Zero energy building design and analysis of economy and environmental protection

Abstract

As one of the effective solutions to building energy consumption, zero-energy building has attracted more and more attention in recent years. In order to solve the problem of high energy consumption of buildings in China, this paper takes a small office building in the cold region of northern China as an example, and compares the economy and environmental protection of four types of buildings that meet the conditions of net zero energy consumption and zero energy consumption of general buildings and passive buildings. It is proved that the zero energy consumption building has advantages in economy and environmental protection. According to the data comparison, the net zero energy consumption standard is more relaxed than the zero energy consumption standard, showing great advantages in terms of economy and environmental protection.
