Abstract
Several directions of application of title derivatives, which because of unusual steric hindrance (Scheme A) show excellent thermal, chemical and hydrolytic stability, were presented. Linear liquid crystalline polymers containing trisyl fragments (Scheme B, Table 1) have been discussed as well as the polymers showing dendrimeric structures (Schemes C-E) and modified (cured) polysiloxanes (Fig. 1, Table 2). The syntheses of acid amplifiers (Schemes H-J) used e.g. for curing of polysiloxanes with epoxy side groups were discussed.
