Abstract
This chapter considers the distribution of the zeros of the Tutte polynomial and the dichromatic polynomial in ℝ 2 and ℂ 2. The multivariate Tutte polynomial and its elementary properties. Zero-free regions for the Tutte polynomial. Regions where the zeros of the Tutte polynomial are dense. Points in ℝ 2 at which we can determine the sign of the Tutte polynomial for all graphs.
