REAL-TIME DETECTIONS OF OPENED-CLOSED EYES USING CONVOLUTIONAL NEURAL NETWORK

The sleepy condition can affect changing behaviors in the human body, and one part of the human body that gets this effect is the eye; eyes are narrower than in normal conditions, and the frequency of blinking eyes is going to increase when people are sleepy. In this study, we will study the behavior of eyes, opened and closed eyes that the camera can capture in real-time, and tools of image processing that can capture and track eyes. Data images from this treatment are fed into Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) as data learning, so CNN can recognize opened and closed eyes from those eyes. In this study, we will characterize tools of image processing (Haar cascade Method) combined with CNN and their performance to detect opened-closed eyes in real-time detections.
In this study, we use two CNN models as a comparison; the first CNN model uses 1 layer with 2 nodes, and the second CNN model uses 2 layers, with the first layer with 500 nodes and the second layer with 2 nodes; the output of each CNN has two targets namely 'open-label eyes and 'close' label eyes. The image dataset contains 20000 eye images, i.e., 10000 'open' eye images and 10000 'close' eye images. The image dataset is trained into two CNNs so that we have two CNN models: the one-layer CNN model and the two-layer CNN model. Each of those models has a pre-trained network.
Each pre-trained model CNN is tested to detect opened-eyes and closed-eyes in real time. There are ten different people. For example, in this experiment, each person was subjected to ten trials of 'opening' and 'closing' eye detection and counted successfully detecting and failing to detect; from all the sample people tested, it can be concluded that the percentage was successful in detecting and percentage failed to detect. The Two-layers CNN model has a 55 % success rate in this experiment.

THE EFFECTIVENESS OF COMPLETE SYSTEMATIC LAND REGISTRATION BASED ON REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF AGRARIA AND SPATIAL PLANNING/HEAD OF THE NATIONAL LAND AGENCY NUMBER 6 OF 2018 FOR LEGAL LEGALITY OF LAND RIGHTS

Complete Systematic Land Registration (CSLR) is useful for the community to obtain the legal legality of land rights. The legal legality of land rights aims to create an orderly administration and legal order, which is urgent to avoid potential land disputes. Currently, it is found that not a few people from the community have an orderly administration of land ownership. This is evidenced by the total number of around 126 million land parcels in Indonesia, but still, around 100.14 million land parcels have been registered in the Complete Systematic Land Registration (CSLR) program, and 82.5 million certificates have been issued. The research aims to analyze the effectiveness of implementing the Complete Systematic Land Registration (CSLR) program based on the Regulation of the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency Number 6 of 2018 for the legality of land rights in Tenggong village, Rejotangan District, also described the constraints and government efforts to make the CSLR program successful in Rejotangan District. This study used a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of direct observation and interviews in the field. Data sources were obtained from primary and secondary data with qualitative descriptive data analysis method. The research results show that the Complete Systematic Land Registration (CSLR) policy in the context of realizing orderly land administration in Tulungagung City has been going well where the policy standards and targets are already heading in the right direction, namely people from weak to middle economic groups, both those with fixed incomes and those with irregular incomes. In addition, the bureaucracy that impedes BPN's efforts and obstacles in the smooth running of CSLR is to be simplified so that the program can be implemented properly, quickly and efficiently to reach even more layers of society who benefit from the program.

JURIDICAL REVIEW OF DEEDS SHOWING THE TRANSFER OF LAND RIGHTS IN TULUNGAGUNG

In transferring land rights, legal practice often needs to be more consistent. Therefore, a problem arises regarding the transfer of land rights; it is necessary to go through several procedures and factors that are the basis for consideration. Referring to this, the procedure for the Transfer of Land Rights Before and After the Entry into force of Government Regulation Number 24 of 1997, the implementation based on PP No.24/1997 inTulungagung Regency was carried out mostly because of the ease of requirements while PP No.10/1961 the basic legal provisions of its implementation were felt not enough to facilitate the implementation of registration in a short time and the regulations are still considered to be very rigid , in this study using the Qualitative method with a Sociological Juridical approach which was obtained directly in the field by conducting interviews or interviews with the residents involved in carrying out the land registration process, 20 Notary/PPAT, and with officials at the Tulungagung Regency National Land Agency Office, for the completion of the Making of the Deed Designating the Deed of Transfer of Rights previously carried out by making a Statement on the Deed of Risks Against the Deed Made by the local District Head, and that the Making of the Deed Designating the Deed of Transfer of Rights earlier in 2023 is no longer enforced to conform to every existing regulation and so as not to impede the Complete Systematic Land Registration program, because there are still many people who are still unfamiliar with the importance of registering land rights and so that inconsistencies in legal practice do not occur, therefore it is necessary to increase procurement Legal counseling, especially regarding land registration which is balanced with cooperation between the Land Office and officials at both the sub-district and village levels, needs to be improved and fostered. BUILDING MATHEMATICS MODELING FOR SOLVED TRANSPORTATION PROBLEMS AND OPTIMIZING WITH MORE FOR FEWER ALGORITHMS IN THE BUSINESS COMMUNITY

Mathematical modeling supports the development of the business world and the industrial world, especially in transportation (Widana, 2020). Many emerging algorithms are combined with the adoption of changes in the form of real problems modeled into mathematical problems. The modeling aims to optimize to produce the most optimal objective function value based on the formed constraints. Optimization of the mathematical model can be assisted by several optimization algorithms, such as the More for Less Algorithm. The algorithm, as a form of looping, is based on the constraint function with the specified parameters until it reaches the final objective function, namely optimization related to time and cost(Muftikhali et al., 2018). In general, it is hoped that supply and demand will be balanced in transportation. However, in reality, often in field conditions, mixed transportation problems result in non-optimal costs. The study results show that the More for Less Algorithm can provide the most optimal solution according to the allocation of factory requests to shops with the minimum cost. The dual variable matrix index is positive, so the solution to the transportation problem with mixed constraints is called optimal. The solutions obtained in the transportation case study with mixed constraint functions in the field of the Amarta Bakery industry community business are as follows:with a total cost of 580 (in units of money). Combinations - factory-to-store combinations for companies are interpreted as first factory at the first store with an allocation of 90 product units, first factory at the second shop with an allocation of 110 product units, second factory at the second shop with an allocation of 0 product units, factory the second factory at the third store with an allocation of 70 units of product, and the third factory at the third store with an allocation of 0 units of product. The number zero means that to carry out efficiency and optimization according to mixed constraints, it is necessary to make conditions where factories do not distribute to shops.

Prostitution is a social disease currently rife in our environment, especially among teenagers. Prostitution that often occurs is motivated by various factors. The development of increasingly advanced technology has caused the practice of prostitution to also develop, from what was originally on the side of the road to now through various media on the internet, especially social media. There is a lot of misuse of social media, which is used as a means to sell oneself or practice prostitution because it is felt to be safer, and user privacy can also be maintained. This research aims to find out what factors can cause a child to engage in prostitution and how the local police will handle it if a child engages in prostitution. Through these objectives, the researcher hopes to be able to anticipate these things, which, in the end, can harm themselves and others. Researchers also hope that children will better understand the dangers of free sex for life and long-term health. The results of his research in Tulungagung Regency occurred 1 case of prostitution, which eventually ensnared several people. The victims of prostitution are minors who are 16 years old and are still in junior high school. Based on the marriage law in Indonesia, the legal age for marriage is 19 years old, so if an adult has sexual relations with a child, he is considered to have committed rape even though he has obtained the child's consent. The handling of child cases is, of course, different from handling adult cases. In this case, three people were entangled, namely the pimp, the service user and the boarding house provider. The article that applies to the owner of the boarding house is Article 296 of the Criminal Code because he can be said to be a person who facilitates obscenity. Then pimps and service users involved in the case are subject to Law No. 35 of 2014 concerning changes to Law No. 23 of 2002 concerning child protection because they are considered to place, allow, do, order to do, or participate in economic or sexual exploitation of children. 35 of 2014 concerning changes to Law no. 23 of 2002 concerning child protection because they are considered to place, allow, do, order to do, or participate in economic or sexual exploitation of children. 35 of 2014 concerning changes to Law no. 23 of 2002 concerning child protection because they are considered to place, allow, do, order to do, or participate in economic or sexual exploitation of children.
