Community empowerment is a process to encourage people to be able to position themselves proportionally and become the main actors in utilizing the strategic environment in achieving long-term goals. PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Fuel Terminal Lhokseumawe has a community empowerment program in the form of the biofloc catfish program. This program has been implemented since 2021 and is aimed at the people of Hagu Tengah Village, Banda Sakti District, Lhokseumawe City. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, namely analyzing the impact of the biofloc catfish program that has been implemented in Hagu Tengah Village. The impact is the impact from the individual side, such as a sense of responsibility, perseverance and also increased social interaction. Impact from a group perspective in responding to community needs. such as increasing people's income, the need for work, and the need for social interaction. In addition, the Biofloc Catfish Cultivation Program also helps overcome social problems in society, such as the problem of underprivileged people and the problem of unemployment.

The problem in Indonesia that until now has become a topic of conversation is the issue of environmental damage. The existence of the issue of environmental damage due to low public awareness of the potential that exists in the area. One of the causes of the issue of environmental damage, namely mining in Indonesia is increasing from year to year. The presence of CSR PT Pertamina IT Dumai gives its social responsibility to the community to help develop mangrove ecotourism in Dumai Riau. Through programs, assistance, and infrastructure assistance. Pertamina Niaga CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) IT Dumai provides assistance in the process of developing mangrove tourism to make it more optimal. The role of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) Pertamina IT Dumai chose this location because of the potential of mangrove plants which have many functions, one of which is the prevention of natural disasters. For this reason, the establishment of Mangrove Ecotourism aims to exploit the potential of mangrove forests to increase the economic value of the local community. Through the development of ecotourism. The Mangrove Ecotourism Development Program also helps create new jobs for people in the area through the POKDARWIS (Tourism Awareness Group) community. The group is supported by Pertamina IT Dumai CSR and is provided with infrastructural facilities, assistance. The goal is that mangrove ecotourism can develop and be known by foreign circles.

Belitung Island is one of the rich islands in Indonesia that has high potential in the fisheries sector. Currently, it can't be relied upon as the only livelihood of the community for various reasons. To respond to these things, PT PJB Services PLTU Suge Belitung through the implementation of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program, can utilize FABA as waste generated from the coal combustion process into economically valuable goods. This can be an alternative activity that residents can do to add skills and fulfil their daily economic needs. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the implementation of FABA utilization in employment on community welfare. The research method in the implementation of CSR is carried out by cooperating with other partners, namely the surrounding community, religious education organizations, and the Government of Belitung Regency. Results of this study show that the training skills received by the community in utilizing FABA have absorbed labour and can be used as an alternative job for the coastal community of Pegantungan Village.

Pekan Labuhan Village, Medan Labuhan District, as one of the areas that has economic potential in the form of a household-scale shrimp processing industry (Ngopek). The research question is how is the concept, implementation, and results of solving the problem of shrimp shell waste? This research was conducted in Pekan Labuhan Neighborhood Village 25 where the majority of people here produce shrimp shell waste. The research method is descriptive qualitative with a constructivist approach. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The results of this study show that the concept applied in this program is that the management of shrimp shell waste has the potential to develop an industry for processing shrimp waste into chitin and chitosan. This program is run by a group called the Amanah Workers Group (PEMANAH). In its implementation, as a form of response to these problems, a program was created that can be said to solve these problems with the concept of integrated waste management ecosystem. Finally, the results of this program can be realized in the form of added value in at least three aspects, namely social, economic and environmental aspects.

In this study, the calculation of the value of Social Return on Investment (SROI) was carried out as a form of evaluation of the CSR program of PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional Refinery Unit RU VII Kasim, Sorong. The problems encountered in Indonesia are that many CSR programs fail to be shown by the SROI score not reaching a score of 1. The method used is a mix method by combining qualitative and quantitative. Determination of samples by purposive sampling and data collection through field observation, in-depth interviews, and document studies. As a result, PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional Refinery Unit VII Kasim has an SROI value of 2.5 so the CSR program implemented has more impact than the budget given, it also shows that the CSR program has been carried out well and has a big impact on the surrounding community. The acquisition of a high SROI score shows that the company's CSR programs have been successful and have a greater impact than the costs incurred on CSR programs and activities.

This research aims to find out and describe the CSR strategy of PTPN 7 Bekri business unit in accommodating the interests of oil palm farmers. The background in this writing is that many oil palm farmers choose to deposit their palm oil products with the private sector and collectors. The reason oil palm farmers sell their palm oil to the private sector or collectors is that PTPN 7 Bekri business unit buys palm oil at a price that tends to be low compared to other parties. The low purchase value of oil palm from farmers by PTPN 7 Bekri business unit is the cause of purchases dominated by the private sector and collectors. This research uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach; the data source in this study was obtained through interviews with informants, namely the public relations of the PTPN 7 Bekri business unit. In addition, through direct observation and collection of documents related to the research. The results of this study are the CSR strategy used by the PTPN 7 Bekri business unit in accommodating the interests of oil palm farmers; the first is a partnership program by making oil palm farmers company partners, second is through PTPN 7 Care which is implemented through the environmental development program. The company's CSR program is based on the interests of oil palm farmers; it needs to be more evenly distributed, and other interests of oil palm farmers need attention.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the activities of the Anggrek Dewata program as a form of inclusiveness for transmigrant women in Air Talas Village, Rambang Niru District, Muara Enim Regency, South Sumatra. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative by analyzing the impact of the program with social, economic and environmental dimensions. The results show that with the Orchid Dewata program, as a form of inclusiveness implemented in Air Talas Village, namely the formation of women farmer groups (KWT), training of citrus derivative products into pie, syrup and marmalade, construction of a production house as a container and management of kwt production, P-IRT and HALAL certification to increase consumer confidence in the product. So that the activities can increase the group's economic income by as much as IDR 2,000,000/month/member. In addition, from an environmental point of view, the activities have been able to reduce unused sour orange waste by 1 ton and reduce GHG emissions by 3,504 Tons of CO2eq.

This article discusses how the company's mangrove conservation program is implemented. The research method is descriptive qualitative with a constructivist approach. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The company involves third parties in running its program. the third party is the North Sumatra Human Initiative. There are at least five stages carried out by the North Sumatra Human Initiative in implementing this program, including: 1) Location Survey, 2) Seed Preparation, 3) Land Preparation, 4) Seed Submission and 5) Mangrove Planting. Then, for the output of this program there are at least three, first there are mangrove plants that have been planted in Humene Village and Simanaere Village which are two villages in Gunungsitoli City. The number of seeds that have been planted is 1000 stems. The second outcome was that there were activity participants who understood the urgency and how to preserve mangrove ecosystems by direct practice of clearing land and planting mangrove seedlings. The third outcome is that the activity participants know the utilization and examples of processed mangrove products and their hopes to protect the mangrove plants that have been planted at this event.

This research aims to determine the impact of the CSR program of PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy Tbk (PGE) in the Kamojang Area, this program called the Kamojang Green Living Ecosystem (KANG ELIE) in empowering communities with an environmental perspective. That way this research can see whether the Community Empowerment that is being carried out has an impact on the environment or only in economic/social aspects. Which is where this research was conducted around Kamojang, Laksana Village, Kab. Bandung by using qualitative methods. The data was collected using observation, interviews, and documentation to obtain qualitative data as well as measurable quantitative data. From the results of this study, it was found that KANG ELIE is a community empowerment program that has an impact not only in economic and social aspects, but also in the environment and welfare.

Communities around companies often face complex economic, environmental, and social challenges. The Company is considered as one of the actors that has great potential to be able to contribute to developing society in improving its welfare through a scheme of trust in the Corporate Social Responsibility program. The purpose of this study is to explain the implementation of community empowerment around the company through a dairy goat cultivation program by CSR PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Fuel Terminal Krueng Raya, Aceh. The target of this program is 10 people who are residents of Meunasah Mon Village who are considered potential for the development of goat milk. The location of the program is located in Gampong Meunasah Mon, Pelita Hamlet, Grand Mosque District, Aceh Besar Regency, Aceh Province. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative. Data collection is done by interviews. The results of this study show that there are 2 (two) stages of implementation. First, planning and organizing a dairy goat cultivation program. At this stage, the location, program objectives, number of beneficiaries are determined, and the second is resource mobilization and assistance for dairy goat cultivation groups. The training provided consisted of milk processing training, financial management, to partnership building training. With this training, it is hoped that the community group of the goat milk cultivation program will be independent in terms of cultivation and distribution of goat milk.
