Abstract
Suınınary: In this study, 9 M. capri strains isolated fi'om several parl~ of Turkey were used. Accoding to the results of the experiment, it was uııderstood that there were no antigenie differences between isolates. All hyperimmun sera were reacted ",ith homolog and heterolog antigens both in the growth-inhibition and agar-gel diffusion tests. Özet: Bu çalışmada, yurdumıızun çeşitli yöreleriilden izole edilmiş 9 M. caprİ suşu kullanıldı. Araştırmanın sonuçlarına göre, suşlar arasında antijenik bir ayrılık saptanamadı. Bütün hiperİmmun serumlar, homolog ve hcteroıog antijenler ilc, hem üreme-İnhibisyon ve hem de agar-jel diffusyon testlerİnde reaksiyon verdiler.
