Abstract
V ÄlĂĄnku autoĹi zamÄĹili pozornost na nÄkolik okruhĹŻ problĂŠmĹŻ spojenĂ˝ch s analĂ˝zou karbonylovĂ˝ch lĂĄtek v pivÄ. PrvĂ˝ souvisĂ s vĂ˝bÄrem vhodnĂŠ kolony umoĹžĹujĂcĂ lepĹĄĂ separaci C5-karbonylĹŻ. PodrobnÄ je zde popsĂĄn postup stanovenĂ PFBOA-derivĂĄtĹŻ karbonylovĂ˝ch slouÄenin pomocĂ plynovĂŠ chromatografie pracujĂcĂ se specifickĂ˝mi detektory, tj. s detektorem elektronovĂŠho zĂĄchytu (ECD), respektive s hmotnostnĂm detektorem (MSD). DocĂlenĂŠ rozdÄlenĂ pĂku analytĹŻ na 60rn nĂzkopolĂĄrnĂ kĹemennĂŠ kapilĂĄrnĂ kolonÄ DB-5 s vĂĄzanou fĂĄzĂ ve spojenĂ s derivatizacĂ karbonylovĂ˝ch slouÄenin pomocĂ PFBOA umoĹžnilo stanovit ĹĄirokĂŠ spektrum karbonylovĂ˝ch lĂĄtek. VyuĹžitĂ injektorĹŻ PTI a TCT, pracujĂcĂch na principu dynamickĂŠ headspace analĂ˝zy, nepĹineslo v pĹĂpadÄ stanovenĂ karbonylovĂ˝ch slouÄenin oÄekĂĄvanĂŠ vĂ˝sledky. Na zĂĄvÄr je struÄnÄ pojednĂĄn zpĹŻsob rychlĂŠho stanovenĂ 2-furfuralu a 5-hyd-roxymethyl-2-furfuralu pomocĂ vysokoĂşÄinnĂŠ kapalinovĂŠ chromatografie pracujĂcĂ s reversnĂ fĂĄzĂ a vyuĹžĂvajĂcĂ k izolaci analytĹŻ extrakci na pevnĂŠ fĂĄzi (SPE), pĹĂpadnÄ destilaci s vodnĂ parou.
