Abstract
Die Erkenntnis, dass eine intensive Tumornachsorge zu keiner günstigeren Prognose bei Frauen nach Brustkrebs führt, hat ebenso Einfluss auf die Reduktion apparativer Maßnahmen bei anderen Tumorentitäten einschließlich des Endometriumkarzinoms gehabt. Ziel dieser Untersuchung war es, den Stellenwert der Routinenachsorge, insbesondere im Hinblick auf den Ort der Tumornachsorge, die Regelmäßigkeit der Nachsorge und die Lokalisation der Rezidive, zu überprüfen.
