Abstract

This article attempts to present the objective scope of the enforcement of payments in relation to remuneration for work based on current legislation. The author emphasizes the distinction between court enforcement proceedings and labour law. Not only does the article contain the views of legal academics and commentators, but also a judicial ruling, that of the Supreme Court in particular. As the result, the piece contains both an analysis of the current legislation de lege lata and proposals for changes de lege ferenda in the field of the subject matter
