Abstract

Literature search strategy for Health Technology Assessment Reports Preparation of HTA reports requires access to the latest and most reliable knowledge in the field of health care. Systematic reviews are the basic tools used to obtain it. In order to find the literature necessary for a systematic review, search strategies are performed in databases. With their help it is possible to thoroughly and reliably search the resources of individual databases and find the required information. Properly executed search strategies also reduce the risk of missing valuable publications. During the preparation of the search strategy, one should use the tools and additional functions implemented in individual databases, thanks to which it is possible to strictly control the process and adapt it to your own needs.
