Abstract
We study the ${D}_{s}^{*}{\overline{D}}^{*}$ system in connection with the $J/\ensuremath{\psi}{K}^{*}$ in coupled channels and observe that, within reasonable values of the cutoff used to regularize the loops, the system does not develop a bound state. However, the ${J}^{P}={2}^{+}$ channel has enough attraction to create a strong cusp structure that shows up in the $J/\ensuremath{\psi}{K}^{+}$ invariant mass distribution in the ${B}^{+}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}J/\ensuremath{\psi}\ensuremath{\phi}{K}^{+}$ decay at the ${D}_{s}^{*}{\overline{D}}^{*}$ threshold. Such structure is visible in the experimental ${B}^{+}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}J/\ensuremath{\psi}\ensuremath{\phi}{K}^{+}$ and ${\overline{B}}^{0}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}J/\ensuremath{\psi}{K}^{+}{K}^{\ensuremath{-}}$ decays, with small statistics, and our results should stimulate further measurements around this region, given the fact that cusp effects provide as valuable information on hadron dynamics as resonances themselves.
Highlights
The JP 1⁄4 2þ channel has enough attraction to create a strong cusp structure that shows up in the J=ψKþ invariant mass distribution in the Bþ → J=ψφKþ decay at the DÃsD Ã threshold. Such structure is visible in the experimental Bþ → J=ψφKþ and B 0 → J=ψKþK− decays, with small statistics, and our results should stimulate further measurements around this region, given the fact that cusp effects provide as valuable information on hadron dynamics as resonances themselves

The JP 1⁄4 0þ channel exhibits some cusp structure around the two channels thresholds, which is more visible in the JP 1⁄4 2þ channel, that has a strength in jTj2 about 15 times larger than for JP 1⁄4 0þ as a consequence of a stronger attraction in the interaction
Summary
The discovery of the Zcsð3985Þ state by the BESIII collaboration [1] in the mass distribution of D ÃsD and DsDÃ added a new type of exotic meson, with cscuto the increasing long list of exotic hadronic states (see reviews [2–8]). The exchange of light vectors is shown to respect heavy quark spin symmetry because the heavy quarks in the mesons act as spectators [48] Both in the case of the Zcð3900Þ [49] and in the case of the Zcsð3985Þ, the diagonal interaction with the exchange of light vectors is zero. In the charm sector nonleading terms or the interaction in the large Nc counting are not negligible, and as we shall see, in the absence of leading diagonal terms coming from the exchange of light vectors, the contact terms and the exchange of heavy DÃs vectors provide a sizable interaction, which is strong enough to produce some bound states, or threshold structures, removing the degeneracy of the 0þ; 1þ; 2þ states. We construct the J=ψK mass distributions in the Bþ → J=ψφKþ decay and show that a possible narrow peak observed in Ref. [24] (see the region around 4120 MeV between the Zcsð4000Þ and Zcsð4220Þ peaks in the J=ψKþ mass distribution of Fig. 3) can be naturally associated to a near bound (virtual) DÃsD Ã state with JPC 1⁄4 2þþ
