Abstract
The present study provides the original results of research of zooplankton in the most typical shallow area of Lake Baikal (Posolsky Sor) in 2022. Changes in species composition, quantitative indicators of development and the structure of zooplankton are analyzed. Since this area of Baikal is considered a feeding ground for juvenile omul, special attention is paid to assessing the productivity of zooplankton as a food supply for fi sh.
