a new province that was established in 2000, was designated as the 31st province by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia based on Law no. 27 of 2000 concerning the Establishment of the Bangka Belitung Archipelago Province with the capital city of Pangkalpinang and has 7 regencies. Even though it is classified as a small province, this province has various ethnic, religious and customary diversity. The existing ethnic groups are the Malays (native ethnic group), Javanese, Sundanese, Bugis, Banten, Banjar, Madurese, Palembang, Minang, Aceh, Flores, Maluku, Manado and China (about 30%). For religion in Bangka Belitung, there are all religions in Indonesia, Islam is 81.83%, Buddhism is 8.71%, Confucianism is 5.11%, Christianity is 2.44%, Catholicism is 1.79%, and Hinduism is 0. 13%. Based on the results of the research, even though Bangka Belitung has various ethnic groups and adherents of different religions, it has good inter-religious harmony, disputes and hate speech are rare, and there has never been violence, bullying or even fighting. This proves that Bangka Belitung has an attitude of tolerance that can be used as an example for other provinces. Based on the results of the researcher's analysis, the main factor causing the harmonious harmony of religions in this province is the very important and strategic role of their respective religious leaders. Religious leaders have their own strategies in educating their followers to have a high sense of tolerance towards other religions. Of course, the strategy carried out in each religion also refers to the teachings of their respective holy books which instruct that fellow religious persons must respect, appreciate and spread peace and love so that religious life becomes safe and peaceful.
