Abstract

The article addresses issues in the field of executive criminal law. The author presents and analyzes the individual, and at the same time the most important, changes made to the Executive Criminal Code under the Act of July 7, 2022 on the amendment of the Criminal Code Act and some other acts, and indicates the potential effects of the from the introduction of these changes in the practical model of conducting executive criminal proceedings.
