Abstract
Abstract Objective The aim of the author's study is to provide practical tips and rules for the use reflecting team meetings with the social network in the Open Dialogue Approach (ODA). Review An important element in the development of ODA has proved to be cooperation between Seikkula J. and T. Andersen, who developed method of conducting therapeutic conversations, based on the reflecting team. It has become a useful tool for the pioneers of ODA and part of their understanding of the therapeutic dialogue, while working with the patients and social network. Conclusions The reflecting team can freely reflect the thoughts and feelings of participants in the conversation during the meetings of social network, expand the understanding of the problem situation of social networks, strengthen polyphonic dialogue, eventually creating a secure framework for a common, open reflecting process.
