Abstract
Zoon's balanitis (ZB) is a rare, benign, and idiopathic entity.1 The origin is unknown, but poor hygiene, chronic irritation from warmth and rubbing, and heat are considered as pathogenic factors.2,3 So far, all cases reported are in uncircumcised men. We present an interesting case of histologically and clinically proven ZB in a circumcised man unlike previously reported cases.
