Abstract

A diffraction procedure with electrons accelerated by superhigh tension over 200 keV proved to be suitable for examining the magnetic state of invar steel. The electron beam was utilized for heating the ferromagnetic invar specimen over its Curie point by means of electron bombardment. A formula has been proposed for analyzing the electron diffraction patterns perturbed by magnetic Lorentz force.
