ABSTRACT:
 The series of Bali Arts Festival (PKB) activities are activities that the Balinese people have been waiting for, one of which is the Sendatari Performance which takes place on the open stage, Werdi Budaya, Art Center, Denpasar, Bali. The Mahabrata Ballet episode of the Fall of Bhishma which takes place on the open stage at the Art Center can be watched by the public directly at the location and broadcast live by the local television broadcaster TVRI Bali Station. The performance takes place at night so lighting is a very important factor in supporting the performance. With the correct placement of the lights, a clear image will be produced so that it can be viewed comfortably by viewers at home. The aim of the research is to analyze the types of lights and their placement in ballet performances. This research uses a qualitative research method by analyzing the data descriptively. The analysis was carried out via YouTube media on the Nurai Production Channel link with the content of the Mahabrata Ballet episode, The Fall of Bhishma, specifically regarding the use of lighting, including the types of lights used in the performance. The results of this research were that the lighting used utilized several types of spot lights, with 16 tungsten light units. The lights are directed to several areas, including the ballet area in the middle of the open stage as the main area, the area for traditional musical instruments and stringers, the audience and VIP areas as well as the building part of the open stage
 

LPP TVRI East Java station has carried out preparations for digital broadcast trials on channel 35 UHF starting in 2015. Migration of television broadcasting systems from analog to digital until the time the research was carried out had not been fully carried out because it encountered several obstacles including problems related to government policies which postponed the implementation of full digital broadcasts. The research objective was to evaluate the implementation of digital broadcasting at LPP TVRI East Java. This study uses a type of qualitative research method by analyzing primary data and secondary data descriptively. The implementation of research has been carried out and obtained results regarding the implementation of digital broadcasts on TVRI East Java. Lack of human resources, especially those in charge of transmission stations, both in terms of number and competency that can support the target of the digital broadcasting era. The need for equipment support, spare parts and other back up equipment, to anticipate technical problems so that digital broadcasts can continue to run every day. LPP TVRI East Java starting November 2, 2022 and all terrestrial transmissions must have carried out full digital broadcasts. Having a capacity of 32 MB, LPP TVRI East Java is capable of broadcasting 8 HD content or 12 SD content. Currently TVRI East Java is operating and has broadcast 4 types of programs namely; national broadcasts, East Java local broadcasts, sports broadcasts and world broadcasts.

Singa Putih is one of the Islamic Boarding School in the Pasuruan area of East Java. Amid the strengthening of the impact of stress on society due to the spread of the covid virus 19 Singa Putih Islamic Boarding School is also present in an effort to provide health education to the public. This education is a form of communication in the form of both verbal and non-verbal which is summarized in the activities of zikir therapy accompanied by body movements. The process of therapy activities accompanied by body movements requires semiotic analysis to reveal the interpretation of each non-verbal movement. This study aims to conduct an interpretive analysis related to the meaning of health messages in dhikr therapy against Covid 19. Publication of therapy activities through youtube media is used to collect data in the form of screenshots, documentation and literature studies. The results of this study divided the level of meaning of zikir therapy into two parts, namely denotative and connotative meaning to reveal the mythology that exists in therapy activities.

In preserving culture, of course, there must be activities that can be done to maintain cultural resilience. As was done by Saung Angklung Udjo (SAU), which made a bamboo craft workshop which was part of the Public Relations event. The workshop activity is an effort to preserve culture carried out by Saung Angklung Udjo (SAU). The purpose of this study was to determine the design of the bamboo craft workshop program, which would regenerate the seeds of prospective angklung artists. This research uses qualitative research with PR ethnographic study. This study aims to determine the PR communication behavior carried out by the organizers of the workshop activities, namely workshop managers and presenters with visitors or workshop participants. The results of this study indicate that there are stages of the workshop activity program, starting from the preparation analysis stage, strategy stage, implementation, community support, to building reputation. This study uses a relevant model, namely the IPPAR model (Insight, Strategic Program, Program Implementation, Action and Reputation). In carrying out its activities and building its reputation, SAU has basic principles or values, namely UDJO stands for Tenacious, Disciplined, Honest, and Optimistic. In addition, by providing the best possible service so that loyalty and reputation are maintained.

The pandemic COVID-19 has encouraged the implementation of distance learning (DL) which is applied to all, including children with disabilities. The DL guidelines were launched by the Ministry of Education and Culture in order to continue to fulfill the disability right to education. This literature study research analyzes the evaluation of media using the QUOTA (Qualified, Up to date, Objectivity, True, Accurate) approach. The results show that guidance is good enough as a first step in providing information for parents, educators, and children. Along with the challenges and obstacles of DL felt by all parties, the DL guidelines for children with disabilities need to be updated regularly and adjusted to the situations and obstacles that arise in the implementation of DL

Podcast is a program that is starting to be liked by the public, because there is a lot of information that can be obtained from each episode that is aired, one of which is Helmy Yahya's podcast Talking with the episode of Invasion of Russia – Ukraine, will it spark WWIII?. The episode presented a resource person, a military observer, Mrs. Connie Rakahundini Bakrie. Proper lighting on a podcast show is an important part of producing a clear, noise-free and attractive image that is comfortable for viewers to see. Through a qualitative descriptive approach, research and analysis were carried out on the application of Three Points Light lighting, especially on blocking Key light; Fill Light and Back Light on Helmy Yahya's podcast Talk, episode The Invasion of Russia – Ukraine will ignite to World War III ?. The results of observations and analysis of several shots show that lighting techniques have not been applied properly. This has affected the image quality and could affect the viewer's comfort.

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence between the ability of human resources on consumer satisfaction at PT. One Bintang Jaya Surabaya. The sample in this study were consumers of PT. Satu Bintang Jaya in January-March 2020 which makes a minimum purchase transaction of Rp. 5,000,000, totaling 40 respondents. This research method is a quantitative method. The results of the f and t test indicate that the ability of human resources affects consumer satisfaction at PT. Satu Bintang Jaya Surabaya. In the coefficient of determination test, the adjuster square value is 55.9%, meaning that the ability of human resources to meet consumer satisfaction is 55.9%. And the remaining 44.1% are other factors. Overall consumer responses to the capabilities of human resources at PT. Satu Bintang Jaya is good.

Bersih Desa is a hereditary tradition in Javanese culture. Bersih Desa is a form of the union of humans with nature and a form of gratitude to the Creator, namely God Almighty. Clean Village can be defined as a form of gratitude for both the harvest, health, and prosperity. So in the Bersih Desa event, a shadow puppet cultural art performance is always held. The existence of shadow puppets in Java until now shows that they are still popular in the midst of the audience. The ability of wayang kulit to survive from generation to generation is something that proves that wayang kulit is an art that not only contains Javanese cultural values ​​but is a personal need for wayang kulit fans because wayang kulit shows have messages and advice conveyed to the audience. The ability of wayang kulit that persists in the midst of modernization and globalization, socioculturally this wayang kulit adapts to developments in society. Psychologically, wayang kulit is still firmly attached to the minds of its fans. The shadow puppet show in Bersih Desa event must still exist in the community so it is very important to have a communication strategy in maintaining its existence, one of which is in Bersih Desa event to preserve the local cultural heritage of the ancestors.
 This study uses a descriptive qualitative method regarding communication strategies in maintaining the existence of wayang kulit at Bersih desa, with the support of literature studies and observations or observations of wayang kulit performances. Data was collected using interviews, literature and documentation. By using a descriptive method, the results of the communication strategy in maintaining the existence of wayang kulit at Bersih desa can be described in depth, detail and holistically.
 The communication strategy in maintaining the existence of wayang kulit at Bersih Desa is carried out by planning communication (communication planning) and communication management (communicatiom management) to achieve a goal. Communication strategy planning is carried out by covering: a.) Identify the target audience,b.) Build what you want to achieve c.) Think about what should be included in the message d.) How much commitment is required, smutual respect for intergenerational culture so as to create a good correlation. e.) Choose the right media channel, f.) Communication plan, to provide information to g.) Measure the success achieved, h.) The communication program that has been implemented needs to be evaluated to find out the extent of the success achieved, Communication management oncommunication strategy in maintaining the existence of wayang kulit at Bersih Desa carried out with activities including: implementation activities, organizing, directing, controlling, influencing the level of success, recipients, successful communication strategies or not, it is necessary to review the implementation of communication activities, effective & efficient on communication strategies, supporting factors for wayang kulit.

The success of the learning process is when students are able to absorb and understand the information provided by educators. However, not all children have normal conditions that are able to absorb all information without any difficulties. For children with dyslexia, the main learning processes related to reading, writing and arithmetic are activities that are quite difficult for them. This disorder is due to congenital biological factors of the child. The sensitivity of teachers and parents in detecting children with dyslexia is very necessary in order to support their growth and development. Because of the learning difficulties experienced by children with dyslexia, media is needed that helps their learning process so that any information conveyed by the teacher can be well received. Media that can be used can be in the form of human-based media, print-based media, audio-based media, or audio-visual-based media. The form of the picture will usually be more easily understood by children with dyslexia.

Interest is the encouragement or desire of someone pleasant, can provide satisfaction, and becomeenergy to increase morale when carrying out work. So far, reporting investigative news is still considered to be ahigh-cost, time-consuming report because it requires a long time, high difficulty, and great risk. This, of course,causes low interest in becoming investigative news journalists, because it requires strong capital requirements,tenacity, and patience that journalists must have in carrying out investigative news coverage. This research wasconducted using a qualitative approach by conducting in-depth interviews, participating in daily operationalactivities of the data sources, and based on existing documentation. The purpose of this study is to find out howinterested Kompas TV journalists are in covering Investigation News. Based on the research results, it wasfound that the interest of Kompas TV journalists in covering investigative news in the program "File Kompas"with high enthusiasm resulted in many awards that have been obtained. Cognitive personal interest in coveringinvestigative news was owned when they were in college, then strengthened during an internship. Then, theaffective element is obtained from daily interactions as well as activities in the journalist community of KompasTVKeywords: Interests, Cognitive, Affective, Investigation News.
