Abstract
The dynamics of important parameters of bioindication is investigated in three habitats with different load of air pollution by observations carried out on 25—40 year old pinetrees over a period of several years. From changes in the overall needle retention, the density of needles in the individual needle age groups as well as from the process of partial necrosis conclusions are drawn for the mortality of life expectancy of the needle under varying conditions of immission load and also for the production capacity of the stands.
